The staff was so great and provided awesome recommendations for best things to do in Salento and how to do them logistically. We took many of their recommendations and everything was great! Rooms and facilities were clean and the common space was great!

As is probably the case with many accommodations in Salento the street noise was very loud from our room on the first floor.

Die Unterkunft liegt absolut zentral aber nicht direkt im Trubel. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe hier direkt verlängert.

El personal del alojamiento era muy agradable y las instalaciones estaban cuidadas. Buena relación calidad-precio. La ubicación estaba muy próxima a la plaza principal.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce très chouette Hostel où nous avons fait de belles rencontres (beaucoup de francophones). Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. La communication est fluide, ils sont réactifs. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition, notamment la cuisine qui est bien equipée dans l'ensemble, avec café en libre-service. Le service de buanderie, moyennant un supplément, était impeccable. Ils nous ont rendu notre linge parfaitement propre et plié à peine 3-4h après leur avoir donné. La douche est toujours chaude. La situation est ideale, dans une rue qui donne directement sur le Parque Principal

C'est très peu insonorisé donc on entend beaucoup la rue qui peut être bruyante tôt le matin (voiture, chiens, passants) et les chambres voisines.

The Hostal was clean and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly. The shower was hot and there were multiple showers so you didn't have to wait. The kitchen and coffee facilities were good, we made a sandwich for our hike in Cocora Valle. The recommendations leaflet was excellent. It has all sorts of activities for you to do during your stay and even has a route plan for the Cocora Valle. It also told you how to get to the most common next destination and what time the buses leave. Filtered water was offered for you to refill at your leisure.

The noise outside - I don't think you can escape this in any accommodation. The hotel is on a quieter street so I imagine it is better than some more central

L’isolation phonique est mauvaise. Je recommande des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir tranquillement Ps si vous prenez le bus pour retourner à l’aéroport (14000 pesos excellente alternative vs 180-220000 pesos pour un taxi) pensez à réserver

De locatie is super centraal. De mensen zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Er zijn ook een aantal fijne zithoekjes waar je kan relaxen na een actieve dag.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia al hostal, es un lugar muy lindo, acogedor y tranquilo, cuando llegas ahí te sientes cómo en casa, las personas que atienen son supremamente amables y cálidas. Yo estoy sumamente agradecida con ellos, sin duda volvería a este hotel.

Location, just round the corner up hill a touch from the main square. Hot water, staff are friendly and helpful. Washing available with a proper washing machine and dryer. Internet is good. Provides information for things to do, eat and see. Bed is very comfy too.

There is noise from the street, there is no insulation as its wooden doors for windows. However this is normal in most of Colombia. Take earplugs.

EL grupo con el que fui se sintio muy bien, todos nos sentimos comodos, y nos gusto bastante el servicio, la ubicacion estaba excelente. Fue muy buena experiencia.

La habitacion individual tenía el ruido de las habitaciones de a los lados, mas que todo tarde en la noche.

Very friendly staff. Great room (we stayed in the private cabin outside so had an entire suite to ourselves), and 2 good kitchens. Excellent location, just off the main square, so very convenient. Filtered water provided and you can hire wellies for muddy hikes! Lots of recommendations of local restaurants/bars/ other businesses as well as activities.

Very minor points - the shower didn’t really get hot and it was quite noisy just because it was so central. But fine with earplugs! Just to note - they play Ave Maria at the church at 5-6am every morning which again we didn’t mind but it was very loud and would be tricky to sleep through!

La chambre était très propre et confortable. La cuisine la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient toujours propres. La jeune a l’accueil était très disponible et serviable. Elle nous a aidé pour les excursions et notre retour à Bogota.

Viajamos con mi madre y nos sentimos tan a gusto y cómodas en la habitación privada de dos que extendimos nuestra estadía. Fueron muy amables las recepcionistas, muy lindo el lugar con sus plantas en el patio interno, la limpieza, la posibilidad de limpiar ropa en el lugar, etc. Todo muy bien!

La ubicación esta muy cerca del jardín. El lugar es acogedor y tiene una ambiente de cabaña y casa tradicional.

Ostello tenuto bene molto carino in zona centralissima pochi passi da piazza centrale letto comodo e bagni sempre puliti e buona doccia, Receptionist fantastiche l'ultimo giorno mi hanno fatto lasciare lo zaino e mi hanno dato la possibilità di farmi una doccia oltre check in ritardo il primo giorno.

Unica pecca mancanza di tende nei letti e lucina notturna... Resto tutto più che ok

Great location and a nice room, lovely decor. Street side view so can be noisy at night and not much privacy. Good kitchen and facilities, was a good stay for the 3 nights we stayed there. Recommended doing the El Bosque coffee tour!

Equipe bem atenciosa e localização excelente

Excellent hostel, everything works perfectly and location is wonderful. I even forgot my bag with my wallet and passport in the hostel after having boarded a bus to Armenia - luckily that was no issue as the lady running the show was kind enough to do everything she could for me to get them back and so she sent them to me with the next bus and I was able to continue to Bogota just an hour later! Would highly recommend staying here - they also have great recommendations on what to do in the region in general.

Such a cute relaxing stay here, we stayed in the private room and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly.

O hostel é muito bonito, com áreas comuns aconchegantes e o quarto (duplo) era amplo, confortável e arejado. Todos os ambientes estavam sempre limpos. Disponibilizam água em filtros e também café para preparo na cozinha, que era muito boa. As funcionárias foram sempre atenciosas e a localização é excelente. Recomendo.

O horário para uso da cozinha de manhã, porque gostaríamos de poder ter usado um pouco mais cedo do que o permitido.

Circulation in the room wasn’t great so everything felt a little damp, plus there was some noise from the street but that’s what you get when it’s so close to the main square!

Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse qui sont là pour vous donnez pleins de conseils pour votre séjour à Salento. Le lieux était très propre et tellement cosy. Très proche également du centre ville et des nombreux bars et restaurants, tout en restant au calme. Je ne peux que recommander cet hostel.

L’endroit est charmant et assez petit pour pas que ce ne soit la foire. Le côté bois est vraiment chaleureux, les équipements de bonnes qualité. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, c’est très propre. Les lits sont confortables. Rue assez calme. Les parties communes sont confortables avec des canapés. Des petites lumières chaleureuses qui illuminent la nuit les parties communes. Les casiers pour chaque lit et les prises devant chaque lit. Et enfant le personnel charmant, disponibles pour vous répondre, souriants. Petit plus : on vous remet un papier avec tout ce que pouvait faire ici. On vous explique aussi les différents transferts possibles vers Jardin, Cali ou le désert de Tatacoa.

Si je devais titiller, il ne manque que des petits rideaux pour chaque lit et ce serait parfait

Sehr freundliches Personal, es ist alles sauber auch die gemeinsam genutzten Bäder. Es liegt sehr nah am zentralen Platz.

El lugar era bonito, tenía una linda terraza, un patio interior vivo, mucho verde, las habitaciones eran amplias, y el lugar mantiene la estética característica de Salento.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Top position: you're basically in the town square but without too much noise. Nice and spaceful common areas, equipped kitchen that can be used; useful services (e.g. botas) and filtered water always available.
