La Quinta by Wyndham DFW Airport South / Irving

Bed and comforter

Smells bad inside the elevators and in corridors Toilet is not clean

Staff was rude when arriving, there were lots of people that were hanging out behind and in front of the building late at night yelling

The staff nicely cooperated

Very noisy room you can hear ur neighbour like they are at same room

Ubicación bien. Limpio y ordenado. Cumple bien

El desayuno podría ser mejor. No funcionaba la pileta

Facility is a bit old.

The staff was amazing! Was a wonderful weekend. Thank you

Everything was perfect

Todo . El lugar céntrico. La habitación muy cómoda. El baño muy bonito

Todo me gusto

The staff was nice.

That the pool was closed the whole time and that the location makes it hard to get to exiting off the freeway. Also there were some guests that made me question my safety. The cleanliness could be a bit better.

The location and coffee

We seen the property was under renovation and we made a call before booking to make sure it didn’t interfere with pool and breakfast area. The answer was no. Getting there the pool was down and the breakfast only served waffles and cereal. Waffles were good but there wasn’t any other hot breakfast options. The tv remote didn’t work so there was only one channel to watch, besides turning the volume up and down.

Location and price

Breakfast and pool was not available

Check in was good. The front desk staff he was awesome!

Swimming pool was broken which was one of my main reasons for staying. I called ahead of time to make sure pool area was open and good to go, it was not! Breakfast was not impressive and the cleaning breakfast staff lady was rude.

The breakfast was great.

The staff who communicate well in english

I reached the airport at 11:30pm. When I called the hotel and asked Shuttle they did send one.

When I checked out and asked when will the next shuttle arrive to airport, they mentioned I should prebook. But when I booked hotel it was mentioned the shuttle will be there every 30min or so. Nobody mentioned during my check in. It did not create any hassle. They just wrote my room number for the next shuttle but I felt they should have informed me when I am checking in.

Nothing

Everything ro

Not a good breakfast choices.

Our floor was dirty. Our feet were sticking to floor. Our feet were black within minutes of being here. I had to mop the floor with there towel. Long black hair everywhere.

Good location

The bed was so uncomfortable and the comforter was anything but. Pool was unkept and hot tub was nasty and unuseable.

It was clean and friendly

Better hot breakfast. There was no bacon or sausage and just boiled eggs no scrambled.

Location, price and amenities.

The renovations the room looks better now

The renovations could have included the w/c and bath

Location is close to airport and there’s a shuttle to pick you up and drop off

Pool location

Breakfast I thought it would be a hot breakfast with sausage eggs etc

Tranquilidad y ubicación estratégica

The ambiance throughout the property was incredible, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel comfortable right away.

It appeared that the bed sheets may not have been changed before our arrival, which seemed to trigger our sinus allergies. We requested that the sheets be changed and after they were replaced, the sneezing stopped completely. I recommend sheets be changed before guests arrive and quick room clean.

Ubicacion, confort.

Desayuno, poco.

Location.

Leaking fridge water on the floor. Main 1st floor men’s bathroom ceiling had collapse, big blower in there to dry it out.

I will definitely recommend this fact and use it again.

The entire trip and stay would have been a failure had it not been for the kindness and expertise of Mahesh, one of the staff on duty. All staff were attentive and served the customers well. The rooms were clean and the air worked well which is a plus for me.

Mr Al at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

Room- TV didn’t work, yellow stains on the comforter, hair in the bath tub, the 3rd floor has an odor. Breakfast- no meat, no scrambled eggs, the host was friendly.

Tea cioffee water

Shuttle unreliable, when did.come it was old and bumpy ride

Cómodo para ir al AT&T stadium, buen desayuno.

Nothing

Management and their rigidity

I coming for in the hotel 9 PM for check in I don’t find anyone in the hotel. I might around our after this coming with the lady she go bring food. I don’t know how hotel just one person work. I don’t like this. You make me very mad.

The room is very small size but is clean without parking and this area of the parking is very expensive if you have car you need to pay for the parking

Always greets us like they are glad to see us again!

early transfer to the airport, not the hotel fault, our fault for booking such an early flight!

The room was clean

The hallways need to cleaned and maintained

Todo esta muy bien exelente

Great location, easy to get to downtown Dallas and Fort Worth via West Irving station which is around 37 mins walk. Denny’s is right next door and Red Lobster across the road. Pool is a nice bonus. Walmart also just over the road and a nice bar, Spot Bar and Kitchen. I think a good deal it c r uMall is also walking distance but we didn’t have time to visit. Close to Dallas/Fort Worth airport, was great to get free shuttle to airport on departure but we didn’t sort for arrival so check with hotel to try and get booked up otherwise is a $17-20 uber.

No loungers by pool. Not a lot of hooks in room/bathroom to hang tiles.

Good comfortable and clean room. Clean pool. Great location next to shopping centers and restaurants. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Breakfast was just ok. No hot options except for waffles which you have to wait to make because there's only one. The pool area has barely any chairs to sit on outside and the hallways need to be vacuumed.

The Staff was very kind. Excellent customer service.

The cost was prefect for a last minute reservation, cleanliness, and location.

The shuttle was very prompt and helpful

Areas showed wear and tear

Tudo ótimo pode ir

Clean and comfortable

The pool area was not very inviting. There were only 2 metal chairs and the corner in the shade was full of rubbish and cigarette ends. The lift smelt very musty.

Zimmer und Bad

Klassische American Frühstück, Egg and Bacon haben gefehlt

Apart from the elevator and the mattresses, the other facilities was great but do not go there to sleep because the mattresses are uneven and soreness will haunt you for a week or so.

Room was cold and bed comfortable

Breakfast no eggs or bacon. Pool needs furniture

The friendliness and how accommodating the entire staff is.

The urine smell in my bathroom when I arrived. Housekeeping wasn't available, so I had to get a cleaning solution from Walmart across the street.

I really liked the location; the bed was wonderful, as were the pillows. I appreciated that I could cancel at no cost, and the staff was very friendly.

The room wasn't very clean; the floor was dirty. When I arrived, I took off my shoes and sat down to rest. As I walked toward the shower, I could feel dust or grit on the floor, and when I stepped into the shower and ran water over my feet, it came out completely black.

Very clean, well organized. Rooms were clean, and comfy.

The breakfast was disappointing, when a hotel says they offer breakfast, it should be a full breakfast not just a snack bar. it was just cereal, bread, muffins and waffles. I wish there would have been other hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage or hash browns, it left us still feeling hungry and I know we weren’t the only ones as others came in they were also disappointed.

El desayuno

Good location, walking distance from Walmart. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was top notch!

The bus/van that gave me a ride needs to be updated. The man that picked me up needs to stay off his phone (it was after midnight) and drive safer! The van had a squeaky noise that hurts your ears. The driver in the morning was excellent except for the squeaky noise!!!

The room was clear. No Bad smell.

The pillows weren't comfortable. Really bad breakfast. Not good options.

This facility is amazing 😍 we stayed here for a weekend to get away. We had an amazing time

Nothing

Only 1 elevator was working until the morning I checked out
