I enjoyed the stay. It would be best if you had a car as there was not a lot within walking distance. The garden area was lovely.

The breakfast had a lot of items but buffet style and was ok but not special. The room for breakfast was pleasant.

Het hotel was prima. We hadden een 4 persoons kamer, netjes, maar echt Engels/ Iers met iets te veel prullaria. Douche was goed, ontbijt was goed. Receptie aardig en behulpzaam. Bushalte dichtbij. 20 min. Ben je in het centrum. Dichtbij parkeergelegenheid, bij het hotel betaal je 12 euro per nacht.

Wel wat warm op de kamer, maar dat is een kleinigheidje.

Il y avait des cheveux sous les oreillers des 2 lits. Nous avons demandé à ce que les draps soient changés. La personne de la réception qui était très aimable nous a dit que la personne en charge du nettoyage des chambres n’était pas là. Il nous a donné des draps et des taies d’oreiller propres. Nous avons changé les draps nous-mêmes.

Good location, nice rooms, hot breakfast

It was quaint, easy to access public transportation and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We also liked having access to the garden.

De rustige ligging in de fijne wijk Glasnevin, de goede bereikbaarheid ten opzichte van het centrum en de luchthaven, en de prima kamers om even tot rust te komen.

De ontvangst bij aankomst voelde wat stug en zakelijk. Na een rit van 3,5 uur kwam ik iets voor de officiële inchecktijd van 14:00 uur aan. Er werd heel strikt vastgehouden aan de inchecktijd, zonder even mee te denken of vriendelijk te kijken of de kamer toevallig al gereed was.

Liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend aber etwas außerhalb des Zentrums

Doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Al lababo hi falta emmagatzematge, i a l'habitació li faltava espai. El buffet millorable.

Struttura vicina al centro, con diverse fermate dell'auto nelle vicinanze che ti portano al centro in 20 minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il bollitore in camera con le bustine di thè, caffè e latte. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentile , simpatico e disponibile.

La dimensione della camera è abbastanza piccola, con due valigie ci si muoveva a fatica.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 20 Minuten (je nach Uhrzeit und Verkehr) von Flughafen und Innenstadt entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Fußläufig gibt es diverse Restaurants. Das Personal war freundlich. Ein- und Auschecken ist aus sehr spät oder sehr früh (2:00) möglich.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room with all the amenities I need. Enough parking and very helpful staff and very good neighbourhood.

Not really a problem but ventilation can be improved

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The whole place has a cosy vibe.

The water in the shower wasn’t hot enough, but maybe it was just my clumsiness.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hari at the reception and the Lady at the buffet (unfortunately, I don't know her name - she worked the breakfast shift on September 3). I'm vegetarian, my daughter vegan. We received a wonderful, tasty breakfast and attentive, thoughtful service. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Personal war sehr nett. Leider war das Zimmer für 3 Personen unterm Dach sehr klein und mit drei Koffern kaum begehbar. Ansonsten war es nett.

Etwas weit außerhalb. Dachte aufgrund der Kritiken, dass es näher zur Stadtmitte ist. Nächstes Mal würde ich lieber ins Zentrum gehen.

Good proximity to croke park. About 20 min walk. Good bus choices from city centre. Room was comfortable. No noise. Breakfast was good.

The room we were given was absolutely tiny. Not fit to be called a double room and outrageously priced for what it is. The parking is anissue and very poor communication on options. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the use of blankets is questionable?? Maybe there are bigger/better rooms available but on our experience I would not recommend

On the positive side, the room was clean, and the surroundings were peaceful, calm, and comfortable, which we appreciated.

Disappointing Stay – Room 32 Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We paid €110.97(Through booking.com on 25/08/26)and considering the price, we expected a more comfortable room for two adults. The room was extremely small and cramped, with very limited space to move around. There was no proper cupboard or storage space for our clothes, and the bathroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable. We noticed that some of the other rooms appeared to have more space and better layouts than ours, which made us disappointed with the room we were allocated. We were also charged around €15 for parking, making the overall cost even higher. Considering the total amount we paid, we expected better value for money. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the surroundings were peaceful, calm, and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, overall, we were not satisfied with Room 32 and felt that it was not good value for the price. We hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively and considers improving the room allocation and facilities.

Notranjost hotela je izjemno akustična: korakanje, odpiranje vrat, grelna pumpa za toplo vodo (ali nekaj podobnega) je slišna celo noč.

Location was nice in a residential area away from dirty downtown Dublin. Quaint like a B&B. Nice bathroom space. Good pricing.

Beds not comfortable at all. Room was a little small but guest lobby and hallway seating nooks with chairs and books were nice to get out of room at least.

Friendly staff, good location, clean. Even though the on premis parking was not available we were offered free parking on the street around the corner.

Noisy vent/heating boiler in front of both rooms, audible all night. Room Nr. 29 was described as "close to the garden" but looked onto a dark walkway. Both rooms (29, 40) were tiny, we didn't measure them but surly less than the advertised 14qm.

Cozy hotel in a residential quiet area. Beautiful "lobby", very clean and cute in general. Unfortunately we didn't find the chance to have breakfast but the place where the breakfast was served was beautiful as well. We had a late check in and they were very kind to accommodate. There are some parking slots right in front of the hotel, which is extremely helpful if you travel with a car. The beds were comfortable and my children loved the place.

Nothing really, I would love to find the opportunity to visit again. Just to facilitate future guests: Elder people should mention in the reservation, to book rooms in the ground floor because there were no elevator, at least at the room we stayed (first floor). The piano in the lobby doesn't work. It wood be great to play in this wonderful place though :)
