La cama ocupaba todo el ancho de la habitación. No era una habitación para una cama doble. Sin ventilación. Los baños tampoco me parecieron muy limpios.

It had an old charm but you can hear everyone around you. The next room, the street that's buzzing until 3am every night. If you're allergic the blankets might be a problem.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026L’accueil de Fernando était super ! Plein de recommandations, disponible et à l’écoute ! L’ambiance à l’intérieur de l’hostel est agréable. Il y a de l’eau chaude dans les salles de bain. La cuisine peut être utilisée avant et après 8h et 18h (à condition de ne pas faire trop de bruit ni de cuisiner des aliments qui sentent trop fort) car il y a une chambre derrière la cuisine.
Les chambres sont collées les unes aux autres on entend très bien les voisins (la première nuit a été super mais la deuxième nous avions un voisin qui parlait fort jusqu’à tard) Le lit double est assez petit (plutôt un lit 1,5 place)

Solo una noche con algunos huéspedes ruidosos; pero eso no fue responsabilidad del hotel.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026El hostal queda bien ubicado encima de la Calle Real (Calle de Artesanías) y a una cuadra y media del parque principal. La atención fue buena, la sra nos recibió y explico como funcionaba la entrada y salida autónoma, además dio informacion sobre como adquirir el tour al valle del cocora. Sobre la habitación es igual al de las fotos, se entiende que sea viejo ya que queda en una casa tradicional cafetera.
No recomiendo la habitación donde me quede (Habitación qué da al balcón) ya que si hay ruido en la calle es donde mas se escucha, también tuvimos un problema ya que alguien (No sabemos si fue del hostal o unas turistas que se quedaron a dormir) cerró la puerta del balcón, entonces mi familia y yo no tuvimos acceso a el baño por una hora entera, tuvimos que llamar al numero del hospedaje y el señor (Muy amable sabiendo que era la 1 am) fue y abrió la puerta. Fuera alguien del hostal o no si me parece problematico que la puerta del balcón se pueda cerrar desde adentro del hostal y las personas hospedadas en el balcón no tuviéramos la oportunidad de volver a abrirla desde afuera en caso de alguna emergencia.

Der Gastgeber hat sich entschlossen, unser Zimmer 3 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft anderweitig zu vergeben, sodass wir spät nachts ohne Unterkunft auf der Straße standen und für viel Geld eine neue Unterkunft buchen mussten. Der Gastgeber war extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich, hat sich für nichts entschuldigt, ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nicht weniger empfehlen! Schlechteste Interaktion mit einer Unterkunft im ganzen Land!

The room we were given (right by the reception) felt a bit too small for the two of us and all our luggage. It was also a bit shabby and could use some extra cleaning.

Staff very helpful and kind; laundry service included; the private room was comfortable and very cheap and generally it felt like I was living in the comfort of a home for a while.
The old house means there is poor noise insulation so it can get loud on weekends.

The place was clean, and the women's bathroom is super comfortable and spacious; the shower is large and the water is hot. The hostel's location remains its best advantage, especially considering the price.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Idéalement située, la Casa de Lili ne manque pas de charme: maison traditionnelle, tout en bois, accueil sympathique. Et rapport qualité prix très bon.
La rue est animée jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour les chambres proches du balcon, les boules Quies sont indispensables. Équipements quasi nuls dans les chambres, et salles de bain propres mais spartiates et partagées.

Nous avions réservé et j'ai demandé clairement par la messagerie à payer la totalité de la chambre en arrivant (impossible pour nous francais de faire un virement ou paiement Paypal...). Le proprietaire m'ecrit : OK bienvenue ! On arrive dans la tranche horaire indiquée après une longue route et apres avoir garé la voiture dans un parking payant pour 24h et nous trainons les grosses valises jsq à l'auberge... Et là, la vieille dame à l'accueil nous annonce que c'est complet !!!! Rien à faire et en gros démerdez-vous c'est plein. Impossible de voir le ou la patronne... Au bout de 30mn la femme nous demande d'essayer d'aller plus loin avec les grosses valises pour un prix doublé. SCANDALEUX ET IRRESPECTUEUX !
