Mi è piaciuto la vicinanza della spiaggia, praticamente fuori il cancello della piscina, la vicinanza del centro, fermata dell'autobus a 50 metri e taxi fuori l'hotel

La pulizia della stanza era superficiale e una volta si sono dimenticati di fare la stanza ed io l'ho fatto presente alla reception. Devono migliorare il personale delle pulizie affinché facciano una pulizia più accurata.

The cost of the stay is very high considering the quality offered. If it were just for the accommodation—without meals included—it might still be worth it. However, paying this price only to receive terrible quality food and such poor cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I ate at the restaurant early in the week, and the experience was horrible. The food is nowhere near worth the price charged, and the lack of hygiene and cleanliness left an even worse impression. For such a pricey stay, I expected—at the very least—good food, cleanliness, and service that matched the cost. Unfortunately, that is not what I found. If you decide to stay here, my recommendation is to skip the meal plan and eat elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel are very rude. Bar staff are snappy, staff in food hall roll their eyes and have a go when asking for knifes and forks etc, cleaners knocking on our door 15 minutes before check out time telling us to hurry up. Overall not a good experience with the staff. The food isn’t great either, not much selection apart from sea food. The only good thing is the location as it’s by the beach.

Just got back form a weeks all inclusive, what a lovely hotel, set right on the beach with a taxi rank on the main road and water taxi right behind the hotel. Food was of a good quality and plentiful (one of our party was vegetarian and there was plenty of choice) drinks were good and not watered down like some of the reviews suggest. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. Only negative was the awful women on reception, we arrived at 1.30 and she kept us waiting and we couldn't check into 2pm (despite checking in all the other people in front of us) Then the next day she allocated our room to two ladies from Liverpool who had requested an early check in and they opened the door when we were in the room. We then went down to reception to ask what had happened she was extremely rude and waved us away so we complained to Carlos the manager who dealt with it very professionally. Highly recommend

En primera linea de playa y con instalaciones muy completas.

Arrived for 3 nights, no electric on arrival and not offered even any water. Rooms are decent, see view was lovely but very loud all day and night so don't expect to sleep much but beds were really comfortable. Food was ok, but cold most of the time. Not enough sun beds so get there for 9 when it opens. Not much for kids unless they can entertain themselves. Rooms were clean but pool wasn't so much . Definitely more for younger ones who don't want much sleep.

Odore di fogne che si sente nella spiaggia di fronte, lettini della piscina sempre occupati col salviettone dalla mattina presto da persone che fino alle 11 non si vedono neanche e quindi si rimane senza.per vedere delle belle spiagge bisogna spostarsi di 20 min in auto

Great staff, great location

A nice hotel in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to Main San Antonio, local shops and restaurants nearby if required. All inclusive drinks has good options but requires an extra €2 to purchase a token to get the cup. However food had a wide variety daily, breakfast had the best options. Shoutout to our cleaner Floriana who was always polite and provided fresh towels when required. The pool is small however does the job for cooling down, I would recommend getting up at 9 to put pool towels down. Fantastic beach is also across the road with clear waters and sunbeds for hire. We had a lovely 5 night stay, the only let down was the late check out not being an option however we still enjoyed our time in Ibiza

Quand on arrive dans la chambre, la télé se met en marche et il y une musique très forte du coup je l'ai débranché. Le check-in long. Les clients anglais qui parlent fort dans les couloirs le soir.

Great location and right on the sea front. My husband is gluten free and the hotel were amazing at catering for this with drinks and food. All foos is clearly labelled which is great.

Taxis during peak season and concert nights can be difficult to get. Hotel can only pre book taxis for the airport.

We booked the vibra san remo based on location and all inclusive option.It’s advertised as a 3 star hotel, I’d say it’s a 2 star hotel based upon my time spent here. Great location, views over the bay and a water taxi near by . However The amenities in the hotel are shocking .The food in the hotel is terrible and inedible at times. The all inclusive package is the worst I’ve ever had in 40 years of travel over the globe , you get one bottle of water in your room on arrival and after that you have to purchase from the shop . The drinks selection is terrible watered down spirits un measured when poured , and a cocktail machine that gives pre mixed cocktails no alcohol, there a a option to upgrade to all inclusive gold and if you choose to do that you get a proper cocktail that is measured out properly so that tells you the standard option is watered down . The hotel is in darkness with timer switches to illuminate the hall ways toilets etc . Our room had great views of the bay , however is stunk of stale cigarettes and no iron , kettle in the room everything is on a deposit system even the pool towels , and drinks cups 2 euro deposit each . Also pool side toilets full to the brim with feces on multiple occasions is disgusting. I wouldn’t stay here again if it’s was free , you’ve been warned.

sabah 7’de check-in saatinden önce gittik ve erken check in yapamadığımız için (çünkü 50 eur ücret talep edildi çok saçma! ) orada beklemek zorunda kaldık ve bir kahve içmek istedik onu bile ikram etmediler tam tersi para talep ettiler ya da dışarıya çıkıp içebilirsiniz dediler. bu hiç hoş bir davranış ve misafirperver bir yaklaşım değil lütfen bundan sonraki müşterilerinize bu şekilde davranmayın!

It was my 3rd time visiting the Hotel, Great location, the place is kept very clean, the food is nice and all the staff are very friendly. Amin the chef was so helpful and always welcomed us into the restaurant with a smile! Thank you.

No me gustó que no tenga nevera en la habitación y que tardasen tanto en hacer la limpieza de habitación , muchas veces subíamos de comer y la habitación estaba sin hacer .

I liked the buffet breakfast which had a lot of choices and eggs cooked to order. I liked the pool and the entertainment area. There was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel was well located.

I didn't like that the room never got very cool. The thermostat seemed from an another ancient era and you could never really cool the room. I hate that there was no refrigerator in the room to chill a drink. I guess they wanted to force you to walk to the market or use the expensive vending machines. Also if you wanted a chair at the pool you had to go early to get one. Many people had towels on chairs and you never saw them there for hours. There must ve a better way to manage it. Also only half the rooms have a decent view. And the final thing at check in I had to demand a different room twice. I have included a photo of the balcony (basement stairwell) they tried to give me for 200 a night. The second one was not much better. Finally he gave me a room on a top floor. Was the first one a test to see who would take the dungeon room. That room should not be an option.

Great location and clean

No refrigerator. I’ve never stayed at an hotel without a refrigerator, I needed a refrigerator to store my medication in and this wasn’t possible.

Nie polecam. Opryskliwy personel, nieprzyjemny. Panie na recepcji nie potrafią czytać i rzucają wulgarne określenia względem gości w j. hiszpańskim. Nie zostaliśmy miło przywitani. Straszono nas policją, bo Pani nie rozumiała, że istnieje takie miasto jako „Warsaw”. Cytując: „Nie musimy znać wszystkich stolic państw europejskich”. Dodam, że jesteśmy spokojną rodziną z małym dzieckiem. Plaża jest brudna, nie nadaje się do zabawy z dzieckiem. Pokój zaniedbany. Cieszę się, że spędziłam tam tylko jedną noc.

Currently here as I write this …such rude staff!..not helpful, snappy & not welcoming at all! Really lets this place down especially when customer facing roles on reception/bars!!…beautiful pool area/views..not been anywhere before where have doors locked to outside areas until 9am creating a queue waiting to rush out & get a sunbed for which there are hardly any for amount of customers here…rooms ok however walls like cardboard can hear everything from your neighbours. Check in is 2pm & not a second earlier then don’t give you an all inclusive band or drinks token to use facilities until 2pm which I think is terrible..check out is also 11am & our flight is late evening & told the all inclusive bands are removed so cannot use this facility after 11 & will have to pay thereafter…wouldn’t come again ..real disappointment considering was so excited to come!

I came here for my little sisters birthday trip and it was 10/10 very clean, staff were friendly and it was great that you could use the sister hotel S’Estanyol’s pool and facilities as well as San Remo’s. Great location as there is a water taxi right outside what takes you to San Antonio in 5 mins. The drinks and food were all great and there was variety. Amin was very helpful, lovely and kind throughout our holiday and always put a smile on our faces

Pool time should be a bit longer

We love the hotel; this is our second time back this year. Nico is lovely and makes the days fun with his karaoke games. The food is quite good, and the snack bar is wonderful. José, from the bar, is a great guy who loves football and was always talking about it with my husband. We didn't like a waitress in the restaurant during dinner. We asked her for a dessert spoon, but she ignored us took out her phone, and started chatting without looking at us. Later her colleague came, brought it to us and apologized. The girl shouldn't be working with the public she was very disrespectful and had her phone in front of the customers. Everything else was wonderful.

We arrived before check in (@2pm) but because we had booked direct we were able to get in our room early 👍🏻 Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and nice and the pool area was clean although sun beds were a bit of a nightmare! You have to be queuing from 8.30am to put your towel on a bed as there is no where near enough beds for the capacity of the hotel. We were all inclusive so you put a €2 deposit on a cup and there wasn’t really a wait at the bar, cava, cocktails and the beer is estrella which was good, the food was ok, breakfast was good, lunch and dinner a bit same same, but overall ok. Hotel over looks the sea which is lovely, there is a jetty which you can catch a water taxi for €5 each to San Antonio which was lovely. Defo worth doing as it runs every half hour until 10pm. Good location, supermarkets are opposite and clean all round I’d stay again and recommend to others 👍🏻

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I would never recommend this to anyone and the reason is the staff and the manager. Our charger was damaged by a cleaner. First the receptionist called some woman who said she was the manager but she wasn't. Her name was Nuria. She was extremely rude, laughing at me and slagging me. I told her I won't talk to her with this attitude. I then went to the manager, the most rude, ignorant and hostile man I ever met. He accused me of lying and was mocking me. I told him I didn't want anything, sorry would be enough but he didn't even bother. He's attitude was shocking. It's unbelievable the man like him gets a job as a manager. Avoid at all costs. There is a lot of much better hotels around.

Asked to change a €20 note for the machine at the hotel and was met with vulgar hostility , male receptionist on the night shift I believe his name was alounsi or there about along with another lady laughing under their breath and very clearly said the word “puta”. Alounsi then proceeded to chuck the money at me. It would’ve been easier for them to say no and as they were also unaware I speak Spanish and could quite clearly understand the vulgarity. Extremely unprofessional and first night here and it’s already put me off. Don’t recommend at all

I chose to return to this hotel this year because of its excellent breakfast and its great proximity to the beach, both of which were highlights of my previous stay and remain strong selling points. I would also like to mention that most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

I was surprised to learn that refrigerators are still not available and available only on request. Given that this is a hot island destination, I would have expected a fridge to be a standard feature in every room. We also asked about a late check-out and fully understood that there would be an additional charge. However, the lady receptionist on duty on Wednesday 10th June (around 9:30 am) immediately declined the request without even checking availability, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. A quick check before saying no would have been appreciated.

Como cada año, he vuelto a este hotel y confirmo una vez más que el factor humano es su mayor valor. ​Desde la llegada, la experiencia es inmejorable con Françesca que nos dio una bienvenida tan cariñosa como de costumbre. Asimismo, el trabajo de Flori en la limpieza fue impecable, manteniendo la habitación en perfectas condiciones todos los días . Y en el comedor, Jose Miguel destacó por su constante sonrisa y su total disposición para ayudarnos en todo momento. ​La combinación de unas buenas instalaciones y un equipo tan profesional y cercano es la razón por la cual este hotel sigue siendo mi elección año tras año. Totalmente recomendable.

The hotel is in an amazing location, just steps from the beach. The rooms are super clean, the entertainment is incredible, and the food is quite good. We had breakfast and dinner, which was a great choice since we spent our afternoons at the beach. The chef helped my wife with her gluten-free diet, offering her alternatives for dinner. I'm extremely happy.

I am aware this is a 3 star hotel so as such I accept the very basic room an no tea or coffee in room, however on arrival around 12.30 we were informed our room wasn't ready until 2pm fair enough but if we wanted to pay 40 euros we ciuld have it straight away. We could leave our bags but not use hotel restaurants etc as we were all inclusive no band until 2. We quickly found out you had to queue behind locked doors from 8.30 until 9 to get a sunbed quute annoying. Food in restaurant is good but snacks are quite basic and very different to the snacks you can buy. The plastic cups and token situation is a little pauperish and definately keeps staff costs down. Only one staff on bar most of time so again queuing again the staff do work hard here. The rooms are clean and housekeeping are good, fresh towels everyday, beds made etc. Then on last day 11 oclock checkout and band cut off no further drinks or snacks etc. I just feel a common courtesy would be to allow guests to use restaurants and bars until they leave would leave a better lasting impression and make guests welcomed and not just a commodity. Again it is only 3 star but maybe its better to stay here on a b and b basis than all inclusive. You won"t feel like you are asking for something you haven't paid for. Final note excellent spot fabulous views.

Lovely hotel but front of house staff a girl who is on the morning shift Spanish really really rude bad attitude needs more training in customer service was rude to me and other guests short tempered and shouting at us in front of other customers and when I asked to speak with the manager acted like she couldn’t speak English and when are taxi came and we had to leave she ran after us shouting in front of other guests and embarrassed us really loud and insulting

We stayed here as a group of 11 on my hen do. The hotel was very basic but clean, great location and beautiful views. Lots of lovely restaurants close by, Ocean Beach was around a 10 minute walk and San Antonio square was a 20 minute walk or less than €10 in a taxi. The water taxi stopped directly outside the hotel and was €5pp to the town. Rooms were clean but small, if you had 3 people in a room, you would barely be able to open the balcony door, I am very glad we paid extra to be in rooms for 2! It was a very small extra charge for a sea view and it was well worth it, incredible views. Entertainment was good, singers or games each night, water aerobics or similar each afternoon too. Staff were okay, not particularly helpful or friendly but not too bad. The food is particularly average and although we were all-inclusive, we ate out most nights. We came for a party holiday so the restaurant was fine for breakfast and a spot of lunch. The main issue was the opening times of the bar and restaurant, you couldn’t get a soft drink around the pool until 11am and the bar closed at 11pm on the dot, we would have happily paid for drinks after that but it wasn’t an option. Lunch didn’t start until 1:30, there was a snack bar but food there was very limited and poor. Drinks were okay, they had a few premixed cocktails included in the all-inclusive but the nicer ones were €10 each. One evening we stayed in the seating area chatting for a while after the bar closed and we were surprised that they turned all the lights off so we had to leave with our phone torches! Overall, we got what we paid for and it worked absolutely fine for our type of holiday!

Stayed here as part of the group event for the second year running. Firstly the hardworking team at Remo are all helpful and happy and the location is brilliant on the beach. If you want a good basic base for a party this hotel does the job and the sea view from the room and sunsets are beautiful too. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby and a taxi rank right outside. I’d say it’s more like a 2/3 star hotel otherwise and is pretty tired with very basic rooms and bathrooms that are overdue an upgrade and good clean. The food and All inclusive drinks reflect the budget rating but as long as you know what you’re coming to then you’ll have a great time

Staying here as part of the Slip Back In Time event. Fantastic vibe, great location, room more that enough for what we need, kept clean. Food could do with a bit of improvement but as a place to spend a few days partying you can’t complain. Staff very attentive and hard working.

O hotel é espetacular, a infraestrutura é ótima, tem a praia privativa logo em frente e recebe pessoas de várias faixas etárias. O café da manhã é absurdamente incrível, com muita variedade no cardápio. A localização é muito boa; com uma caminhada de 20 minutos já estamos no centro de Sant Antoni. Há ponto de ônibus próximo, tanto para o aeroporto como para o centro de Ibiza.

A única questão que tivemos foi que o carregador da minha amiga que estava na tomada teve um dos pinos quebrados, o que ocorreu na hora da limpeza. Ela também havia deixado uma fruta (não estava podre) na mesa de cabeceira e a mesma foi retirada, provavelmente jogada no lixo. No mais, nada que atrapalhe a experiência vivida.

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, pripravljeno pomagati in dati koristne informacije. Hrana je bila okusna z dobro izbiro. Lokacija je super, blizu centra San Antonia, marketov ter rent a car/skuter ponudbe.

Sobe so nekoliko dotrajane (imela sva težavo s klimo, ki je puščala), vendar glede na ceno to nekako pričakuješ.

Situation au top. Personnel adorables et discrets. Propreté. Buffet pdj et diner correct. Parking gratuit pas loin (peut être saturé en pleine saison). Chambres spacieuses, vue sur mer.

Insonorisation des chambres. Musique assez forte en terrasse de 10h à 23h. Et surtout (pas du ressort de l'hôtel) manque de respect des clients de l'hôtel bruyants en rentrant dans leurs chambres la nuit et gaspillent énormément au buffet.

The breakfast was not good just same thing and even eggs 🍳 which they were frying was not good !
