Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I love this hotel. Stylish, clean, calm, and beautiful room. Nice soap and lotion gave that little extra. Comfy bed. Exceptional breakfast. The only reason I don't give 10 stars is because the coffee at breakfast didn't taste anything, and I do appreciate a good cup of coffee. Super tasty food at the trattoria. There were Mmmm's all around the table. Love the wine tasting taps in the lobby/lounge room. I would definitely want to come back.
The coffee. And well the surroundings are not that fun. But the hotel creates its own little haven, so that didn't really matter.

Ung kille i baren på taket som hade noll koll. Vi trodde man kunde skriva upp drinkar på rummet men det gick inte. Kom dit i endast badkläder och badrock. Frågade då om man kunde betala med Swish- ja det gick bra var det snabba svaret, sen när jag skulle betala så gick det inte bra ändå. Han hade bara sagt ja fast han var osäker på svaret. Fick då vända och hämta betalkort. Drinkar beställdes och trots att vi var de enda som beställt och det var i princip tomt där uppe fick vi vänta på drinkarna i minst 15 min. Märkligt.

Af en toe was de communicatie aan de ontvangst balie wat ingetogen.

The property itself is well maintained, clean and presented with a pleasant sense of order. There are certainly elements of the hotel that deserve recognition, most notably the excellent breakfast, which was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The quality, variety and presentation were impressive and created a very positive start to the day. However, for experienced international travellers, a hotel is ultimately judged by much more than its physical appearance. True hospitality is reflected in the way a guest is welcomed, listened to and made to feel valued. This is where we unfortunately felt there was a significant opportunity for improvement. We arrived following an early morning flight, well ahead of the official check-in time. We completely understand that hotel policies exist and that a room cannot always be made available before the scheduled time. Our request was therefore very modest: we simply asked, politely, whether we could remain at the hotel and enjoy the swimming pool while waiting for check-in. What surprised us was not the fact that the request could not be accommodated, but rather the lack of warmth, flexibility and meaningful communication surrounding the decision. In our experience, exceptional hospitality does not necessarily mean saying “yes” to every request. It means making every effort to find a thoughtful alternative, communicating with genuine courtesy and ensuring that the guest still feels welcome. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff felt rather distant and unengaged. There was little communication and very limited initiative to create a more positive arrival experience. Huone oikein viihtyisä ja siisti, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Todella hyvä sänky ja tyynyt. Aamupala oli ihana, maukasta ja riittävästi kaikkea! Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Menisin uudestaan!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Really nice and cozy family hotel. Great atmosphere, interior design and background story. Perfect breakfast. Nice swimming pool and bar on the rooftop. Really accessible to public transportation so Arlanda Airport and Stockholm city centre are both around 30 minutes.
The location is specific but if it fits with your trip purpose, the hotel itself is great.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Als je een concert gaat meemaken in de Strawberry Arena, kan je niet beter zitten dan in dit hotel. Als je een wijn liefhebber bent, zal je dit hotel zeker leuk vinden ... zelfs een Chateau Margaux kan je hier per glas drinken !
Niets viel tegen ... als ik dan toch iets moet schrijven is het misschien de afstand tot Stockholm city ... maar met een Uber ben je er in 15 minuten.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Great location near the Strawberry arena. Super easy reach from the airport. The shuttlebus stop is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, and not too grouded while the hotel was full booked. Hotel area was great, peaceful and very safe. Very beautiful park between hotel and Arena.
The bed was a bit hard ja the rooms and public areas, including toilet doors, showed signs of wear and tear.
