Klong Muang Beach Apartment

A small building with just four apartments, managed by the lovely Mai and her sons, with absolute professionalism and the utmost care and dedication. A place where we felt right at home. Attention to detail, quality, and personalized service. Here, the Thai tradition of hospitality truly shines. Many Thanks. We will be back!

absolutely beyond reproach. All perfect.

Alles!!!!!

Gibt es nichts.

We already stayed there twice, as we liked it so much! :)

Room only. Great and lovely Host, very kind and welcoming. Plenty of drinking water provided. Lovely balcony with table and chairs.

It was perfect as it was.

Nada. Todo fue perfecto.

Beautiful staff, kind helpful, nonjudgemental. Apartment gorgeous spacious.

Nothing to not like!

The best hotel I've ever stayed. Have been there for two separate vacations. Owner is very kind and is a good person. They provide many extra things, like folding your clothes, bringing food and fruits for you as well as plenty of free drinking water. Location is also very nice. Two local restaurants nearby and awesome beach. Quiet and beautiful. I recommend you to go in the morning. The place itself is relatively far (15 minutes by car) from Ao Nang, so it's not crowded, but still have everything nearby — malls, pharmacies, massages, restaurants.

There is a Mosque nearby with loud singing, it could bother some people. Also there is no 24h pharmacy nearby, I had to go to Ao Nang. Everything else is great.

Amazing hostess. Amazing location. Amazing apartment. What more is there to say? The hostess even gave us different gifts everyday and attended our every need.

I almost wanna gatekeep this one so it’s not fully booked when we want to return. Best stay in KRABI no doubt.

Apartment at the highest level in terms of luxury, cleanliness and comfort. The owner Mai, as always, pleasant, kind and helpful in organizing trips to local attractions. She also offered us twice a great Thai food of her own production, fresh fruit that awaited us in the apartment was also a pleasure. Great location of the apartment near Klong Mueang beach. In addition to beach towels, beach loungers/deck chairs are available at the reception. Even during the second stay (after several years) absolute satisfaction, as evidenced by the fact that we brought other members of the extended family. And we will highly recommend it to other travelers 😊

I have nothing to complain about this accommodation and the owner

Apartament w bardzo wysokim standardzie. Czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

The owner lady was very kind and cared about us very well. The apartment was super large (probably larger than my home) and super clean. The apartment was cleaned every day. The house was situated in a calm area, but not so far from a beach and good restaurants. There was both AC and a ceiling fan in each room, so I can use just the fan as the AC is making me sick.

Veldig hyggelig vert, nærmere stranden

Ingenting annet en. litt hard seng

They really took care of us. Treated us like family. Made sure we had water, coffee, etc.

The apartment was large and modern and very clean. The host was incredible and thought of many nice extras (beach towels, chairs, water etc). The beach is only 5 minutes away. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

The beds were very hard. Not a personal preference.

Huge apartment with all amenities Host was very friendly and looked after our luggage whilst we went on a trip for 3 days

Felt bad as very luxurious apartment in quite a poor local area Up many stairs without a lift This wasn’t clear in booking dot com prior to stay

The host was so friendly and helpful across the time we stayed. She was welcoming, had good tips about the area, and delivered us fresh fruit a few times.

The apartment was sparkly clean ✨ Lots of lovely little personal touches to make us feel very looked after. Close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely little stop over :)

Gaststätte (The Best) in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wäscheservice um die Ecke. Der Strand nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Alles vorhanden im Apartment was man benötigt.

Es gab keine negativen Punkte.

Perfekcyjna czystość. Gościnność niespotykana w Europie. Personel pomocny, reagował błyskawicznie na wszelkie pytania i prośby. Widać, że miejsce prowadzone z sercem. Nasz najlepszy pobyt w Tajlandii. Kilka metrów obok świetne jedzenie.

Żałujemy że tak krótko.

Sehr sauber, äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber!

The host, cleanliness and access

Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman. Kiemelném a tisztaságot, az egész épületben is. Modern berendezések, szinte újak voltak, a kontaktgrillt minden nap használtuk.

Our stay in this apartment was perfect. From the first moment, we felt truly welcomed bythe host - her hospitality was warm , thoughtful , and genuine. She was always attentive , kind ,and ready to help. The apartment itself is immaculate - so clean that you could literally eat from the floor. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible Argentina in the design. The comfort is absolutely amazing- cozy, peaceful , and perfectly equipped for relaxing stay.

Friendly, helpful and very welcoming host. Lovely quiet location close to the beautiful beach and not far from the busy town. Very clean apartment.

The stairs and having to pay extra for electricity.

Zawsze uśmiechnięta i życzliwa obsługa. Dwa kroki do morza i knajpek. Codziennie świeże owoce i woda. Bez problemu można zaparkować auto przed domem.

Die Beteuerung war super

Ruim en schoon appartement

It was a really big apartment and good value for money. It was very clean and in a great location. The receptionist and all the staff were really helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very comfortable, with breakfast essentials and fresh fruit prepared for guests. The WiFi is fast, everything is spotlessly clean, there are beach towels and bottled water available. The property manager was extremely helpful — she arranged a taxi for us and let us leave our luggage longer. There’s also an excellent restaurant next door, which she recommended. If you’re planning to stay in Klong Muang – I highly recommend this place.

Mi (The hostess) meet us at arrival and showed us to our apartment. She was wonderful and friendly and professional. She handed over the keys and told us if there was anything we needed to let her know.

I loved it. I loved the quiet side of Krabi away form the touristy Ao Nang, which is fun, still. Quiet beach life is the jam. No coffee shops open till 10 am. So take your time relax. Make a cup at the apartment and relax at the beach or balcony.

Perfect. Somply perfect.

This was probably one of the best holiday accommodations we have ever stayed in. We loved our stay - the apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. There was a lovely quiet beach at the end of the road but it was also not far from Au Nang if you wanted somewhere livelier . Shout out to The Best Cafe near to the apartment for tasty Thai dishes with friendly service. But best of all was our host Mai who was so helpful with advising and facilitating trips we made such as sea kayaking . And she went the extra mile with providing drinking water, coffee and fresh local fruit . I heartily recommend staying here .

Loved everything!

Paradise Found in Krabi: A Glowing Review of Klong Muang Beach Apartment Our recent holiday to Krabi, Thailand, was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was our wonderful stay at the Klong Muang Beach Apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and spacious the apartment was – a true haven after our journey. What truly elevated our experience was the incredible attentiveness of the owner. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The daily delivery of fresh bottled water was a thoughtful touch, but the highlight had to be the warm, freshly baked banana muffins she surprised us with! Such a delicious and personal welcome. The location of the apartment is simply perfect. The nearby Klong Muang Beach is a hidden gem – absolutely beautiful and refreshingly unaffected by mass tourism. It felt like our own little slice of paradise, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the stunning scenery. Beyond the tranquility of the beach, Krabi itself offers so much to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trips to the nearby islands, each one offering breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable experiences. If you're looking for a peaceful yet engaging holiday in a stunning location with exceptional hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Klong Muang Beach Apartment in Krabi. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already dreaming of our return. Five stars all the way!

Everything was perfect. Accommodation is amazing and extremely comfortable. All rooms are huge, spacious, and well furnished. Location for us was great. We were on the last leg of a busy, full-on trip across Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We chose this based on location and a few days chill time. Gorgeous beach a 5 minute walk away with restaurants and bars. Krabi main town (very touristy) was a few miles away and very cheap to get to using Grab or Bolt taxis. We went to the main town once, which confirmed our choice of location and accommodation was the best choice for us. Mai, the owner is a wonderful lady who ensures your stay is as perfect as possible. Mention also to the restaurant down the road. Best Panang I've ever had.

Nothing whatsoever to dislike.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and spacious.

Nothing.

Friendly service and amazing apartment. Plenty of drink water as additional benefit. Towels for beach available. Great kitchen facilities with everything you need to prepare a nice meal.

Great location: KLONG Muang Beach and two 7/11 were minutes from the apartment. The apartment was super spacious with balcony and nice view, and everything was really comfortable. Kitchen with all appliances and washing machine was a big +. Apartment was cleaned every day and we were treated with complimentary fruits and water. Very quiet location and the building. Check-in/out was quick and easy, and communication was on point. Thanks a lot to the owner for helping us with tours and local restaurants, and for providing good snorkeling gear for our trip. We had a great stay. Totally recommend!

Great apartment, great place to stay, greatest host ever!!! Like last year we had some fantastic days there again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and help again Mai!!!

---

Very clean and great host.

I liked everything about this place. Mai the owner was there to meet us on arrival and showed us to the Apartment. Everything was perfect. highly rate this place and will stay here again if ever I go back to Krabi.

Nothing to not like. Perfect.

The size, cleanliness, and facilities in the room are tremendous. We would definitely stay there again

Everything! The host, the location, the beach the food, where all excellent.

Nothing

Stayed here for two nights with my partner for our stay in Klong Muang. Very warm and welcoming host. We did have some small issues upon arriving at the Apartment which meant our room wasn't ready and check in was delayed by a couple of hours. This wasn't a problem for us as we just went to the beach for a couple of hours whilst we waited for the host to finish getting the apartment ready for us. Once it was ready, we found the apartment itself was very clean and spacious and well equipped with good air-conditioning and fans in each room. Bathrooms were also spacious, clean and with good facilities. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the main beach area and very close to an excellent restaurant. Also within walking distance to many other amenities such as local shops and Seven Eleven. The apartment had two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large living room with balcony, making it very suitable for larger groups of guests who want somewhere to stay for an extended period of time. We only stayed here for two nights as a couple and so didn't really make full use of everything the apartment had to offer, but thought this is worth pointing out. There were other guests staying in the other apartments during our stay here but we found our stay to be extremely quiet without any noise coming from the other rooms in the building. The host provided us with plenty of fresh drinking water throughout our stay. She was also very helpful in terms of providing information about the area and helping us organise transport. Worth noting that the electricity use is metered for all the apartments and charged to the guests upon check out from the apartment.

I would probably avoid using Booking.com to book your stay here as it caused us some minor issues when we arrived at the apartment. We searched and booked for 2 guests on the Booking.com website, however the booking itself only went through as 1 guest in the system which we did not realise until after arriving at the apartment. If using booking.com, make sure the booking goes through correctly, and if not, contact the host before arrival to amend the booking. This caused a minor delay for checking into the room when we arrived at the apartment as the room was not ready yet. Luckily the accommodation is located very close to an excellent restaurant and the beach area so we were happy to spend some time exploring the area while the host finished getting the room ready for us.

Everything was perfect. It was over and beyond our expectations as an Airbnb. It is as good as a 6 stars hotel. Mai's hospitalities was superb! We appreciated everything she did during our stay. She and her property gave us a good excuse to stay at the Klong Muang Beach again.

Nothing!

Great location. Mai was amazing and cares so much about the customer experience she provides. There was constant supplies of fresh fruit, water and fresh coffee. Daily cleaning and towel replacement. We were there for 5 days and didn’t ask for bedding to be changed, but she just did it. Mai arranged transfers to and from the airport for us, and for my son who had a 2 night stay with us. Mai also arranged a long tail boat trip for us at an amazing price. There was also a constant supply of beach towels and an expert knowledge of the local area. Mai’s son is an absolute credit to her and is there to help too. We were sad to leave and aim to return for longer as soon as we can. Thank you so much Mai.

Everything was brilliant!

Fantastic property run by the amazing Mia. It is hands down the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. Large comfy bed in beautiful room, well appointed lounge & balcony. We had plenty of fresh fruit & coffee, lots & lots of welcome water & nice chats with our lovely host. The young boy helpers are also excellent.

The largest bedroom bathroom shower holder would be easier to use if flexible & possibly lower. We used the other shower room due to this issue.

Felt super luxury, Mai was so nice, short walk to beach and market

The apartment was beautiful with lovely furnishings, if you want something a little special. Everything you need was there.

Nothing but if you have mobility issues then make sure you tell them. There’s 3 floors and no ground floor apartment from what I gathered. Wi-Fi wasn’t great.

Best apartment I have stayed in everything you could possibly need. The host and her family were amazing thoughtful and kind. Would definitely recommend this property

Nothing

Lovely property in a calm and peaceful location. Beautifully furnished with attention to detail. Everything Is provided to ensure your stay is perfect. The host mai and her son were very accommodating and did everything they could to make you welcome. The property is very close to the beach, and you will see the most amazing sunsets whilst sipping a cocktail ! There are several good restaurants all within few minutes walk from the property. If you feel the need for some nightlife then you can get a taxi into Krabi town or Ao nang easily.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The host is one of the most amazing person I have ever met. She was so welcoming and helpful. You just have to ask and she will solve it for you in next 5mins. The apartment feels like home. Everything is designed to make you feel at home and loved. I am definitely going to go to this place again. If you are reading this book this property without a thought. Book right now. The best stay I had in Thailand

Classy and well laid out. Well maintained.

There was nothing to dislike

Mai was an absolute joy. She helped us with absolutely everything she possibly could. The place was completely immaculate, we were even accommodated after check out while we were waiting for our flight.

It is a little bit away from the city but excellent if you just want to get away to the beach. If you have any mobility issues, there is no lift so it would not be practical for you.

Outstanding apartment super clean you get what you see in the pic..., tastefully done the host is very kind super caring and very supportive, keen to help her guest to have a good time.... Loved our stay here surely coming back. Read the fine print it's a small detail...

None

Beautiful space, lovely host, had everything I needed. Mai ensured I had plenty of bottled water and helped with advice where she could. Great place.

The WiFi didn’t work well for me which was a problem as I needed to use my laptop, it kept jumping off.

Great place for relaxed stay - marvellous views, quiet AC, tasty breakfast (also dinners if you want).. The best, helpful hosts - will arrange everything, easy to communicate. Transport (scooter or car) is a must though

-

Everything! It was such an amazing apartment! Such luxury and always cleaned immaculately. Our host was so kind, funny and friendly. I would stay here again any day. The resort is fairly quiet, which is perfect for a getaway or young couples. Easy access to boat trips to Hong Island and Phra Nang Bay, not too far from Ao Nang and Krabi.

Nothing

This is truly an incredible property. We stayed as a couple, however this is perfect for families or two couples looking to stay here. You do get charged an electricity usage fee of 6 baht per watt, but over the course of 3-night stay it totaled around 500 baht. Regardless of that, this is a gem and within walking distance of the tastiest restaurant (called The Best) that we found in all of Krabi. It’s also a short walk to the beach and between the sunsets and fire show we stumbled upon, it really made our trip feel like two in one because of how different it felt from Ao Nang. In terms of cleanliness, I don’t think you’ll find a cleaner property than this one. They also clean each day while you’re away, set up a motorbike rental for us and suggested so many good things to check out. She even brought us fresh mango, has complimentary bottled water + coffee/tea. Even if you don’t rent a motorbike, you are within a 10-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and more.

Nothing to note. It’s a modern property that has everything you need and more. You feel relaxed, safe and at home here.

Very clean and spacious

Nothing

The property was light, spacious, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, with high quality furniture and fittings. It was close to the beautiful Klong Muang beach, small local restaurants and supermarkets in a quiet location. It had a wonderful balcony, with lovely furniture to sit out on in the mornings and evenings to watch the local world go by and see the sun go down. We were very comfortable. Over and above, the owner, Mai, was a fantastic host. Always available, warm, friendly and welcoming, extremely hospitable, providing treats of local fruits and local Thai foods and snacks that we likely would never otherwise have experienced. Sharing with us the local cultures, stories and history of Klong Muang. Cleaning of the apartment was offered every day and she was so happy to help with anything we needed and would go above and beyond what you would normally expect. There are two big high end resorts in Klong Muang, however, I am so glad we chose this independent option. Our experience was 5 star and more exclusive than staying in a large hotel, in my opinion.

This property exceeded our expectations. There was nothing to dislike.

Best place to stay at Klong Muang! Spotlessly clean, in fact the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in Thailand, close to the beach, super nice host, very nicely appointed rooms! It’s better than on photos! And attention to detail and everything a guest might need is outstanding(including a makeup light up mirror and a hair curler for example) fully equipped kitchen with a built in oven? Super rare to find in Thailand. We felt like home! Thank you so much for your hospitality, May!

Nothing

This apartment is incredibly spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleaning service each day was exceptional with great attention to detail. We loved the area - it was close enough to attractions, with enough restaurants nearby - whilst not being as busy and touristy as Ao Nang. The host went out of her way to help us organise taxis and ensure our stay was comfortable. She also would have organised tours for us if we wanted. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is gorgeous. Has a french style decor. Bedsheets are sooo nice. The owner Mai is incredible. Very caring of guests. We loved staying here, returning here after everyday was a joy. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook.

The appartement exceeded all our expectations, we had a very nice time! The host was super friendly (nicest lady we ever met during our holidays) and provided us with a lot of information and help during our stay. Also we could check in earlier due to the fact that we arrived early, we appreciated this very much. Place is impeccably clean and is well equipped (free laundry detergent, coffee, drinking water, …). Beach is close by. Would recommend!

Nothing

The owner Mei was only of the most lovely and helpful ladies we met in all our travels. Very quiet location, near a beautiful beach, wonderfully designed and kept rooms!

Everything

Nothing

This is a high quality apartment, 150 yards from the beach and furnished to an exceptional standard. Great value but the real plus is the very helpful owner. She couldn’t do more to make our stay great. In particular she arranged private long boat trips on two separate days at very competitive prices, where we were picked up from the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends

Nothing but more for others awareness. While close to the beach and some good local restaurants, most of the good ones are a walk away. Not a problem for us as we walked there and back twice but maybe for others who are less able. That said taxis are freely available.

amazing host (mai) , big appartment , impeccable, quiet ,150 mètre from beach.

nothing

-spacious -clean -really well equipped -two separate bathrooms -host is super nice and helpful. arranges motorbike/tour that’s cheaper than if we go to the shops ourselves, and didn’t try to make any commission

Super clean with all the facilities you could possibly need. Friendly host that can help with all requests.

No lift, however, the staff can help with luggage. The resort is very quiet with hardly any dining options nearby.

alles was perfect in orde

niets

top clean and very cool Interior, the owner arranges for everything which is really helpful

nothing to complain

The apartment was incredibly well appointed. it was clean, well equipped, well furnished and cleaned every day. Mai runs it all with a total focus on the customer. She really can’t do enough for you and gets so much joy from having satisfied customers. It was like a home from home (only much tidier) and, without interfering in your holiday, she’s always ready with useful information on the area. For us, renting an apartment in Thailand, rather than staying in a hotel, was a bit of an experiment. Seriously, the welcome, the service and the superb apartment meant that we’d made a really good choice. I’d thoroughly recommend.

There are some aspects that might not suit everyone. If you want ‘crazy’Thailand, then Ao Nang is 20 minutes drive/taxi down the road. Klong Muang is much quieter with a beautiful beach without the usual sun beds/sales folk. We definitely preferred that but some might prefer a livelier resort on their doorstep. I can’t fault the apartment itself.

Apartment is extremely clean and big. It’s difficult to list all the great things about it so I will just say that It has everything you can wish for and we really felt like home during our stay here. Moreover, It’s very close to the beautiful Klong Muang beach. The host, May, is without a doubt the best host I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about her.

The apartment we stayed in was so clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Unfortunately, the weather was a little wet during our visit, but we had a great day in the apartment chilling and watching Netflix on the comfy furniture. May brought us bottled water and fresh papaya and bananas every day, and cleaned our apartment daily, changing towels and providing fresh beach towels too. She was so helpful to us and we can not recommend a stay highly enough - we will be back - thanks!

Nothing!
