Väldigt dåligt kommunikation om ALLT! IIngen parkering( parkeringar i området är JÄTTE dyra)fast de säger att det finns! Dyr spa även om det inte beskrivs på hemsidan! Väldigt små rum! Bli inte lurade! Rummena är inte som de ser ut på bilderna(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Ointresserade personalen speciellt en kort tjej som jobbar där! Ni måste ta städning utbildning!

Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was fine, standard hotel chain room nothing special but nothing wrong with it.

Parking, car park they recommend you to go to, you need an app but unfortunately it didn’t work for us, we rang customer service and they were of no use at all, we still haven’t been able to pay for the parking.

Very small strange shaped room. Tea and coffee facilities in room were poor. Fridge kept falling over. Not very good value for money. Expected more for the money.

Posizione strategica , praticamente attaccato alla stazione dei treni pendolari che ti portano in 3 fermate , cira 10 min in centro città. Hotel nuovissimo e confortevole . Per gli amanti, e' anche presente a pagamento, una piscina e una palestra.Pulizia giornaliera a richiesta gratuita, personale molto gentile.Comodissimo anche per l'aeroporto di Arlanda.Camera molto bella , pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Superconsigliato.

Alla reception parlano solo Svedese e inglese

Mooie, nette kamers en over het algemeen een goed hotel.

Wat ons daarnaast tegenviel, is dat er op de foto’s een spa wordt getoond, maar dat je hier alleen tegen een flinke bijbetaling gebruik van kunt maken. Hetzelfde geldt voor het ontbijt: dit is niet inbegrepen en moet apart worden betaald. Dit had vooraf wat duidelijker vermeld mogen worden.

Jó loláció a stockholmba való bejutáshoz, modern egyszerű de funkcionális. A személyzet kedves volt.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der S Bahn Station (Pendeltåg) Ulriksdal, eine Station von Solna (Strawberry Arena) und 3 Stationen von Gamla Stan entfernt.

Der Restaurant Bereich / Frühstück ist manchmal etwas voll, dort wurde aber nachgebessert.

The location is perfect for hopping on the train or a bus. The staff was super helpful and attentive. The price for a room was very reasonable.

The first room they put us in had an odor coming from the bathroom (I have a sensitive nose). The breakfast was delicious but more than we needed, We’re seniors and don’t eat as much, and it was expensive. The pool and spa were nice, but expensive.

Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet. Modern und alles top funktioniert. Sehr nettes Personal. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstück. Sehr schöner Wellness und Fitness Bereich.

Parkplatz etwas ungünstig gelegen. SPA sollte im Preis enthalten sein. Bei direkt Buchung über das Hotel ist eine Stunde gratis pro Übernachtung dabei. Und das ist für einen kurz Aufenthalt auch völlig ausreichend.

The fact that I had to pay to use the spa was actually not very pleasant and yet it was not mentioned in my booking that the spa was private facility.

Frühstück war spitze. Modernes Hotel und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt an der Zugstation war super.

Wir hätten uns sehr auf den Pool gefreut. Leider sind dort Familien nur am Samstag und Sonntag von 9 bis 11 Uhr erlaubt. Also defekto NICHT erlaubt. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Finde ich sehr schade. Zudem ist der Pool kostenpflichtig. Ist auch nirgends gestanden. Bzw war uns das nicht bewusst.

The property was clean and felt very fancy. We only stayed for one night, but bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Shopping center is approx. 15-20 minute walk and train station (to city center and airport) is right next to the building.

Super close to train station, but not noisy inside

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der S-Bahn vier Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben, die Auswahl ist begrenzt und in Stoßzeiten ist es schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die Infrastruktur rund um das Hotel ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden, zum Essen muss man daher zwingend in die Stadt fahren. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist viel zu laut. Der Preis für das hoteleigene Hallenbad ist viel zu hoch.

Alles war super! Die Lage, das Personal, das Zimmer und das Frühstück ebenfalls.

Stile,pulizia e posizione vicino alla metro

Posizione, vicino ai treni per Stoccolma city (3 fermate) e 7 per aeroporto. Insonorizzate le stanze. Colazione a buffet varia. Pulizia giornaliera su richiesta senza costi aggiuntivi.

L'area per la colazione un po' piccola nelle ore di "traffico". Piatto doccia poco pulito (usare detergente?+olio di gomito no?). Cambierei sicuramente macchina per solo caffè. Una nuova dove poter scegliere cappuccino o altro( da Italiano preferisco il caffè corto).

The frequency of room cleaning was terrible. Officisl cleaning after 3 days and when you request the Cleaning is just pulling sheets and not the proper clean

Me gustó que la habitación era silenciosa ya que al lado del hotel pasan trenes y metro y también me gustó la calidad de la comida del DESAYUNO.

No me gustó el tipo de habitación porque a pesar de ser silenciosa era una habitación interior sin ningún tipo de ventana al exterior, muy pequeña y bastante mal distribuida. Nos quedamos tres noches y desde el primer momento de la entrada la habitación estaba sucia con polvo y el lavabo del baño goteaba agua constantemente. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular, solo los grados hasta un máximo de 23°. El aire que tiraba era muy fuerte y daba directamente en la cabeza de la cama. Cuando pedimos que regularan el aire la respuesta fue un calefactor pequeño que tiraba aire caliente. En el desayuno, aunque la comida era de buena calidad, las mesas no se recogían a tiempo y había que esperar al personal para que las limpiase.

Personal muy amable, desayuno completo, habitación confort. Buenas toallas. Excelente ubicación junto al tren.

Adaptador de colchón se movía. Se oye el tren que pasa justo al lado del hotel a pesar de los cierres.

Un ottimo albergo per visitare il centro di Stocvolma . Camere pulite,spaziose e silenziose ( abbiamo preso una camera familiare che affacciava su una strada). Ottima la colazione molto variegata e con prodotti di qualità. La stazione è praticamente collegato all'albergo ( 30 metri)

Przyjemna obsługa, czysty i zadbany hotel. Świetne śniadania w postaci szwedzkieko stolu - nomen omen.

Całkowity brak akceptacji gotówki. Miałem podroż służbowa i dostalem ekwiwalent z koronach i niestety musiałem zapłacic prywatna kartą.

Läget var helt okej utifrån att vi skulle på konsert på Ulriksdals slott

En dubbelsäng UTAN bäddmadrass, de hade bäddat med underlakan rakt på resårmadrassen vilket gjorde sängen hård och man kände fjädrarna i resårbotten. Täcket (inte påslakanet) hade nog sett sina bästa dagar för vääääldigt länge sedan. Det var liksom små klumpar av fyllning som gjorde täcket knöligt och inte särskilt värmande eftersom fyllningen inte räckte till.

Det var den största säng jag någonsin sovit i!

Läget och tillgången till parkering.

Det borde ingå spabesök i priset med tanke på vad det kostar att bo där och vad som i övrigt erbjuds. Matsalen var inte någon särskild upplevelse och kan göras betydligt mer trivsam.

Bella struttura, hall accogliente, receptionist cordiali, doccia meravigliosa e biancheria bagno pulitissima , colazione buonissima e ben assortita e prodotti di qualità, comodissima la stazione dei treni a 100mt, la linea Pendeltag( non la metro)

Signora bionda al bar per niente accogliente , abbiamo chiesto di mangiare una pizza d asporto lì dopo aver acquistato 2 boccali di birra a 12€ ciascuno , inserirei un apertura alle finestre in camera, amplierei la sala colazione. Toglierei o fisserei il topper sul materasso, si spostava sempre

Pool was pricey to use. Had to be paid for separately. Room could have been cleaner. Found a stick on eyelash in the room from a previous guest!!

Habitaciones amplias, facilidad de cambio de habitación por necesidad de ampliar el número de pasajeros.

La habitación estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren y se escuchaba mucho. A los tres días, es imperceptible ya.

El hotel tiene una estación de tren AL LADO, lo que facilita el traslado al centro o aeropuerto y no se escucha absolutamente ningún ruido. Y cuesta la mitad o menos que un Hotel del centro.
