Hotel con muy buenos servicios, habitaciones comodas y limpias y personal super atento. Muy buen servicio de desayuno, y comedor. Tiene parking propio. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, que trataron de resolver, no se pudo y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior. No hicimos uso de la psicina pero se veia muy bien. Muy recomendable.

En la zona de piscina para adultos, si bien habia un clara e indiscutidamente cartel de prohibido fumar, una pasajera maleducada fumaba cigarrillos sin parar, le indicamos que estaba prohibido fumar en el sector y nos indicó que el responsable del bar la habia autorizado. Cuando fuimmos juntos a hablar con el muchacho del bar, nos dijo que si bien habia un cartel de prohibido fumar, se podria fumar en ese sector. Quedamos muy sorprendidos por la respuesta del empleado y presentamos nuestro reclamo en la gerencia. Entiendo que el hotel hará las aclaraciones que corresponde al empleado, pero por un error de un empleado no voy a juzgar o evaluar mal al hotel.

Rooms very clean if a little basic, was quiet on 5th floor and I felt safe as a lone female. On bus route from airport and near enough to everything to walk . Rooftop bar nice at night.

The hotel was clean all staff friendly room cleaned daily I liked the pool and that there was various blow up floaters to use in the pool. I will definitely be coming back

For me I didn’t think there was good entertainment for children or adults.

THE ROOM AND THE A/C

Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fue el ruido por las mañanas. A partir de las 9:30 aproximadamente, el personal de limpieza comenzaba a mover camas y muebles en las habitaciones, generando bastante ruido y sin tener demasiado en cuenta que todavía podía haber huéspedes descansando. Para quienes salimos por la noche y regresamos tarde al hotel, resulta bastante incómodo. Creo que podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos a esas horas y tratar de minimizar el ruido al mover el mobiliario. En cuanto al desayuno, también considero que hay margen de mejora en la calidad y variedad de algunos productos. Por ejemplo, ofrecer embutidos y jamones de mejor calidad elevaría bastante la experiencia. También eché en falta una mayor variedad de aliños y aderezos para las ensaladas, ya que las opciones disponibles eran bastante limitadas. Son pequeños detalles que, mejorándolos, harían que la experiencia general del hotel fuese mucho más agradable.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room although it was old was very clean and well maintained. When it comes to the food, I would say that it was good with a broad selection of dishes everyday. The beach is just 5-minute away from the hotel and clean enough. It's also easy to go to San Antonio with the ferry from there.

The family pool was small and extremely busy and noisy. It didn't even match the pictures provided. The adult pool was small but was way more quiet but I didn't see any shower and people were getting in all sweaty and covered in sun lotion, which wasn't appealing.

This hotel was great for a few days break. Only around 30 minutes transfer from the airport which cost around €35. When we got there, the reception staff were fantastic! We got into our room at around 10:30 even though check in wasn't until 3. And they helped with every request I had. The food was really nice. There were theme nights and quite a bit of variation at the other times. The freshly cooked omlettes were really nice. We didn't spend any time at the main pool, although it looked fairly nice. The adult only pool was fine for us, and there were always sunbeds available. The room was clean and a good size. The shower was nice and the air con was plenty cold enough. It's in a good location, on the edge of San Antonio. It took around 15 minutes walk to get into the main part of town. Overall a good holiday.

This is a good family hotel All inclusive has a good range. Good choice of ice creams all day at the pool bar included. Bar staff are very friendly and smiley Only complaint is I asked for an extra pillow and it never arrived! I think new mattresses should be ordered too Top 3 star hotel

We LOVE this hotel! We’ve been many times! The entertainment is great for my girls! Lara is the best and the kids love her. The rooms are clean and there is lots of choice of food. The location is perfect as you’re not far from busy San Antonio but it’s peaceful to come back to. Will be returning.

The worst family all Inc holiday we have experienced. I have never bothered to review before but had I read more like what I’m about to write then I wouldn’t have booked. On arrival we were told we couldn’t check in till 3pm despite arriving at 11am. Fair enough but when we checked in our bathroom was grotty with black mould and stains all over the bath. Nothing could be done to rectify this of course but not at all up to standards. Then we were immediately greeted with strong smells of marajuana from a room’s balcony and online sight another guest doing cocaine on his balcony and this is a “Family hotel”. The food selection was poor and that can be overlooked at times but due to lack of staff on grills there was always long queues for anything cooked fresh including pancakes or one at a time omelettes. The main grill on our last night was just burgers which was no different to the snack bar. That was the main event of the food that night! The wine and beer was set up so staff had to serve it you from a bar but there was rarely anyone manning that which meant you had to serve your own reaching for the backwards taps. The snack bar was also a shambles. One poor guy working alone from 10-6 and despite having to order at the bar and get a ticket, he would get totally confused and end up asking what you wanted after waiting ages anyway. The entertainment was dire or badly managed. Despite an outdoor stage with lights the singer/guitarist was set up to play in the back corner of the canteen styled snack bar and poor bar with two people watching in the heat whilst everyone else was sat outside by the large stage which was used only by one animation staff member to sit on the edge of to build ballon animals for the kids. Another night the stage was used to play a kids film on a projector whilst the singer had a makeshift stage in the corner of the hotel lobby at a crazy loud volume. Animation staff Adilet was a star who for 2-3 days worked alone. He did face painting followed by mini disco followed by ballon modelling all on his own. The arcade machines were mostly broken, the popcorn machine broken. When I asked why the table hockey was not working either the bar staff said “it’s probably turned off cause it doesn’t work. Like most things” The whole thing felt like out of season. Umbrellas and sun loungers were broken and not repaired or replaced (it was difficult enough to get a bed as it was). The “gym” was awful with a single broken pulley machine that cables slipped at any weight and torn material etc. On arrival we found a balcony full of pants, shorts and food packets. This was removed after showing reception the photos. Many things broken, lack of staff, lack of attention. Just did not feel like an all inclusive in the height of summer. More like 2 star out of season. A waste of 3.5k pounds for a week of poor standards.

We had a brilliant time staying here. Rooms were basic but clean and had all we needed. Beds comfy and AC a welcome relief in 30+°c. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fun activities throughout the day and reception have a few games you can borrow. Large selection on the buffet, with different themes in the evening and all delicious. Tried a lot of new food we've never had before. Definitely recommend staying here.

On arrival around 2 pm the room wasn’t ready sent in to restaurant restaurant was clean and busy , room was quite small with paper thin walls we could hear next doors conversations amongst other things pool area was lovely but had usual early morning sun lounger grabbers not enough umbrellas beds left un sat on for most of day , someone 💩 in the pool it was taped off by hotel staff and 1 hour later people were allowed back in ( we didn’t ) I don’t believe you can clean a pool of poop with chemicals in an hour ( large pool ) tokens and plastic beakers were how we obtained drinks no token no drink I fully understand in the pool area .. but this as inside the bar at night as well .. restaurant we had paper cups .. coffee was also served evening inside in paper cup dribbling all over the place , I asked for a coffee in a cup with saucer to be told no ..so didn’t bother again , pool bar food was ok ish very busy , understandable as restaurant did not have a children’s section breakfast the usual bacon swimming in its own fat sausages pink in the middle cereal fruit cake yogurt etc .. lunch time meals were poor only so much pasta you can eat , same for evening meals not what I’d class as 3* rooms towels replaced daily floor swept bins emptied stairs to room ( first floor ) were filthy and went cleaned the whole week we were there , local beach literally across the road was un habitable filthy and looked and smelled like sewerage washing in , beach 20 mins away was much better .. went with son and grandson age 7 would I recommend no would I go again no over £3k for a week 2 adults with child free .. terrible what a dump ..

Great hotel, we travelled with 2 adults and an 11 year old. The hotel was very clean, excellent staff, food was good something for everyone. We enjoyed the entertainment. Great location. Would definitely book again. We booked through Jet 2 and had no problems at all.

Stayed here for a week, family of 2 adults and 1 child 15 years of age. Room - I emailed the hotel to ask what the bed situation was for a the double/twin room I booked and was told for a family of 3 it would be 2 double beds. What we got was 2 single beds and single sofa style bed, not a huge issue, our son was happy enough, but would have preferred the 2 doubles I was expecting. Room was basic and bathroom a bit dated but clean and comfy with beds made and clean towels every day. The paint was peeling a little on the bathroom ceiling which wasn't a real issue for us and we didn't feel the need to report it but maintenance did come later in the week to repaint it anyway. Would have liked fridge, they need to be hired and there were none available. Air con was good though tended to have a mind of it's own, on constantly all day but went on/off randomly through the night. Food/drinks - Not as much choice for food in the main restaurant as we've found in other AI hotels in Spain, however, we always found something and what we had was tasty. Not a lot for fussy kids in the main restaurant but always a form of pasta, sauce and chips. Snack bar had a good selection, chips, nuggets, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, toasties but it is made to order and can sometimes be very slow. Drinks are on a token basis which I like, helps keep the place tidy Pool - We only used the main pool which is a good size and I liked that it is gradual so you have the shallow end to just sit or paddle gradually getting deeper, also like that floats and balls are allowed unlike some previous hotels we've stayed at where the fun police are blowing their whistle every 5 mins. No real sunbed wars, though the few days we stayed poolside I did go down around 7.30 - 8am to get a decent spot. We don't tend to get involved in the entertainment but plenty going on including water polo, tsunami, football, yoga, darts etc. Always appeared clean and tidy. Evening entertainment - Can't comment on this as we would usually go out in the evening. Location - Excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach which has a lovely little bar/restaurant (Es Pueto). Good family bar also a few steps from the hotel is Urban Lounge, good for watching sports. Plenty of shops nearby and there is a mini golf just across the road which seemed popular on an evening. You can stroll round to San Antonio in about 20 minutes and Cafe Mambo etc is about 40 minutes walk (there is a water taxi 2 minutes from the hotel which you can get across to San Antonio if you prefer). Staff - Everyone we came across seemed friendly and polite, maybe need an extra person on the snack though at busy times to speed it up. Overall - Despite the few small niggles we have enjoyed our stay here and we would return.

First impressions were fine, but the overwhelming feeling throughout the stay was that the hotel is tired and badly in need of an update. The room was extremely basic, with nowhere to put your clothes — no drawers at all and just a single wardrobe, meaning you’ll be in and out of your suitcase for the entire holiday. No facilities to make a drink and no fridge either, although the bedding was clean most days. The kids’ pool area allows people to reserve sunbeds with towels, and I even saw someone doing this at 4am. The umbrellas are terrible, even when they work. There are around 100 sunbeds and only about 10 umbrellas, which simply isn’t acceptable. The adult pool is quieter but has just 47 sunbeds and four umbrellas, one of which was broken. The food was very good, but the restaurant is extremely small — I’d strongly suggest getting there for 8am for the first sitting. The kids’ pool is only accessible from the main entrance, down the side of the hotel and through a tunnel, which feels odd and inconvenient. The snack bar was very good, although painfully slow at times. The surrounding area has a handful of bars and shops, with the Urban Bar being the best of the bunch. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s an extremely old hotel (built in 1969) with only one upgrade in 2011, which is now a very long time ago. The price you pay doesn’t reflect the lack of facilities or the dated feel of the place.

We are currently staying at azuLine in San Antonio, Ibiza, and unfortunately, we have been quite disappointed with our experience. The hotel is very basic, which in itself wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, but for the price you pay for an all-inclusive holiday, we expected considerably more. The food is very basic and, after trying it, we have ended up going out to eat every evening, which defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive. There is also very little choice for children. For example, the ice cream selection has stickers all over it saying “not available”, which is particularly disappointing when travelling with kids. The drinks are also extremely basic. The rooms are basic but reasonably clean, although the air conditioning has been very unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! On the positive side, the staff are friendly and kind, and the general cleanliness of the hotel is okay. However, these positives unfortunately don’t make up for the overall experience. For the amount of money this holiday costs, we simply don’t feel it represents good value for money. There are definitely better hotels and all-inclusive options available for a similar price, and based on our experience, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Stayed here for a week as a family of four. Two double beds pushed together space & storage is very limited. Pool area fantastic especially for small children, slippy in some areas. Life guard doesn’t speak English & not willing to help Animation team work hard, long hours & are great. Snack bar serves chips, nuggets, burgers etc. However you order at the bar & wait for it to be cooked. A few days they have been soooo slow & don’t speak English over 20 minute wait. Main restaurant, food is ok nothing special, no child’s buffet which they need. The restaurant can’t cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Lack of organisation, people need to be seated to a table rather than free for all. Air con doesn’t always work in the restaurant You get given a band for all inclusive however they issue you with tokens to get drinks. No token no drink. Great location into San Antonio, beach, bars & restaurants.

The location of this hotel is great. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the harbour and night life of San Antonio, but is still quiet enough to be suitable for a family holiday. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the two local beaches where the sea water is warm and clear. There are lots of local shops and restaurants within a short walk too. The hotel itself is clean and offers a good choice of food for each meal sitting. There is also a snack bar available from 10-6 each day. The bars offer a token/cup service where you exchange a token for a cup and get a fresh cup for each drink you order. There are three pools, an adult only pool, a baby pool and the main pool. During our stay we have been able to get loungers each day. There are a few parasols but we have bought our own to use each day to guarantee some shade as it gets very hot by the pool area. The hotel rooms are clean, but quite tight for space with limited storage and hangers. The staff are friendly and are happy to help. This is our 6th time at this hotel. It ticks the boxes for everything we look for in a family holiday. I would say as 3 *** hotels go it’s a good one. It’s clean, the staff are friendly , and the food is really good. Negatives- the beds can be a bit uncomfortably and some rooms have two doubles for a family of 4. The drive is tarmac and tricky to navigate the with multiple suitcases. You sometimes have to ask for more refills in your room (soaps /loo rolls etc) Positives - it’s very clean, The staff are friendly, The pool area is really good with shallow and deep ends across the whole pool. The food is good quality and a large choice. It’s in a great location.

Amazing value for money with an all inclusive package for 4 nights in San Antonio. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful. I will say this is a family focused hotel, not suitable to party goers or solo travellers wanting to mingle.

The gym was extremely old, limited, had almost no weights, mostly broken equipment and no air conditioning. I think the hotel should use an enclosed space and invest in some weights and more current machines.

So its my 2nd last day at this hotel.amd despite how busy the hotel is I have found this week a very relaxing chilled experience despite it being high season. The staff all over the hotel are very very professional helpful & polite, particularly at reception and the deck bar. The overall vibe of the hotel is laid back and its location to the local beaches shops, bars and water taxis is very convenient. I will most likely be back to this hotel and location again solo or with my husband amd family because of how low key, safe and dare I say the word relaxing again..well done to all at Hotel Bergantin , keep up the good work .

Went to Ibiza as a group of young girls thought we would book a hotel in San Antonio as we were there for a good time. This hotel was not what we’re expecting. Many of the rooms were outdated and only afew had been modernised like the pictures. The rooms were also dirty and clearly weren’t very well maintained and the keycards to get into the room didn’t work we had to change ours nearly everytime we left the room and even then the reception staff didn’t bother to come and look and see if there was an issue with the door which was very annoying. The hotel was full of elderly people who clearly weren’t there for a good time and complained about everything we did even closing and opening doors which made us feel on edge the whole time. The staff were miserable and the security man was aggressive and threatening towards us yet when a group of young lads did the same thing as us he treated it completely differently which made us feel that this threatening and aggressive behaviour was sexist and targeted at us because we were young girls. The adults only pool was dirty full of insects even cockroaches and it stank of sewage which made it unbearable. The food was greasy and there wasn’t much variety, we spoke to some other girls who said the food had actually given them food poisoning. We ended up dispite paying for all inclusive going elsewhere to eat because it was so inedible. The bar staff however were lovely and always having a laugh and smiling they were the only good thing about this hotel. Don’t go to this hotel if your a group of young girls looking for a nice hotel in Ibiza.

**A lovely, affordable family hotel in a brilliant location! ☀️** **We’ve just returned from a 1-week holiday and wanted to leave an honest review, as we really enjoyed our stay. **The hotel staff and entertainment team were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile, We actually lost our daughter’s flip-flops during our stay, and the lifeguard and reception staff did everything they could to help us find them… and WE DID! 😂** **Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day, and the pool area was cleaned every morning. We never struggled to get a sunbed, although you do need to be quick if you want one of the parasols! **Our girls really enjoyed the pool and especially loved the water games and activities organised by the entertainment team! **The food is served at the snack bar and cooked fresh, so there can be a little wait during busy periods,Breakfast had plenty of choice, and we found the evening meals perfectly fine — we all managed to find something we liked,We did eat out a few times during the week, but that was more because there are so many lovely places nearby,If I had one criticism, it would be that the children’s food options in the hotel could be a little better.** **The location is fantastic!It’s just a short walk to the beach, water sports and taxi boats, so there’s plenty to do without having to travel far. **The hotel also arranged a taxi for us to Cala Bassa, which I would highly recommend visiting. We went early, which was definitely the right thing to do. Take your own parasol and plenty of water if you can, though, as the beach bars are quite expensive! **We also really enjoyed the Ibiza Urban Lounge, which is directly over the road from the hotel — great for a change of scenery. **Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday,This isn’t a luxury 5-star hotel, but for the price, we honestly couldn’t complain. It’s a good, affordable family hotel in a great location, with lovely staff and plenty to do nearby. We’d definitely recommend for a budget family holiday.

I have rated this hotel based on its standard as a 3 star hotel, a lot of the negative reviews seem to want 5 star standards paying for a 3 star hotel, if you want 5 star standards book a 5 star holiday. I travelled as a family of 4 and overall this hotel represent excellent value for money. The hotel itself is very clean and whilst the rooms are a little small for a family of 4 we managed fine and never struggled for a good nights sleep even if there was the odd bit of noise from guests in adjacent rooms or in the corridors. The staff were excellent always polite and friendly and generally couldn’t do enough to help you, with extra credit going to the entertainment staff who were brilliant with children and adults a like with plenty of activities for all ages to get involved with. Entertainment on a night was fairly standard kids show and games then some form of light entertainment afterwards. The food was excellent for a 3 star hotel with different themed nights each night and an always a good variety of fresh salad and fruit. Snack bar provided the usual pizza, chicken nuggets, chips and toasted etc throughout the day so there is always something to eat. In addition ice creams and ice pops are also available through the day. A lot of people complain about the token system for drinks however I think this is a good idea as it saves a lot of mess around the pool/bar areas and if u are going to get another drink then simple take your cup with you! The hotel is also in a great location 2 minutes from a lovely beach which also has the facility to take a water taxi into San Antonio Bay, local amenities are great as well plenty of shops and bars close by. Overall this hotel provides excellent value for money.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Speisen und Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr gut und auch die Qualität war extrem gut! Alles war sehr lecker und sehr frisch! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel, die Betten bequem und sauber.

Die Anlage gesamt ist jedoch schon etwas abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Möbel im Restaurant, beim Pool etc haben schon bessere Zeiten gehabt.

We recently stayed at Azuline Hotel Bergantín, and unfortunately our experience was very mixed. The positives first: the food was excellent for an all-inclusive hotel. There was a huge variety of choice, it was always hot, and we really enjoyed the themed evenings, such as the Chinese night. The snack bar also served tasty food with plenty of options, although the wait could be very slow at busy times. A special mention has to go to the lady who runs the children’s entertainment. She is absolutely fantastic and works incredibly hard from morning until evening. She was brilliant with the children and is a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, there were far more negatives than positives. We found several members of staff to be quite rude, particularly the reception staff. There was also a lady in the snack bar with a lip piercing who never smiled, rarely spoke, and rolled her eyes whenever we ordered, which made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The drinks token system was frustrating. You have to exchange a token for a reusable cup and return the cup to get another drink. As a family group of eight, we were only given three tokens, meaning only three of us could have a drink at any one time, which made no sense for an all-inclusive holiday. Pool towels require a €10 deposit each, so I’d recommend bringing your own if possible. We also only had two bath towels in a room booked for four people, and when we asked reception for more, we were simply told no. The swimming pool also appeared dirty, and sadly three members of our group returned home with ear infections after using it. There are only two lifts for the entire hotel, which isn’t enough during the busy summer holidays, resulting in long waits. The luggage room is downstairs with no lift access, so you’ll need to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs yourself. Despite arriving in the evening, our rooms still weren’t ready. Once we got into them, we found the walls to be incredibly thin. You can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms, and even people using the toilet, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the food and children’s entertainment were excellent, they weren’t enough to outweigh the many issues we experienced. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel and don’t feel it offered good value for the price we paid.

Pros The hotel is located in the silent corner of Sant Antoni, close by to shops, restaurants and 6 mins walking to Cala Bou. The room and the bathroom are clean and the wifi is fast. The rooms have balcony. The food, served in all incl. is enough for everyone. They have children's club activities. They have large car park which is free for hotel guests. The hotel staff at the restaurant is kind. Cons -The food in the restaurant is only above average and in the kitchen it is not a surprise they are out of forks or spoons -When we agreed to have our breakfast 20 mins earlier than the official opening time on our check-out day, the guy at the reception (which we never saw before) started to create a scene that we are not 20 mins earlier but we were 10 mins earlier, so we were late. We managed to pack our bags and check out on time, but this guy was arguing unnecessarily when the kitchen door was, literally, open, so all we needed to do is open the door and get in and the kind people at the restaurant let us in. -There is a kids pool, crowded, with full sunbeds, which people were putting their towels, at 08:00 in the morning, when the pool was not open officially. We saw people sitting in the sunbeds, when the staff was still cleaning the pool in the morning, they simply jumped over the chain and did not care about the rules. They have an adult only pool, small, and the children wwre not allowed. So you have 2 options noisy, kids pool, or adult only pool. If your kid and you like some tranquility, being in the same pool, forget about it, because a guy comes and tells you children are not allowed in adult area because there is no lifeguard. The pool is smaller than our living room. -They have slot game machines, working with coins, and there is no way to get coins in the hotel, you need to walk to the shops to get some coins. We are in 2026, who is carrying cash, let alone coins. -The food in snack area is tasteless. -You need to pay 1 euro to weigh your luggage in the reception area. -People are smoking a lot in the pool area and during the entertainment in the evening. -They are not answering their phones or return your e-mail, so forget about pre or post stay communication.

Fabulous hotel. It was a great atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has great facilities, ideal location, 3 min walk to the beach. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The security man was lovely, very pleasant and always had a smile. The food was good and always a good selection. I would definitely recommend.

Great kids club and kids disco. Rooms nice and clean daily. Great value for food and drinks and snacks with all inclusive. And great location for beach and shops. The service has been good too in all sectors and noise levels been ok, we have room facing entertainment

Sim, essa versão fica mais no ponto: curta, mas ainda bem detalhada e natural. Amei absolutamente tudo nesse hotel! Desde a chegada até a hora de ir embora, toda a experiência foi maravilhosa. Todas as pessoas foram muito atenciosas, educadas e prestativas, desde a recepção até todos os outros funcionários. Todo mundo foi realmente maravilhoso. O quarto era muito limpo, confortável e bem cuidado, e a vista do quarto em que fiquei era simplesmente maravilhosa. A comida também me surpreendeu muito, principalmente o café da manhã e o buffet, que tinham muita variedade e tudo era muito gostoso. E quando dizem que é tudo incluído, é realmente tudo incluído mesmo! Paguei um preço muito acessível e sinceramente não imaginava que teria uma experiência tão completa e tão boa. Fiquei muito surpresa e muito satisfeita por ter acertado de primeira na escolha. Foi tudo perfeito e eu indico de coração! Com certeza voltaria e recomendo muito. ❤️

Mi è piaciuta la separazione tra la zona famiglie e la zona Adults Only, che rende il soggiorno più tranquillo. Ho apprezzato anche la pulizia dell'hotel, la gentilezza del personale, la buona posizione e la varietà del buffet.

Le camere potrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate. Non ho riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Se proprio devo indicare un miglioramento, aumenterei la varietà dei dessert al buffet.

Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble, chambre vue mer , literie trop ferme à mon goût . Le Buffet est très bien et bon avec un large choix , il y en a pour tous les goûts. Emplacement calme avec un arrêt de bus juste a côté.

Insonorisation de la chambre inexistante ! Très bruyant aucun respect pour les voisins ! Manque de parasols sur les terrasses de la piscine, chaleur étouffante . Manque de civisme pour certains qui laissent leurs serviettes sur les transats sans jamais s'y installer !

You can walk to the center in less than 20 minutes and the walk is pretty nice and I liked how spacious the room was, the bed was HUGE! The food is pretty good

It does not look like the photos they posted, it’s the same place but way less glamorous, the hotel is VERY old it depends on what you’re looking for, it was very cheap so i expected it to be like that. It’s giving 2000’s all inclusive hotels

We stayed here, 3 of us, June 22-28 last month and we wanted to give credit to the hotel for being great value on an island that it's very easy to spend a fortune on. First off, the the staff here were excellent. Twice I left things, first my phone and wallet in a small bag in the restaurant and then another day my wallet on the reception desk and both times these were handed in by the staff, or put aside until I came to collect. This is the honesty you always hope for anywhere when we're careless at times and it kept our holiday on track. Thank you to the great staff for your honesty. We each felt the food had a great selection each mealtime, and was varied and tasty. Drink options too were quite good. A great choice of pools too from adult to family, to children's. We spent most of the first day by the large family pool, but the adult pool suited us better for the rest of the holiday. An added bonus was the occasional water melon carried around for people wanting a slice. Might not be everyday, but we noticed it twice and it was a nice touch. There is a nice rooftop bar for adults with wonderful views of the complex and San Antonio Bay. Our room was very quiet. We didn't hear any night time noise in our room and the view from the room was pleasant. Also, on our last day, it was nice that we could continue to use dining, pools and drinks until it was time to leave for our flights. Absolutely excellent value then. We went with Jet2 as a package holiday and everything was perfect for the price we paid.

As comodidades eram mais pequenas do que pareciam nas fotografias, a casa de banho tinha uma foto de um gato com uma escova de dentes muito à toa, não trocaram as toalhas todos os dias, foi preciso ao terceiro dia irmos pedir, éramos 3 e eles disseram que não tinham toalhas lavadas suficiente e só deram duas, a casa de banho era mal limpa, sentimos durante todos os dias areia no chão e na banheira, no último dia deixaram uma toalha e uma fronha usadas (que não eram do nosso quarto) em cima do frigorífico. O sofá cama e as camas não são muito confortáveis, e a única roupa de cama é o lençol

If you have a young family i would avoid this hotel. I am not usually one to base a holiday on reviews and like to give somewhere the benefit of the doubt. But honestly dont come here with a young family. Just don’t. Pool was good. My kids enjoyed it but kids just love to splash in water so they are easily pleased. The kids pool is tiny and filthy and my kids went in it once. Pretty sure there’s a D&V bug lurking in its waters amongst whatever it was floating in it. On arrival whilst checking in we were surrounded by young groups of people dressed for clubbing and straight away I was concerned. Having booked this with my 70 year old parents, two young children and my brother and his young family, this was not what I wanted to see. Spoke to the rep who told me she’s worked for the hotel for 24 years and assured me it was a family hotel and not to worry. That was enough reassurance for me in that moment. Well, she was only partly correct as there were a lot of families. But there were also a lot of rowdy groups of young/middle aged people out here to party. The smell of marijuana through the corridors was at times, very strong. Not ideal especially with small children in tow. We were kept up until 6am several times with groups of lads swearing and being rowdy and loud on their balconies. The language they were using for a “family” hotel was disgusting and we were all absolutely shattered. I felt like I did when I had newborns, being woken every couple of hours from the noise. Absolutely unacceptable. I challenged the reception staff over this, asking why they would put groups like this next door to a family room. Met with a shrug and “we will give them a warning”. Great thanks, sure a warning is gonna do a lot whilst I’m walking around all day like a zombie from lack of sleep. Then there’s the food. Firstly the pool bar food was pretty good albeit a bit greasy but not bad at all. Choices of Hot dogs, burgers, toasties/sandwiches, fish fingers, nuggets and salads. The chef was lovely and really liked when I spoke my very limited Spanish to her. The bar staff were a hit or miss. The young male wasn’t very friendly and one of the female bar staff (very short blonde hair) was in the toilets whilst I was in there and she came out the cubicle and didn’t wash her hands (and no there wasn’t a sink in her cubicle). Then preceded to serve everyone their drinks and ice creams. Absolutely disgusting. The food in the restaurant is probably the worst I’ve experienced in an anll inclusive and I’ve stayed in all inclusive hotels in various places for years. Felt like we were just eating because we had to not because it was enjoyable. Make sure to have someone guard your food if you leave it to get up for a drink as I made myself a burger one night, took one bite and went to get my child some water. When k got back they had binned it. The selection was terrible. Same deserts every day just in different flavours. I love a desert but nah I think I will pass on your same Swiss roll every lunch and dinner and same flavoured creams. The breakfast food was ok. Pancakes made fresh, omelettes some days, fried and boiled eggs, cereals. Lunch was average. Dinner was terrible most nights. Chicken was pink or cremated. Pork was tough as hell. I ate salad most nights or cheese and crackers. Fabulous, so glad I forked out for the all inclusive that finished at 11pm and then you had to pay for any drinks after that, EVEN WATER! Rooms- the rooms were basic. Cheap and cheerful and the beds were actually quite comfortable (when you got to actually sleep 🙄). The maids came daily and changed our towels and made the beds. I even seen the maid mop the floor. They were very efficient and good at their jobs. I’d say the hotel is a budget hotel in appearance and amenities. The ‘gym’ was hilarious 🤣. Not a weight in sight. Anyway. I am sure you can guess that I don’t recommend the hotel and won’t be back.

We stayed here for a girls long weekend in Ibiza The rooms are basic but clean. It’s a short walk along the promenade to local bars and boat trips. No fridge or tea and coffee facilities in the room which was disappointing. The all inclusive style buffet food was basic but always something to eat. The pool bar was not so good. The all inclusive drinks were good and staff very friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and adult pool was peaceful. All in all I think the hotel is good value for money, it’s cheap and cheerful and perfect for a long weekend away in the sun if you’re not wanting anything too fancy.

Lovley hotel food fantastic rooms a bit small we gad a bit of a traumatic time whe the couple in the next room to us starting fighting and bloke smashed the room completely telly's furniture patio doors but the manager was quick to get them out my nerves were on edge the rest of my holiday but obviously not the hotels fault

We recently stayed at Azuline Bergantín and had a fantastic holiday overall. The biggest highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team was amazing – friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. They work incredibly hard to ensure guests have a great experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a huge variety available at every meal, meaning there was always something for everyone. A special mention has to go to the chefs working on the grill in the restaurant. They were quick, attentive, highly skilled, and kept everything running smoothly even during busy periods. The drinks were all very nice, with plenty of choice available throughout the day and evening. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the entertainment, which offered lots of variety and ensured there was always something going on for both adults and children. Although our son is still too young to take part, the activities organised by the kids’ club looked excellent and seemed very popular with the children staying at the hotel. The effort put into keeping younger guests entertained was clear to see. The rooms were comfortable, nicely presented, and a good size for a family stay. However, if I were to suggest any improvements, I would say the rooms could benefit from a deeper clean from time to time. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner, and there was some dust under the beds. Additional storage space in the rooms would also be helpful, especially for families staying for longer periods. The pirate ship climbing frame is a great feature for children, but it could do with a little TLC and maintenance as some parts felt slightly unsafe. We were also initially disappointed that drinks were being served in plastic cups indoors, but we later discovered that proper glasses were available if requested, so this wasn’t really an issue once we knew. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The excellent staff, great food, good facilities, clean pool, and varied entertainment far outweigh the few minor areas that could be improved. I would definitely recommend Azuline Bergantín to families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable holiday in Ibiza.

Clean, comfy and good localization

Upon check- in I request an invoice under my company as I am travelling for business. The ladies at the reception told me that they can't do it, and that I should contact the central by phone. I contacted the central and they told me I should contact the hotel reception by mail or through the booking.com app. I have contacted several time and always the same BOT reply that don't solve anything. I don't know what you guys are playing but clients doesn't have time and don't want to go throught all this headache for a simple invoice. This totally ruined my experience. Train your reception staff to do invoices.

Booked this hotel for my son who travelling on his own. Informed the hotel that I had paid the deposit of £110.35 with my bank card but my son would pay the balance after his stay with his own bank card. My son was impressed with the hotel facilities and food etc and would recommend it. However when checking out he was told that because he was using a different bank card he would have to pay the full amount including the already paid deposit which would be refunded to me in 2-3 days. As the deposit was not refunded to me within the time frame I messaged the hotel to ask for the deposit to be refunded. After another 2-3 days I received a refund from the hotel for £102.56 although I had paid £110.35. I can only assume that the refund was paid in Euros instead of Sterling and the exchange rates had changed resulting in me receiving less than I had paid originally!! I've detailed this review so that the hotel understands that their impressive facilities have been undermined by poor customer service and to make others aware.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet Hôtel, tout était très bien, propreté de la chambre, gentillesse du personnel de l'accueil et nous avons eu la très belle surprise d'avoir été classé en All inclusive alors que nous avions payé pour la demi pension. Seul bémol ,il faut vraiment revoir la salle de sport ,les équipements de musculation ne fonctionnent pas. Merci pour tout.

Localização excepcional, fica a só 3minutos a pé da praia. excelente limpeza de toda a instalação e quartos Os funcionários são super simpáticos e amáveis. Fomos em regime tudo incluído, as refeições eram boas e variadas.

O barulho nós quartos, dormir a noite é difícil pelo movimento das discotecas e festas nocturnas, acho que as caixilharias, janelas e portas deverias ser reformadas, ainda são de madeira. Camas pouco confortáveis. Água do ducho não é constante na temperatura ideal, sai frio e quente ao mesmo tempo. Camas poucos confortáveis

Nous avions réservé avec demi pension et à notre arrivée on nous a dit qu’avec booking nous étions en all inclusive avec accès au rooftop et boissons/snacks à volonté L’hôtel est très bien situé à moins de 30 min de Ibiza, et proche de magnifiques criques Il y a deux piscines dont une réservé aux adultes Les lots étaient confortables et la chambre était propre Le petit déjeuner était varié

La nourriture était toutefois assez salé et grasse plus adapté aux goûts des anglais car il y en a beaucoup dans l’hôtel . Mais il y a un bar à salade
