Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Argentine receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Porto Colom is a very quiet and peaceful place, and the town center has a few restaurants.
The hotel rooms do not have minibars, and there is no hotel parking, even though the listing clearly states that parking is available. We did not have difficulty finding street parking, but we were expecting the convenience of having hotel parking. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The breakfast did not meet our expectations, as the food was not of a very high standard. The breakfast attendant, Lourdes, was extremely rude and treated guests differently depending on their room. She did not allow us to sit at the table we wanted and even made us leave a table we had already sat at, saying that guests from our room were not allowed to sit there. On another occasion, she showed us to a table but would not let us get our breakfast until we had sat down at that table.

Petit déjeuner correct mais manque de choix , toujours la même chose. Les repas bof franchement faut revoir les menus . Toujours la même chose , on retrouve souvent les restes de la veille et de la sur veille . À 20 h souvent on fait avec ce qu il reste . Les desserts aucun plaisir , ya tellement de chose à faire avec des produits simples , que ça soit en repas , pt dej , et dessert. Et même pas une paella au menu .. Contactez moi je vous donnerez des idées de menus simples et appréciables

Halbpension ohne Getränke, nicht mal Wasser inklusive. Speisen nicht besonders qualitativ - Halbpension lohnt sich für uns da eher nicht. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Pool schließt um 20h und somit auch die Möglichkeit die Liegen zu nutzen

Acreditamos que há sempre possibilidade para melhorar: No dia que fomos a primeira vez ao pequeno almoço pedimos pão sem glúten, esse estava com bolor, as colegas encolheram os ombros e não arranjaram solução…. No seguintes dias não pedimos pão e comemos outras coisas. A vista do nosso quarto era directa para as traseiras, não tem mal nenhum com isso, mas ter os caixotes dos lixos ali visíveis e com o cheiro mesmo para os quartos, pareceu me falta de profissionalismo e cuidados de quem fez a gestão dos lixos do hotel, tinham garrafas de vinho e com o calor que fez podem imaginar o cheiro…

Hôtel vieillissant, avec un gros potentiel , mais qui aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Problème isolation phonique. Pas de frigo dans les chambres Pas de parking à proximité, j’ai pris une amende pour stationnement de 200€ Horaires restaurants trop tard le matin (8h-10h) et trop tôt le soir(19h-21h) Surtout qu’en Espagne on dîne généralement tard Et buffet le soir, manque de changement, souvent les mêmes plats.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026My confirmed reservation was cancelled by the hotel less than two days before my arrival, which I found extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had already planned my trip around this confirmed booking, and the last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and forced me to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. A confirmed reservation should be something guests can rely on, especially when the cancellation happens so close to the arrival date. While an alternative was eventually offered, the situation was still very inconvenient and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here unless you are prepared for the possibility of your reservation being cancelled at the last minute.

L’état général des extérieurs de l’hôtel est assez désolant que ce soit au RDC ou à l’étage de la piscine il faudrait des rénovations ainsi qu’une clim fonctionnelle dans la salle du restaurant.

Piscina spettacolare, staff super cordiale e prezzi onesti anche dentro l’hotel. Posizione molto comoda, a piedi si arriva al porto e alla piazzetta dove ci sono un sacco di posti super per mangiare. Attorno ci sono anche supermercati e tutto quello che serve. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene, super consigliata!
Metto 9 e non 10 solo per la colazione, che secondo me non era proprio il top. Molto basic, con l’essenziale sia dolce che salato, però non tutto era di grande qualità. Per il resto davvero nulla da dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026El hotel se nota que no es nuevo, pero cumple con todo lo necesario. La habitación estaba limpia, con aire acondicionado y la limpian todos los días. El desayuno no tiene mucha cantidad, pero lo justo para desayunar. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Portocolom centro, pero sí tu idea es ir por la zona de Palma, Valldemossa,... queda un poco lejos en coche, pero zona está bien, es un pueblo tranquilo por la noche.
Por poner un problema es el escaso horario de la piscina del hotel en verano.

Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich wenn man kein Spanisch spricht wird man wird beim Frühstück nur angeschnauzt. Das Poolwasser war einfach braun. Das Licht auf dem Balkon war einfach die ganze Nacht an und man kann es nicht ausschalten. Es war selbst mit den Vorhängen super hell. In unser letzten Nacht hat das Wasser von Abend muss zum nächsten Morgen um 9 nicht funktioniert. Die Rezeption hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Wir mussten selbst los gehen um Wasser zu holen das wir nicht sandig schlafen mussten. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches vom Personal.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Tutto. Ci è piaciuta tantissimo la piscina, la stanza con il terrazzino, la colazione e la cordialità di tutto il personale della struttura. La posizione è ottima, in una zona strategica molto molto tranquilla anche da girare a piedi. Noi abbiamo noleggiato una macchina e stavamo vicino a tutto, specialmente a 15 minuti da Cala d’Or.
Sarebbe secondo me preferibile mettere un letto matrimoniale anziché due letti singoli

Facilities are mid compared to what is shows, paid extra for an ocean view did get it but was on the 2nd floor. I think there definitely should be drying rack for balconies to dry beach clothes and lastly the location was okay. It is walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store but it’s not that much. You’d definitely need to a car to access the other beaches and the roadside parking situation is okay but there are time we’d had to search a little bit longer to find a park.

Le camere non sono dotate di frigobar, cosa che sarebbe indispensabile d’estate. Sarebbe carino che fosse possibile cenare fino a più tardi (dalle 19 alle 21) Gli spazi comuni non sono sfruttati al massimo delle potenzialità che avrebbero per la loro vista e posizione.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Потрясающий вид из окна. Просторный чистый номер с балконом. Есть кондиционер. Персонал приятный. Завтрак разнообразный. Есть бассейн на территории. До пляжа 10 минут пешком. Есть настольный теннис. Можно арендовать велосипед.
Не работал бильярд. В зале для завтраков кондиционер дует только возле левой стены, чтобы сесть именно там, нужно приходить рано. В остальной части зала умираешь от жары. В зале с настольным теннисом также нет кондиционера, нужно играть с открытыми окнами - все равно не спасает. В душе очень хороший напор воды, но из-за этого вода переливается через край и незаметно течёт в комнату.

Posizione ottima. Torneremo in questo hotel qualora ritornassimo a Maiorca. Grazie!! ❤️

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour faire les plus jolis spots du sud de Majorque, et alors la vue... un vrai régal ! Un grand merci au personnel de la réception, notamment Antonella et Jordi, qui sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et hyper à l'écoute. On s'est sentis super bien accueillis grâce à eux ! Le petit déj est très bien aussi, simple mais efficace pour attaquer la journée.
C'est juste un peu dommage pour l'isolation phonique. Les bruits de couloir résonnent assez fort et certains clients ne respectent pas vraiment la tranquillité des autres au milieu de la nuit. C'est parfois un peu difficile de bien se reposer à ces heures-là, mais heureusement que tout le reste était super !

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Établissement très propre, chambre de même. Clim fonctionnelle. Personnel à l’écoute, aidant. Il y’a du choix au petit déjeuner. Température de la piscine super. Un arrêt de bus à à peine 10 min à pied. Bus bien desservi, en utilisant Google maps c’est très facile. ( Pour les paiements des bus : Nous avons dû passer notre carte Bleu à l’entrée puis la repasser à la sortie). Une plage Cala Marcal a 10/15 min à pied magnifique, facile d’accès. L’établissement propose des locations de voitures. Du choix niveau restaurants/fats food à proximité
Sur notre semaine de vacance, l’ascenseur a été régulièrement en panne mais réparer assez rapidement. Chambre pas très bien isoler.

Comida pessima (tanto pequeno almoço como jantar) Querem controlar onde te sentas, estao sempre a olhar e a tirar os pratos de forma inconveniente. Nao aceitam criticas construtivas. Hotel velho a precisar de remodelação e com pessoas a trabalhar com pouca formação (pelo menos parece) Ma insonorização

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Dobra cena w stosunku do jakości, dobra baza wypadowa, bo w okolicy nie ma nic szczególnie ciekawego. Pokój odnowiony, bardzo czysto, łóżka wygodne, codzienna wymiana ręczników, również zmiana pościeli. Dobre śniadanie, duży wybór produktów, choć mała rotacja.
Słaba wentylacja w toalecie, klimatyzacja, która pomimo działania nie zmieniała odczuwalnej temperatury w pokoju, mało efektywna. Mały basen, brak atrakcji dla dzieci, na szczęście było tylko kilka osób jednocześnie w wodzie. Brak parkingu, czasem trudno znaleźć miejsce w okolicy na ulicy.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Excelente opção e relação preço/ qualidade. Serviços e atendimento sempre impecáveis com todos os funcionários muito simpáticos. Comida muito boa, tanto no pequeno-almoço como no jantar. A localização é muito boa e mesmo ao lado da Cala Marçal que é maravilhosa.
O jantar termina às 21h, poderia ser até um pouco mais tarde. De resto nada a apontar, tudo excelente.

Literie à remplacer absolument, et salle de bains qui méritent un peu de peps! Petit déjeuner sympa, emplacement hyper pratique et de belles plages et balades autour!
La literie! et peut être le côté (trop) vintage de la deco. Sommiers et matelas étaient à remplacer dans notre chambre!

Nosaltres em estat en règim de dormir i esmorzar, però amb ganes de sopar una nit de les cinc no ho em pogut fer. Poca varietat en el bufet i poca qualitat en el menjar. L'esmorzar tampoc era molt lluït.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Positiv hervorzuheben ist die wirklich schöne Aussicht bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist definitiv ein Highlight des Aufenthalts. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Zudem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sodass man insgesamt ein faires Angebot erhält.
Das Frühstück war für uns eher durchschnittlich und konnte nicht ganz überzeugen. Darüber hinaus wirkt das Hotel in einigen Bereichen mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders der Fahrstuhl und einzelne öffentliche Bereiche hinterlassen einen etwas älteren Eindruck und könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit toller Lage, schöner Aussicht und fairen Preisen. Mit einigen Modernisierungen und einem etwas stärkeren Frühstücksangebot wäre sicherlich noch mehr möglich.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026L'hôtel Bellevue est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé une petite semaine, le staff est toujours disponible et très souriant. Le petit déjeuner a l'américaine est tres copieux. Nous avons mangé seulement 1 fois le soir, les propositions sont assez simple mais pour le prix ça vaut me coup ! L'emplacement est idéal, les rues aux alentours sont gratuites et avec beaucoup de places (fin mai). Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, et les chambres sont très propres! La piscine est super et avec une MAGNIFIQUE vue mer ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et je recommande ++

Reviewed May 31, 2026Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre et confortable. Nous étions en demi pension, les repas étaient très bons et variés. L’hôtel se situe à environ 1 heure de Palma, avec des places de stationnement faciles à trouver dans les rues aux alentours. L’arrivée est possible à toute heure. Un grand merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Le personnel est très avenant, les filles de l'accueil sont ultras adorables, parlent Français. Très agréable séjour 🤩

Il manque un refrigérateur dans la chambre pour pouvoir y entreposer des boissons fraiches. Ca c'est vraiment dommage !

Hotel lata świetności ma za sobą ale pokoje codziennie sprzątane i codziennie wymieniane ŕęczniki. Śniadanie całkiem urozmaicone, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Fajny widok na morze i latarnię.
Właściciciel mógłby zainwestować w otoczenie hotelu, zmarnowany potencjał

Les matelas sont limite, il faudrait les changer car on sent un peu les ressorts. L'hôtel en général mérite un petit rafraîchissement. Enregistrement avez long.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location is fantastic as it is 5min walking distance to the Port, Cala Marcal and many restaurants. The view from our room was nothing less than amazing. Lighthouse on the rock and sunrise every morning. Wow! Staff at counter were so kind. At first glance the room was smaller than expected and appeared plain but it was clean, bed was comfortable, balcony to eat outside, unbeatable views and the shower was great! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked well maintained.
Could share beach or pool towels. Advertises on Booking.com as on-site parking but there is no parking at the hotel. You park for free on the streets in the surrounding neighborhood. We did not have a problem parking.

Hice la reserva por error en este hotel. Me di cuenta enseguida y intenté por todos los medios cancelarla. Cuando llame al hotel me dijeron si la reserva está hecha a través de booking ellos no podian cancelarla. Me dirigí al equipo de Booking pidiendo ayuda en dicha cancelación y finalmente no ha servido para nada. Como he visto que la cancelación lleva cargos opte por opción de alojar en dicho hotel y cuando llegue al hotel me comentaron que no existe ninguna reserva a mi nombre. Finalmente he pagado por un alojamiento del que no pude disfrutar. Mala gestión del hotel y de equipo booking.
