Comfortable and large room , Liked the Japanese Toilet...

Room was nice, it was clean and quiet. The pool was quite nice, but weirdly shallow. It was fine for laps and relaxing.

Didn't love that we failed to ensure the alarm clock was not set to go off! The beds could use an update. Mattress was old, sloped, and just not that comfortable. The pillows were awful. Requested something firmer, and while a pillow was sent to the room, it was no different. Time to upgrade the beds and bedding. The elevators are confusing as only 1 will take you to the pool level. Would be nice to have a cafe that offers a nice breakfast. Don't eat breakfast at the in-house restaurant. Was overpriced and the food was disappointing, as was the coffee. Seemed to be hopping for dinners though.

I really liked the warms seat on the toilet and the staff were exceptional.

I stayed here unexpectedly when my husband was admitted to the hospital. I arrived very late and left around 8 am, so I was disappointed by how high the rate was fro such a short stay. A compassionate or hospital rate for families in these circumstances would be greatly appreciated.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir sofort einen Wasserkocher. Unser Zimmer war Richtung Parkseite und damit ruhig. Das Hotel und die Stadt haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder

Mattress had a crown on it causing me to roll to the edge. Given the price breakfast should have been included Walls were as thin I could hear guests in the hallway and traffic noise

The only thing I didn’t like was the way we put the guest card in the elevator. It keep falling on the ground . There’s no way to grip it . That the staff member would not ua pay with debit. Has to ask manager. Then they stayed this one time. Even though this is how we always paid everytime we stayed there.also out room has wash cloth in sink still

They do not have laundry for use as public. We need to use room service laundry.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING

the view of the pond was not only awesome but we as birders were able to identify 6 different species on the pond. Staff were very accomdating and allowed us to check in early. They also texted us after checkin to enquire if we needed anything. Room was very quiet and spacious: King with pond view. Location is near District 1881. Tesla destination charger was a bonus. Also, Montana;s restaurant on site to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nice view and check-in was seamless. They got the restaurant inside so it was a pretty good dine in experience.

Parking is outdoor only but free, and there is only one EV charger in the front which is almost always busy, it would be better if they had an overnight charging facility, but not a big deal as Tesla supercharger is only a 7km drive.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful. Everything was well organized and made the stay very enjoyable.

the hotel was spotless! the room had comfy beds, flooring instead of carpets, and a bidet! they also provide all the bathing products in pump bottle instead of wasteful little plastic containers.

The staff, they are very professional. The facility is clean, clean carpets in the hallways. The suite was really nice with modern furnishings. Comfortably bed and cloud pillows.

Well, the hotel happed to be packed that weekend, and of course, inevitably you get some rif rafs. There was fighting in the hallway on the 9th floor along with loud tv volumes. Eventually had to call down to the desk. It took sometime, but eventually they managed to stop it.

We checked in late and the desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that the shampoo, body wash, and hand wash were all the same liquid only the labels were different.☹️

Lobby smell, A little challenging to locate the gym and the pool Messaged the hotel before checking in, no answer received Check in experience needs to be improved, as the person who did our check in was unpleasant and unprofessional (female receptionist: And***) the rest of the staff was friendly especially the night staff.

The hotel room was clean with a very nice view. Service desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issues I had with the the 2 night stay: 1. The ad said that the rooms were sound proof - my room was adjoined with another door for a group stay, but I was there as a solo guest. I could hear my neighbors loud TV and talking. Hard to sleep in when you hear this. So much for a sound proof room. 2. The hot tub jets on the first night weren't working ( that was rectified at the end of the evening). This was a big part of why I chose this hotel. 3. The hot tub itself, wasn't clean. Lots of foam, this is an indicator of mass bacteria growth. I was silly enough to sit in it for over 5 minutes as my muscles needed some heat. I ended up with rashes on my arms, and legs. The loud radio music while in the hot tub wasn't great either. Silence would be better. Also, over $400 for 2 nights as a solo person - also seemed a bit excessive in price.

Beetje oudbollig hotel. Ontbijt is in het restaurant maar staat los van het hotel. Menu kaart beetje Amerikaans, veel en vet.

A newly renovated hotel with all the small details to make the comforts of home. Comfortable beds and a lovely clean spa/fitness area well equipped for a workout away from home.

This hotel is in a good area. Lots of convenience for shops and district 1881 is close by.

My room was not clean. Other people's hair everywhere. The room was also very unwelcoming and cold. Right elevator didn't work properly. We booked 3 rooms and only 1 room was ready on time. One of the rooms we did not get into until 5pm.

All was good and felt secure

Montana's has some work to do with once sat down bringing drinks, taking orders, and delivering the food. Understanding recently opened so in time will improve.

The location is great since you can walk to District 1881 in downtown Chilliwack. This area is a little sketchy because of the street people, but the actual hotel property has been kept clean of that social issue.

My room was not very clean. I found other peoples hair in the bedding, on the chair, in the bathtub, and in the bathroom sink. Being a housecleaner in the past I know the standards of a hotel this size and it is not an acceptable level of cleanliness. Also we booked 3 rooms and 2 of them were not accessible at the 3pm check-in time. It ended up being around 5pm before one of the rooms was available.
