Room smelled like mildew.

The property was very elegant and seemed well maintain. The staff were all welcome and breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and everything worked no complaints.

I wish they had pool that’s all.

My two-night stay was okay overall, and the staff was pleasant.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong musty smell that made my stay uncomfortable, especially since I have breathing difficulties. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as it would make a big difference for future guests.

Breakfast was good. Service at the bar was good. Nice patio to relax on when having a drink. Desk staff was very warm and welcoming. Although the hotel was busy with lots of wedding guests, the room and hallways were quiet and you never felt that everything was crowded.

Room furnishes were a little dated. While everything was clean, put together and worked well, the styles were dated and that was surprising. But it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The staff was professional and relational when we arrived We loved the lounge with the singer and the full breakfast wirh made to order omelettes.

The comforters were a little scratchy....but that would be the ONLY negative

The breakfast was good. It was terrific to be so close to that wonderful bakery. Really appreciated that you had almond milk availabe for those of us who can't drink cow's milk.

Overall, I liked the cleanliness. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Disliked the flat sheets I prefer a duvet, but that's just a personal preference. Comfortable and the location to where I needed to travel was perfect. Bonus for great breakfast downstairs and nearby bakery, more restaurants and mall. Loved that it had a small fridge and coffee machine.

Couldn't find the ice machine..no clear sign for it. Also the water offered for purchase in room was super cloudy. I don't know if it was an old bottle or what.

I loved the staff and the restaurant. The bread, especially is amazing!

Breakfast was very good and different from other continental breakfasts I've experienced in the US. There is an omelet station and good bread for toasting. The breakfast area is sunlight and comfortable.

It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. When I entered it was 78 degrees. Too hot. I had to turn the heat off entirely to get the temperature to cool.

Room size

It was okay, but the breakfast was disappointing. Honestly, what can you expect from an American breakfast? Even in third-world countries I’ve visited, where I paid less, the breakfast was much better than this all-processed foods, salty eggs meal at this place.

It was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The staff was friendly. We were sorry we missed the breakfast. We didn't get out there in time.

The walls are paper thin though. It felt like the people in the hallway were right in our room. That was the one setback. I also had to call for an iron in the morning. There wasn't one in the room. They brought one right away.

The room was quite nice, bed was very comfortable. TV was mediocre and the rug in the room seemed very old and. could be switched out with a new one to appear less dirty

We were going to a show at the hotel, so it was convenient.

Our room was pumping in heat even though the heat was off. We had to have the ac going full blast both nights and still struggled to get comfortable.

At registration, I was not acknowledged as a reward member. Nor was the complimentary breakfast mentioned to us. Actually he didn’t even say hello !!! When asked about the location of the room , he says -it’s stated right there!

Comfortable, clean and well maintained

Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in process was quick and easy. Room was clean and quiet. WiFi was spotty at times but worked well overall. Great hotel for business or leisure.

Conveniently located in Fairfield on Rt 46. Very comfortable and next to Calandra's and Il Panino for good food.

Every evening there was live music at the hotel bar. Staff were very friendly to us except reception. Italian restaurant in the hotel which was nice.

Only on request the rooms have been cleaned. I understand the price pressure however, actually it should have been otherwise: The rooms should be cleaned each day and only on request the guest could say "no, thanks". Air condition in the room had only 2 options: Full power (extremely cold) or turn it off. Complained this at the reception but staff showed no interest to fix it. Also, why you cannot at least open one window as I stayed in the 4th floor. Most frustrating was the poor breakfast: EVERY day the same - no variety at all. No fresh food i. e. a cucumber, tomatos. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and at some point we bought something in a supermarket and brought it with us.

Decor and carpets were dated. Lobby smelled persistently of 1970s era hair conditioner. I asked to have room cleaned at a certain hour a day in advance (with two subsequent reminders) and front desk agreed. Maid came an hour later, by which time it was too late for my needs.

Great place to stay! Clean and friendly. There is a restaurant and bar attached! Happy hour everynight. We love it.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large. Unfortunately the toilet in my first room leaked and could not be fixed after a very long day of travel, and ultimately had to move rooms.

We have stayed there many times and have always had a great experience . You can also walk to prime 94 for food and drinks .its a great location

The only complaint I had was that the wi-do kept disconnecting from my phone on its own while in use. Everything else was great!! We loved it!
