We had a lovely room with a sea view. We enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted to be in peace and quiet and loved the pool, especially AFTER the loud Americans left to go back to their rooms. (I'm also American-and I'm sorry.) The room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but we still felt at home. The price was a bit high for only 2 days, but I guess it was still in season pricing. All in all the hotel was beautiful and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I didn't love the carpet it in the hallways. I would have loved more than 2 coffee pods in the room, so that my partner and I could have an espresso for each morning we stayed. The pool area was quite small, and I could see how coming during full summer would be a bit of a struggle to find a spot. Although I would love to come back at peak summer.

Unfortunately there was multiple time some kind of Foul odor from the sewage treatment plant while showering (room 410) and also in the shower on the 7th floor of the wellness center. The lighting in the room is too complicated to operate and does not turn off automatically when you leave the room. High, unnecessary energy costs.

Location is great! Spa is great. Food at the upper deck restaurant was wonderful. Great views etc

Very noisy on lower floors. Rooms need a clean and touch up, all walls were stained. Table was cracked some of the towels looked like rags. Quite surprising actually when we got there. Few staff members have quite the attitude and slight confusions sharing hotel info.

Beautiful, calm, extremely well-run space that offers everything you can wish for. I ran into a few logistical troubles on my trip that needed to be resolved quickly, and staff at the front desk went above and beyond helping me in sorting things out – thank you! The pool and restaurant are lovely, great views over the bay, very relaxing atmosphere. Very clean, cool and well-designed rooms, nights were quiet and the bed was very comfy.

The staff in the restaurant was super nice and welcoming.

The “full ocean view” was largely obstructed by houses, which was very disappointing and definitely not what we expected. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that it was therefore impossible to change our room. However, after checking myself, I could clearly see that the hotel was not fully booked and that I could even book another ocean-view room online. Instead of finding a solution, we received nothing but excuses. Overall, the experience was simply not worth the money. The dinner was equally disappointing. We ordered a paella to share for €63, but there was so little seafood and fish in it that I would honestly be ashamed to serve such a dish at that price. The quality and quantity were absolutely not in line with what we paid. Super noisy as the hotel is in front of a busy road even with closed balcony door the traffic is still loud. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

The hotel was lovely and our room was amazing. Great choices at breakfast and all the staff were friendly.

The hotel is situated on a busy road so there is traffic noise when the door to the balcony is open but only then.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in a good location.

We booked a room with view over the harbour. We got a room on the 3rd floor and our view was more over an old abandoned house that was under renovation with big cranes, than the harbour. That was a disappointment.

La piscine sur le toit est en fait un bassin donc pas pour nager juste pour se rafraîchir privilégier si vous le pouvez la baignade à la mer il y a des plages à proximité. On entendait beaucoup de bruit la nuit de personnes qui rentraient tard sans doute une insonorisation qui laisse à désirer nous avons été réveillé la nuit au moins une dizaine de fois

Hard pillows, no option to get softer kind, but i could still sleep with the thin one Price for espresso - 5 eur is crazy! In the morning i rather went to nice a nice local place 2 min walk away where it was less then an euro.. Strange buzzing noise outside on the corridor, dont know what that was.. Despite all of the above it was still excellent stay

I really enjoyed the customer service, the room size and cleanliness, thanks to the team! Everyone was very friendly and attentive to requests.

The swimming pool space is quite tight. I visited in the summer so there were a high number of tourists but still the pool beds were next to each other it’s a bit uncomfortable.

Entorno ruidoso. Está en una vía muy transitada, con mucho tráfico, y desde la terraza el ruido se hace molesto. Además había obras cerca y durante el día la molestia del ruido se incrementaba. Eso sí, las ventanas eran maravillosas y aislaban muy bien. Pero pagas un extra para disfrutar de una terraza con vistas al mar…y sonido ambiental del tráfico.

One of our rooms did not have a bathroom/wc door. It probably had been broken at some point (made of glass), but it seems weird that they still let this room out. The balcony divider between our rooms was broken, but still intact (also made of glass)

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, the spa was super, the breakfast was stellar and the staff are helpful and friendly. Convenient location- car rental and station just a block away; beach across the street.

The fact that every single time we try to go to the pool was no space at all, is a small space for such a big hotel, so basically we couldn’t enjoy at all the pool that was a disappointment to us

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen! Zwar ist eine Straße vor der Tür aber die Fenster sind super gut schallisoliert. Es ist eine schöne Empfangshalle und ein gemütlicher Frühstückstisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem. Die Handtücher strahlend weiss. Das Hotel ist recht neu und sehr gut in Schuss. Das Personal ist freundlich. Gute Garage im Keller. Das Restaurant oben ist sehr lecker und hat lange Öffnungszeiten . Am besten vorher reservieren. Die Cocktails an der Bar sind gut gemacht und lecker.

Im Restaurant oben haben wir einmal sehr lange gewartet und Leute die nach uns gekommen waren und ungefähr das selbe hatten was wir, wurden vor uns bedient. Das könnte verbessert werden. An einem anderen Tag hat es aber super gut funktioniert und es gab gar keine Wartezeit oder andere Probleme.

Фантастичний готель із неймовірною атмосферою! Найбільше вразив дах The Upper Deck — панорамний басейн і бар із видом на океан просто заворожують, особливо під час заходу сонця. Номери дуже стильні, сучасні. Готель дуже технологічний, усе продумано до дрібниць. Персонал неймовірно привітний, а сніданки в ресторані смачні та різноманітні. Окремий плюс за зручне розташування поруч із пляжем Тамаріж. Рекомендую! Обов'язково повернемося сюди знову!

El baño ínfimo no entran dos personas

Rooms a bit small. We were upgraded to a balcony room but that was facing the main road so quite noisy to sit outside. Paying Euro 20 per day for parking. Also parking is a bit tricky to find as you have to go all around the block to access car park.

Lite trafikstört på balkongerna med havsutsikt. Få restauranger i närheten. Vi åt middag en kväll på hotellet, dyrt och motsvarade ej förväntningarna.

Stadtnah gelegen, nur durch eine Straße zum Meer getrennt und unweit des Tennisstadions, weshalb wir nach Estoril gereist waren.

Diese Straße ist sehr laut, das ist nicht zu ändern. Aber 3 Baustellen, die 10 Stunden bearbeitet wurden- hierüber hätte informiert werden müssen!

Everything was great: beautiful design, excellent hospitality, good food, a nice location, and a fantastic rooftop. 12 points for the hospitality! The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to the reception team and Fabio, the waiter, who was incredibly dedicated and professional! ⭐️

Maybe the Black staff could be a little more friendly and charismatic. Also, during my stay, no one noticed that the shower gel bottle was empty. Plus, there was quite a lot of noise coming from the street. 😁 The service at the rooftop bar, however, could be a bit more professional and faster.

De ligging was wel ok maar in Estoril zelf is eigenlijk niet echt iets te beleven of te zien.

The lobby and facilities are brand new, the view on the ocean and the rooftop restaurant has a stunning vibe. Our room had a lovely balcony that really made it special.

The rooms don’t have a seperate bathroom and are designed to look big but really are not. Towels were falling apart and mould in the shower. The services were terrible, getting a towel and drinks by the pool requires a lot of effort and chairs are not managed so people go up at 9am to reserve a seat which is really poor form in a hotel that is trying to put up a standard.

Fantastic modern hotel with 10/10 breakfast

Location. Sadly surrounded by busy roads which means you can’t really relax on your balcony. Also a good 30 minute/1 mile walk to town. Don’t be fooled by ‘Evolution Caiscais’ - it’s actually in Estoril!

Śniadanie co prawda codziennie jest takie samo, ale to na prawdę dobre i jakościowe produkty, ograniczony wybór produktów bardzo wysokiej jakości, dodatkowa możliwość zamówienia ekstra potraw w kuchni. Lokalizacja hotelu ma jedne problem, jeśli nie przeszkadza CI głośna i to na prawdę głośna ulica to jest super, jeśli szukasz ciszy i spokoju to nie miejsce dla Ciebie. Sam mieszkałem długo w wielkim mieście, to jest ulica na której całą noc ścigają się motocykle i sportowe auta z bardzo głośnym wydechem - ale same pokoje są wyciszone wzorowo, więc to jedynie kwestia otwartego okna, widok z okna na morze na prawdę super, obsługa jako całość jest wzorowa, uprzejma, uczynna uśmiechnięta wspaniali ludzie, standard wykończenia hotelu też jest bardzo wysoki, super basen na dachu i spa.

Jedyne zastrzeżenie jakie mam to fakt, iż wybrałem ten hotel zw. na siłownie z tarasem i pięknym widokiem ( wiem że nie jest to ważne dla każdego :) ), a jak dojechaliśmy na miejsce okazało się że taras ze sprzętem jest zamknięty zw. na awarię i nie wiadomo czy i kiedy zostanie otwarty ( byliśmy w hotelu prawie 2 tygodnie ) szkoda, że obiekt o tym nie uprzedził, ale czy to minus ? nie dla każdego

The view from our room was exceptional

Mooi ontworpen, modern hotel. Zwembad op bovenste verdieping met ligbedjes en een ruime interne bar/restaurant. Goed alternatief voor de zee (ligbedje € 50 pppd!!). Uitstekend ontbijt. Dichtbij Cascais, 40 min. mooi lopen, langs boulevard). Of een kort stukje met een taxi. Estoril zelf is heel saai, Cascais is een heel leuk levendig stadje, veel restaurants en terrassen. Hotels zijn daar nog duurder dan in Estoril. Dus dat is een afweging. Ons hotel beviel prima en gingen iedere dag naar Cascais om te eten of wat rond te lopen

Twee kamers besteld, een met een dubbel bed, en een met twee losse bedden voor onze al volwassen zoons. Dat was aangegeven bij de reservering. Bij aankomst kregen we twee kamers met ieder een dubbel bed. Het kostte even wat overtuigingskracht dat gewijzigd te krijgen, maar uiteindelijk kon een goede oplossing worden geboden

The hotel is very modern,clean and spacious.All the people who are working there starting from the receptionists,people from the breakfast room,people responsible for cleaning the rooms,i give them 10+.The room I had was spacious,with balcony,very good amenities and a new bottle of water every day in the room.Breakfast was superb in a wonderful room full od daily sun.

A little bit of noisy room,cause my room was with ocean view,looking on the stret, but if you close the door from the balcony is ok.

The room was exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed the view of the ocean, the breakfast and the options available was top class, service excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful, the vibe and the music and lights and the fresh smell of the hotel was refreshing and super welcoming, absolutely top, well done!!!

The staff was attentive and helpful. Matilde Caetano at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She made our stay a wonderful experience.

There was door on the bathroom. We had suite but the bed was small for 2 adults. The hotel didn't clearly post information about indoor pool requirements. There was a wonderful brunch that was not advertised. The lunch and dinner menu was very limited.

O cardápio do restaurante e room service é limitado e caro.

Location & Views: The location is great, and the view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was good and met the expectations for this standard of hotel. Staff Effort: The staff was polite and tried to be helpful when we reported an issue by offering us an alternative room.

Room Condition: This was the biggest letdown. The hotel is only 3 years old, yet the rooms look worn out. The walls were badly scuffed and dirty. Even after being moved to a different room, the walls there looked just as bad. A hotel of this class should invest in more frequent painting and proper upkeep; it just felt unkempt. Street Noise: There is a road running directly beneath the windows, which causes a fair amount of traffic noise inside the room.
