Centrally located.

Lack of care: bed sheets torn and stained. Continental breakfast was sub-standard for even basic items like cereal, toast, and yogurt. Even though the property had better ratings than most hotels in the area, the experience did not live to the ratings. It did not feel worth the money paid for the stay.

Staff at front desk were super nice, informative and were able to navigate us with plans we made. It was nice to feel at ease in an unfamiliar place. We were on the ground floor, I could not hear other guests.

Ice machine didn’t work it was a tiny inconvenience, just walked to the main building. There are no phones to contact the desk if you need anything or have questions. I have a cell, no biggie, but my parents, if they stayed, would panic I think.

Location was ideal for us! Loved the vibe- was very schitts creek post renovation! Really a spruced up motel but done tastefully and was clean. One staff member was very disengaged but the second lady we had (she had some red in her hair) was phenomenal and perhaps the best hospitality person I’ve ever met. There are free parking passes for the beach, they may forget to tell you but they’re worth 40/50$!!!! So worth asking. Breakfast was really good, better than some chains we’ve been to.

Pricy for what you get, but it is a decent place. Pool is old and rundown but clean and comfortable. I wish they wouldn’t use all disposable plates and cutlery - it’s 2026!! Would have been good to have a plant based milk, for allergies and vegans, had to bring my own.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Reviews almost deterred me from staying but I’m glad we did. Perfect location for a girls overnight with a beautiful clean pool and local beach nearby- along with good local shopping, nail salons and sushi! Will stay again! Shoutout to Samantha at the front desk for being particularly helpful and friendly!

Gemakkelijk te bereiken, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en een zwembad. De kamers aan de achterkant liggen veel rustiger en hebben geen geluidsoverlast van de weg.

Zeer gehorige airco, direct naar het bed. Te weinig handdoeken voor het aantal personen aanwezig, waarvan één ook nog vol gaten. (Dit werd overigens keurig opgelost door het personeel bij de receptie). Douchekraan aan vervanging toe (de hendel viel er steeds af)

Everything I’ve been coming here for 4 years already, the breakfast, the outdoor pool & especially the close walk to the beach, Dunkin’ Donuts, the Duchess & the liquor store. I’ve told my friends & family to stay here also & they have stayed & they loved it also. Hopefully I could come back in September for my 62nd birthday

Staff was really helpful, switched our room easily and was very helpful when our daughter had an accident.

In our first room the refrigerator didn’t work, we couldn’t figure out the shower and the hotel phone to call the main office didn’t work (staff told us they need to be removed from the property).

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von NYC nach Bosten und dafür war die Lage super. Es war sauber, die Zimmer schön groß, man konnte im Ort gut essen gehen, der Pool war toll.

Beim Frühstück gab es weder Aufschnitt noch Käse. Dies ist in den USA allerdings üblich und kann man nicht als wirklichen Nachteil zählen

My parents had to take their luggage up the stairs, didnt see a lift anywhere for the second floor. Also the breakfast was taken away before 10am.

very near Fairfield beach - very near highway which makes other places convenient to reach - Pool is very nice. AC works well. Staff does a nice job except when they get put in an awkward position to have to justify the extra fee. I would encourage management to just build it into their overall rate and not expose to customer.

not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue - the cost of the stay was not clearly expressed to me at time of booking - there is something in fine print about extra $10 fee but it should be stated more clearly up front. Room was awkward (handicap accessible) and did not have night stand and enough space to house clothes.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The photos on the website are extremely misleading and create expectations that the property simply does not meet. Aside from the room being reasonably clean, there is very little positive to say. This is essentially an upgraded Motel 6 being marketed as something much better. The room lacked even basic amenities you’d expect from a hotel—there wasn’t even a phone to contact the front desk if you needed assistance. The property feels dated, offers minimal service, and does not provide the experience its advertising suggests. If you’re expecting a comfortable hotel stay, you’ll likely be very disappointed. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere.

This place is a dump! Not worth the cost. We had a mobility room, which had the support handles falling off the wall in the bathroom. Shower handle almost fell off. A/C ducts were filthy with dirt. Although mobility area, there was a large step in front of our room, so my wife had to walk to the end of the building to be able to get into our room. Had to go get clean towels every day, since there is no cleaning service until after 3 nights. Breakfast was OK, basic breakfast. No hot food except waffles. Reviews on Booking.Com are all lies. Don't waste your money!

This place is a dump! Overcharges. Breakfast is average. Bed was comfortable . We had a mobility room with a roll in shower. Shower handle was falling off and floor gets flooded because of the shower curtain. Mobility handles were falling off the wall. Not moderized at all. The breakfast is not free, because they charged $10.00 per day as a facility fee and I was told it covered parking & breakfast. This place is overrated and I would not give them another dime. The A/C vents were filthy as was the bathroom vents. They also overcharged my credit card by $50.00.

Easy location for us to get to from the train station. Walkable to some shopping and restaurants including Dunkin Donuts. Beds were extremely comfortable which surprised us for a more modest level of accommodations. We always worry when it is "continental" breakfast included, but again, we were very surprised by the choice, quality and dining facilities.

I was travelling with my daughter and we didn't like that they put us on the main floor, with parking immediately in front, and there was a big pickup truck right in front of our unit that went in and out and the headlights shone into our room. So much parking and it just happened to park in front of our unit. We thought it was a "hotel" but it is very much a "motel." The pool had opened just the day before, but we didn't get time to try it out. Not sure who tried to paint the gorgeous brick exterior (or when it was done) but it looked awful and there was paint splashed on the door of the room we stayed in that the painters never bother to clean up and now it will be too late.

Das Hotel liegt im Ort Fairfield und verfügt über einige Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden per Nummercode geöffnet. Diesen erhält man entweder durch den Pre-Check-in oder dem Check-in vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Die zusätzliche Gebühr pro Nacht ("nightly facility fee") von $10,00 finde ich unangebracht und nicht nachvollziehbar.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The patio behind the main office was lovely. It also has a pool. It exceeded our expectations.

Curtains at the large front window of the room would have helped to keep the exterior light out. The shades were adequate, but light came in on the sides.

The Motel is very nicely renovated, everything was working and clean, best water pressure I ever had. And the TV has YouTube and Netflix, the breakfast was minimalistic , no warm choices , but good coffee, cereals, fruits, baked goods, boiled eggs.

It’s a motel and you can park your car in front of your room. View was not as nice as on the pictures

I just had a 2 week stay at the Circle Fairfield Hotel in Fairfield Ct and would like to give Samantha at the front desk a 5 Star review. She was so kind and helpful during my entire stay. So friendly, there for me whenever I needed anything. She is amazing and I’m So thankful to her and the rest of the awesome staff at the Circle Hotel.

Hotel is clean didn't see much staff other than front desk and breakfast lady.

Bathroom has no heat floors are very cold uncomfortable to put your feet on had an emergency had to.leave a day sooner and booking .com requested them to give me a refund for that day they did not. There was no microwave had to requested one.
