L'hôtesse est adorable et donne de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Petit déjeuner complet et savoureux. L'emplacement est bien au cœur de la médina et pas loin d'une porte pour la ville moderne. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Tout est propre y compris les espaces sanitaires partagés. Température de la chambre raisonnable avec toute petite fenêtre.

Les cris et disputes de la famille située à côté de ma chambre jusqu'à tard le soir. Il faut savoir que la mosquée est juste à côté et que le réveil traditionnel sera assuré dès 5h20...😅 Présence d'un coq aussi à côté mais moins bruyant que le muezzin.

Everything was great. The property was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.

My private room was great. Also they let me in my room early which was great!!

I would like to have had their breakfast, but she cancelled fixing it.

The host was an absolute blessing! I was welcomed with fresh minth tea and recommendations for anything you could think of. She even gifted us homemade specialities, offered us free coffee and tea and just in genereal made the stay in Rabat incredible! 10/10 recommendation to stay here!

La localización es perfecta ya que esta en la Medina exactamente! La chica que nos atendió es de 10!!!! Cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado nos lo ha facilitado en segundos.

Incredibly sweet and cool hostess, she was very approachable and gave us a lot of helpful information. The breakfast, for which you have to pay 40 dirham per person extra, was very plentiful and delicious, we could even choose at what time we'd like to have it. On the day of checkout we could leave our baggage there as we had a pretty late flight and still were allowed to enter the riad for internet, bathroom, etc.

For us it was okay, but the shared bathrooms are quite small

My experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing due to the poor hospitality and lack of respect shown during our arrival. We arrived late because of an unexpected delay, and unfortunately my phone battery had died. We initially went to another riad operated by the same company and explained the situation. We politely asked if our booking could either be transferred or refunded. Instead, we were told to come to the booked riad. When we arrived, someone looked at us through the window but left us waiting outside instead of welcoming us in. As I have a disability, I asked if I could sit down while we waited. There were stairs at the entrance, and I also requested a ground-floor room because of my mobility needs. My requests were ignored while the young man on duty continued making phone calls rather than speaking to me respectfully. The situation became increasingly uncomfortable. My son was upset waiting outside, and I began to feel that the staff member was calling others to create problems rather than trying to resolve the situation. I no longer felt safe, so we decided to leave. The e-bike driver who brought us there witnessed what happened. I requested a refund, but this was refused. I also felt discouraged from leaving an honest review. It appeared that the same young man was managing both riads. The Bennie entrance is attractive, but it has no accessible facilities for guests with disabilities. The Elmesk riad may have disability facilities, but the entrance was dirty, with rubbish and drainage issues that gave a very poor first impression. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience. I expected understanding, professionalism, and basic respect, particularly given my disability, but unfortunately I received none of these.

Experience was not pleasant at all no consideration for me as an elderly and disabled especially I am Moroccan it is unlikely for Moroccan to be rude with Moroccan or tourists

La posizione è assolutamente il massimo, proprio al centro della medina. Sanaa è stata super gentile offrendosi anche di lavare alcune magliette gratuitamente. La terrazza è un bel valore aggiunto. Il prezzo è piuttosto basso tutto considerato.

La dimensione di bagni e docce sarebbe da rivedere. Va anche detto che il minareto attaccato alla struttura è fonte di grande disturbo, con i canti alle 4.15 ogni notte, e il rumore nei corridoi è fastidioso se gli altri ospiti non sono educati (come è successo nel mio caso).

L établissement était vraiment bien situé mais ce qui a rendu le lieu exceptionnel pour mes enfants et moi c était le personnel : Sana et Youssef étaient parfaits : l accueil, la disponibilité à toute heure, les conseils sur les lieux à visiter, une gentillesse et un sourire qui représente bien toute la beauté et les qualités du Maroc Je recommande vivement mercis à eux

Everything was perfect. Location is great in the middle of Medina but still very quiet and calm. Room was spotless clean. Rooftop is amazing. And the girl taking care of the house is so brilliant, kind and accommodating. Book with confidence.

The staff and this dar was 10 out of 10! Absolutely fantastic hospitality, great local recommendations and really felt welcomed here. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, perfect for the price point. The location was perfect and easily accessible by foot to everything Rabat has to offer.

The only downfall is the proximity to a mosque, with the 5am call to prayer - earplugs are recommended.

Very friendly staff with good English and helpful recommendations. The room was comfortable with an excellent breakfast, and the location was perfect.

Posizione super centrale, struttura pulita e Sanae, la ragazza che vi accoglierà, è gentilissima. Super disponibile, puntuale, precisa e pronta a darvi qualsiasi tipo di consiglio per poter soggiornare al meglio a Rabat. Sicuramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Saana was a lovely host, super attentive and helpful. The location is fantastic and it’s a no frills room.

Ein kleines Juwel in der Medina :) Sanaa ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns auch per WhatsApp noch viele Restauranttipps (und andere Tipps) zukommen lassen. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm, man muss definitiv keine Angst haben, dass man das Haus in den engen Gassen der Medina nicht findet: es gibt eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung und man findet es ganz einfach :) Wir hatten erst etwas Bedenken wegen dem geteilten Badezimmer - völlig unberechtigt. Pro 2 Zimmer wird ein Bad geteilt, was absolut in Ordnung ist. Die Dachterrasse ist auch einfach nur schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche darf zwar mit genutzt werden aber das haben wir nicht gemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es war auch eine der saubersten Unterkünfte unserer Reise. Wer "einfach" reist und keinen grossen Luxus erwartet wird hier sicher nicht enttäuscht werden!

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden - nur anzumerken: die Moschee ist schon recht laut. Fenster schliessen reicht da nicht ;) Aber das wussten wir vorher und hatten uns auf eine kurze Unterbrechung in der Nacht eingestellt.

Lo elegí por los comentarios positivos pero al llegar me di cuenta que no tenían relación con la realidad. Creo que hay que prestar atención a los de Alvaro y Fernando de España, que se ajustan a la realidad que me tocó a mí. La relación calidad precio no es buena, me arrepiento de no haber pagado un poco más por otro lugar, asumo mi error pero me dejé guiar por los comentarios y pensé que era un buen lugar. No es un Riad, ni un hotel, es una pensión u hostal, lo que no es bueno ni malo, solo es un dato objetivo. Los baños tienen problemas serios, pero prefiero adjuntar fotos reales para que sepan a qué atenerse y tomen una decisión informada. La pieza es sofocante por lo pequeña. No hay closet, ni veladores ni sillas, ni aire acondicionado, por lo que el calor en la habitación fue grande, el ventilador no era suficiente para lograr una mejor estadía. La ubicación es buena si quieren visitar la Médina. Las indicaciones para llegar fueron útiles. Se puede usar la cocina, aunque no lo hicimos.

El estado de los baños, adjunto fotos, la cocina. Es muy difícil lograr dormir en el lugar, no lo logramos, había comentarios en ese sentido pero no les preste atención y debí hacerlo. El peligro de la escalera sin baranda para mi mamá de 77 años, es importante tenerlo en cuenta para no ir con adultos mayores ni con niños, también había comentarios que lo mencionaban pero no pensé que fuera tan peligroso, especialmente al subir y bajar la escalera con las maletas.

Un immense merci à Sanaa pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse, la bonne énergie et tous les petits détails qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Je me suis sentie très à l’aise dès mon arrivée. L’endroit est agréable et tres propre. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et que j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Perfect location and value for money

The location is lovely, but know you have a Mosque nearby. It was near, clean and the host's representative, Yousef, was a pleasure.

La ubicacion es perfecta, muy facil de llegar, todo recto y estas en la calle principal, cerca de la estacion de tren. NO de bus. Te recibe Sana que es una persona adorable, unico personal, que ademas limpia las habitaciones, hace los desayunos, etc..subiendo los 4 pisos por escaleras, pero todo esta impecable. Cafe o te sin cargo y podes cocinar

Subir los 4 pisos x escalera todo el tiempo, que el baño del ultimo piso no pueda usarse para ducharse, muy pequeño habia que bajar un piso. La llamada a la oracion 4.30 hs de la mañana....a 50 m del hostal....

Риад удачно расположен: на окраине медины в боковой красивой улочке. Мы пешком дошли от вокзала Rabat Ville Train Station до места минут за 20, но можно было подъехать на трамвае, чтобы было быстрее. Мы заранее списались с хозяйкой, предупредили о времени приезда (мы приехали довольно поздно), и она прислала нам подробные инструкции о том, как добраться. На месте она нас встретила, заселила, всё показала и рассказала (она хорошо говорит по английски), а также по нашей просьбе прислала в Вотсапе ориентиры по интересным местам города (достопримечательности, кафе, магазины и т.п.). После выселения нам разрешили оставить вещи до вечера. Очень любезная и приятная дама. Мы жили в студии с просторной спальней с 4-мя кроватями и диванчиком, кухней, обеденной зоной и собственной ванной комнатой. Для риада это очень просторное помещение, есть где расположить чемоданы и повесить вещи (шкафа нет, но есть довольно много крючков). В помещении есть газовая колонка, так что с горячей водой всё было в порядке.

Очень не хватало фена. Сильно напрягала безумная слышимось. Наша студия находилась на первом этаже, а риад построен таким образом, что над обеденной зоной нашей кухни находилось пустое пространство-кололец, вокруг которого на других этажах располагались жилые и ванные комнаты. Поэтому нам было слышно, как люди кашляют и чистят зубы на верхних этажах. Нам же приходилось вечером либо разговаривать шёпотом, либо молчать, чтобы не беспокоить соседей. Но хуже всего - это жуткий запах канализации в ванной. Несмотря на наличие вытяжной вентиляции, которую мы просто совсем не отключали, запах не исчезал окончательно. Необходимо было всегда держать дверь в ванную закрытой, иначе в помещении просто неприятно было находиться. Хорошо ещё, что раковина находилась вне ванной комнаты.

Charmant endroit, au cœur de la médina. Très facile d’accès, à quelques minutes de marche de la gare. Sanaa est une hôtesse très accueillante.

N’oubliez pas de prendre des claquettes pour la douche qui est partagée et fort collée aux toilettes

Everything was delightful in the center of the bustling medina yet it was a tranquil and comfortable stay. Sanaa went up and beyond to make sure I was happy and shared many great suggestions for tours and restaurants. She communicated with me prior to my arrival and was readily available when I arrived and throughout my stay. It was an easy walk to find with the directions provided and the street is charming and filled with plants. Breakfast was great and I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the roof top terrace. My room was very clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler. There were clean towels provided and the shared bathrooms were always clean and had plenty of soap and toilet paper. I already booked to stay here again before I leave Morocco and will recommend this place to my friends.

Yucef était très accueillant et à l'écoute ! La maison était très bien située au coeur de la Médina ! Nous avions beaucoup d'espace et c'était confortable. Belle terrasse tout en haut de la maison.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They organised a taxi for us and helped with the check in after the usual check in time. Bed/mattress was comfortable.

There was mould at the ceiling which you could also smell. So the small window needs to stay open.

Youssef was very nice and helpfull. And location is perfect. Clean as well.

Location

This is a dreary property with misleading photos. Every space is someplace you’d prefer to leave: the windowless bedroom, even the rooftop, which has a fence so high you feel like you’re in a sunroofed detention center rather than the heart of a gorgeous Medina. Then you find out that your dining room kitchen is off limits after 10, despite the fact that the “entire place” is yours. There was a bedside reading lamp in the photos, the request to provide one was denied.
