Abbiamo dovuto passare una notte a Trento per un inconveniente all'automobile, l'albergo è andato benissimo.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is just on the edge of the old town. Good breakfast once you work out the best combination on the coffee machine.

Limited parking, but there is a car park that can be used around the corner which can be a little busy at peak times.

In posizione strategica tra la stazione dei treni e il centro storico, è un’ottimo hotel per rilassarsi scoprendo la città. Staff gentile e accogliente, camera molto pulita e curata, dal design elegante e moderno, letto molto comodo, doccia spaziosa (ho molto apprezzato i prodotti da bagno). Possibilità di lasciare le valigie in una stanza dedicata vicina alla reception. Colazione molto buona.

Tutto perfetto

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla pulizia alla cordialità del personale. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona ed è possibile raggiungere il centro di Trento e altre zone molto facilmente.

Secondo me, nonostante offrano buoni servizi è la cordialità sia ottima, il rapporto qualità prezzo per periodi come quello estivo non è ottimale anche considerando che ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare in altri periodi dell'anno e, a parità di servizi offerti, i prezzi erano molto più bassi.

The location

The shower was very small and uncomfortable to use.

Location was great as it was in the center of Trento and still reacheable by car. Our room was spotless, large and furnitures were with great quality. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cakes and pastries. I will come back here again.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! I usually give five stars to hotels I love, but this one has genuinely raised my standards. From the big things to the smallest details, everything was thoughtfully prepared. The room was spotless, and there was so much available—water, snacks, drinks in the refrigerator, lotion, even things I never expected to find in a hotel. It truly felt like they had thought of everything. ❤️ We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay with my son and my mother. Thank you so much for making our stay special. Keep up the amazing work! Posizione gentilezza.

Costo senza colazione mi è sembrato forse elevato. Palestra veramente piccola. Camera accogliente ma mancavano alcuni oggetti che spesso troviamo ormai ovunque nei 4* come le ciabattine. Ho lasciato la valigia per tutto il giorno e sono tornato a prenderla prelevandola senza che nessuno mi chiedesse nulla. Sono entrato da solo nella stanza valigie aperta e ho prelevato il mio bagaglio per non attendere la coda alla reception. Spero sia una svista eccezionale perché qualche malintenzionato potrebbe entrare e portarsi via i bagagli altrui senza esser nemmeno notato

Mooi familiehotel aan de rand van de stad, Nette en schone kamers met in ons geval mooi uitzicht op de oude toren in het centrum. Parkeren prima geregeld door afspraak met parkeergarage op paar minuten afstand. Heerlijk ontbijt en aardig personeel. En de locatie ten opzichte van het centrum is top.

Het hotel ligt op een hele centrale locatie. Middenin het gezellige Trento. De zelf gemaakte cakes bij het ontbijt zijn echt heerlijk.

Wij hadden een hele kleine kamer, ergens in een uithoek van het hotel. In de kamer was geen ruimte voor een normaal bed (was een heel smal bed). Zorg ervoor dat je een kamer hebt die niet in de uithoek zit, dan is het prima. Maar voor ons echt zeker geen 4* waard.

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Hatten dafür das Frühstück bezahlt bekommen.

Tutto molto carino e accogliente, con degli ottimi prodotti da bagno, bollitore e tisane, biscottini di benvenuto e un letto comodo. C'è anche un piccolo balconcino, con una sedia e tavolino, che affaccia sui tetti del centro storico e sul castello. Posizione ottima perché la strada su cui affaccia è fuori dalla zona pedonale che però è subito alle sue spalle.

La camera era matrimoniale ma come indicato picola, era come me l'aspettavo e nessun problema per me che ero sola e facevo una sola notte. In due e più giorni magari potrebbe risultare un po scomoda. Unica pecca la doccia che è veramente piccola.

Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro. Letto molto comodo e stanza silenziosa. Colazione eccellente ed estremamente varia. La sala colazione/brunch è molto bella.

Essendo un 4 stelle alcuni dettagli andrebbero curati di più. Per esempio nella mia stanza le mattonelle della doccia erano sbeccate e andrebbero sostituite per non dare impressione di trascuratezza. Inoltre il doccione e il rubinetto del lavandino erano incrostati di calcare...altro dettaglio che fa la differenza visto il livello della struttura.

Schönes Haus, sauber, und moderne Einrichtung: Zimmer und public areas.

Frühstückspersonal, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und Gäste konnten keinen Platz finden. Personal schien überfordert und stand hinter der Bar rum.

Camera pulitissima e molto silenziosa, uno dei letti più comodi che abbia mai provato. Ho apprezzato l’arredamento essenziale ma ricercato di tutti gli ambienti, il set di cortesia in bagno e il bollitore con caffè e tisane. Receptionist molto accogliente e servizievole.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. La colazione ha una buona scelta e la sala è molto bella, ma credo che la qualità dei dolci del buffet sia migliorabile (buoni, ma c’è di meglio). Ho apprezzato di più il salato. Personale in sala un po’ strano: il responsabile ha passato tutto il tempo a rimproverare la cameriera e a lamentarsi della richiesta di un cliente di un prezzo agevolato per la colazione di suo figlio piccolo (concordo che la colazione debba avere un prezzo fisso per tutti, ma ho trovato fuori luogo la rimostranza plateale e protratta da parte del responsabile)

Within walking distance to train station.

Booking on line we go by the photos, which showed that there was a shower in the bathroom. When we arrived we found that the shower was in the bath which we find difficult and also dangerous as we are elderly.

Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und im Bad gab es einen Föhn und Shampoo etc. die Lage ist perfekt für Sightseeing. Die Inneneinrichtung ist angenehm modern.

The property is well located next to the old town. The room was very clean.

We booked this property because it had air conditioning and was very close to the old town, however the air conditioning hardly worked at all. The room was like a sauna. Luckily we had a fan in the car and was only able to sleep by having the fan directed at my face all night. The car park is a bit far when carrying luggage, especially during a heatwave.

A reggeli magasan az egyik legjobb amilyen egy szállodában csak lehet, hatalmas választék, finom és minőségi ételek. Külön hatalmas választék van a különböző ételintoleranciákra való tekintettel. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, a városközpont pár utcára van (kb. 2 perc séta).

A hotelben a parkolás csak úgy 10 euró/nap, ha az autót napközben nem mozgatod, mert egy parkolóházba kell lerakni a járművet, és a szálloda csak így tudja garantálni ezt a 10 eurós parkolást. Ennek a kommunikációja a check-in-nél kicsit elcsúszott nálunk.

Breakfast is the best, second to none.

The room was a little shabby. There was a damaged wall that needed repairs.

Die Lage war optimal um fußläufig Gegend und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.

Parkplätze gibt es ungefähr vier direkt vor dem Hotel die natürlich durchgehend besetzt waren, wir parkten ca. 5 Fußminuten entfernt in einem Parkhaus für ca 16€ für nicht ganz 24h.

Faciliteterne var fine, beliggenheden perfekt.

Aircondition fungerede ikke, men efter flere forsøg fandt vi et værelse der var udholdeligt.

Prachtig hotel direct tegen het historisch centrum. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Geen probleem dat we en uurtje later wilden uitchecken. Fijn dat onze fietsen in de stalling konden staan en dat er heel dichtbij een garage voor ons busje was voor maar 10 euro.

A very nice hotel, which we used as a base for the Dolomites, lovely, cozy room, fantastic location, 5 minutes from the train station and old town. Highly recommended!

El recibimiento por parte del staff, falta de amabilidad, un trato alejado de lo que evidencié en todos los hoteles que he estado en Italia, al llegar una mujer rubia me atiende de forma grosera…es una pena que un hotel con características excelentes tenga en la recepción personal con tan poca preparación en servicio al cliente..

Location, breakfast.

Hotel has very limited parking on the property (maybe 4 spaces, one of which is supposedly reserved for handicapped guests). There is a garage about 5 minutes away. At check-in I was told that I should park there and that the hotel would give me a ticket to exit the garage. I assumed this was some form of validation but it was not and I was charged 10€ at checkout.

Great location, as a single, I got a nice room (549) with a sofa. The heart of the city is a mere 5-7 minute walk away. Nice amenities.

The room didn't have large windows and may be claustrophobic for some. It was very hot when I was there, so this was not a problem, as you wanted things dark anyway. The space felt like a privilege as you usually get tiny rooms as a single. In summer, the hotel could use cotton blankets instead of the heavier things they have but this is just a detail. As in so many hotels in Italy, the pillows were rock-hard. I guess one gets used to that?

Friendly staff and excellent location

Rundum alles top! Hotelzimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, Rollo sorgt für ausreichende Dunkelheit zum Schlafen, das Bett war ganz außergewöhnlich gemütlich, das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zu Bahnhof und Stadt, Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Bar hat echt Atmosphäre!
