Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Medina and within walking distance of Rabat's main attractions. Despite being centrally located, the riad is very quiet. the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the room was spacious and comfortable
The room was quite warm because there is no air conditioning. Since the windows face the interior courtyard, there was limited airflow, and I had to keep the windows open for better ventilation

Unfortunately the room smelled of weed. The bathroom smelled of sewer. I can appreciate that Medina is one of the oldest parts of Rabat, so the sewer system must be aged. But the smell was really bad.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026El personal, la ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación y el restaurante eran muy buenos. La limpieza también era buena tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Muy poco que señalar en este aspecto. El personal fue acogedor y sonriente. El restaurante ofrece un menú bastante económico, con además un descuento para los huéspedes del hotel, y platos sabrosos y abundantes.
Encontré que el aislamiento acústico de la habitación no era adecuado, especialmente porque la puerta no se cerraba completamente, lo que dejaba pasar muchos ruidos del exterior (la llamada a la oración a las 5 de la mañana, peleas de gatos, visitantes cerrando puertas). Además, sé que ronco, así que imagino que los vecinos también pudieron verse molestados por mí. Sabía que el baño y los aseos eran compartidos, pero no pensaba que habría un único punto de agua tanto para la ducha como para los inodoros. En general, al levantarme temprano pude usar el baño sin problema, pero es cierto que el último día, antes de coger mi vuelo, tuve que aguantarme para ir al baño y también esperar para ducharme. Un segundo punto de agua habría sido bienvenido.

Normalement ils ont pas le droit de louer une chambre à cette état on ne peut même pas respirer à cause du Moisie et l'humidité sur les murs. Absence total d'aération traces d'humidité partout sur tous les mur. J'ai pris des photos à l'appui. Sans parler de l'accueil sèche et pas professionnel.
Travaux de réparation en urgence à faire sur tout les niveaux aération humidité étanchéité...

We knew prior to booking shared toilet/shower which are in the same room which is rather problematic in the morning and evening when you need access to toilet and the place is fully booked. Restaurant attached to accommodation offers authentic good food. Opens a 7pm closes 9:30pm and always busy.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Beautiful room, very big and well furnished. Very nice to be able to check in so early. Great location and unbeatable price.
There is one shared bathroom with both the shower and the toilet so our second night when all 3 rooms were occupied, it became a problem that everyone wanted to use the restroom at the same time in the evening and again in the morning. Also, be advised it is next to a mosque so calls to prayer are extremely loud. The dawn one lasts about 15 minutes.

It is an old building, so difficult to make like a 5-star hotel. But room was very comfortable and everything clean.

Manque de luminosité car la verrière du patio est en partie obstruée sur les côtés : sûrement intéressant en été mais sombre en hiver. Eviter la chambre la plus grande en hiver : belle mais surdimentionnée et donc très froide. Le confort literie peut être amélioré. Bien noter que la salle de bains et toilettes sont partagées.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026All very well. There was a heater which was comfortabel. The WiFi is super. I found the bed comfortable but it's a hard matras, you.must like that. I would come back if the price is the same. I payed €17 a night.
The bed light is broken with a loose cable. I notified the staff. Hopefully they change it for the next guests

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Très bon séjour à Dar Tsouli. J’ai très bien dormi, le lit était confortable et l’eau chaude fonctionnait parfaitement. L’accès à la chambre est simple : quelques marches et on arrive directement devant la chambre. Il y a également un lavabo à l’extérieur, ce qui est pratique et original. L’entrée de la maison se fait avec un code, tout était clair et facile, sans aucune difficulté. Le lieu est calme, propre et agréable. Et des que vous sortez ,il y a le souk c super original c’était magnifique à voir ❤️ Je recommande sans hésitation.
Il y avait une légère odeur dans la chambre, surtout au niveau des couvertures polaires. Cela pourrait être amélioré.
