Chiara - Lodge

Tudo excelente

Cama e chuveiro

Ótima localização, a poucos metros do metrô.

Quiet yet close to everything, including the train station.

Air conditioning was inadequate. It was very warm for sleeping.

The room was clean and quiet. We especially liked the excellent breakfast!

Just a 1 night stay but found the room comfortable and quiet, with air con that worked. Staff were friendly and facilitated late night (01.00) entry to hotel after late flight (the hotel is a short walk from Mestre Station, which the Airport bus served) Breakfast was provided, including eggs, and could be enjoyed in an outside area. The area is fine, with several cafes, bus stops nearby, plus a Tabacchi where you can buy the Venezia Pass for how ever many days you need.

Nothing really

Excellent breakfast, and great friendly staff. 5 minutes to train/bus station so easy walk. Got into our room early which was a bonus. Overall great value if going into Venice.

Nothing

We liked the location, it was in a very quiet residential street. Many choices for breakfast. Very clean. Easy to get into central Venice. I can't fault it. The hosts were fantastic.

Just great

Great accomodation for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Lovely apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, super beds. The transfer service was punctual, with a polite driver. I highly recommend it. :)

Nothing.

Everithing was perfect. Comfortable, clean and charming accomodation. I can only recommend it.:)

Breakfast. Cleanliness, close to station. Very friendly & helpful staff, parking on-site.

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, bőséges. A kávégépet egész nap tudtuk használni, amikor csak szeretnénk. Egyik nap korán indultunk el a városba, a személyzet készített reggeli csomagot a kérésünkre. Nagyon figyelmesek és segítőkészek voltak.

Great communication before we arrived, fantastic location for visiting Venice and a lovely, quiet breakfast. Highly recommended and perfect family rooms.

Nada

Bien accueilli, lieux propre et bien place. Petit déjeuner diversifié.

Parking available. Easy walk to train station to take the train into Venice. Small grocery store and some restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable mattresses.

Refrigerator doesn't work.

A reggeli elfogadhatónak mondható.

A helyette kapott szobák viszont elég kicsik voltak. Jó a minibár 24 € számláját jóvá írták a sok kellemetlenség miatt.

Lovely staff. Great position for us as we needed to pick up a hire car, also close to restaurants and cafes, train station. Was fantastic that we could park our car onsite at no additional cost. Very nice breakfast.

Everything was perfect for what we needed

The staff was amazing. The attic room we had was awesome!

Maybe the breakfast could be better for vegetarians but it was good for people who eat meat.

Nous avons été bien accueilli et conseillé. Chambre propre. Parking.

Rien.

Excellent location close to train station. Quaint little hotel with friendly staff. Awesome breakfast

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was great as well.

We found the bed a bit hard, but that could be a personal preference.

Net i ampli, fàcil Per aparcar

A reggeli tényleg szuper!

The staff was great, the cleanliness of the rooms and the location.

Accueil parfait, petit déjeuner copieux.

Literie un peu dure

Lovely hotel close to Venice Mestre station. Quiet, clean, warm room with character. Tea ,coffee and kettle provided. Superb breakfast. An easy walk to the station to catch the train to Treviso. Excellent communication with hosts, who were able to provide transport from Venice airport.

Nil

I booked Chiara Lodge for just one night on my way to Venice, but I honestly didn't want to leave. Everything here feels welcoming. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of traveling I slept so well. The breakfast was one of the best I've had during my trip, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. What I appreciated most was the people. genuinely kind, helpful and happy to answer questions or give advice. You can really feel that they care about their guests, and that makes such a difference. I only stayed one night, but next time I would happily stay much longer. It's one of those places that makes you want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I hope to see you again soon!

Close to the train station to Venice, very well maintained, very nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed.

Café da manhã muito bom. Bem limpo e arrumado. Funcionários simpáticos

Lovely room and great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lage, Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten, super Lage um Vwnedig zu besuchen, Parkplatz vorhanden, super Frühstück sehr nettes Personal

Cute property. The balcony was not functional. When we got to our room at night it was super hot. It took an hour to cool down since you have to have your room key in the slot to get it started. We also had to pay cash for taxes. When ordered airport transfer through them and said credit card was fine. When he got to the airport the driver said no credit card. We didn’t have any euros on us but was gracious enough to take US dollars. Overall it was ok. Would I stay there again, probably not.

Cooling room off took over an hour at night. Ok location. Close to the train station was a positive.

Very nice staff, everything was very clean, comfortable bed and linens, great coffee machine 24h, nice breakfast. The bus stop to venice is very close, but if you want to have a seat you better walk 3 minutes to the train station. It was a very good choice to sleep here in order to see venice in one day before moving on to the dolomites.

The room was a bit small, especially the shower which wasn't that comfortable. Also the door didn't block the noise from reception and breakfast room in the morning, and could hear every step in the room above us.

Great location, 10 min walk to mestre station but in a residential area so it’s quiet. Staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is good.

Restroom is a little small.

Ausstattung Lage Personal

Alles super, sehr sehr freundlich!

Spokojna okolica,blisko do przystanku autobusowego

Malutka łazienka,umywalka w pokoju

Everything

The size of the room. There was nowhere to put two large suitcases.

C’était parfait ( chambre impeccable petit déjeuner délicieux) merci et bravo à toute l’équipe

Rien

The property was very close to the train station - quick walk! Cute balcony off each room . The staff was very helpful & even provided a bagged breakfast for us as we had to depart before breakfast was served.

./.

Small, boutique style. Staff were wonderful.

No elevator, but only one floor up to rooms.
