Η θερμοκρασία δεν ρυθμιζοταν όπως θα ήθελα( ήταν κάπως κρυα), δεν είχε παντόφλες, ούτε νερό.

Das Frühstück war das beste was ich bis jetzt bekommen habe. Ausgezeichnet!

Aamiainen oli loistava laadultaan ja valikoimaltaan.

Aulabaari olisi voinut olla parempi tarjonnaltaan.

El desayuno incluido en el precio estaba muy bien y la ubicación cercana a la estación central también. Al final estabamos a 15 minutos de todo.

Solicitamos una cuna y nos pusieron un sofá e ibamos con un bebé. Las camas de los adultos eran bastante incómodas.

The location is great, the staff was friendly, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast varied and tasty.

Having said what's above, the room (and hotel in general) seems to be in dire need of refurbishment. The wall of the hall leading to the room was splattered with something that left stains, the halls are kept pretty dark, maybe to hide their state. The decorative panelling behind the bed and TV is flaking and peeling, the white tables are stained and scratched and the bathroom, despite being visibly clean, had an unpleasant smell to it. There's some work being done in the inner courtyard of the hotel too, so workers can have a straight view into the 4th floor room - no biggie, there are curtains but it would be nice to be advised about that earlier. I'm not very disappointed, I'm not picky and I slept in worse places but hey, the price and the standard don't exactly go hand to hand here.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Betten

Die Lage ist zentral und das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine stellte einen Engpass dar. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Zimmereinrichtung wirkte etwas unstrukturiert. Es gab große Freiräume - auf der anderen Seite gab es keinen Schreibtisch. Kritischer war die Situation im Bad. Dort schien es einen Duschvorhang gegeben zu haben, der jedoch fehlte. Die ca. 40 cm breite Glasabtrennung stellte keine Abschirmung gegen Spritzwasser dar und das Bad stand regelmäßig unter Wasser.

Отличная гостинница, великолепное расположение, прекрасный завтрак с большим выбором на любой вкус, большой, красивый номер, очень удобная постель и подушки. Ванная комната со всеми принадлежностями, зеркалами, хорошим освещением и теплым полом!

Большая очередь на регистрацию, нужно вручную заполнять бланки, сегодня во многих местах это делается оn-line, что могло бы сократить время. Кроме этого, берут 50€ депозит, который возвращается после выезда.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage - sehr gutes Frühstück

Vor 15 Uhr (in unserem Fall um 13.30 Uhr) muss man €30 bezahlen wenn man ins Zimmer möchte, da Check in erst ab Uhr ist - so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, wenn da Zimmer fertig ist, kann es bezogen werden sonst nicht aber eine Extra Gebühr !

The property and room looked run-down and needed renovation. The most disturbing and surprising thing was the poor ceiling insulation, so I could hear people probably moving their luggage in the upstairs room that sounded like a bowling alley. Not the best option if you prefer to sleep late on a weekend.

Hotel centralissimo, con camere nuove e molto comode. Tutto l'hotel è confort e storia della città. La struttura è dotata di una bella e funzionale sauna e palestra. La colazione è abbondantissima e varia con preparazioni al momento. Il ristorante propone piatti interessanti e dal carattere del nord Europa.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Aamupala ok.

Suihku liian matalalla pitkälle ihmiselle eikä suihkusta tullut tasaisen lämpöistä vettä. Huone oli pölyinen. Myöskään sisäpihanäkymä ei vastannut odotuksia. Se oli vain toisten hotellihuoneiden ikkunat sekä alhaalla oleva jonkin tilan katto.

Sprekk i vasken, sengen såg oppbrukt ut. Ikke madrassen men det rundt. Air condition startet alltid om Stikkontakt på badet virket ikke. Spurte om det var massasje i nærheten, personalet gadd ikke hjelpe/sjekke om det var noen i nærheten. Var en vis a vis hotellet, den såg jeg dagen etter, personalet nevnte det ikke engang. Air condition startet om kvelden og bråket så pass at det var vanskelig å sove.

Location is great, a 4 minute walk to the central station. And the rooms are spacious.

We arrived around 2am, checking in took forever, the receptionist took very long to give us keys. And apparently on asking for the room to be cleaned on my 3rd day as I lit the “Please Clean” light and the room wasn’t, they informed me that whoever checked me in had to ask if I wanted my room cleaned but he never did. On my second day I asked for some documents to be printed, the receptionist wasn’t helpful, she said send an email and wait a few minutes, and when I went to follow up she said the email didn’t arrive yet. And the bathrooms does not have water hoses like the rest of Finnish bathrooms. There was a very helpful receptionist we met mid day and she made the stay better really.

Posizione eccezionale: centrale e a due passi dalla stazione dei treni collegati direttamente all'aeroporto. Personale gentile anche se check in un pò lento. La colazione è semplicemente fantastica. Camere grandi e pulite, possibilità di collegare il cellulare al televisore.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera con testata del letto piuttosto rovinata da precedenti ospiti. Non abbiamo voluto cambiare stanza ma l'abbiamo fatto comunque presente per via del deposito cauzionale che viene richiesto al momento del check in.

I stayed for 3 nights, and I came in contact with 5-6 members of the stuff (in reception and breakfast area). Only one was friendly (the last one at the check out)

The hotel is well positioned close to the train station (works well if you have early flights) and walking distance from the main attraction points.

Aamiainen oli loistava. Hotellin sijainti myös erinomainen, lähellä rautatieasemaa. Huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen.

The hotel is located right in the center and is very close to the train station, offering easy access to public transport and all major old town attractions. I was given a room with a lovely courtyard view, and they kindly extended my check-out time by an hour.

The breakfast had very few halal options and they were not clearly labeled. As a Muslim traveler, I expect at least a few decent, clearly marked halal choices, especially from a major global chain like Radisson. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a hand shower, which is considered as essential for modern hygiene. Management should definitely pay attention to both of these issues to improve the guest experience.

Kahvaltı bence fazlasıyla yeterliydi .Konum iyi denilebilir limana 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde . Valizleri ücretsiz şekilde bekletiyorlar. Ağustos olmasına rağmen serindi odaya ısıtıcı verdiler .daima jelibon ve bisküvi ikramı lobide devam ediyor .

Location was perfect. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast if a bit busy!

Pillows were awful.

The position is very convenient: close to the train station and the shopping area but on a quiet corner close to a park. Our room was on the second floor on the street side but was very quiet. The room had a wooden furniture which was very elegant. The beds were extremely comfortable. I went to the women sauna which was simple but clean and quiet.

The bathroom had a bath tub. The staff was efficient and polite, but not very friendly.

The bed and the location. Staff as well was very kind and helpful. The sauna in the room was a bonus.
