Comfort Inn

Great location, rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

That we only stayed 1 night.

Très propre et facile d’accès

Bruyant à cause de l’autoroute juste à côté

It was convenient for our travel route to the ferries

Everything was fine

Location and cleanliness were good. Front desk was pleasant.

The sliding door was very sticky and hard to open. Neighbours were loud but hotel can’t control that. No real concerns.

Breakfast and the location

None

Amazing breakfast!

Friendly staff, good value, quick check in. Erika, the 'breakfast lady' was very efficient, and very friendly. We had been traveling a lot, and she was the best 'breakfast lady' by far.

Location

Not enough common space for chatting, reading, dinning

We loved having a ground level suite

It was a cute room and was all that we needed, however my husband was unfortunately allergic to the soap in the shower and it gave him a pretty bad itchy rash lol. Not at all your fault but that was just unfortunate for us. The shower also drained very slow.

Pet friendly room are really a pet friendly. It has its own sliding door to go outside.

Comfort Inn in Chilliwack is great value for money. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is a good. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely worth the price!

Everything from staff to rooms to breakfast.

No pool or hot tub

Quiet and clean. Very conscientious breakfast providers!

The toilet paper dispenser really cut into the body when seated on the toilet!!

Extremely comfortable bed, very clean

Small improvements could make for a better breakfast experience: spoons with a scoop/bowl vs flat for cereal, scrambled eggs vs patties would hold better in a chafing dish. Don't understand the purpose of compostable dishes and cutlery when there is no place for compost. Recycled, yes. Brown precooked skinless sausages vs just reheating.

Location clean

NA

Breakfast was good, well attended to, a nice change with freshly made pancakes instead of the usual waffles. The room was very clean, had a great couch for sitting on, and the staff were very friendly.

There was only one night table instead of two, with one side taken up by a clothes closet squeezed in beside the bed.

I didn't dangle from the toilet seat because it was too high. There was a couch.

My printout from Booking.com said I had a ground floor room, when I got there I did not. When I got to the room the curtains were open and the sunlight was streaming in making the room over 80 degrees. I tried getting the A/C to work - it did not, asked at desk to fix it and went out to my car and turned on the A/C and sat in that. When I get there later that evening they said that it had been unplugged on top (high wall A/C). I was able to get into handicapped parking spot initially, I had to park a distance away and entered on uneven ground Friday. Saturday I came in tired and carrying a 20+lb basket and sat on a couch and was asked questions and had to explain that my knee hurt because of rheumatism, went up to the room and the door wouldn't unlock, (elevator was in back of building).

Extremely professional at check-in. Both ladies worked well together to provide all relevant information regarding hotel amenities.

No issues. All aspects of my stay were satisfied.

They do not have enough rooms for seniors (handicapped) the toilet is too low and the paper dispenser is too close

Access from the highway, cleanliness of lobby and room, comfort of the bed and pillows, coffee in the room, the breakfast available 7am to 10am, quick check in and out...a good experience

Not enough handicap parking

Nice, clean accommodation with excellent staff. Rooms are a little noisy due to the heating/air conditioning unit in the room

Breakfast and beds are comfy.

Nothing

Very comfortable, clean place; staff super friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to resolve credit card issues; friendly to our dogs and children; service very much appreciated.

Keep up the excellent work!

Nothing

They had no more pet friendly rooms left even though I already payed and had a room in my name. It was 1045 at night and they wouldn’t let me check in.

Good location with easy access to HWY 1 as our event was more than a few miles away...very good breakfast with a lovely staff member taking care of the area, excellent desk staff during the day...very comfortable beds and clean room...gave us extra clean towels...lots of great food facilities all around the hotel and large grocery stores as well

not much...they are getting it right :)

Vriendelijk personeel.

De airco is heel oud en maakt verschrikkelijk veel geluid. Hierdoor hebben we heel slecht geslapen.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, guter Standard, sauber, Zimmergröße

Leider kein Gym. Frühstück stark verbesserungsfähig.

Location was convenient

The price increase since the last time we stayed here. Nothing has changed but we paid more for it. I know this is just how things are but you asked what I didn't like so I'm telling you. Room and stay were exactly as expected no complaints.

Lage, Preis/Leistung hat uns gut gefallen

Frühstück eher dürftig

Good location. Excellent breakfast included. Helpful and pleasant staff. Easy check in.

The price. The accommodation was booked nine months ago. There was a no cancellation policy. Prices for accommodation in many other similar hotels were considerably lower later. I was stuck.

The bed was comfortable, room felt clean and modern. Cool and safe feel. Access doors and stairs all worked well Elevator available. Small fridge had space. Breakfast was excellent and easy to self serve. Parking area spacious. Nearby restaurant served home cooked meals. Bathroom worked well.

Air con a bit noisy. Noisy trans Canada nearby. Nothing but news on TV.

Excellent in room Keureg coffee. Excellent TV.

Carpet could have been cleaner.

Tge Breakfast was not excitong and seating was inadequate.

It was in a great location and the property was clean and lots of parking easy to get in and out

Nothing

Everything! Clean, nice big room, good parking, good bed, shower, nice staff, good location.

The breakfast needed some help. Toaster wasn’t toasting and scrambled eggs were weird looking like pan cakes and not tasting like much like eggs? Outside of that everything was else was good. Plenty of variety and good coffee.

Gute Ausstattung

Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, daher sehr laut

Everything

Nothing

Staff friendly on check in and out. Decent breakfast included. Room clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable.

nothing, everything was great

The room was clean and it was nice having an outside door for my dogs.

The location is good, close to the stores and city center. The staff is nice and friendly.

The furniture is worn, the socket was not covered and seemed to be unsafe. For 4 people only 2 bath towels were provided.

Location

Everything else

Did not stay overnight. Had to leave after 25 minutes due to pet allergies and room being dirty.

No alternative to room given.

Good location, Ground floor room had a sliding door for easy outside access for getting luggage in and out. Breakfast was good. Also, 15% discount offered at the Whit Spot next door. Good

Great location.

Nothing

Breakfast, staff and neatness

Comfortable, accessible size, very well maintained.

Optional early check-in was not available.

Excellent

Nothing

We were travelling with 2 pets, and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was good.

I feel that being charged for two small Shih Tzus is a bit much, they are hypoallergenic and were in crates. Just one fee should have been enough.

Rien a redire

Breakfast was great, checking in was easy, room was cleaned every day

The floor was not even under the carpet. The Kurige coffee machine didn’t work and I had no hot water to make tea even there was tea packages available.

Location

Smelled like an old astray very bad.

Good location, great staff, very quiet for the location, clean, good value

Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Shuttle service to the airport. Seemingly safe area

Our room was along a busy street so vehicle noise in the evening was loud. At night traffic was tolerable

Comfortabele bedden. Goede douche. Dichtbij restaurants. Ontbijt met worstjes en omeletjes.

Kleine kamer en badkamer. Hotel is toe aan renovatie.

I did not have the breakfast

The refund procedure

Die Lage

Lärm vom Highway (keine Doppelverglasung, Terrassentür schloss nicht richtig) Frühstück sehr einfach

Excellent 👌

Good enough 👍

Easy access

Couldn’t get breakfast! Far too many people and all the 6 tables were taken up. Far too small breakfast area. No glasses for juice, just paper cups. Very disappointing!

Great value and clean

Air conditioner was a bit slow to come on and loud

Location is great, staff was nice.

Air conditioner could have been easier to use and set to really cool the room when it got hot. We only had one bedside table but apparently that was because we wanted a king size bed.

Clean

The location was spot on for us visiting family. Easy access to store's. Breakfast is ok plenty of fresh fruit.

Breakfast area small and quickly gets full at peak times.

Clean, super comfy bed, lovely staff

The breakfast wasn't very good

Close to hospital

Your wonderful staff.

Quiet

Breakfast

The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The heater/cooler fan was very loud and the breakfast was kind of disappointing

Great location and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Thermostat for AC directed you to top of air conditioner which was way up high. Had to move chairs to get up there. Very strange. Toilet paper was at side but in a container like a paper towel holderr and fairly large. Dug into side of leg which was uncomfortable. Breakfast at 7 not 6 like other hotels. We are typically gone before 7.

Cleanliness and quietness

100% single use times in the breakfast

Convenient and great breakfast

The air conditioning was noisy and no windows to leave open during the night.

Nice sized room with sliding door to car park making luggage transfer easy. Comfortable beds (2 beds per room) and big bathroom. Located by some restaurants for easy dining options.

The breakfast was limited and could be omitted as most people are on the go.

Excellent bed

All good will return

Easy access. Good restaurants close by.

Super Pani na recepcji oraz na śniadaniu.

Wszystko w porządku.

Toilet paper dispenser digging in my side not a good area to have it. Same breakfast every day was kind of bland was not impressed with it. Need more hot variety.

not much, food perfunctuary at most

Good for a 1 night stay on way to YVR. Good restaurant next door, plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

Dated property. Quite worn bed and barely any noise insulation, meaning you could hear neighbouring rooms too easily.

Breakfast was good. Staff member was very pleasant. It was also nice to have discounted food at nearby restaurants

The location was convenient for our purposes. We’ve stayed before. It’s in a commercial area.

It’s the typical breakfast fare. Good for one night. We don’t really know how to improve that. It’s what we expected.

Comfortable easy access to our room on the ground floor

There was a stingky smell in the air outside

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were great

We had 4 adults staying in our room. The room was very small and there was only one luggage stand. We had to open luggage on the table. The coffee maker didn’t work properly.

Love this location ,we usually stay here because its close to quite a few stores and Restaurants we like.

Breakfast is pretty basic but Ricky's is next door. But that would never stop us from staying here,we've always had great service and the price is affordable.

Niets.

Ease of check-in. The location is good.

It was a positive experience

Great location. Friendly staff.

The plug in the bathtub was faulty and no other room was available so--no bath, just a shower. I understood laundry facilities were available but the door was locked. We could pay $30 to have our laundry done for us. Not what I wanted.
