The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two adults and two children. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful including assisting us with the bus tickets. The bus station to Venice is very close to the hotel.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not particularly appealing, and I would not feel entirely comfortable returning by bus late at night. The restaurant was pleasant and served good food, but the service was quite slow.

Zentrale Lage, Bushaltestelle war gleich an der Straße ca. 3-5min zu Fuß. Ideal um Venedig zu erkunden.

Das Frühstücksangebot hätte gern mehr und besser sein können. Die Auswahl war nicht überwältigend.

Personeel was super behulpzaam. Na een nacht rijden kwamen we om 10:00 aan. We vroegen of we alleen even onze koffers alvast konden stallen, maar de kamer was al klaar en daar mochten we meteen in. Konden we even wat slaap inhalen. Ook de zoektocht naar de tandarts hebben ze voor ons geregeld, ze hebben er een aantal gebeld voor ons en de situatie uitgelegd, dat was heel fijn.

Le personnel était d’une immense gentillesse et nous ont aidé pour les déplacements vers Venise et vers l’aéroport. Ils nous ont accommodés puisque nous arrivions plus tôt. Gros coup de coeur pour le déjeuner!

Goede ligging ten op zicht van Venetië. Bushalte tegenover het hotel. Goede uitleg ivm het ov. Ontbijt prima. Veel keus. Parkeren bij het hotel.

Het bed was niet comfortabel. Er zat een “heuveltje” in het midden, waardoor je steeds naar de buitenkant rolde.

Fabulous value for money. Not in Venice, but very well connected by a bus service that's cheap and frequent and takes less than half an hour into Venice. Plenty of parking. The hotel is a bit tired looking in places, but it's very clean and appears to be having a make over in stages. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The restaurant was very good quality, but the night I was there it was painfully obvious that they didn't have enough staff to cope with the number of customers. Very long waits between courses and multiple mistakes with my simple order. Really nice people and the food quality was good for the price, but if I were to stay here again, I'd probably eat somewhere else if the hotel is fully booked.

We stayed here for one night and had a lovely experience. Our room was ready well before the official check-in time, which was very convenient. At breakfast, they surprised my fiancé with a little birthday sign on our table. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you!

Great location with a spacious garden and dedicated outdoor parking for vehicles. It is one of the best choices for visiting Venice. The hotel staff provides all the necessary information you need, including bus tickets. It is a fantastic option for exploring Venice.

While the hotel and rooms are somewhat dated, there are no issues regarding comfort.

Hotel has a great gratis parking. Hotel is 50m from bus station from which buses ride to Venice-Piazzale Roma. Breakfast is buffet with plenty of good sweet and savoiry options. We were in triple room and additional/3rd bad comfort was above expectaions. I recomend this hotel to Venice visitors who travel with car.

Przemiła obsługa. Hotel świetnie usytuowany jeśli chcemy zwiedzać Wenecję. Prawie tuż przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy do Piazzale Roma gdzie można było wsiąść do tramwaju wodnego albo zwiedzać Wenecję pieszo. W czasie pobytu nie mieliśmy problemów , że byliśmy z psem.

Praktycznie do niczego nie mogliśmy się doczepić.

Im Bad fehlt es ein wenig an Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Alles in Ordnung, nett, sauber und gemütlich. Genau wie von vielen beschrieben, super Lage und top Busanbindung, würde es genauso wieder buchen und empfehlen, wenn man einen Tag nach Venedig fahren möchte.

Det var et fint hotel som lå godt for det vi skulle. Super imødekommende personale, meget hjælpsomme med forklaring på bystruktur Venedig etc. super morgenmad og vi fik en fantastisk middag i restauranten. Vi kommer meget gerne igen😊.

An easy access to Venice by public transportation, as well as the main highway directions, plenty of parking space, superb breakfast, exceptionally large room (junior suite), with high-end 'spa' shover and bathroom, cozy restaurant, with selection of several fine drinks, very welcome staff, nice cost/benefit ratio. Very tranquil place with gaeden.

Once you rather like Venice 'day and night', you should relay either on late night public transportation or find an option directly in old Venice.

Tout est fait pour faciliter la visite de Venise: parking sur place, vente de tickets de bus qui mène vers Venise avec des indications claires. Nous avons également apprécié le confort de la chambre.

Dommage qu il n’y ait pas un véritable coin bar à l extérieur. Quelques fauteuils et tables mais pas d ambiance bar et un peu de musique. Mais bon on a pu boire un coup dehors quand même. C est juste peut être une amélioration à apporter

Très belle chambre, et restauration au top!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed from a hotel room. The beds were comfortable. The location was very close to a bus stop to get to Venice. The parking was really convenient and easy. The breakfast was good, and there were enough selections. There is also a restaurant in the hotel garden, which is a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel Ai Pini, made truly unforgettable by their thoughtful hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my wife's birthday with such lovely touches, and the comfortable rooms and excellent service made the entire trip special

Locatie bine amplasata, linistita, langa statia de autobuz care duce la Florenta. Curatenie, mic dejun foarte bun si diversificat, personal foarte amabil.

Camera spatioasa si curata, dar la baie sunt probleme la cabina de dus( mozaic sarit, nu se inchide usa), chiuveta crapata.

Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für einen Venedigbesuch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind am späten Vormittag angekommen, konnten sofort einchecken und durften auch schon vorzeitig das Zimmer beziehen. Das war super! Wir wollten dann direkt nach Venedig fahren. Der sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr) hat uns das Tagesticket, mit dem wir alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nach Venedig und auch in Venedig nutzen konnten, empfohlen und sich für uns darum gekümmert. Das war klasse. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel; besser geht es eigentlich gar nicht. Unser Auto konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes auf dem hoteleigenen, bewachten Parkplatz stehen. Auch das war perfekt.

Jídlo v hotelové restauraci nebylo úplně TOP, vzhledem k očekávané úrovni / ceně a srovnáním s restauracemi přímo v Benátkách. Jinak ale musím říct, že jsme byli se vším ostatním spokojeni.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut an der Autobahn gelegen und die Bushaltestelle Richtung Venedig war auch in direkter Nachbarschaft. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn war es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider war der Check-Out sehr langwierig, da bereits Reisende um 10 Uhr morgens einchecken wollten. Das hat alles sehr stark verzögert. Die Organisation sollte dort verbessert werden.

Sehr hilfsbereite Personal. Für Ausflug nach Venedig, top gelegen!

It is conveniently placed to visit central Venice with a bus trip. The hotel was clean and nice. Parking area was a big add on. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast service was not refilled and mostly consumed even more than an hour to finish time. But there were options.

Biting bugs (but they provided repellent) and no pool. There is a nearby very nice sports facility with a pool for €20/person which was very enjoyable.

Het verblijf was prima. De locatie is goed, dicht bij een bushalte. De kamer was eenvoudig en netjes, niets bijzonders maar prima voor een kort verblijf.

Wat mij niet beviel, was de douche; die was echt een grote teleurstelling. Ook het park naast het hotel maakte geen goede indruk. Er slapen daklozen en het lijkt alsof het park nauwelijks wordt onderhouden.

Dobra lokalizacja pod miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Wenecji. Bardzo blisko hotelu przystanek autobusowy, bilety można kupić w recepcji (linia 7 i 7e). Skromne ale bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Problemy z klimatyzacja - zbierała się woda i kapała z otworu wentylacyjnego do pokoju na szafę i podłogę. Obsługa sprawnie zareagowała pierwszego dnia ale problem wrócił dnia kolejnego.

The room was large and clean and we checked in early which was great. Parking is free and public transportation to Venice is across the street ao it was perfect. We were allowed to leave our luggage and car in the lot after check out which was great and returned to pick up everything and drive the to airport. Perfect location for visiting Venice without the hassle of parking in venice and easy access to the airport/highway. Breakfast was nice.

Das Hotel liegt in Maestre, was aber kein Nachteil ist, sondern für uns perfekt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, man kommt prima hin und das Hotel liegt ruhig. Der Bus nach Venedig (Piazzale Roma) hält vor der Türe. So kommt man bequem und ohne Umsteigen in die Lagunenstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es funktioniert alles auch das Bad ist schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist üppig und lässt nichts vermissen. wir warn nun schon zum zweiten Mal für mehrere Tage da und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das fällt mir nichts ein, was negativ aufgefallen wäre.

We came just for a single night as it was close to Venice. Free and convenient parking for a van car. Very close to public tranportation. The staff was very kind.

We had two rooms, both were small with a very tiny and unmaintained showers (missing floor tiles)

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Parkplatz und Anbindung an die lokalen Busse. Hotel sauber und lebhaft. Personal sehr gut. Von der Autobahn sehr gut erreichbar.

Etwas ausserhalb von Mestre. Aber gut erreichbar mit Bussen. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben.

Хорошее место, чтобы остановиться для посещения Венеции. Все уютно и чисто. Шум от дороги не слышен. Найти очень легко. Прекрасная комната для завтраков.

Right in front of bus stop to Venice and close to highway. Clean nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and helped us with bus tickets as well as special tax exemption paper to enter Venice. They let us leave the car past our booking time that allowed us to travel to Venice and back without worrying about the car. They have nice restaurant on the premise with live music, unfortunately we did not have time to visit.

They did not have water, slippers or bathrobe in the room. Breakfast was also quite modest.
