רק שהמקום גדול, ככה שיצא שהחדר רחוק מהלובי ומחדר הכושר (אבל יש אפשרות להזמין באגי והוא מגיע מהר)

מלון שנראה טוב, קרוב לים עם חוף פרטי. בריכה שנראת אחלה, המון ישראלים.

מיקום המלון ביחס למרכז הוא יחסית רחוק. במלונות מקבילים עם סטנדרט זהה היו הסעות חינם לאורך כל היום אך במלון הזה לא היו הסעות. החדר עם הנוף לבריכה והים הוא רחוק מאוד מהים והבריכה ולכן לא רואה שום יתרון מול החדר הרגיל.

Loved how the resort took care of us and how everyone was so friendly!

I tried booking a trip through the info desk but there was some miscommunication which led to us missing the trip. Would have been better if they followed up with us rather than passively waiting.

We booked the one club sea facing suit for 4 nights It was huge , spacious and top notch for cleanliness. Housekeeping cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. They were extremely obliging to all our needs. We loved the spa, fitness centre was huge and we worked out everyday just like at home. We enjoyed the pool, the cocktails at the poolside bar was lovely. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food, restaurants were great. We enjoyed the free lounge access which had a variety of cocktails and snacks too. The best part about this resort were their staff, they were obliging, humble and just too wonderful especially the Fit, Fa and Prakanan, such beautiful people. Made us feel so accommodated We will certain come back someday.

Staff were excellent & very welcoming.The golf buggy transport around the resort made all the facilities very easy to get to. The tour desk was very helpful. The standard of food in the restaurants was very good - a great choice for breakfast. Lovely beach with a well equipped water sports centre & helpful staff. Right next door to taxis for outings .

We loved the beach and swimming pool, and the hotel’s location is close to all essential services, including laundry shops and 7-Eleven.

Amazing hotel and service it’s good 👍🏼

The entire property was superb. Beautiful luscious gardens, huge space and spotlessly clean. ALL staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool areas are stunning and overlook the beach with the most amazing sunsets.

המלון לא מתוכנן נכון.. יש הליכה מאוד ארוכה ממקום למקום המרצפות כמעט בכל המלון מחליקות (גשם/ יציאה מהבריכה) כל אזורי הדשא ליד הבריכה עם אצטרובלים קוצניים כל בגדי הים שלנו הצהיבו מהבריכה עשו שיפוצים בבניין שלנו (2 חדרים לידינו) ביקשנו סכו״ם וגבו מאיתנו 60 באט לכל סט סכום! יש קולרי מים פזורים במלון- אבל לא מספקים כוסות. כשפנינו אליהם אמרו שצריך להביא בקבוק משלנו/ לקנות שתייה בבר ולהשתמש בכוס מגבות מחלקים רק בבריכה אחת, כך שבבריכה השנייה אין מגבות תפס אותנו גשם מאוד חזק והיינו רטובים לגמרי- נגמרו המגבות ולא יכלנו להיכנס למסעדה כי היה מאוד קר עם המזגנים. הצוות לא הביא לנו מטריות/ ורק הצביע לנו מה הכיוון לבריכה השנייה לקחת מגבות (3 דקות הליכה…. עם 3 ילדים קטנים …) למרות שכבר היינו שם ונגמרו כל המגבות. המנעול למרפסת היה תקול מסתבר וכשישבנו במרפסת- סגרנו את הדלת שלא ייכנסו יתושים וננעלנו בחוץ!!! הילדים ישנים בחדר לבד ואנחנו נעולים במרפסת! מזל גדול שחברים שלנו היו חדר ליד, צעקנו להם שיצלצלו לקבלה שיבואו להוציא אותנו…

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we loved most was the fantastic variety of sports and water activities available, including both complimentary activities and additional options for those who wanted even more experiences. We tried SUP, kayaking, Thai boxing, and Thai cooking class — and we absolutely loved every single one of them! Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and suitable for creating wonderful experiences. We truly loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend Dusit Thani Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with excellent service, wonderful staff, and plenty of activities to enjoy. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and offers very good value. The beach was extremely clean and we really enjoyed spending time there. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food and plenty of choices for everyone. The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They arranged connecting rooms for our family, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

הריזורט ברמה גבוהה מאוד אם כי לא מצדיק את המחיר היקר ששילמנו. הוא עלה משמעותית מכל ריזורט אחר בביקור שלנו ולכן ציפינו שיתעלה על האחרים מה שלא קרה. עם זאת הוא עדיין ריזורזט מפנק ואיכותי. הלובי של המלון מרשים במיוחד וזה המלון שבו צולם חלק מהסרט האנגאובר 2. אפילו ראינו חתונה בזמן אמת על החוף כי הוא ממש מרשים. המלון יושב בטבע, על חוף נדיר. הריזורט גדול מאוד מה שאומר שיש הרבה הליכות במיוחד לבריכה או חדר אוכל אבל יש שירות טוקטוקים וסה"כ היה בסדר גמור -- בריכות - למלון 2 בריכות אינפיניטי עם נוף משוגע לים. הבריכות מפנקות אבל לא ברמה של הריזורטים האחרים שהיינו בהם. לא היה צפוף בכלל או שלא היו מיטות שיזוף פנויות. סה"כ אחלה אם כי המרחק מהחדרים היה יחסית גדול -- חדרים - גדולים, מרווחים, מודרנים, שקטים. ללא ספק אחלה חדרים אבל לא ברמה הכי טובה שהיינו בה. במסדרונות יש מלא חרקים ומפחיד לשבת במרפסת בלילה בגלל שיש מלא חרקים בכל מקום. זה ממש בטבע. חלק מהחדרים מגיעים עם גישה ללאונג' (אוכל ושתיה) וכן כביסה חינם (2 פריטים לכל יום במלון). אין פרטיות מלאה בשירותים וזה היה קצת מאתגר -- חרקים ובעלי חיים - מלא לטאות, ג'וקים, יתושים ועוד יצורים שונים. אנחנו שונאים חרקים והסתדרנו. נכנסו לחדר לטאות גקו. אם קשה לכם עם חרקים אז זה לא המלון עבורכם. יש במלון קופים :) -- חדר אוכל ומסעדות - אחלה חדר אוכל אבל עמוס וצריך לחכות, מגוון גדול, טעים אבל יכול להיות טוב יותר. סה"כ מרוצים מאוד. יש פתרונות לצליאקים. יש מסעדות ברמה גבוהה מאוד במלון. יש מסעדות ברחוב שצמוד לריזורט וכן יש אינסוף מסעדות במרכז העיר -- מיקום - כ-10 דקות מהמרכז והשוק, יש 7/11 צמוד, יש מסאגים, אטרקציות, מוניות, מסעדות ועוד. הרחוב קצת לא הכי יפה אבל יש בו הכל. מונית עולה 200-300 באט למרכז העיר. יש גם מסאגים על החוף שזה וואו כי החוף נדיר. יצאנו מהחוף לשיט 4 איים -- הצוות סופר נחמד ואדיב, באמת מקסימים. לא היו הרבה פעילויות של המלון אבל היה, יש קיאקים ופדלים חינם.

ספא - יקר מאוד ביחס לרחוב. לא ברור למה המחירים לא יותר נגישים -- מיקום - לא מרכזי אבל יש הכל ליד. הסעות לעיר זה 200-300 באט אבל זה שטויות. אם הוא היה יותר מרכזי זה היה אחלה אבל הוא עדיין יושב על חוף נדיר

מיקום מעולה, שקט! 12 דקות נסיעה משוק הלילה, יצאנו פעם אחת, מחוץ למלון יש 7/11, מסאג׳ים (deva טובות במיוחד), מכבסה ומסעדות. שירותי טוקטוק בכל זמן, קשר עם המלון דרך אפליקציה- עונים בשניות! טבע עוצר נשימה, חוף מהמם, במרחק 5 דק׳ הליכה מהחוף יש מסעדה שבחלק מימות השבוע יש מופע אש בערב.

סדנאות יצירה לילדים בקידס קלאב בתשלום גבוה.

Large and sprawling within beautifully maintained gardens, opening onto a lovely beach. The rooms were immaculate and nicely presented, with great AC. The staff are the stars here. Always smiling and helpful, and nothing is too much hassle. Breakfast is superb. Onsite restaurants are a bit pricey, but loads of cheaper better options within a short walk from hotel. Laundry, 7/11 and reputable tour organiser on road adjacent to entrance so you're needs are covered. I would happily return to the Dusit Thani, Krabi.

Onsite restaurants and bars are over priced, but that is to be expected and easily avoided.

Ruim opgezet resort. Nieuwe ruime kamers met balkon. Lief en behulpzaam personeel. Sport gelegenheid is geweldig. Tennis, badminton, boxen, fitness.

Ontbijt ruimte is hectisch. Zeer uitgebreid buffet maar iedereen loopt elkaar in de weg. Meer variatie verwacht qua de restaurants op het resort.

מלון שלא מתחשב במשפחות, אולי כדאי שיהפכו להיות מלון של מבוגרים בלבד… היינו בחדר משפחה, אין תמורה ששווה את המחיר, מרוחק מהאו נאנג ומצריך מונית, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, אבל מלון שלא מותאם לילדים אסור לשחק בכדור בבריכה המרכזית, קצת רעש וישר משתיקים, הילד שלנו פספס פיפי ורצו לחייב אותנו ב-1500 באט על ניקוי מיוחד

The place is beautiful. The beach near the hotel is amazing. Pools are big and the bar in the pool is cool. Staff in the pools and in the lobby are super friendly.

We had two issues in the room with the toilet and air conditioning. It was taking care immediately but it should not happen in first . The breakfast is the same everyday .

El hotel es una pasada y está lleno de plantas y animales , parece una pequeña reserva natural.Las habitaciones son enormes y súper cómodas destacando el tamaño del baño .El buffet también está súper bien y la gente del hotel es encantadora .

Hay muchísimos niños en el hotel chillando y llorando todo el día , quizás debería haber zonas más diferenciadas para que los adultos que vamos a descansar no tengamos que escucharles todo el rato.Como único comentario negativo de la habitación diría que las cortinas huelen a humedad y la habitación acaba oliendo bastante fuerte por ello pero en general es un muy buen hotel .

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything about the resort was fantastic… the pools, the beach, the facilities. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very very quiet at night with no onsite entertainment or nightlife in the surrounding area. You have to take a taxi to Ao Nang to where there is lots to see and do. Its not the resorts fault in anyway but just something to be mindful of. The only other thing to mention is that breakfast can be a bit chaotic and on certain days we have to wait around 15 minutes to be seated and the staff were rushed off their feet so coffee order were mixed up. We found getting there before 9 is best to avoid the busy time.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE

The ambiance, the location, the staff, the filtered water system, and the breakfast were excellent.

I did not like that most of the patrons were very wasteful at breakfast… this has nothing to do with the property. The employees were very understanding and very accommodating!

Le petit déjeuner est une CATASTROPHE ! Il est certes bien varié mais on a l’impression d’être dans une cantine d’école primaire. À partir de 9h il faut s’armer de patience pour avoir une table ou pour qu’on nous serve un café. Le personnel est débordé et fait de son mieux. Il faut vraiment repenser l’organisation de votre petit déjeuner. C’est dommage de mal commencer sa journée quand on est en vacances.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dusit Thani Krabi. The spacious resort, excellent family facilities, convenient kids’ breakfast area, great Indian breakfast options, and fast buggy service made the stay very comfortable. Having a 7-Eleven, laundry, and street massage right outside was also incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that the pool, beach, and breakfast area were a little far from our room, although the readily available buggies made this easy. The Indian food at the restaurant deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a fantastic family stay—we only wish we had a little rain to cool things down!

the resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. All the facilities were excellent, we especially liked the sports center and the pools. There are lots of activities during the week that you can do. Breakfast was good and the service from all the hotel staff was exceptional.

Cuando llegamos nos digeron que teniamos incluido la limpieza de dos prendas por persona. Y ha la slida nos cobraros una barvaridad porque nos digeron que solo incluia dos prendas por habitación. El dia de salida nos dejamos el bolso con los pasaportes en la mesa de la recepción. Nos pidieron ellos mismos un taxi para que me llevaran al aeropuerto el bolso con los pasaportes. Y cuando llego el taxi. Sorprendentemente noss habia desaparecido el dinero. No nos dimos cuenta con todo el lio hasta estar en el avión camino a bangok.

. They are very top notch service oriented, and it is shown everywhere. The breakfast is perfect, the pools are lovely. We had massages in the spa and they were great. We did our laundry in a close by place on the street, super convenient and cheap. We hired a private boat tour with the help of the lady in the agency on the street, right by the entrance of the hotel. It was great. She is nice, speaks good English, and our trip was a very good experience. There is a 7-11 right by the hotel and that's also a big plus.

When we arrived we received two rooms, one of them had a very strong smell of mold. We asked to change the room so they gave us a second room in another building. The next morning they told us that there is vacancy of two room in yet another building, so we had to move. Because we wanted to be in the same building with our daughter. They did help with the move

ריזורט מושלם לחופשה נהדרת

המסעדות של המלון קצת יקרות והריזורט מרוחק מהמרכז. שזה גם יתרון וגם חסרון. אבל יש מסעדות צמודות למלון שנותנות מענה

היינו ארבעה לילות והכל היה מושלם ובעיקר הצוות הנהדר שכל הזמן דאג שנח לנו וטוב לנו . רוצים לציין במיוחד את Noop סופרוייזד שהיה כל כך אכפתי ונעים ודאג שיהיה לנו נח ו Fram המיוחדת במינה.

שהינו בחודש יולי במלון דוסיט. המלון יפהפה, עם נוף עוצר נשימה, חוף מדהים עם ספורט ימי ושירות יוצא מן הכלל שעולה מעל ומעבר לכל הציפיות. כל פרט היה מושלם, חדר מרווח ונקי ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת. הצוות הפך את השהות שלנו לבלתי נשכחת. מומלץ בחום!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort with our one-year-old son, and we can highly recommend it to anyone, especially families. The resort is beautiful, green, spacious, and located right on an amazing beach. The pools, restaurants, and bars were all excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal during our stay. Special thanks to Prae at Cocovida bar, the staff at Mangosteen, and many more whose names we don't know by heart. What truly made this place exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our biggest highlight was the Kids Club. It offers fantastic educational toys and activities, and the team there is simply amazing. A special thank you to Yaya, Ja, Fafa, and Poly, who were so caring, engaging, and wonderful with our son. We spent a lot of time there. The resort also offers plenty of activities for children of all ages, making it a perfect destination for families. We will definitely be back!

Property is fair but did not reach to be good but looks like there is a degrade in the rooms and looks like start to be look used and old in other words

I have been in this resort last year and decided to go for a second time but i was shocked fro the service and staff ... i booked two rooms for myself and wife and my kids ... they put me in block A and my kids in block E which i have to take 5 min walk to reach one of us to the other room 😣😣even i was asking to put us in connected rooms but rude stuff did not get it and keep saying it is fully booked ... where is the hotel managment in this !!!!! Honestly i will not come back again .. further more there was some concerns food in breakfast some looks not fresh and looks like fro the day before and keep adding and serving...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere. Our only suggestion would be to improve the sealing under the room door, as there was a gap that allowed insects to enter the room. Aside from that, everything was great, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

ריזורט מושלם נקי ונעים צוות מושלם, אדיב ותמיד עם חיוך ורצון להנעים את השהות ולהעניק חוויה מושלמת. ארוחת הבוקר טובה והכל נקי. החוף מהמם וכייפי עם שרותי קייאקים וסאפים. הבריכות וואווווווו מול הים. שיעורי יוגה ומדיטציה. הריזורט גדול מאוד אבל הצוות זמין ומסיע לאן שצריך עם רכבי גולף. מחוץ למלון יש 7/11, מכבסה, עיסויים ומסעדות. בקיצור אחד המלונות היותר טובים שהיינו בהם.

It was a really nice, relaxed and laid back property. The staff were very helpful - we arrived late-ish but they were bright and welcoming. The property is very well laid out. There are nice shacks and restaurants just outside the hotel.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been a bit more lavish - but it was pretty great nevertheless.

One of the best resort in the vicinity.

מרוחק מאוד מהמרכז

מלון מהמם ירוק ומטופח מאוד. היו שיפוצים בצד אחד אבל לא הורגש כמעט. הבריכות מצוינות ונוף מהמם. ארוחה בוקר מגוונת טעימה. ביציאה מהמלון קרוב ל 7 eleven ומספר מסעדות . מכבסה יש הכל. הזמנו כמה פעמים שרות חדרים היה טעים. הרבה חיות שרואים ממש ג'ונגל קטן. צוות נעים ועוזר . הצוות בבר בריכה היה מקסים.

בחדר שלנו מספר פעמים היתה סתימה בשרותים ופעם אחת בכיורים. הגיעו לתקן מהר. רחוק מאט מהמרכז. נסיעה של 15 דקות בערך לטיילת המרכזית בקראבי. לדעתי היה חסר קצת פעילות לילדים. חסר שאין מגלשות.

מלון מושלם צוות מהמם, מרגיש כמו גן עדן. הזמנו את חדרי הקלאב, בלית ברירה כי זה מה שנשאר, אבל היה מאוד מפנק. חושבים על כל פרט. חוף נהדר לשחיה.

החדרים היו מאוד נקיים גדולים ומפנקים. הצוות עשה הכל כדי שנרגיש טוב מאוד. ממש יוצא מגדרו לעזור. אמנם המלון מעט מרוחק אבל יש לידו כל מה שצריך 7 אילבן, מכבסה ומסג׳.

האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה לא ממש מגוון.

הינו בהרכב של שני מבוגרים ושתי מתבגרות. לקחנו שני חדרי שינה מסוג deluxe premium room שהמלון סידר שנהיה חדר לייד החדר של הבנות שלנו. חדר השינה מרווח מאוד, המזגן עובד טוב ושקט. המקלחת מרווחת מאוד עם שני כיורים נפרדים, אסלה ודוש עם זרם מים טוב ומים חמים בכל שלב. נקיון - רמה גבוהה איכות השינה- המזרן רך מעט ולא קשה. אני מאוד אוהבת מזרן קשה אבל עדיין היה לי מאוד נוח לישון. בהזמנה המקורית ביקשנו חדר עם נוף לים. בגלל שבעלי קרא בקבוצת מטיילים שיש שיפוצים במלון, הוא מיוזמתו פנה למלון בשאלה בנושא ואז הם הודיעו לנו שלא נקבל את החדר עם הנוף שהוזמן, במקומו נקבל חדר ״משודרג״ (שכבר עבר שיפוץ) אבל עם נוף לגינה - האמת, זה יצא מגניב! אני יושבת במרפסת שמשקיפה לגינה עם נחל קטן טבעי שעובר בה ורואה סנאים, לטאות כוח ומקווה לא לראות גם נחש... אבל זה הרבה יותר מבדר מלבהות בים שגם ככה אני בוהה בו שעות מהכיסא בבריכה. הרבה יותר מגניב לי מנוף לים. בחדר יש גם מכשיר נגד יתושים בעלי הלך להתאמן בחדר הכושר ואומר שזה אחד מחדרי הכושר הכי טובים שראה במלונות בהם התארח. במלון מתקיימים שיפוצים באחד האגפים - לא הרגשתי שזה מפריע לי בשום צורה. יש שתי בריכות מאוד גדולות שפתוחות ולא היתה בעיה למצוא מקום ישיבה. חדר האוכל נעים. מכיל המון מנות מעניינות ומגוונות - כל אחד מבני משפחתי מצא מה לאכול שם. יש המון דוכנים של מנות מעניינות (עמדת ראמן בהרכבה אישית, עמדת אוכל הודי וכו...). למלון יש רצועת חוף עם גישה ישירה מבלי לחצות כביש. החוף היה נקי. אפשר לקחת קיאקים ללא תשלום נוסף . המרחב של המלון מאוד גדול ויש הליכה מנקודה לנקודה אבל הכל דרך שבילים שמובילים לגנים מטופחים, צמחייה טרופית - היתה תחושה של הליכה בגן טרופי קסום. מי שמתקשה ללכת, ניתן להזמין רכב גולף שמחכה ביציאה מהבניין לייעד המבוקש במלון (אנחנו לא השתמשנו בשירות זה, היה פשוט כיף ללכת) . המלון פשוט ריזורט מדהים והיה לנו בו ממש כיף ביציאה מהמלון לכביש הראשי ישנן מספר מסעדות נחמדות , אנחנו אכלנו במסעדת pakwan שהיתה מאוד נעימה וטעימה. יש 7/11 צמוד למלון, מכבסה צמודה ששם עשינו כביסה 60 באט לקילו.

קצת מבודד ומרוחק מהמרכז. מי שלא אוהב חיות וחרקים פחות יתחבר לקונספט של מלון בתוך ג׳ונגל.

מלון מהמם נקי שירות מעולה נהננו מאד, מהבריכות, מהים . יש קייאקים ופדלים חינם יש חוגים בחינם כמו אגרוף, יוגה, מדיטציה ובתשלום. הצוות אדיב ,ארוחת בוקר טעימה ! יש מסעדה איטלקית טעימה . מלון שלא רוצים לעזוב .

Nicest staff we have ever encountered, they couldn't do enough for us. Big hotel and grounds with plenty to do onsite. I recommend a massage at the beach. Food is fabulous and the free cocktails and nibbles was a great surprise. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in.

Sea has some organic and plastic debris.

Absolutely everything!!! Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life! An incredible and beautiful resort! Highly recommend. Wonderful staff, beautiful scenery, free water sports, amazing food, lovely hotel restaurants, attentive room cleaning daily.. 10/10!!
