Er staat gratis parkeren, maar als het parkeerveld vol is, moet je buiten het terrein parkeren wat betaald is. Ik sliep hier 2 nachten en beide keren was dit het geval. Schimmel in de douch en slecht doorlopend douch putje was ook een beetje goor.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Alles eigenlijk wel. De kamers en airco op de kamer, de ruimte waar je kunt zitten en ook kunt eten. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, veel keuze.
Er is niet iets wat ons niet beviel. We konden alleen niet meer terecht op de privé parkeerplaats. Er was echter voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Dit was gratis tot 12:00 uur de volgende dag.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Klima hat gut funktioniert. Zimmer war gut aufgebaut. Ingesamt ruhig gewesen trotz zu der Straße gelegen. Insgesamt solide.
Parkplatz war am abend voll. Konnten schwer ein Platz finden da viele einfach in den Autos geschlafen haben. Warscheinlich somit keine Hotelgäste. Zudem war das Bett unbequem. Personal an der Rezeption war eher unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Lage eher am Stadtrand. Am TV ging der HDMI Port leider nicht. Restaurantpreise waren auch ziemlich hoch (25,00€ für einen Burger ist echt happig). Haben am ende wo anders gegessen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind dort sehr unfreundlich. Fast 20€ für das Frühstück obwohl die Auswahl nicht wirklich groß war . Mitten am Bett eine Steckdose dran obwohl Kinder mit im Bett schlafen können da spricht man nicht von Sicherheit. Zu wenig Steckdosen

We checked in at 23:40 on 17 July. The receptionist was rude, confrontational, and unwilling to help. When we asked which floor our room was on, he said, “Find it yourself.” He was just in a fighting mode, We were two friends travelling from Scotland and Germany, and this behavior made us feel very unwelcome. Very disappointed. This was my third visit to the hotel but not again .

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026When arriving in our room (last floor, below the roof), the noise of the engines for the hotel air-conditioning systems on the roof were making so much noise that it was impossible to stay there to sleep! It was like a big truck vibrating nearby. We asked for another room but they said that the hotel was full, which we doubt: almost nobody downstairs, lots of free places in the parking lot). We had to find another hotel and asked for the cancellation of our room but the receptionist said that she could only introduce a complaint, then the management would contact us. Instead of refunding, they proposed to make an assessment of their air-conditioning system, which I really don't care about!!! It's a shame to pay for a service we didn't have!!! We left the room intact, as we didn't have time to use anything. Run away, they really have no care for their customers!!!

Er was een heel hard gebrom op mijn kamer (136) waardoor het leek of ik in de machinekamer van een olietanker lag. Heb geen oog dicht gedaan. Ik denk dat dit de airco-units op het dak waren. Daarnaast had ik dit hotel uitgekozen omdat het een eigen parkeerplaats heeft. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat deze vol was en ik alsnog op straat moest parkeren en daar apart voor moest betalen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Free car park is avail if you drive a car, it's 5 mins walk to the tram and 20 mins walk to train station . Room and bathroom are decently clean and comfy.
We have trouble with the safety deposit box, it's dated and not reliable, we have to call the reception for help a few times. Grocery store and restaurants are 20 mins walk away and which is quite inconvenient if you want to pick up something real quick. The closest is a Mc Donald restaurant.

An einem der Waschbecken lief das Wasser kaum ab. Die Türe zum Bad klemmte was daran lag das eine Schraube sich gelöst hatte ( hab sie wieder reingedrehr dann ging es wieder. Die Betten und das Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht… somit gab es auch keine Kaffeepads obwohl man das hervorhob in der Hotelbeschriebung. Sorry aber ich buche hier nicht mehr und fahre lieber 20 km weiter und bin zufriedener

My shower had mold. Whole room smell of cesspool. I request to change room, but the reception supervisor came upstairs, took a BTL of toilet liquid and pure it in the shower and promised to clean the mold. 10 days there not happened. He was also watching me with a strange look, why I complained? Very rude...and he couldn't understand the hygiene issue. arriving at 3 o'clock in the morning and having no water to drink? Your vending machine was out of stock. The receptionist ask me to drink from the toilet!!! Are you serious? If you have potable drinking water. Install at least a water dispenser. You know toilet, bacteria cross contamination??? Also he didn't allow me to use the breakfast water dispenser. Breakfast is the same with focus on cost reduction, fruit salad always the same fruits that are the cheapest you can buy such as apples, mellons, and pineapple. Food from alacarte is overpriced and only fried food. Cold cuts also of substandard quality and the same daily. The smoking place outside it's was a constant mess and dirty. 10 days there I was emptying the ashtray I used and always dirty. Empty Cups glasses from the breakfast time were standing there until late night. The lady preparing breakfast with dirty uniform was also did my checkout at the reception!!! I was paying for everything I was talking, but when I was checking out, a beer was outstanding and I have to pay. I paid with a doubt...I paid almost 200 euro per night and then I saw on your website a couple of days ago, your price was 91 euro per night...lastly your staff is not hotel trained and oriented. They prefer to gather at the back and smoke instead of showing hospitality that they are paid for. I travel all over the world and even in third category countries I never came to such situation...I'm a hotel and catering specialist and I know very well all the aspects of the business field and sorry you are unacceptable. I hope my feedback helps you improve.
