Posizione ideale, in pieno centro e comoda da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione. Purtroppo dalle stanze che affacciano sulla piazza si sente tutto, sfortuna vuole che ci fosse anche il mercato la mattina e gente che festeggiava un compleanno la notte

Stanze un po’ piccole e non adeguatamente insonorizzate, sentivamo il telefono della stanza accanto vibrare per messaggi e chiamate

Ottima posizione , camere pulite , personale accogliente,

Rapporto qualità prezzo. Un po troppo costosa la colazione e l'Hotel in generale

Me gustó todo! El Horario del check in nunca me gusta a las 15 hs pero ocurre en todos los hoteles y cuando viajas por un día entras a la habitación ya de bnoche y te perdes toda la información que hay en el Interior

A lovely, cosy hotel in the centre of town. Bed was comfortable, lovely soft pillows, large shower room, good food in the restaurant (and breakfast), staff all very pleasant and helpful. Plus a drinks station on the third floor where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and fruit. There's also a fridge for guests to use. It's all really well thought out.

If I had to make one negative comment it would only be that the water pressure in the shower could have been better and the shower 'telephone' attachment kept falling down. But these were minor issues.

Gefallen hat die zentrale Lage, die Freundlichkeit, das gute Frühstück. Es war trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig.

Das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Badewanne raus und große Dusche rein.

The room was spacious, breakfast was lovely, the little newspaper was cute! The street outside was very nice to walk in.

It was absolutely amazing, we got an upgrade so our room was even more spectacular, very lean and had great facilities, free cocktail vouchers were so lovely for the bar scores from the hotel, food voucher for the hotel, free wifi, very clean and modern, bathroom gorgeous, shower quality was great. Staff were super helpful for us, told us what to do in Thun and because it was raining they helped us with ideas. While we were out exploring Thun we kept our bags there up until check in, check in was smooth and they even took our bags up for us before we arrived!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like it was very very good

Le cachet de l’hôtel, l’emplacement, l’accueil, la chambre (design, propreté, calme). Merci à l’hôtel de m’avoir gracieusement upgradée pour mon séjour de 2 nuits avec petit-déjeuner. Je garde l’adresse.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmergrösse war sehr gut, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Cocktailbar gegenüber dem Hotel war auch sehr gut.

Minimales Minus das vorkommen kann war die defekte Kaffeemaschine.

Al baño le faltaba actualización y no tiene parking, por lo que el acceso con maletas hay que hacerlo desde el parking público más cercano

Lage und Zimmer tiptop

Frühstück war chaotisch im Bezug auf Service. Nur 1 Person für den ganzen Frühstücksraum für auffüllen, Rührei (war flüssig) zubereiten , abräumen. Tische waren mit benutztem Geschirr überfüllt! Mussten durch Gäste selber abgeräumt werden!

Beautiful hotel located in the Town Hall Square right on the river. It offered beautiful views from our Privilege Room. Our room was ready early which was a wonderful bonus as we were exhausted from carrying bags all morning from the airport. The macchiato at breakfast was fantastic.

I do wish hair conditioner and lotion were offered as toiletries. We ended up making a trip to the pharmacy to purchase some as my hair and skin were very dry. I typically do not pack these items when staying in hotels.

In der Dusche ein Rutschfestes Dekchen und evtl ein Haltegriff zum Aussteigen. Sonst warst super.

Super dog-friendly hotel in Downtown Thun. Highly recommended! No parking, but you can unload directly in front of the hotel and covered parking is a 5 minute walk away. We were upgraded to a large family room which was wonderful! Very friendly helpful staff

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr zentral, das ist gut.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es so, dass unmittelbar vor dem Hotel auf dem zentralen Platz eine grosse öffentlich Veranstaltung (unter Beteiligung des Hotels) mit sehr hohem Geräuschpegel bis weit in die Nacht hinein stattgefunden hat - das hätte das Hotel vorab bekanntgeben können. Insofern war an Schlaf und Erholung nicht ansatzweise zu denken - ganz im Gegenteil. Das Zimmer und dessen Ausstattung sowie die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind eher "old-fashion" was dann zu einem eher enttäuschenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis führt!

The staff was helpful and wonderful

Poor location at night you can’t sleep because of the people drinking and chatting and laughing out side my window and In the morning, there’s significant noise disturbance from luggage being dragged/wheeled near the window. The floor is made of small tiles/blocks, which amplifies the sound and makes it quite loud.

We drove down for the Thurnersee spectacle Grease & decided to stay over. Had a wonderful experience! Though the hotel is located in the old town you can drive down to the public parking take a lift 7 floors down, transit a well lit Swiss passage & you are in the hotel. The staff were attentive & helpful. We had called & mentioned that due to weather the spectacle could be cancelled. "No problem" said Frau Blatter & she reserved a room for me for the next scheduled day. Luckily it was not needed. You can walk around the old town & enjoy the evening. There is a free Panorama pass provided for your to use public transport & the view from the room was great! The glass windows open out to a turquoise blue river & the swiss mountains. The bath was the best! So tempting & stands alone in a nice coveted spot in the suit.

Sehr freundliches und äusserst kompetentes Personal. Der Willkommens-Drink ist eine sehr nette Geste. Es werden den Gästen Früchte, Kaffee und Wasser angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist äusserst einladend und abwechslungsreich.

Es gibt rein gar nichts.

Haus, Zimmer, Empfang, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum. Sehr zentrale Lage für Altstadtbesuche und Schloss. Toller Markt am Samstag vor dem Hotel. Top-Bar gleich gegenüber, sehr zu empfehlen.

Frühstück, es war leider nur eine Person anwesend, ein bisschen im Stress mit dem auffüllen der Produkte. Ansonsten Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks wie immer top.

Honestly, I'm surprised by the exceptional reviews here. It didn't feel like a 4* hotel at all if I'm being honest. We stayed in one of the SMART rooms on the 1st floor and would literally hear it every single time someone in one of the floors above would flush (we'd hear the water run down the pipes in the wall for half a minute). Terrible sound insulation, and it's facing a bar where people would be talking loudly and giggling outside until after midnight. One of the mornings, there was extremely loud construction work starting at 7am, so we could barely sleep with the noise both at night and super early in the morning. No sheer curtains to have more privacy, just dark ones that would cover most of the light. The window doesn't open at all. We were given two small water bottles in the room when we checked in, but then never restocked again. No slippers, no mini fridge in the room, no toiletries in the bathroom (all things I'd expect from any 4* hotel). Hotel restaurant is closed two full days a week, no room service either. Staff at check-in barely said anything and didn't tell us about the Thun discount card that was included, which we only found out about when we were leaving. Breakfast wasn't included on our rate and was around 50 CHF per day (for two) which feels incredibly steep. Small things like including breakfast on all rates, having amenities in the bathroom, slippers, restocking the water/having a mini bar make such a big difference, even if the insulation etc isn't great. It just didn't feel like this should be a 4* hotel.

Frühstücks Buffet am 1.Morgen...Top..die Dame war sehr gut hat alles auch um halb 10 aufgefüllt .am 2. Morgen war der Kellner überfordert...hat das Meiste gefehlt...Fragte um Speck hat es vergessen und hatte kaum noch Brötchen ,,Orangensaft , und vieles mehr wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt...Schade aber wir kommen sicher wieder...Sonst alles sehr gut

Lage Top....Hotel Top

What was there not to like? From the very beginning greeting as we entered the hotel to drop off luggage until check in was ready the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It made an immediate good impression. The lounge was lovely with orange and lemon water available. They also provide a winter garden that has AC, a lounge, tea, and coffee. My husband and I were on honeymoon and booked a suite overlooking the mountains. Jaw dropping. The windows and view were spectacular with a little seating area to enjoy it. A tub with soaking salts and a rain shower. The beds were very comfortable. This has been our favorite stay of the trip and one of our favorite towns we visited in our 2 weeks in Switzerland. Highly reccomend this hotel (a couple nights at LEAST) and explore the beautiful city of Thun!

Outstanding location, easy to walk everywhere but not loud. Spacious room and bathroom. Perfect, would stay there again without hesitation.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Vom Parkhaus Schlossberg Ost ist es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles hat gepasst.

Beim Frühstück sehr schlecht nachgefüllt!! Frühstückspersonal war sehr träge und haben das Gefühl gegeben, dass ihnen alles zu mühsam ist.
