Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr gut. Die Badewanne war witzig.

Die Deckbetten waren uns schwer.

Schönes Hotel an bester Lage. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, jedoch komfortabel.

Das Waschbecken ausserhalb der Nasszone, neben dem Bett. Das finde ich unpraktisch und wenig durchdacht wenn nicht beide Personen gleichzeitig ins Bett gehen.

Alles Lage Zimmer mit Wasserfall

Eigentlich war alles toll - das Wasser am Wasserfall (Stauwehr) war sehr laut und beeinträchtigte meinen Schlafgenuss …. Also Fenster zu oder Geräuschkulisse - ( eine nicht ernst gemeinte Kritik )

Not sure if it’s a Swiss thing but some team members appeared to be less flexible, more rigid/structured.

Location is in the city center, but to find hotel is very tricky, WIZE and Google Maps went crazy from the address in the middle of the traffic city street. Hotel is located inside of the block. If you miss the turn on inside of the block, you need to drive additional round. Will be very useful to add exactly clearly direction map.

Hatten kleines Zimmer mit keiner Aussicht zu übertriebenem Preis

The hotel is lovely, clean, well-kept, quiet, handy for the train, and in a central location. I never ate there, so I cannot comment. I would stay again, but only in the cooler months.

The lack of air conditioning is an unfortunate downside; I traveled in September, and the rooms were roasting. I was told to open a window, but although the hotel has beautiful views of the river, there is a weir to the side of the building, and all you can hear is loud crashing water 24/7, which is beautiful to watch but not so pleasant to try to sleep with. All rooms are facing/ beside river

Zimmer eher eng, jedoch sehr zweckmässig und effizient eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, tolle Betten, viel Möglichkeiten für Stauraum. Hammer-Frühstück mit feinen regionalen Produkten. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Die Lage war hervorragend, nahe Altstadt und Nahe am Bahnhof. Am Wochenende konnte bis um 10:30 Uhr gefrühstückt werden. Das Buffet war super.

Das Zimmer war eher ein bisschen klein und die Kühlung konnte nicht selber bedient werden, war auf automatic geschalten.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter Thoune. Chambre standard très petite mais bien pensée. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable! Un pain aux graines comme je n'en ai jamais mangé, un muesli parfait.

La vue sur la cour intérieure n'est pas terrible.

Prachtige grote kamer, heerlijke bedden. Mooie en fijne badkamer met apart toilet wat praktisch is.

Airco kon niet koeler dan 18 graden en de koele lucht merkte je alleen als je er vlak voor stond. Als je in bed lag was het veel te warm. De deuren naar het balkon konden open maar de rivier veroorzaakte nogal veel lawaai ivm de stroming dus dat was niet echt een optie. Jammer dat de 2 balkons zo klein waren, nauwelijks ruimte voor 1 stoel. Als je wat later gaat ontbijten, zijn ze al aan het opruimen, wat zeer storend is.

Newly renovated hotel in an excellent location, 500 meters from the train station and the lake.

The air conditioning did not really work, the room was "temperate" at best, but it did not cool properly, same in the room another family member was staying. In a 4 star hotel, you should be able to adjust the temperature to your liking.

The location is fantastic—a short distance from the train station and situated on an island with stunning views of the river, quiet yet within walking distance to the shops. The building, while not exactly a sight for sore eyes on the outside, is quite pleasing on the inside, very nicely designed with a tasteful decor. The rooms are pleasant, each with a balcony, a sink/vanity table separate from the shower and toilet, and a large coffee machine and mini-fridge, along with other thoughtful features which make one’s stay comfortable.

Well, the rooms supposedly have air-conditioning, but it is not possible to control the thermostat to one’s preferred room temperature. This was partially a problem at night, when we wanted the room fairly cold. This meant that it was too warm for comfortable sleeping, so we tossed and turned and finally had to open the balcony door in the hopes of getting some cooler air.

A perfect location in the center of Thun, you can watch surfers on the river right from the room, amazing!!! Upscale feel and beautiful design, meticulously cleaned, and prepared for us.

With temperature reaching 30 C, Hotel of this class says that it has no air-conditioning! Many reviews mentioned it does offer A/C but we were told the hotel does not offer it. The lobby was certainly pleasantly cooled. But the hotel did provide a fan to help sleep.

Der Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon mit Schloss Thun, Aare, histrorischen Hotels und den Alpen ist wundervoll. Das Zimmer ist kompakt, verfügt aber über alles Nötige. Das Rauschen des Flusses ist wunderbar, da es alle anderen Geräusche ausblendet und so zu einem tiefen Schlaf beiträgt.

Das Lavabo im Zimmer ist zwar praktisch, im Bad fehlt es aber. Die Lichtsteuerung, mit den vielen Schaltern, ist etwas umständlich. In Anbetracht der Aufenthaltsqualität im Zimmer, eingeschränkt durch die Kompaktheit des Raumes, ist der Preis etwas hoch.

Eher neueres Hotel. Saubere Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Speziell toll war die Dusche und dass es einen kleinen Kühlschrank hatte. Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Gutes Parkhaus. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und nahe am Bahnhof (5 min.) und Zentrum.

Doppelzimmer sind relativ klein und ohne Balkon (insofern ist der Preis doch recht hoch für so ein Zimmer. Insofern, dass Parken und sogar nebst der Tourismusgebühr noch eine Übernachtungsgebühr dazu kommt) Lavabo neben dem Bett und nicht im Bad - etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Allgemeines Auskünfte beim Check-in waren etwas spärlich und ziemlich ein Durcheinander, wer nun mit wem im Zimmer ist.

Tolle Lage in der Nähe der malerischen Altstadt, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, modernes Design Gutes Handling unserer Rückmeldung. Als Kompensation einen Gutschein erhalten.

Aufgrund der Hitze war es im Zimmer sehr warm, das Klimagerät ist zu schwach. Auch zwei zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilatoren halfen nicht. Das Fenster zu öffnen war aufgrund des Lärms der vorbeifliessenden Aare leider auch keine Option. Somit sind wohl Ohrenstöpel und geöffnete Fenster für ein wenig Durchzug die beste Wahl in einem heissen Sommer.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig!

Komfortables Zimmer mit gewählter Ausstattung: > trotz edlem Design - oder deswegen - es fehlten Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Tüchlein im Bereich Waschtisch.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel bei warmen Außentemperaturen. Bei dieser preislich 345 Franken die Nacht für Deluxe Zimmer haben wir erwartet das das Hotel klimatisiert ist . Das ist leider nicht der Fall , sondern es gibt nur eine umluftkühlung die bei uns im Zimmer auf eine Raumtemperatur von 26 27 grad „heruntergekühlt hat. Das war einfach zu heiss und offene fenster brachten keine kühle luft herein da die Wind ab gewandte Seite Zimmer 119 Dafür aber lautstarkes Donnern der vorbeofliessenden Aare ! Also entweder heiß und ruhiger da Fenster geschlossen oder heiß und tosender Lärm wegen Fluss. Ich finde für so ein hochpreisiges und sonst sehr gut geführtes Hotel ist das auf jeden Fall ein Manko, dass man den Sommermonaten wissen muss. Ich würde hier nicht erneut buchen im Sommer. Die Nacht war furchtbar.

Wir hatten ein sehr feines Frühstück.

Da es keine Klimaanlage hat, mussten wir das Fenster offen lassen, es war sehr laut. Da hilft auch die Schallisolierung nicht viel.. Es hatte auch Spinnpupeln in den Türrahmen.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, mitten in Thun; sehr ruhige und klimatisierte Zimmer. Direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage.

Pas d'air climatisée! En plein été, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte; heureusement il n'y avait pas de moustiques. L'idée du coin lavabo dans la chambre (au lieu de la salle de bain) est bonne, mais l'espace entre le lit et celui-ci est beaucoup trop étroit.

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Mit dem ÖV sehr gut erreichbar, da der Bahnhof in der Nähe liegt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Die gebuchten Zimmer fielen sehr klein aus. Als störend empfanden wir insbesondere, dass das Lavabo nicht in der Nasszelle untergebracht war, was die Enge im Zimmer zusätzlich verstärkte.

Zimmer und Frühstück waren überteuert. Preis/Leistung stimmt in keiner Weise überein. Zimmer über Fr. 300.-- und Frühstück auch noch 22.-- pro Person. Klimaanlage heizt, anstatt dass sie kühlt. Wenn man sich u zweit im Zimmer bewegt, steht man sich auf die Füsse

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar eine ÖV Karte erhalten für die Busse. Wir kommen wieder.

War sauber und herzig Betten waren gut

Finde das Lavabo im Schlafzimmer sehr ungünstig , zu kleine Ablage für Toilettenartikel. Das hat mich gestört. Dusche war gross aber im Bad zum abtrocknen eher klein zum sich bewegen.

La posizione.

L’hotel è molto curato è proprio nel centro del paese. Tuttavia è inconcepibile che, nel 2026, un hotel 4 stelle da 350 euro a notte non abbia l’aria condizionata, ma semplicemente un ricircolo di aria. Quando ho fatto presente alla reception che nella nostra camera non si riusciva a dormire dal caldo, perché non funzionava l’aria condizionata, mi è stato risposto che non hanno aria condizionata e che, se voglio un po’ di fresco (11 agosto) devo aprire la finestra (siamo davanti alle rapide del fiume e con l’insegna luminosa dell’hotel proprio davanti alla finestra, che, quindi, illumina a giorno tutta la camera. La colazione è assolutamente scarsa sia per scelta che per qualità. Avevamo pagato per due notti, ma abbiamo preferito “scappare” dopo nemmeno 24 ore che eravamo lì.

265.- für ein Einzelzimmer, das halb unter Boden liegt und 1m vor dem Fenster eine grüne Hecke hat, ist absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.
