La calidad del desayuno es excelente.

El escandalo de platos y vasos de los camareros es impresentable en un hotel que presume de estrellas. La recepcion atendida por una chica rubita muy desagradable. El comedor lleno de chinos y niños asiaticos cuya educacion deja mucho que desear, tocando el pan y todo lo que caia en sus manos. Patetico. Y ademas hay obras enfrente que te obligan a dar un rodeo para salir de alli. Las obras van a durar mas de un año y no se te avisa. Un robo.

Room perfectly clean. Hotel a little outside main city area but not an issue as main tram/bus stop/metro 300 yards away with direct links to city centre, also we love using trams anyway

Temporary building site in front of hotel but we were at the back so not bothered by it all. Expect will be finished in a year or so, wouldn,t not go there because of this.

Huone oli tilava ja näköala merelle päin kiva, vaikka rannassa olikin työkoneita. Äänieristys huoneessa toimi.

Aamiainen oli pettymys. Odotimme enemmän tämän tason hotellilta. Tarjolla oli kyllä määrällisesti paljon eri vaihtoehtoja mutta laatu ei yltänyt Hiltonin tasoon.

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Ei erinomainen, mutta lähellä sitä. Henkilökuntaa oli riittävästi ja tuotteita oli koko ajan tarjolla. Sauna ja allas olivat hyvät. Kuntosali oli houkuttelevan näköinen, mutta tällä kertaa en ehtinyt koettaa laitteita. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa.

Saunassa olisi voinut olla lukittavat lokerot tai jotakin sellaista. Huoneavaimen ja vaatteet joutui jättämään lukitsemattomaan paikkaan.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja hotelli aulasta huoneeseen asti oli todella siistissä kunnossa.

Ilmastoinnin puute oli todella pitkä miinus keskellä kesää. Jos se olisi ollut toiminnassa, niin avosana olisi ollut 9/10. Hotellihuoneen ulkopuolella rannassa ollut työmaa käynnistyi aamu seitsemältä kaivinkoneen metelöinnillä, joten nukkmisesta yli klo 7 ei tullut enää mitää. Ilmastoinnin puuttuessa ikkunaa oli pidettävä auki, joten meteli kantautui todella kovaa huoneeseen asti.

The sauna and pool were not amazing , but I had very enjoyable interactions with other guests in both the pool area and in the Sauna . The room was a great size and bright and clean and the towels were very luxurious .

The building works meant that the windows in the room were very dirty . The breakfast area is like a factory canteen dark and packed .. very unappealing . Usually hotels give a bottle of water , but this Hilton had some bullshit marketing instead . Very disappointing. If you aren’t going to provide bought bottled water , then supply tap water in your own bottles . But saying if you want a bottle it’s €5 - “drink tap water it’s great “ is pathetic .

Alla reception mi hanno detto di prendere gli asciugamani della stanza da usare in piscina. Neache pantofole . Tutto a pagamento extra se non membro. Inoltre ho chiesto i fazzoletti del bagno che era vuoto ma dovevo prenderlo io alla reception. Per un Hilton scarso. Piscina e Sauna vecchia! Palestra minuscola. Per un Hilton una delusione! Acqua naturale nella stanza a pagamento.

Camere carine, tende che oscuravano abbastanza bene. Colazione ottima e varia. Molto buona anche la cena.

Ho pagato prezzo più alto x vista mare. Ma c’erano lavori e scavi quindi era proprio brutto. Ritengo non corretto far pagare un sovrapprezzo e non specificare nulla

Camera spaziosa, come anche il bagno. Servizi in linea con il tipo di struttura, apprezzabile il libero accesso alla piscina e alla sauna. Colazione molto varia e di qualità, presente anche uno spazio dedicato al gluten free, senza lattosio e vegani. Il ristorante è molto carino e ampio e i piatti sono ottimi. A 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale ma a 2/3 minuti a piedi da fermata di vari tram e bus; comunque ci si può muovere liberamente a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata.

The lifts were cool

Building work outside so sea view was building zone view. Beds were hideously uncomfortable. Breakfast not great. Thought someone was blasting through the hotel walls halfway through the night when they restarted construction, the drilling was so loud, for a Hilton the pool was more of a puddle.

J'ai aimé l'hôtel, trés calme et surtout le salon avec son aspect cathédrale et sa décoration moderne un peu style 70. Notre chambre était spacieuse aussi et bien insonorisee. On avait la vue sur un plan d'eau. La salle de bain était bien aménagée. Nous avons apprécié la douchette. Il y avait un séchoir à cheveux ainsi qu'une table et un fer à repasser, ce qui était très pratique. Il y avait aussi un coffre et un minibar et un bon dressing pour ranger ses vêtements. La station de bus et de tramway était juste derrière l'hôtel. La vieille ville à 15mn à pied. Le petit déjeuner, buffet, était bon. On a beaucoup aimé les pancakes.

La faute n'incombe pas à l'hôtel mais il y avait des travaux au niveau du plan d'eau en face de l'hôtel et sur lequel donnait notre fenêtre. Mais heureusement aucun bruit. Le ménage laissait à désirer puisque le jour de notre arrivée, il y avait une pellicule de poussière sur certaines étagères et dans certains recoins.. Il manque des tiroirs et aussi une brosse pour les toilettes. L'eau de la piscine était très froide.. Il n'y avait pas de chaussons dans la chambre et il fallait louer les peignoirs pour aller au sauna.

Zentral gelegen, schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr hundefreundlich! Unsere Hündin hat sich über das Welcome-Package gefreut.

Hotell on pisut vana ja väsinud, kulunud.. Üldjoontes kõik olemas. Parkimine hotelli maaluses parklas oli eritasu eest ja suht kallis. Arve tasumisega tekkis kohutav segadus ja tekkisid topeltarved. Hiljem saime mitu päeva selle teemaga tegeleda, et asju korda saada. Ebamugav kogemus.

This is an ideally located hotel very easy to access by tram from the airport. Once there, it is easy to explore on foot or via public transportation, which is slick and easy in Finland. The hotel itself is a bit old-school, but very comfortable. The room was great with plenty of space. As Diamonds, we received an upgrade without having to ask. The breakfast was fantastic! We are WFPB vegan and very healthy eaters and we both loved it. Tons of fruits, salad, cooked veggies, hummus, really tasty giant beans, green smoothies with oat milk, and much more. Then the executive lounge is good too. It is small, however. But as far as food and drink, they had plenty of healthy vegetarian/vegan type of food in the evenings, then drinks and a few snacks during the day. The lady who runs this exec lounge is fantastic, she kept things well-stocked. I would just show up close to the end of the happy hour and it was always restocked. Very much appreciated! There is also a small but really well-equipped gym that was very pleasant for a quick workout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much enjoyed exploring this amazing, organized city.

Leider kann man die Fenster im Zimmer nicht aufmachen und ist immer nur auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen.

予約の説明が、あまりにも不正確かつルームサービスが全く酷い。 シー・ビューとあったが、シー・ビューは90°左側。フロントに部屋が違う、と言ったら、ホテルの前が工事中で、と言い訳していたが、低い位置での工事なので、6Ｆ以上の部屋では全く影響はない。満室なのでのごまかしか。 スリッパ+バスローブがある、とあったが置いていなかった。持ってくるように言ったら、計4組も持ってきて、1人滞在なのに、そんなに用意してどうするのか。 メモ用紙は、汚れて汚いものが1枚だけ置いてあっただけ。部屋を掃除する人は、気にもなからないのが驚き。 コーヒーメーカーがある、と記載があったが、ポットとインスタントコーヒー（2個）があっただけ。 エアコンのスイッチは接触が悪く、最初動作しなかった。幾度もボタンを押して復活し、使えるようになった。 チェックアウトの時、これらを伝えたら、文句はBooking.comに言ってくれ、と。 2回目の滞在だったが、もうここに泊まる事は無い。

De ligging laat toe de stad te voet te verkennen.

Door grote werken aan de oevers, was er vanaf 7:30 geluidhinder. (Zomer 2026) Mogelijks door de werken was er een kloppend geluid in de afvoerleidingen. Ook gedurende de nacht.

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr ansprechend,gerade wurde zwar gebaut aber wenn alles fertig ist hat man einen schönen Blick auf‘s Wasser! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt,der Lobby Bereich müsste neu und modern gestaltet werden!das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert Eierspeisen immer kalt,Wurst und Käse jeden Tag das selbe und den frisch gepressten Organensaft suche ich bis heute!!

Man šķiet brokastis par dārgu, tādēļ vienmēr brokastoju netālu esošajā La Torrefazione. Vakariņas gan var lieliski baudīt viesnīcas restorānā. Piemēram Beyond burger ir sulīgs un gards! Var baudīt kafiju vai kokteili pie āra galdiņa, vērojot pa kanālu braucošās laivas un kuģīšus. Ērta pazemes stāvvieta zem hoteļa. Kolosāls, draudzīgs un jautrs personāls bārā!!!

Numuriņā nebija apavu velkamās lāpstiņas. Kafijas un tējas iespējas numuriņā varēja būt plašākas.

Modern Hotel close to Helsinki city centre. Public transport right (bus, tram and metro). Breakfast buffet was very good and staff were super friendly. They even had a fun little treasure hunt for children in the lobby.

All our expectations have been met and there is nothing we would critique for our 2 night stay.

The breakfast buffet was good with a broad choice. However, the loud construction with tractors and cranes taking place immediately outside the hotel windows detracted greatly from the experience. There was no mention of the extensive construction work on the hotel or booking.com website. Had I known, I certainly would have chosen another hotel.

In my opinion, it was morally reprehensible not to disclose the extensive construction taking place around the immediate perimeter of the hotel. This hotel is known for its sea/canal views, which were compromised by the loud construction with tractors and cranes at both of these sides of the hotel. Apart from the compromised aesthetics, the noise and dust pollution were overwhelming. The construction started promptly at 7:00, ending around 17:00. I have taken some photos from our room on the fourth floor. I also have a video and will try to upload it to the net.

Room and other amenities were elegant as per Hilton’s standards. Very near to tram and bus station which makes the commute easy to other parts of the city.

Wifi connection in some areas of the room was very weak. Mattress in the sofa bed may need minor repair or replacement as one can feel the springs.

Lage sehr gut gelegen um schnell öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltige, größe und vielfältige Auswahl, da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch glutenfreie und laktosefreie Angebote.

Bei diesem Leistungs- und Preissegment könnten der Verleih von Bademänteln kostenfrei enthalten sein. Wir mussten 10 Euro pro Bademantel bezahlen.

スタッフの方々はとても親切かつ丁寧でとても心地良かったです。 また、バスタブ付きの部屋だったので、 たくさん歩いて観光した後の疲れもかなり取れました。しかも、これまで泊まったホテルの中で1番大きなバスタブで最高でした！ 朝食も色々な種類があり良かったです。 食べ物などがある所から少し離れた席に座っていると、スタッフの方がおかわり用のコーヒーを持ってきてくれてとても有難かったです。 スタッフの方々の笑顔もとっても良かったですね。

部屋のドアが重厚で重いのもあると思いますが、 他の部屋の方がドアを閉める振動がこちらにもかなり響いてしまい、とても驚きましたし、その度にびっくりしてしまい、正直リラックスは全然できませんでした。 他のホテルではないほどの大きな振動でした。。 ゆっくり閉まって大きな音や振動が発生しないようにしてもらえるといいとは思いますが。

Příjemný hotel v docházkové vzdálenosti od nejužšího centra. Ochotný personál, vynikající snídaně, pěkné wellness, perfektní čistota.

Výhled na záliv za příplatek byl poněkud narušen probíhající rekonstrukcí celého nábřeží, bagry všude kolem.

It was really convenient that I could walk to the city center and that there was plenty of parking available. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and we were very satisfied.

The sink wasn't draining well, which caused me a lot of trouble.

Große, geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, super zentrale Lage - wir haben alles zu fuß erledigen können. Faszinierende Frühstücks-, Restaurant- und Bar-Location durch die beiden Aufzüge, welche man beobachten kann. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet - auch auch die Gluten-Gäste wurde gedacht ( die Lebensmittel befinden sich in einer gesonderten Ecke und kommen so nicht mit Gluten in Berührung) Ein toller Pool - durchgehende Tiefe 1,20m und man kann an die fische Luft gehen. Ach - irgendwie war alles toll :-)

Breakfast good but needed more gluten free bread - bread ran out . Some hotels have signage on all the foods showing symbols for GF VLactose free - it helps everyone. Staff all great. Location great. Staff very good about room preference. Very walkable area. Very safe.

Wir waren zu dritt für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht topmodern. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, allerdings gab es nur Rühr- und Spiegelei aus der Konserve. In Finnland hatten wir das allerdings schon öfter, vielleicht ist das sogar Vorschrift. Ansonsten war die Auswahl wirklich reichhaltig und lecker. Unsere Tochter hat auch den Fitnessbereich und den Pool benutzt und war zufrieden damit. Unser Zimmer ging Richtung Innenhof und war angenehm ruhig. So weit alles in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch gut, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Wenn man aus dem Hotel heraus links geht, läuft man direkt auf eine sehr schöne Markthalle zu. Da muss man nicht mal bis zum Kauppatori laufen.

- Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, war freundlich, aber sehr leise. Ein bisschen mehr Stimmvolumen wäre hilfreich - Die Matratze des Schlafsofas war viel zu dünn und unbequem - Unser Stuhl am Schreibtisch hatte seine besten Jahre seit langem hinter sich - wir haben das beim Auschecken angemerkt und der ebenfalls freundliche Mitarbeiter wollte es weiter leiten

Wybraliśmy ten hotel z uwagi na prywatny garaż i ładowarkę do samochodu elektrycznego. Pan z recepcji nie był w stanie nam pomóc z ładowarką (był zaskoczony, że w ogóle jest na wyposażeniu parkingu). Ponadto dość mały wybór posiłków na śniadanie

Staff was very attentive and made me feel at home. The food, that was suggested by the server, was right on spot.
