Hyatt Place DFW

The staff knew we had a long wait from checkout to our flight leaving out of DFW. They were super helpful and accommodating. Wish all hotels were this way

The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was nicely appointed. They made it very easy to get to the airport early!

This is my second stay. Location great close to the airport. The room is clean and sound proof glass is wonderful. The staff are very nice specially Mo the shuttle driver. He was very helpful and very nice. The food is great.

Je bent in no time op de airport. We hadden een vroege vlucht en moesten dus voor het ontbijt begon al uitchecken. We kregen de mogelijkheid om ontbijtitems die al klaar waren mee te nemen.

Voor aankomst een bericht gestuurd en gevraagd of het sofabed alvast kon worden opgemaakt. Was bij aankomst helaas nog niet gedaan. Daarna aan een kamermeisje nogmaals gevraagd maar bij terugkomst wederom niet gedaan. 3 personen in een bed is wel wat krap.

Bed frame was quite noisy. Sounded like something was loose under bed.

Breakfast was great.

Did not get an answer on parking until on premises. First key card did not work and receptionist was not at desk. Took about 15 minutes to get another room.

Helen the manager and her team were so friendly and accommodating. I stayed here last minute for a world cup at dallas stadium, and could not have gone any smoother. Would 100% stay here again

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was warm and gracious to help out in any way possible.

There was nothing to not like . It was a nice stay.

The front desk staff were wonderful, and specifically, Mrs. D at was an absolute angel. She is the smiling face of that hotel and she deserves a raise and bonus! My family and I felt at home because of her kindness, advice, and professionalism. Thank you for everything, Ms. D!

空港送迎付シャトル有、空港が近い。屋内プールも屋外スペースが付いていて、いい感じ。

DFWはターミナルも多く、各ターミナル毎に2ヶ所はCoutesy vans乗り場があるため、どこにいるかを確定してから電話するしかない点。アメリカでは荷物を持って徒歩移動が一般的でないとしても、各ターミナルで乗り場を決めてしまって(昔のような)受話器をあげるだけの電話とか置いて欲しい。

Very clean and safe, felt welcomed from the time we arrived until the time we had to check out and leave. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Shuttle took a long time to get and it's confusing at that airport. Musty smell in room. Construction across street, but windows dampened it some.

Great for a 1 night layover at DFW. Double queen rooms with sofa bed allowed family to spread out after being cramped up on a plane all day. Airport shuttle is convenient (allow 20-30 minutes from requesting pickup to dropoff at hotel, and 15-20 minutes from hotel to airport) and we appreciated the small breakfast items available prior to 6am (when main breakfast service opens) since we had an early flight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet and its not nearly as expensive (points or $) as the on-airport hotels.

Every single person on staff was so nice. From the shuttle bus driver to the front desk to the cleaning staff. As a flight attendant, I stay in a lot of hotels. This staff was incredible.

It's the closest hotel outside the airport so convenient for an overnight before a flight. Quiet & a helpful staff.

I've stayed at Hyatt Place several times & liked it. But the price has gone way up while the hotel has deteriorated. A worn out seat in the restaurant with the foam showing has been that way for months. The sheet on my bed was wrinkled as if dried in a wad, very strange. The breakfast sausages were stone cold. The shuttle driver drove like a mad man. Not deal breakers individually but altogether seems a distinct lack of care.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. A guy came into our room before check out and stole one of our bags. I called the front desk and the guy that stole it brought it back. The breakfast was horrible as well. They offered to give us points but never did. My wife did there survey an asked someone to contact her but they never did. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Very handy to rental car return area. We loved everything about the hotel. Debra at check-in was exceptional and Benny in Dining and Bar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, I don't know the ladies name that took our food order that evening but she was very accommodating. My son has a nut allergy and made sure his dining experience was safe as possible...

The rooms were a little outdated. The usb power ports by the tv didn't work. There were no complementary drinking water in the room. Also no instructions on how to use the coffee machine or if the wash room water was safe to use in the kettle.

Very nice place if you have to stay in Dallas due to an unexpected cancelation of your flight. Great rooms and friendly staff.

Staff was pleasant. Shuttle driver was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Overall very nice. You can walk out the back door to the rental car building.

There were ripped seats in the dining area. Not inviting at all. Desperately needs to be remodeled. Everything felt old and slightly dirty.

The hotel is right next to the airport and incredibly convenient for layovers or an early flight. But the real star of this place is the customer service - every employee we dealt delivered great service. Highly recommend.

Short stay, but a good stay. Hotel close to DFW and the airport shuttle was great. Clean and comfortable hotel. Wi-Fi worked fine. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel in the late morning due to a flight cancellation out of DFW. I called to ask if I could check in early as our rebooked fight wouldn't depart until the next morning. The woman I spoke with said that she could absolutely accommodate and waived the early check in charge due to our situation (canceled fight). She immediately sent the shuttle to the airport to pick us up, and we were at the hotel mere minutes later. Checking in was painless and quick, and the woman at the counter quickly booked our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. If you're flying out of DFW, or if you have a canceled flight out of DFW, I highly recommend this hotel! It's clean, comfortable, and a great value. The customer service is top notch.

Good option for staying over when flying out of DFW. Clean and comfortable. Good shuttle service to the airport. Nothing special about it but it was a great Hyatt points redemption and although not attached to a terminal, is on airport property. Would use again.

Beautiful room. Clean bathroom. Great hot breakfast buffet! Customer service was very good! Example: They are using large white rented shuttle vans while waiting for their own new vans to arrive. These shuttles were very high off the ground so you had to step up almost two feet to climb in. I have a bad hip so I couldn't get in the van. The staff went to find a step stool. They couldn't find one so someone in the wood shop built a custom wooden platform step in less than 15 minutes just for me! See photo.

The staff was fantastic, kind and considerate. The surprise was the food, so good! Recommend the Birria Tacos if that's your thing. Truly a gem of a place! Recommend.

This is our favorite place to stay at when we are traveling out of DFW. They charge a minimal fee to leave our car while we . It is just inside the airport area so I feel safer leaving car there for the week. The staff is wonderful the restaurant is wonderfuland the rooms are always comfy and clean.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place DFW was great! The room was nice and the free breakfast was good. Mo, the shuttle driver, was great! He was very friendly. We had nice conversations with him about the Eagles concert that we were attending in Arlington both before and after the concert. He knew a lot about the members of the band and their music. The ladies who checked us in and out were very friendly and helpful!

Amazing staff, great location. Room was clean and unexpectedly quiet due to the close proximity to the airport. Always a great stay at any Hyatt.

I want to start off by saying I did not stay at the Hyatt at DFW. I did however fly in from Nashville and I needed some help with printing one piece of paper because my ID was stolen but I was able to get a temporary digital from the DMV. I needed to get my car rental so I could go to my son’s basketball tournament, so I walked to the Hyatt at DFW since it’s is a high end hotel with a business center and quite a few offices. I explained my situation to the people at the desk and they were quick to say the printer is broken. But if I needed a copy of my receipt I could always get that. A little kindness or compassion would’ve saved me 3 hours of walking and shuttling back and forth to the USO at the airport (which I could not get to because it’s on the airport side through security). I personally will never stay at any Hyatt ever again. Thanks for supporting the troops!

We came down to Dallas for our daughter’s graduation from UT-Austin and subsequent move to Dallas. I must admit that I had not been a frequent Hyatt traveler (mostly through Marriott), and this hotel surprised us! Breakfast has been great, and restaurant menu is very good too. We enjoyed the little bar near front desk. Room is spacious, and the design is very functional.

Great room, wonderful, friendly staff, ate at restaurant it was good. Had to leave early before full breakfast was served, but grab & go was great. Sure the regular breakfast would be even better. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We arrived into town early and they let us check in before noon!

My only complaint would be the pillows are too thin, and towels pretty rough.

Our family of five stayed two nights in a double queen suite. While the room was a little small, it met our needs. The hotel and room were clean, comfortable and quiet (we heard no airplane noise). Breakfast had a good selection and good quality of food. The hotel was very convenient to the places we went (Medieval Times and Six Flags). We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will stay here again when in DFW metroplex.

We went to DFW to see Echo (from Cirque de Soleil), and planned to see family while we were there so we decided to stay somewhere in between. The reviews led us to this Hyatt. It was everything we expected and more. My brother also came and had his own room. He had a standard king room, which was very nice. My husband and I got a suite, which was fabulous. The beds were comfy. We hate hard beds, and I wake up in pain on beds that are too firm. These beds were great! We went to breakfast so i can't speak to that, but looked good. There didn't appear to be a ton of gluten free options, but I knew i wasn't eating there so I didn't look that closely. The clerk that checked us in was friendly and great. I think his name was Mason.

We always stay here when we have an early flight out or a late flight back. Perfect location and the staff is friendly.
