La habitación muy vieja, se que están remodelando. Busquen la manera de que las albercas tengan vista al mar, para que se vea más amplio y confortable el área. Cambien los elevadores, están chicos y viejos, dan inseguridad al usarlos.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025Overall, this is a very average hotel, you get what you pay for. The rooms are nice, however the beds are not the most comfortable. Water pressure and temperature are great in the showers! The pool is nothing extravagant, but it’s nice to relax and have for when you want a quick dip. Beach access is super easy and there is always someone on duty watching the ocean in case something happens. The staff are extremely friendly and will always offer a helping hand when needed. Although a small detail, the elevator is a bit rickety and they are tiny with no air circulation, not a good combo with sticky, salty skin and humidity. Overall, again you really get what you pay for.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025I would recommend this resort only for its location - right in the heart of the Golden Zone within easy walking distance of many good restaurants, live entertainment, and the north end of the Malecon. The building and furnishings are old, small and needs work. It does not, by any means, deserve the Gold Crown designation and I have come to believe that RCI gives far more weight to the location than anything else. Las Flores is no better than an average 3-star resort. Very basic everything, so, if you only plan to sleep here you will probably be OK, except for back-breaking hard beds and poor shower water pressure. While I speak enough Spanish to get by, they make little effort to have an English-speaking staff member available should a more complex issue arise. And if you did not know you were travelling with RCI, you never would as there is zero representation at the resort. We never even found any means of bookings tours and the like through the resort.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025Couple of different days we tried reaching front desk for assistance however the person did not understand English therefore had to wait until next day. We were first put into a room with 1 big step down to enter, then 2 other steps to get into a bathroom. Definitely not suitable for 2 seniors. I feel that we should have been told about this very unusual floor plan because there were other rooms available w/o this dangerous floor plan. I feel the hotel should have supplied a coffee pot with afew filters & even some plastic glasses to drink from. We ended up moving into a room with a kitchenette so we’d have room to move about as the original room you could barely move around in. The kitchenette one cost us 3000 p extra but at least we had lots of room. I would give a very positive review, both rooms we were given had ocean view, which was awesome. The restaurant had very good service & good food.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025Booked the high end room with jaquzzi room. At 279 you would think it would be a great room. Hot tub was nasty and no hot water. No hot water in shower , no heat in the room, kitcnette stove didn’t work either. We tried to check out early and they said that we had to talk to Expedia Expedia said the hotel was in charge of refund. So here goes the lying. We moved to the courtyard next door and had a fabulous room and visit

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025The location is great, but this property is old and shows the typical signs of an outdated hotel. The constant noise of the 'banda' bands all afternoon ruin any peace and tranquility you may be hoping to get. Beach vendors will interrupt your sleep or reading every minute - and that's not an exaggeration. The staff, or course, are attentive and efficient.
