Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments

Well located apartments with a breathtaking view from the living area and balcony over the bay to the lighthouse. The apartment is small but functional and perfectly clean on arrival. Plenty of towels and large pool/beach towel supplied plus a hairdryer. The kitchenette has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and pods plus new sponge, cloth & washing up liquid provided along with bins with liners, very helpful to have the essentials. Large, well maintained pool with a beautiful bay view. Easy check-in, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great advice on the more authentic places to travel by car on our 4 day stay. Unless you are after a pool R&R holiday, we’d say a car is essential. Portocolom is beautiful, a bay and harbour town with restaurants and shops. Lovely narrow streets lined with traditional buildings around the bay. We particularly enjoyed a traditional Spanish festival evening at a local village, market day at Felanitx and the beautiful, unspoilt Es Trenc beach. Palma was a must see for us on our way home, stunning. We will definitely be back.

No car park at the apartments, on street only so sometimes a bit of driving around and walk back. Maybe a bigger issue in high season or with children. Small issues with the apartment were the top bathroom sink drawer front was loose, on opening it came away and a slow leak from the sink pipes in to the second drawer. We also found the bedroom far too light at night to sleep well. The main stairwell lights were on all night and shone through the huge patio doors and curtains. We woke a couple of times at 3am thinking it was morning but the living area was pitch black! Thicker curtains or blinds covering the whole width would definitely help.

The property has a super chilled feel - It’s authentic and relaxing! We massively recommend it.. If you needing a relax and a chill this is the place for you! No super loud djs, just the sound of the waves (Literally!) it’s amazing!

NOSOTROS ESTUVIMOS 4 PERSONAS Y 4 NOCHES ALOJADOS Y NO HABIA PRODUCTOS DE LIMPIEZA, NI CUBO DE AGUA NI MOCHO PARA FREGAR EL SUELO, TAMPOCO BOLSAS DE BASURA Y COMO EL SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA ES PARA ESTANCIAS A PARTIR DE 4 DIAS PUES COMPLICADO LIMPIAR SI NO COMPRABAS EN EL SUPER TODAS ESTAS COSAS. LA MINIMA VAJILLA (4 platos, 4 vasos, 4 tazas, etc). LAS CORTINAS DE DUCHAS Y BAÑERAS YA NO SE LLEVAN, SERIA MEJOR UNA MAMPARA.

L'emplacement est top à 10min à pied de la plage, la piscine qui donne sur la mer, la vue de la chambre. Les clim fonctionnent bien dans la chambre comme dans la pièce principale.

L'appartement est bruyant, les rideaux ne sont pas occultants du tout donc pas propice au repos le matin. Il n'y a pas de stationnement à l'hôtel mais nous avons trouvé à proximité dans la rue gratuitement.

Hotel cudownie położony. Wspaniały widok na morze i latarnię. W pokoju czuliśmy się jak na plaży. Zasypialiśmy i budziliśmy się przy szumie morza. Super basen. Czysto, kameralnie, spokojnie, idealny wypoczynek. Zdjęcia zgodne z rzeczywistością. Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje :-)

Fantastyczna lokalizacja z przepięknym, spektakularnym widokiem na morze. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Czysty, zadbany basen - całkiem duży oraz głęboki 1,5m-2,1m. Duży taras. Pokój był doskonale posprzątany. Na wyposażeniu klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny, ekspres do kawy na kasułki. W dodatku cisza i spokój żadnych głośnych dyskotek w pobliżu - tylko szum morza. Idealnie! Gorąco polecam!

La vue de notre appartement vue sur mer au 1er étage avec un balcon filant était tout simplement magnifique : le lever du soleil chaque jour est un moment particulièrement beau et romantique, avec la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner (payant) sur le balcon. Pouvoir se baigner dans la grande piscine avec vue sur mer et les petites falaises est un vrai plaisir des yeux et des sens. L'accueil chaleureux avec plein d'informations super intéressantes et utiles sur les restaurants, les plages, les meilleurs endroits de snorkeling ... La piscine est super avec une pente douce allant de 40cm a 2m10 de profondeur. Les transats avec la moitié a l'ombre et l'autre au soleil.

Unser Anblick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus mit Sonnenaufgang war wunderschön 🤩 Der Pool war warm und sauber. Es gab genügend Schatten für die Liegen. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft. Man kann dort einen Rollstuhl ordern, das war für unseren Opa eine enorme Hilfe

Parkplatz muss man manchmal etwas länger suchen und paar Minuten Laufweg einrechnen. Nicht schlimm, wir haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz gefunden. Aber ist vielleicht gut zu wissen.

L’emplacement était parfait, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour Zayneb et ses collègues qui sont exceptionnelles ! L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel, pas bruyant, bref parfait. La piscine est superbe, la vue également!

La difficulté à trouver des places de parking, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement. Le canapé lit du salon qui est dur pour le corps et pas adapté pour 2 personnes. Pour 1 personne il faut faire attention car il penche et on peut tomber. Le débit d’eau dans la douche est très faible.

Perfect view, comfortable apartment, sea view, free sunbads around the pool

The beach is 10 minutes away, parking is around the streets so sometimes is quite challenging to get.

Der var lidt langt til det nærmeste supermarked. Og lidt mere information omkring rengøring og udskiftning af håndklæder kunne have været rart.

Unfortunately we were not happy at all.

There were cockroaches in the rooms, my kids refused to sleep after seeing them. We couldn’t even find another place since booking.com took funds already. Washroom water on the handheld shower doesn’t work, the water literally only drips and doesn’t come out properly. I went to wash my laundry and paid 4 euros for each wash and each dry, the clothes did not dry and has a very bad smell. We also saw mice amongst the property near the pool. The kids really wanted to go in the pool and I couldn’t let them. The property is rusted, mould and dusty. Room service is only every 3 days. I almost wanted to cry but felt stuck. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the stay especially ally considering the rodents. We had zero sleep so we can monitor the rodents to keep an eye on our kids for 4 straight nights. So glad to be out. I would suggest to not unload your luggage as soon as you get home.

Prisvärt och fin utsikt mot havet från rummet (Sea View rum). Bra storlek på balkongen. Bra pool. Nära till restauranger.

Saknade vanlig dusch (fanns bara badkar). Köket var lite slitet. Bäddsoffan var inte jätteskön att sova i.

Det er fin utsikt og bassengområdet oppleves stille og behagelig å komme til.

Vask og bytte av håndkle. Vi vant der 7 dager. De kom bare en gang. Kjøkkenet kunne med fordel hatt et skjærebrett og brødkniv.

Location is right on the water makes for a great view

Lieliska atrašanās vieta, fantastisks skats no balkona, ļoti labs baseins, mierīga - relaksējoša gaisotne, ļoti ērtas gultas, viss tīrs un smaržīgs.

Diezgan slikta skaņas izolācija - ļoti skaļi varēja dzirdēt, kā kaimiņi nolaiž ūdeni kanalizācijā. Pietrūka tādi sīkumi kā sāls, cukurs, kafija, eļļa - domāju šāda cenu līmeņa apartamentos pienākas šīs lietas iekļaut bez maksas.

Lovely bright and spacious apartment with great sea views in a good location for both the marina and beach. Several good bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

The shower head was very scaled up and spurted everywhere and the shower curtain was a pain as it kept sticking to you - just feel that a shower screen would be a huge improvement.

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer aus war wundervoll. Der Pool ist super. Die kleine Küche ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt immer einen Ansprechpartner.

Das Mobiliar ist alt, teilweise kaputt und die Betten sind durchgelegen. Wer Luxus möchte wird definitiv enttäuscht. Es empfiehlt sich Bewertungen vorher zu lesen. Ein bisschen Wahrheit haben sie alle. 😊

Schöne und moderne Ausstattung und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Es gab zwei Balkone und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei unserer Planung weitergeholfen

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schwach, sowie ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Leider hatten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zwei separate Betten

Meist ist der Eindruck auf den Bildern besser, aber hier wurde ich in echt von dem Ausblick einfach nur umgehauen, so wunderschön ! Die Balkone sind versetzt sodass man Privatsphäre hat. Das Meer, die Felsen, der Leuchtturm im dunkeln traumhaft ! Auch der Pool und die Liegen sind schön und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich , auch wenn ich erst am dritten Tag jemanden an der Rezeption getroffen habe. 10-17 Uhr besetzt ist für Gäste die etwas erleben wollen und unterwegs sind eine schwierige Zeitspanne.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Ich wurde sogar durch meine Ohropax von dem Stühle rücken geweckt. Es ist sehr schade, weil man mit sehr einfachen Mitteln Abhilfe schaffen könnte. Filz unter Stühle und Metall Tisch kleben und es wäre deutlich ruhiger. Ich bin mir sicher dann hätte das Hotel noch bessere Bewertungen, wenn die Gäste in Ruhe schlafen könnten..

Die Lage ist perfekt für Portocolom, mit traumhaften Meerblick und sagenhaften Klippen gegenüber! Der Empfang war so freundlich und liebevoll. Einfach Urlaub pur.

Die fantastische Lage der Terrasse über dem Meer

Die Einrichtung ist sehr basic und in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz auf der an sich großartigen Terrasse. Das Negativste: das reservierte Appartement mit der großen Terrasse und dem höheren Preis wurde uns erst gegeben, nachdem wir uns gegen die Zuteilung eines Apartments mit kleiner Terrasse gewehrt haben.

Sehr netter Empfang, durften nach Rückfrage auch schon eher ins Zimmer. Viele Tips zum Einkaufen, Restaurants und Strand erhalten. Tolles Apartment mit Blick auf d3n Leuchtturm und das Meer.

Das Umfeld ist sehr ruhig, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Schmutz und Hundedreck auf der Straße, dafpr können aber die betreiber nichts. Tägliche Parkplatzsuche, in der Hauptsaison bestimmt schwierig.

Die Aussicht auf den Leuchtturm war wie versprochen großartig. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es zog ganz furchtbar im Appartement, weil wir 3 stürmische Tage hier hatten und die Leichtbauweise den kühlen Wind nicht abhalten konnte.

Portocolom selbst als Ort/ Lage des Appartements in Bezug auf die Erkundung der Insel/ direkte Lage am Wasser/ Personal (Rezeption/ Reinigungsdienst/ Hausmeister)/ gute Betten und viel Stauraum im Schlafzimmer

Dies sind lediglich Verbesserungsvorschläge: Mini-Küchenzeile sollte verbessert werden: Untertassen und kleinere Wassergläser ergänzen, Kaffeemaschine durch qualitätsvollere ersetzen, Folie bereitstellen. Im Bad wäre eine offene Abstellmöglichkeit hilfreich. Im Wohnbereich wären z.B. zwei Borde an der Fernsehwand sinnvoll, um mitgebrachte Bücher etc. griffbereit zu haben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wirklich unbezahlbar, da steht man freiwillig zum Sonnenaufgang auf. Die Unterkunft hatte eine angenehme Größe, war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und es war sehr ruhig. An der Rezeption haben wir tolle Tipps erhalten und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Séjour exceptionnel avec vue mer 🌊 🤩 J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Majorque. La chambre était splendide, avec une terrasse privée et une vue sur la mer absolument magnifique ! Le cadre est très calme, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du moment. Un grand merci à Eva ainsi qu’à la direction pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme, tout a été très fluide et agréable. Petit plus : le restaurant/bar en bas de l’hôtel est top pour boire un verre tranquillement. Je recommande sans hésitation, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Der atemberaubende Blick und die Lage in Porto Colom. Eine der schönsten Ecken auf Mallorca.

Die Lage ist richtig schön, das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind bei kaltem Wetter angereist und man hatte uns die Wohnung auch schon vorgeheizt. Was braucht man mehr?

Nice view from balcony, clean accommodation, Netflix tv, comfortable bed, good shower, powerful air conditioning, enough kitchen equipment for two of us but no kitchen seasoning, coffee machine with capsules. no comments on the breakfast as we did not try. Location 50mins-1hr drive from airport or Palmar, not sure about the public transport as we rent a car. The quiet town has some reasonable restaurants, nothing fancy and I imagine they'll be pretty crammed in peak season. little supermarket blocks away. Plenty of on street parking but probably need to walk less than 2mins.

Shower tray is a bit too soft to stand on and water easy to come out as well. no sugar for the coffee machine.

El sofá cama era bastante regulero. Para estancias largas es bastante incómodo. La limpieza es bastante Justita y no bien organizada nos quedamos 7 días y nos limpiaron la habitación 1 vez al día siguiente de haber llegado. Hubiera agradecido que fuera a mitad de semana 😅.
