In camera illuminazione perfetta, ma di difficile gestione. Il quadro di comando è semicoccultato presso la testata del letto, con una simbologia non evidente e di difficilissima lettura (occhiali). Opportuno almeno dare indicazioni fin dalla reception.

1:Comprendere il funzionamento delle luci in stanza:difficoltosissimo perché posizionate al buio lateralmente al comodino,temo che alla fine ho staccato tutto per cui il cellulare di notte non si è caricato. 2:ho chiesto la sveglia,per l'indomani dovendo partire non mi è stata data!!!!! Wie so oft bei großen Häusern, beindruckt der öffentliche Bereich, während Flure und Zimmer etwas altbacken wirken. Dass man zum Duschen in eine Badewanne steigen muss, ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wer badet im Hotel? Eine großzügige Regendusche mit Platz wäre angemessen. Auch dunkle Teppiche sollten zugunsten hellerer Parkettböden verschwinden. Dann wäre auch dieser Bereich wieder "Grand"!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Freundlicher und sehr bemühter Service (ein kleiner Defekt an der Fernbedienung diverser Raumfunktionen wurde prompt repariert); gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten und zentrale Lage. Die historische Altstadt und zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Und das Zimmer war ein wenig hellhörig. Sonst alles sehr ok.

Posizione a due passi dal centro e dalle fermate dei mezzi che con la Guest Card si possono utilizzare gratuitamente. Bagno in camera tripla deluxe fornito di vasca (con doccino) e di ottimi prodotti da bagno. Letti super comodi.
Parcheggio un po' stretto.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Fantastisk flot ældre hotel lige ved indgangen til den gamle bydel i Trento. Imponerende Hall med god bar, hvor der kan købes drinks og snacks til rimelige priser. Stor og god morgenbuffet hvor der ikke manglede noget. Gode senge på værelset samt fint badeværelse. Personalet var meget professionelt og utrolig venlige. Dejligt med parkering i kælder.
Mange mennesker til morgenmaden. Stod ofte i kø for adgang til maden, men især ved kaffe/juice automaten. Her kunne med fordel laves flere stationer. Ingen mulighed for udeservering - til trods for at billederne viser noget andet.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das Frühstücksbuffet war wohl nicht von einem Koch zubereitet, sonder von einem Controller. Brot und Brötchen waren unansehnlich, der "Saft" war offensichtlich reine Chemie und hat wohl keine Frucht gesehen. Personal war freundlich aber überfordert, das Abräumen der Tische hat lange gedauert und es war entsprechend unansehnlich.
Das Personal am Empfang war nicht sehr zugänglich; ich spreche kein italiensich, meine Englischkenntnisse beschränken sich auf in der Schule gelerntes. Ein wesentlicher Teil des Personals hat sich keine Mühe bei der Verständigung gegeben. Besonders auffällig war, das keiner der Führungskräfte, Direktor oder Substitute, leicht zu erkennen an Anzug und Krawatte, jemals einen Gast gegrüst hat. Die Barkeeper waren stets bemüht aber immer überfordert.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Palace à proximité du centre ville, disposant d'un parking souterrain (non réservable à l'avance mais avec une très bonne probabilité de trouver une place si l'on se présente à 14h). Chambre de grand confort. Frigo. Wifi opérationnel. Télévision internationale. Arrivée possible à 14h et petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h, appréciable!
Hôtel qui se révèle assez bruyant au petit déjeuner (et au bar) en raison des groupes touristiques intercontinentaux. Le petit-déjeuner, certes très varié (gaufres, fruits, ...) , pourrait proposer des ingrédients de meilleure qualité (pain, fromages, charcuteries, ...)

Light and temp control in rooms is way too much superfluous and useless. Room never got cool. TV remote didn’t work. Called desk and tech said TV was not plugged in and he smelled. I guess I figured that wasn’t my job to resolve. The clerk who checked us out looked like he had been there all night (deshevilled) and my breath almost knocked me out. Great hotel. It’s the details that made it so miss the mark.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The hotel lives up to its name : Grand Hotel. Very impressive ground floor with reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was very good and the situation of the hotel can't be better : five minutes walk to the main square and next to a nice park.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Milé překvapení, ve všech směrech. Ne všechy hotely se 4 hvězdičkami jsou tak přívětivé a personál tak milý a ochotný. Zařízení zcela odpovídalo standardu, pokoj byl poměrně velký, dobře zařízený. Umístění v centru, hned vedle parku je také fajn, navíc pokud cestujete se psem. Jídla v restauraci zajímavá a velmi chutná, stejně tak i nabídka vín. Moc děkujeme, byl to příjemný pobyt.
Nebylo nic, co bych mohl uvést, vše bylo OK.
