Um charme de hotel! A equipe é super atenciosa, o café da manhã é ótimo e a área da piscina muito agradável. A localização é perfeita: perto da praia, em uma rua tranquila e próxima ao Cassino Estoril. A academia deixa um pouco a desejar, mas acredito que esse não seja exatamente o foco de quem escolhe se hospedar por lá. 🤭

Hotel muito bem localizado, instalado em um antigo castelo, cuidadosamente preservado e muito bem cuidado. As instalações são limpas e confortáveis, e o quarto é amplo, aconchegante e agradável. Uma hospedagem que combina charme, história e conforto.

We loved our stay at Hotel Inglaterra and would love to come back in the future. The hotel met all of our expectations and the staff took such a good care of us. They helped us arrange transport from and to the airport, as well as a driver for a private excursion on a short notice. The staff were kind and friendly, answered all of our questions about the surroundings and helped with lots of little things and cravings (I'm pregnant). The room and hotel itself had everything we needed, both in terms of equipment and food. Thank you for this amazing experience!

Um hotel de charme, bem localizado, extremamente limpo e com funcionários muito atenciosos. Pequeno almoço diversificado e com qualidade. Recomendo vivamente.

Chambres spacieuses et confortables bien insonorisées entre elles. Nous n'entendions aucun bruit en intérieur. Espace de piscine plutôt spacieux. L'emplacement est bon car à 4 kms à pied de Cascais. C'est bien faisable tous les jours pour les courageux qui n'ont pas envie de prendre un véhicule.

Malheureusement beaucoup de choses nous ont déçues pour un 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de mobilier cassés (mobiliers de piscine: tous les fauteuils en piteux état, mannequins de décoration sans corps devant notre chambre, tapis de notre chambre déchiré). Le linge de lit bouloché (drap housse qui n'a pas été changé en.7 jours). Linge de salle de bain: effiloché ou troué. Et sans oublier les serviettes de piscine qui sont toutes usées (fils, trous ou délavées). La salle de sport qui fait 3m2 de surface avec 2 appareils. Impossible d'être à plus de 2 personnes et...c'est même de trop. Il fallait attendre son tour. Aucune fenêtre et pas de climatisation, sport très difficile à faire quand la température atteint plus de 30°C dans cette minuscule pièce. Le bar piscine qui n'était jamais ouvert: le temps était mitigé mais meme avec du soleil et du monde à la piscine ils n'ouvraient pas le bar... Le personnel, à part un responsable qui était venu nous donné une petite attention en chambre et qui nous reconnaissait, tous les autres n'ont fait aucun effort. Nous sommes restés 7 jours et encore au 7ème jour on me parlait en anglais alors que je parle portugais. Aucun effort de mémoire de tout le personnel à différencier les clients. A croire que nous ne sommes que des rentes financières... Le personnel au petit déjeuner: les 2 maîtres d'hôtel (1 femme et un homme en alternance) étaient bien désagréables. Regardant leur montre toutes les 5 minutes et ne faisant pas beaucoup d'efforts pour satisfaire le client. Le petit déjeuner est jusqu'à 10h30 mais vers 10h ils ne font plus aucun réassort. Autant dire qu'il faut se dépêcher d'aller au petit déjeuner avant même 10h. Pendant 2 jours ils n'ont pas voulu remettre de Pancakes car il était 10h00 comme ils m'ont répondu.... Inutile donc de proposer le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 dans ce cas...

El personal del hotel fue lo mejor de todo. Muy buenos profesionales, atentos y eficientes. Nuestra habitación en el segundo piso con vistas a la piscina nos encantó. El desayuno es un bufé muy completo, vale la pena contratarlo. La piscina fue otra de las cosas que más nos gustaron. Con servicio de bar hasta las 19h. Servicio de toallas para la piscina gratuito. Tiene un supermercado bastante cerca, y varios restaurantes. La playa está a unos 10 minutos a pie.

Nos gustó todo. Si tuviera que decir algo, añadiría un poco de luz a la habitación, por la noche nos quedábamos un poco demasiado a oscuras.

O aroma dos espaços comuns do hotel é agradável sem ser invasivo aos sentidos. A limpeza é irrepreensível. Os funcionários são de uma simpatia e prestabilidade que merece ser denotada. O guest relations, Sr. Francisco Pinto Basto, é de uma proximidade e cuidado que merecem ser destacados, muito preocupado em proporcionar uma boa experiência e responder da melhor forma às expectativas e com prontidão e proximidade, antes, durante e após a estadia. A piscina está bem enquadrada e consegue-se ver o mar de alguns pontos da mesma. O terraço onde se encontra a piscina está junto de uma rua com Cedros do Atlas, é bomito o enquadramento das copas destas árvores que servem de poiso a diversos tipos de pássaros como melros, papagaios (mais raros mas eu pude ver), periquito de colar, rola do mar, pilrito das praias…com a envolvente do bairro de arquitectura ecletica e ainda o clássico de estilo francês e ex-libris o Hotel Palácio do Estoril, que é o rei de todos os hoteis no Estoril (e importante na historia do Estoril, a sua construção bem como do complexo termal foram importantissimos para a afirmação do Estoril como estância desportiva e termal num contexto em que em Portugal se fizeram movimentos nessa direcçao em cidades como a minha, Figueira da Foz, Póvoa de Varzim, etc).

O bar da piscina poderia encerrar mais tarde. Só funciona até às 19h

The staff were exceptional. There was also water stations everywhere and coffee and tea facilities in the reception area with an honour system for payment.

La cama supletoria era incomodísima e impropia de un hotel con estas aspiraciones. El wifi era incómodo de conectar y no funcionaba.

Un magnifique hôtel plein de charme, très propre, et idéalement situé. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel très avenant et très gentils, et plus particulièrement M.Francisco Pinto Bastos qui a été au petit soin pour nous, encore merci pour ce parfait séjour.

Segunda vez que nos alojamos en este maravilloso hotel con el encanto de los grandes hoteles de principios del siglo XX. El personal como siempre encantador, el desayuno delicioso y variado con productos de calidad, las habitaciones super limpias y perfectamente equipadas con mini bar, plancha, caja fuerte...La tranquilidad que se respira es una maravilla ya que no se escucha ningún ruido, parece que no hubiese nadie mas alojado en el hotel, salvo cuando vas al comedor a desayunar y te das cuenta de que el hotel estaba casi lleno. A destacar la piscina, que aunque no es muy grande, es perfecta para darse un baño relajante y no suele estar muy saturada de gente y además dispone de servicio de bar. La situación del hotel es muy buena ya que tienes muy cerca las playas de Tamariz y la de Poça y también está al lado del Casino, zona muy tranquila.

Die Poolbar schließt leider schon um 18:00 Uhr das fanden wir einfach zu früh. Die Ausstattung und Größe des Fitnessstudios ist leider nicht gut. Es besteht nur aus einem Laufband und in den Raum passt eine Person

Excelente serviço desde o primeiro momento. Toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, profissional e atenciosa, fazendo-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos. O hotel é muito elegante, limpo, confortável e muito bem localizado. O pequeno-almoço tinha ótima qualidade e a experiência superou as expectativas. Sem dúvida, voltaremos.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the convention center, and it turned out to be a lovely retro, boutique-style hotel. Everything was perfect. My room was in the newer part of the hotel, and it was very comfortable and spacious. The service was excellent, as was the breakfast.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Estoril, offering beautiful views of the sea and the casino. The location is perfect, with everything within easy reach. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Estoril and would gladly stay here again.

Our room was painted black To be avoided if you’ve any sort of mental health issues. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Estoril itself has no real town centre, but there are a few restaurants around.

Location is good. Price was reasonable.

Breakfast and breakfast coffee was quite bad. I would advise not to take it, but go to nearby Banyan Tree Spa coffee, where you can get really good coffee and breakfast for a reasonable price and in a much nicer environment. Bathroom smelled very badly, and hotel is only partially renovated, old furniture combined with new beds and plastic floors. It looked much better in photos.

Lovely hotel in a great location near the beach and short trip into Cascais. We stayed at the hotel twice during our stay, first in a superior twin which was very nice and good sized balcony then on our second stay we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a superior double which had a very nice view of the bay. Great roof top pool. And the staff are very helpful and friendly, a few mistakes were had but rectified quickly.

The fantastic welcome from reception right through to all the restaurant staff. Professionalism, friendliness and staff who love their job. Francisco is exceptional as the manager. The rooms were well designed and spacious, we were given a suite which was beautifully designed. The restaurant I highly recommend, especially the steak. We will return again shortly for sure

O quarto que fiquei superou as minhas expectativas, no tamanho, decoração, grande varanda,sem desgaste. Os funcionários sem excepção eram de uma simpatia extrema e sempre muito disponiveis para qualquer pedido. Pequeno almoço muito bom e jantar foi room serviçe com um pedido ao meu gosto. Recomendo vivamente este botique Hotel no coração do Estoril.

Čistota, blízko nádraží, blízko pláže, skvělé snídaně, pohodlné postele, tak moc se nám líbilo, že jsme si prodloužily pobyt o další dvě noci. Personál moc milý. Děkujeme Franciscovi.

Man ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend - habe ein großzügiges Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Man fühlt sich wirklich als Gast. Sehr schönes Frühstück in Buffett- Form Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem eine kleine Oase mit schönem roof top Pool. Zu Fuß 5 min zum schönen Sandstrand und Bahnhof, von wo aus man sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden kann und in guten 5 Minuten nach Cascais fährt. Estoril selbst bietet als Stadt ( Geschäfte, Restaurants, schöner Stadtkern) nicht ganz so viel, Cascais wesentlich attraktiver! Aber wegen der sehr guten Möglichkeiten des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs stört das nicht.

Sehr ruhig ist es nicht, da halt auch mitten in der Stadt, aber das ist bei Kenntnis der Lage klar. Im Bad mal ein paar neue Armaturen wäre auch nötig und stellt nun wirklich keinen riesigen Sanierungsaufwand dar. Mein einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt: Wifi ist nicht gut. Schon wenn man an der Balkon Tür steht ( noch nicht mal einen Schritt raus auf den Balkon gemacht hat ) , fliegt man aus dem Wifi. Auch am pool kein wifi. Das nervt und ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß, schon gar nicht in so einem Hotel und sollte schnellstmöglich geändert werden.

All personel are extraordinary friendly and helpfull. Reception aswell the waiters in the restaurant. The hotel is very clean. When we arrived the manager came to welcom us and brought personally our room.
