Emma Deluxe Aparthotel, Aircondition, ganzjährig beheizter Außenpool & Skibus direkt vor der Tür

🏔️ We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, air conditioning in every room, and bidet/shattaf in the bathrooms. The team was very helpful and accommodating with our late arrival, providing us with all the instructions we needed for an easy check-in. We also received a lovely gift on our last day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. 🎁✨ Definitely worth the stay, and we would happily come back again! 🏔️

Ubytování bylo nádherné, čisté a příjemné. Velice kladně hodnotím veškerý personál, všichni byli velice milí ❤️

Property was good, staff was great, the only issues,no shampoo or trash bags or conditioner, plus there was a strong sewer smell leaking from the bathroom

Strong smell coming from the bathroom due to plumbing failure or issue. That did not go away it always comes back

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Emma Deluxe Aparthotel! The apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. Everything was thought of, which made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the location is perfect. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are stunning.

Zwembad.

Heel langwerpig appartement.

Dobro opremljen apartman. Uredno i mirno.

Truly outstanding! From the very first moment, what made our stay so special was the warm and heartfelt welcome from Gabi at reception, She greeted us with a genuine smile, great kindness, and so much patience. Gabi took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question with care, and made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed right away,,her attitude, high professionalism, and positive energy truly set the tone for our entire stay, she is simply wonderful and made a big difference for us. Beyond that, our stay was amazing, the apartment is very large, beautifully designed, and every detail feels carefully planned, everything is modern, new, and of very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with top level kitchenware, including a large fridge, dishwasher, and oven, with everything needed for cooking. There is also air conditioning in every room, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is spotless and maintained to a very high standard ,you can clearly see how much care goes into the place, the owners is often around, making sure everything is perfect, and it really shows. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the pool is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The Chocolate gift was very sweet. Thank you Natalie&Cornelis This is easily one of the best places we have stayed in. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect!

No cleaning service , one of the toilet was smiling bad, no iron in the rooms One of the washing machine in laundry room was broken The guest have to spend time to categorize the garbage and throw them in waste center .

Nuostabus viešbutis. Draugiškas besirūpinantis ir besišypsantis personalas. Visada paklausia ar nieko netrūksta. Prie baseino ateina su saldžiomis staigmenėlėmis. Viskas buvo tobula.

We stayed at Emma Deluxe Aparthotel for a hiking trip and had an amazing time. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The mountain views were stunning. The outdoor pool was a lovely bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out on the trails. The location is perfect for exploring the Zell am See-Kaprun area, close to the mountains, the lake and everything you'd need for an active holiday, yet peaceful and quiet. A huge plus: it was incredibly hot during our stay in Austria and having air conditioning in every room made all the difference for a comfortable stay. What really made our stay special was the staff – incredibly warm, friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. As a lovely surprise, we even received a small farewell gift before checking out, a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much care the owners put into their guests' experience. We can't wait to come back – thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable!

We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Nothing that we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

We really like the place the view is spectacular especially at evening time, and the reception is so kind especially the owner Natalie is very nice. Really appreciate the hospitality.

Super lokalita, blízko lyžařského areálu. Vybavení apartmánu bylo skvělé. Velmi příjemná a milá majitelka.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, wyposażenie wysokiej jakości. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przemiła, pomocna obsługa. Fajny basen i strefa saun. Bardzo blisko stoków.

Everything. The greatest stay we’ve ever had! Emma Apartments exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spa area is a real highlight — sauna, steam room, heated pool, and a peaceful relaxation room, all impeccably maintained. The location is ideal for skiing in Kaprun, just a few minutes from the ski resorts, which made everything incredibly convenient. We truly loved our stay, and the people were amazingly friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely love to come back if we get the chance!

I strongly recommend this place. I appreciate the location, comfort, and extremely nice customer service :)

Location was great both for car and bus. It was right in the middle of Kaprun and Zell so we easily went to both. Room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Liked the facilities. We also had a nice mountain view

Nothing major, just small tidbits: Heated pool was a bit on the colder side. Ski room door from inside the hotel is also locked so it caused a lot of back and forth as we were a group :)

I stayed at the property for three days with two friends, and we had a wonderful experience. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment itself felt brand new—modern, stylish, and offering a stunning Alpine view. The aparthotel also features a sauna, which we all really enjoyed. The outdoor pool was beautiful as well, although a bit cold for my taste. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated.

Nice Sauna and Pool Area. Very friendly Reception. Close to the Skibus-Station.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great location of the aparthotel, a well‑equipped and spacious apartment. Everything was clean. The wellness area was pleasant and cozy. The hotel owners are very kind and attentive people.

Very clean of the room and very welcoming and kind staff and landlord! Beautiful landscape out of the window!

New construction, high quality interior and exterior, emphasis on design, you always feel welcome!

Toller Aufenthalt für alle Familienmitglieder, Skibus vorm Hotel, Unterkunft sofort zum Wohlfühlen. Ausstattung gehoben.

Fijn zwembad.
