Wspaniały obiekt z cudownym widokiem na góry apartament był bardzo dobrze i gustownie wyposażony, kuchnia wraz ze zmywarką, wygodne łóżka duży balkon z meblami można było podziwiać górskie widoki basen w obiekcie jak i dostęp darmowy do ogólego w mieście salon gier możliwość zamawiania śniadań automat z przekąskami obiekekt w samym centrum blisko do sklepu i restauracji przesympatyczna Pani właściciel (austriackie winko ma powitanie ) wszystko naj polecam

موقع جميل وبالقرب منه مطعم ومخبز وسوبرماركت منطقة حيوية ونظيفة حوض السباحة جيد لكنه صغير وبدون سخان

الحمام بدون شطاف تسجيل الدخول يجب أن يكون قبل الساعة 8 مساء

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ كانت إقامتنا رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. الشقة واسعة جدًا، نظيفة، ومريحة، وإطلالتها جميلة وتبعث على الاسترخاء. كما أن المسبح كان رائعًا ومنعشًا، واستمتعنا بقضاء الوقت فيه. لكن أكثر ما ميّز هذه الإقامة هو المضيفة؛ كانت في قمة اللطف والكرم، متعاونة للغاية، وسريعة الاستجابة لأي استفسار أو طلب. كانت حريصة على راحتنا منذ لحظة وصولنا وحتى المغادرة، وتعاملها الراقي جعل إقامتنا أكثر متعة. أنصح بهذا السكن بكل ثقة، وسأختاره مرة أخرى إذا عدت إلى المنطقة. شكرًا جزيلًا على حسن الضيافة والاستقبال.

Beliggenheden er super god! Der er mulighed for en masse gode oplevelser i området. Derudover er der gå-afstand til supermarked, bager og restauranter. Vælg dog hellere Mitterwirt end den italienske. Værterne var søde og imødekommende. Der er mulighed for at bestille morgenbrød via værten. Poolen var fin men til mindre børn.

Vi boede i den øverste lejlighed og havde rigeligt med plads til 3 teenagere og 2 voksne, men køkkenet var meget slidt og manglede en del udstyr. Gulvene i lejligheden knirkede meget. Der var en fin kælder på stedet med bordfodbold og bordtennis som vi dog ikke benyttede os af, da det kun kunne ske mod ekstra tilkøb. Det synes jeg er ærgerligt, eftersom opholdet i forvejen var ret dyrt.

Extremely clean and spacious apartment with great views of the village and mountain scape; within easy walking distance to the local super friendly supermarket, the public swimming pool and the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn. The hosts are very forthcoming with information and extremely helpful!

جميلة جدًا، والحمد لله حالفنا الحظ وكانت الأجواء أكثر من رائعة. سكنّا في هذه المنطقة، وكانت هادئة وجميلة جدًا، وتبعد مسافة قصيرة بالسيارة عن كابرون وزيلامسي. وبحكم أننا عائلة، استأجرنا شقة كبيرة تقع في الطابق الأخير، وكانت مميزة بإطلالتها الجميلة. تتكون من 4 غرف نوم، وصالة، وكانت مريحة جدًا. بصراحة أنصح بها بشدة النمسا، وخاصة كابرون وزيلامسي، فهي من أجمل الوجهات الأوروبية في الصيف؛ الطبيعة الساحرة، والأجواء الباردة، والنظافة، والترتيب، والرقي في كل مكان. من وجهة نظري، تُعد من أفضل الأماكن في أوروبا لقضاء إجازة صيفية لا تُنسى. 🇦🇹❄️🏔️

كل شيء كان رائعًا، والملاحظة الوحيدة هي عدم وجود مصعد. لكن من وجهة نظري، أرى أن إضافة مصعد قد تُفقد المبنى جزءًا من طابعه المعماري الجميل، وربما تشوّه جماله، لذلك أعتقد أن الحفاظ عليه كما هو أفضل.

Sehr schönes Studio mit guter Ausstattung in einem dörflichen Anwesen mit schönem Holzbalkon und herrlichem Ausblick auf den Ort, die Kirche und die Landschaft.Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der Pool und die Parkplätze am Haus.Sehr nette Vermieter!

Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Hanneke, en mochten al eerder in het appartement. Het appartement ligt in een rustig dorpje, op 6-7 minuutjes lopen naar de lokale trein en dan ben je zó in Zell am See, met de Sommer-card gratis! Ook kan je daarmee gratis in het openlucht zwembad, dat ligt naast de spoorbaan, met adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen rondom. Het appartement zelf is gelegen in een mooi chalet met tuin met een eigen zwembadje waar je even lekker kan afkoelen. De kamers zijn ruim, keukentje heeft wat je nodig hebt, incl oven en vaatwasser, en de badkamer is netjes. De bedden zijn comfortabel (en extra lang?), niet te zacht, en de slaapbank ligt ook prima. En keuze in stevige of zachte hoofdkussens👍

Dit geldt waarschijnlijk alleen in de zomermaanden: de zon staat aan de kant van ons appartement al heel vroeg naar binnen te branden, en de kerkklokken klinken nogal hard met open raam (om 6.00 uur luid beieren), als lichte slaper is dat 'minder prettig'🥱😉

Het appartement was keurig netjes schoon, perfecte ligging met uitzicht op de bergen en hele vriendelijke eigenaren. We gaan zeker weer terug komen naar deze top plek

Vriendelijke ontvangst, knus en schone studio. Het verwarmde zwembad was heerlijk.

Na początku, chciałbym podziękować gospodarzom za bardzo miłe przyjęcie. Od momentu rezerwacji, aż do samego wyjazdu mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt. Odpowiadają błyskawicznie na każde pytanie, błyskawicznie reagują na każdą prośbę. Co do samego apartamentu to również wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Czysto, ciepło, wszystko to co potrzebne do kilkudniowego wypoczynku znajduje się w apartamencie. Fajna lokalizacja, dużo miejsca parkingowego w koło domu, blisko do różnych ośrodków narciarskich. Do zobaczenia w przyszłym sezonie.

This is the perfect accommodation for a skiing holiday in Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun/Zell am See. Great location in a place where all you need is close to you. Apartments are spacious, modern, with comfortable beds and pillows and with well-equipped kitchen. Great hosts. The game room is perfect if you have kids. They will be occupied and happy while you are indoors. Parking available.

All was great. Absolutely nothing

Location was really peaceful and quiet, just close enough for the Kaprun ski slopes. Apartment was big and welcoming and view from the room was spectacular. Room temperature was comfortable considering the extreme cold weather during our stay.

We were expecting soap/ shower gel in the bathroom as there was none to ensure proper accomodation and also basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper and/ or oil. It is always nice to find this when you check in after the long trip.

Very pleasant owner, clean rooms, easy parking, excellent pizzeria nearby. A few minutes drive from the ski slopes.

Maximum egy mikró a konyhából.De szerintem ha kértem volna a szállásadó hozott volna egyet.

Wunderschöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer unglaublich netten Vermieterin! Wir hatten 2 große Balkone mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und ein Gäste-WC. Die wichtigsten Fenster haben Fliegengitter, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn wir hatten tatsächlich welche im Koffer dabei ;-) Im Haus ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennisplatte (Schläger mitbringen!), Kicker, Sofas und einer gemütlichen Bar, die 1-2 Mal pro Woche geöffnet hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat alles in direkter Nähe (fußläufig ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, 3 Restaurants (unsere Empfehlung: Gasthof Mitterwirt und die Pizzeria), Touristeninformation und 3 min mit dem Auto entfernt ein großer Supermarkt. Kaprun und Zell am See sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool ist täglich von 10:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet, aber uns hat es immer ins Hinkelsteinbad verschlagen (7 min zu Fuß entfernt). Das ist ein tolles, sehr gepflegtes Freibad - und mit Gästekarte kommt man kostenlos rein. Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt noch mal wieder :-)

Kwam overeen met beschrijving en fotos.Voldoende parkeerplaatsen.Gunstig gelegen voor vakantie omgeving Kaprun.Bakker,restaurant en supermarkt in de buurt.Vriendelijke ontvangst.Ja je hoort regelmatig wat kerk klokken ,maar dat is in bijna ieder dorpje in Oostenrijk.Was niet een probleem.

Douchecabine wat klein.Handoeken etc. zijn er voor 1 dag ,is iets om rekening mee te houden.

We love that our appartment for 6 was spacious with 2 toilets, clean and cozy. Beds have comfy mattresses and lightweight duvets. Our teenagers appreciated free inside table tennis. The location is calm and has a store and pizzeria nearby. There is a church close by with bells announcing time, but it didn't bother us. Guest card includes the access to local outdoor pool. We will definitelly recomend this accomodation to our friends.

We would expect bigger cooking pots in appartment for 6 people.

The apartment is very well located in a small quiet village near Zell Am See ski area. The owner was very nice and waited us (we arrived late in the evening) and she also found time to speak with us, make us a tour of the property and drive us into the apartment. Parking was easy at the location and free of charge. Property has a dedicated locker for ski equipment at the ground floor. The apartment itself was nice, cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need for self accommodation. Even though the property doesn't provide restaurant facilities, there are a nice Pizza / Pasta restaurant, an Austrian food restaurant, a small shop, one bakery and one very affordable ski rental shop (cash only) in a walking distance from the apartment. Ski bus station is close by (just in front of the ski rental shop) but pay attention to the schedule and the fact that it only goes to Zell Am See Areit Express and Kaprun ski areas. Owner was so nice to allow late checkout (until 12:00 instead of 09:00) in our last day. Communication with the owner was very easy and warm.

We were missing hand soap and shower gel into the bathroom; Heating in the bedroom might have some issues as we struggle to find the right position of the heater to actually get some heat. Cooked food smell from the neighbour's room.

The appartement was very cosy, clean and beautiful. The owner is very attentive! The best grade for hotel!

Pool and playground was great for kids. It felt homely . The apartment was well laid out and equipped. Piesendorf is a great village that has everything you need. Proximity to Zell and See and Kaprun and a lot of attractions. The host was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was just excellent. Genius loci of the place, old farm house renovated in a modern style, cozy and spacious apartment. Nice views to the valley. Piesendorf town center around the corner.

We have nothing to complain about, but would definitely appreciate if we have Tauern SPA VIP or Best Friends cards at disposal if possible.

Our hosts were very helpful and provided extra pillows and a toaster. The apartment is very nice and spacious and suited us for our lessons at the areitexpress. The bus goes from the village and the train is also good and you can use the liftpass. There is a good bakery and supermarket in the village and we enjoyed eating at both restaurants. There is plenty of parking. We enjoyed being in a village rather than Zell and Kaprun but obviously not a party village. The two double bedrooms were very comfy and good having a second toilet. There are lots of cooking utensils etc. we ate in most evenings. Thank you for the welcome wine!!

The bunk room is probably more suited to children or one adult as the lower bunk has quite low headroom but it is easy to put the full size mattress on the floor. It took us a few days to get used to the bell ringing in the morning but there is nothing that can be done about that.

Nice location, awesome view from the balcony, clean and spacious apartment with all equipment required (I especially appreciate dish washing machine) and very kind houskeepers. And there was also a pool available which is great in hot days in summer.

Only minor details, nothing that would impact the overal very positive experience. - Mosquito nets on windows would be nice - Shower head :)

The atmosphere was great. Amazing bathroom. Very spacious.

Hanneke and Michael was absolutely perfect hosts, always helpful and responding to my messages. Nothing was a problem and we enjoyed our stay very much. We tried both recommended restaurants in Piesendorf, and except the fact that it is better to get reservation in advance, both were excellent. We also loved small bakery down the street. We bought the skippasses at apartment, and also returned it there. We tried all of the alpin card supported ski resorts Zell am See, Kaprun (from both Maiskogel side and Kitzsteinhorn) and Saalbach - Hinterglemm. Wonderful! We would like to return in summer cause we found that area of Kaprun very interesting for bikes and hikes. We parked our car around the building and carry our ski boots and equipment in the ski room for dry out.

There was only one small thing. Our youngest son was sleeping on the lower part of bunk bed and with that 30cm comfy matrace he had not much space to turn around and didn't feel very comfortable.

Very kind hosts, great ski room with heaters for the ski boots, nice spacious apartment with views, table tennis and kids corner in the common room. Easy parking, shop is about 10 minutes walk away.

The place was very nice, clean, warm; very accessible and close to all the ski areas. We could get our ski passes right from the property. The host was really nice and helpful. The welcoming package was a very nice touch and very thoughtful. I will definitely recommend this place :)
