Very good breakfast. Great staff, easy check-in in the middle of the night

The location is great. You can walk to many places nearby, and there is easy access to buses and taxis. The metro is a 15–20-minute walk away. The hotel has a nice spa with a swimming pool. Breakfast is good, and there is a nice pub on the ground floor as well as one on the top floor. The room was comfortable. The receptionists spoke English and were helpful. Great value for money.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr eigenen Stil der sich angenehm von vielen anderen unterscheidet. Die individuelle Ausstattung ist historisch und interessant.

Es wäre schön, wenn das Frühstück ein paar westliche Komponenten enthalten würde. Zum Beispiel Rührei, Joghurt und einen guten Kaffee.

Der Junge Herr an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr höflich und bestrebt.

Die Lage bzw. die Parkmöglichkeiten sind eine Katastrophe. Gegenüber ist ein Parkplatz aber dieser gehört nicht dem Hotel. Es ist auch keiner vom Hotel ausgewiesen. Als wir in unser Suite-Zimmer eingecheckt sind (mit zwei kleinen Kindern) waren wir überrascht vom Rauchgestank. Das ganze Zimmer, die Bettwäsche. Alles hat nach Rauch gerochen. Ich bin selbst Raucher. Da kann man sich vorstellen, wie sehr es gerochen hat. Ein anderes Zimmer gab es nicht. Stattdessen sind wir aus dem Zimmer raus und die Reinigungskräfte haben versucht diesen Gestank rauszubekommen aber naja…. Ich hatte die Suite für zwei Erwachse und zwei Kinder gebucht. Man hat aber nur ein Bett für ein Kind fertig gemacht. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich aber sofort drum gekümmert.

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel, le personnel surtout ( voiturier et le réceptionniste) très aimable, petit déjeuner très limité . C'est plus un hôtel de passage qu'un hôtel de séjour.

Pour un hotel de 4 étoiles, les équipements sont vieillissants.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. First, I was checked into room 601. The bed was made, but the room clearly had not been cleaned at all. I went back to reception to ask why there were no towels as i had not seen the rest (just checked in at 23:56 , after a 18 hours trip ) and only then did they realize that the room was actually completely dirty. I was then given room 602, expecting things to be better. Unfortunately, it was just as bad , if not worse. The cleaning was fucking horrible. The toilet was full of old urine stains and clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The shower was moldy and dirty, and the bathroom floor was dusty, sticky, and disgusting. Same with the rooms floor. And it didn’t end there. The next morning, the cleaning lady came knocking on my door asking if I wanted the room cleaned. Out of curiosity — and honestly because I was already shocked by the cleaning standards — I looked at her cleaning bucket. She was cleaning without gloves and using the same towel/cloth to clean different rooms. Didn’t have any spray with. How is this even possible? How can a hotel allow cleaning staff to use the same cloths across multiple rooms, especially bathrooms and toilets? What about the risk of spreading bacteria, viruses, and other illnesses from one room to another? After what I had already experienced with the filthy toilets, moldy shower, and dirty floors, seeing this was honestly unbelievable. And to make the whole situation even more frustrating, the staff barely speak any English at all, making it extremely difficult to explain problems or get proper answers when something goes wrong. Poor hygiene, terrible cleaning standards, and almost no communication. Totally unacceptable for any hotel. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level. A room should be properly cleaned and inspected before a guest is checked in. I have never experienced such poor cleaning and basic hygiene standards.

Απογοητευτική εμπειρία – Δεν αισθανθήκαμε ευπρόσδεκτοι Δυστυχώς, το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες που είχαμε πριν από την άφιξή μας. Αρχικά, κατά την άφιξή μας, η παρουσία της σημαίας της λεγόμενης «Τουρκικής Δημοκρατίας Βόρειας Κύπρου» αποτέλεσε για εμάς μια ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστη και φορτισμένη στιγμή. Θεωρούμε ότι ένα ξενοδοχείο που φιλοξενεί επισκέπτες από διαφορετικές χώρες οφείλει να αποφεύγει πολιτικά σύμβολα και ενέργειες που ενδέχεται να δημιουργούν ένταση ή να φέρνουν τους επισκέπτες σε δύσκολη θέση. Κατά την άποψή μας, ο τουρισμός θα πρέπει να παραμένει χώρος φιλοξενίας, σεβασμού και αμοιβαίας αποδοχής, ανεξάρτητα από τις πολιτικές διαφορές. Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο, ήταν όμορφο και ευρύχωρο, ωστόσο παρουσίαζε αρκετές φθορές που δεν συνάδουν με το επίπεδο που περιμέναμε. Το μεγάλο κρεβάτι χρειαζόταν επισκευή, καθώς το πλαίσιο/ουρανός του ήταν εμφανώς ετοιμόρροπο. Επιπλέον, το μπάνιο δεν βρισκόταν στην καλύτερη κατάσταση από πλευράς καθαριότητας, ιδιαίτερα η ντουζιέρα, η μπανιέρα και η εσωτερική σάουνα. Ανάλογη εικόνα παρουσίαζε δυστυχώς και η εσωτερική πισίνα στο υπόγειο του ξενοδοχείου. Ήταν εμφανείς σημαντικές φθορές, με πολλά σπασμένα ή αποκολλημένα πλακάκια μέσα και γύρω από την πισίνα. Σε αρκετά σημεία είχε αποκολληθεί τόσο μεγάλο μέρος της επένδυσης, ώστε ήταν εμφανής ακόμη και η επιφάνεια κάτω από τα πλακάκια στον πυθμένα. Συνολικά, ο συγκεκριμένος χώρος έδινε περισσότερο την εικόνα εγκατάλειψης και ελλιπούς συντήρησης παρά μιας εγκατάστασης ευεξίας που θα περίμενε κανείς να βρει σε ένα ξενοδοχείο αυτού του επιπέδου. Σχετικά με το πρωινό, επίσης δεν μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Η ποικιλία ήταν περιορισμένη και ορισμένα προϊόντα δεν έδιναν την αίσθηση της φρεσκάδας που θα περιμέναμε. Θετικό σημείο ήταν οι φρέσκες τηγανητές πατάτες, αλλά κυρίως το προσωπικό του χώρου πρωινού, το οποίο ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντα διαθέσιμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο.

Dal esterno si direbbe che é un hotel qualsiasi ma come attraversi la porta d'ingresso fai un viaggio nella storia. Hall bellissimo, staff gentile e professionale. Camera bella, pulita. Ma la chicca di questa struttura è la sala colazione. Non è un semplice posto che si serve da mangiare ma un luogo che ti porta dietro nel tempo. Elegante, suggestivo. Offre una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi, piatti ottimi del posto. La miglior colazione che mai abbiamo fatto in tutti i nostri viaggi. Ci complimentiamo davvero con tutti.

Piccolissime cose per rendere perfetto il soggiorno : più frutta e yogurt a colazione / camere in parte da ristrutturare

Handtücher waren zu wenig. Wir mussten immer wieder neue ins Zimmer bestellen. Es gab im Bas auch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Zahnbürsten, Kosmetiktasche etc.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. La colazione abbondante con pietanze salate e possibilità di mangiare anche il dolce. La gentilezza del personale e in particolare di un ragazzo molto giovane che ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con la doccia trovando una soluzione immediata. Abbiamo richiesto un taxi la mattina che è arrivato in un minuto. Ottima esperienza.

Goede veilige wijk in Ankara. Veel faciliteiten, o.a.gym. Oude karakteristieke kamer met hemelbed. Daar hou ik wel van, meer als cleane eenheidsworst. Alles in de buurt.

Restaurant was OK, maar ik had op iets meer gehoopt.

Great location with fantastic restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff who helped organize taxis when needed. Comfy bed and having a small gym in the hotel was a plus.

Internet was a bit weak on upper floors (in our room) and AC could be stronger, but it cooled down at night.

Really lovely hotel, with excellent breakfast served on the top floor & exceptional views of the city. From our room we could see Ataturks Mausoleum, which is spectacularly lit up at night. The gym and pool are excellent, although we got the feeling that some updating may be needed in the near future. There is a Turkish Bath on site, and it's wonderful.

The rooms were a little small, but fine for a few nights. There are no prices on anything in compendium. We wanted some laundry done and a price could not be given at the time, and we weren't surprised when it ended up being a bit more expensive that we imagined. The hotel is a little out of the way, but if you're on foot it's a pretty easy walk to the city center, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity.

The wardrobe was broken. The breakfast was disappointing because the eggs had been sitting out for too long, and the cut fruit had also been left out for too long and had started to turn brown. The bathroom door was swollen and scraped against the floor whenever it was opened.

The room was clean, air conditioning was perfect, bathroom was big, room was nice and it was a great location and value for money. Also, you have access to Turkish bath, sauna, pool, gym and steam room which was great.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable, WiFi didn’t work great in all the hotel and was very slow from time to time, breakfast could be better but was not bad.

Хороший отель, удобный номер. Отдельное спасибо, что учли наши пожелания, сделанные при бронировании. Удобная кровать, большое количество подушек. Очень хороший завтрак в удобном большом зале с видом на город. Причем не зависимо от времени прихода.отличный интернет. Средства гигиены, чай, кофе, ежедневное пополнение питьевой воды. Удобное расположение. На ресепшен говорят на Английском, что очень удобно. Стоянка закрытая напротив отеля. В отеле нет кондиционеров, хотя заявлено в описании, а только сплит система , работающая на отопление. Так объяснил менеджер на ресепшен. Нам это никак не помешало-ночи были прохладные. Спали с открытым балконом

.просьба убрать из описания наличие кондиционеров. У вас их нет. Это вводит в заблуждение..

Хорошее расположение, в отеле есть спа зона с бассейном и сауной. В самом отеле на 1 этаже и на 5 этаже есть бары со скидкой для постояльцев.

В тренажерном зале поломанные тренажеры, по сути кроме гантель ничего нет. В номере отвратительные подушки на которых невозможно спать. Однообразные и не очень вкусные завтраки

Otelde konaklama deneyimim beklentimin belirgin şekilde altındaydı. Oda genel olarak bakımsızdı. Yatak konforu düşüktü demek bile hafif kalır; yatak çökmüş durumdaydı ve düzgün bir uyku kalitesi sağlamadı. Yastıklardan birinde yırtık vardı, bu da oda bakımının yeterince iyi yapılmadığını gösteriyordu. Banyoda duş alanında kapı bulunmuyordu, bu da kullanım açısından rahatsız ediciydi ve 5 yıldızlı bir otel standardına uygun değildi. Spa, sauna ve havuz alanı pazartesi günü kapalıydı. Rezervasyon öncesi bu durum belirtilmemişti. Çıkış sonrası kullanım için resepsiyon tarafından izin verilmesi olumlu bir yaklaşım olsa da, kapalı olması ilk gün için olumsuz bir deneyim yarattı. Kahvaltı beklentinin oldukça altındaydı; 5 yıldızlı otel standardında beklenen çeşitlilik ve kaliteyi karşılamıyordu. Oda servisi de yavaştı; bazı talepler (bardak gibi) geç getirildi, bazı talepler (diş seti) ise hiç karşılanmadı. Genel olarak otel konum olarak iyi bir yerde olsa da, oda bakımı, hizmet kalitesi ve tesis olanakları açısından 5 yıldız standardını karşılamadığını düşünüyorum.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and my room was cosy and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, with especially good choice of delicious Turkish cheese and pastries. The spa facilities are great and booking a massage was easy. The staff was polite and helpful.

One can tell that the hotel interior is dated, which didn’t bother me but might be off-putting to some. Spa facilities are only open until 21 h and it is expected to leave the pool even 20-25 min earlier - so unfortunately not a lot of time to enjoy it if you spend the whole day exploring the city.

My Daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 0:30 to find the hotel had been sealed by the local council the day before. Nobody had tried to contact us to let us know. We were alone in a foreign country with nowhere to go.

Muy simple de hacer todo y muy ordenado, me gusto mucho y de seguro cuando vuelva a Madrid estaré de nuevo ahi.
