Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport

Location is ideal. An easy 5 minute walk to the airport.

Facilities were fine, but a bit worse for wear. Decent breakfast, but quite expensive.

Very unsafe bathtub for anyone. Very drip and nothing to hold onto getting out but a thin weak towel rack.

The bartender was great

Excellent service, helpful staff, good rooms and good breakfast. Very high quality room fittings, beds and linen.

Unfortunately my stay was marred by a particularly loud and obnoxious guest in the next room, but the staff were able to find me an alternative room at past midnight so they couldn't have been more helpful.

Really like how easy was to us find our way to the airport and also how comfy and warm was our stay, we really feel like home and we enjoy our stay there after a long travel 😊

Beautiful hotel with immaculate, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The beds were really comfortable, and we had a lovely dinner too. A great stay and would definitely recommend.

It met my expectations, there was nothing that I did not like. Table service at dinner was rather slow. There was mention of a printer problem but I don't see why that prevented a glass of wine being brought to the table.

Location. We needed to catch an early morning flight out of Glasgow.

Sadly we found several things disappointing. Firstly, the check in staff member was unfriendly and formulaic trying to upsell us for dinner bookings. There was no airport shuttle and it was raining. The room was small at the end of a corridor and only had a half a window. Then the wifi didn’t work (and I needed to make contact with someone urgently) and front staff were unapologetic and ill informed. We finally discovered we could only get wifi in the restaurant- so indeed we had dinner in the restaurant anyway. The saving grace was the waitstaff who were charming.

The shower over the bath was a safety hazard as there were no rails to hold onto trying to get in or out.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and restaurant had good options as well for vegetarians.

They charge you separately for overnight parking and small fee is fine but you have to pay gbp 18 which is tad high.

Very comfortable and clean! Quiet with lots of space. Staff were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed having a bath robe to lounge in after a week of hiking.

The hotel is very close to the airport, the room is clean, well sized and equipped for short stays. The breakfast is varied and it was nice to see haggis too!

The value for money can improve a bit more.

We stayed at this motel because we had very early airline reservations for the next morning. The room was quiet and the walk to the airport was easy. The little card with the directions you provided was very useful.

The very spacious room was great for sorting our luggage out. Location was also great proximity to the airport. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely.

No wine glasses in the room, our fridge did not work despite everyone saying it did. It really didn’t. Asked for an ice bucket & were give 2 glasses of ice as they had no buckets available. This ice bucket was actually requested to keep meds refrigerated. We were heading home & didn’t feel like making a fuss about it.

We stayed 2 nights. We were only told you could order eggs/ omelette for breakfast on 2nd morning. There was no fruit / croissants left & did not see anyone replenishing these items. I used to ladies toilets on both mornings before leaving the hotel & they were filthy. Not cleaned

Room, Breakfast and most staff, felt looked after while staying.

We did not use the hotel for flying out. We used it to go to the commonwealth games and so the car was parked over night but not during the day. We were able to leave and return with no issue but the cost of parking was extortionate...... more than parking full time in the centre of Glasgow!

I had a lovely large room with comfortable bed. Squeaky clean bathroom, lovely soft towels, and just a generally nice space which was quiet in regards to planes and vehicles. I stayed for three nights and would definitely return.

Pretty much everything. It was only a one night stopover en route from London to the Hebrides but we decided, cheaper alternatives notwithstanding, to enjoy a night at the Courtyard Marriott. And we were not disappointed - and even were offered a room upgrade 🙏🙏

Nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, 12min zu Fuß bis zum Terminal. Gutes Frühstück. Inbegriffenes Restaurant, dass sehr lecker ist und spontan Tische hat. Habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde es wieder buchen. War auch nicht laut oder so, wegen dem Flughafen in der Nähe.

Der Vorhang im Bad könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Locality was good. Clean and tidy rooms, Comfortable beds. Close to airport but we didn’t get any noise.

You had to pay extra for parking £18 per day that was discounted charge. Breakfast wasn’t anything special , a bit cold, maybe due to aircon being on when it wasn’t needed. We cancelled our 2nd day breakfast due to the 1st day being a bit naff. Staff wasn’t helpful when asking for cutlery , told us it’s on the table when clearly it was missing or else we wouldn’t be asking. Luckily we just missed the coach check-ins those times were extremely busy, doorway full of suitcases where people are not considering other people trying to get in and out.

Booked a wake up call for an early flight, which the hotel staff obviously forgot to arrange. A very good job that I wasn't relying solely on that call to be awake at 4am as it didn't happen.

The hotel was modern & welcoming, staff were friendly. The hotel has nice big rooms with a good shower and decent amenities. I didn't have food , so can't comment on that.

Given this is an airport hotel, typical Scottish weather is not conducive to the distance needed to walk ( it is NOT 5 minutes unless in a car) from the actual airport. Especially true if carrying heavy bags, most people who use the hotel for airport travel are likely to. Having to order a taxi for such a short distance is inconvenient, so some sort of shuttle option would be good. There is no direct path that doesn't involve bumping heavy cases up & down the kerbs.

The car park fee has risen since 2025 but my biggest dislike was they have taken away control of the heating and air con in room the control pad is locked you have to go to the reception to request it on and change temperature i understand costs for electricity are high but taking away a function which makes your room more comfortable is bit to far

We had an excellent stay in the Marriott Glasgow Courtyard Hotel for 3 days following much needed rest when our flights were cancelled on us due to the airline strike at the end of our lovely trip to Scotland which happened right on the day of our planned return home. The hotel staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful when we needed a late check out on our last day. The hotel manager was very accomodating and helpful as were all the staff we interacted with. This hotel focuses on attention to details for guests and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also well run and offered a range of choices and the hours were accommodating for people needing a place to stay near the airport. Thank you to all the staff, everyone was lovley. A special thank you to the hotel manager who offered the later check out (sorry we did not get your name) and to Holly and Liz for your kindness. We would definitely recommend this marriott to anyone needing a stay on the way in or out of Glasgow; very comfortable and up to the Marriott standard. All the best to you and your staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel itself was clean, stylish and comfortable.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken and as a big morning coffee fan, this was disappointing. I didn’t like the instant coffee alternative.

I did not take the breakfast as I had an early flight but the proximity to the airport and shopping mall was lovely

Recently returned for a stay before an early morning flight. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and attentive. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy a pre dinner drink in the sunshine outside. Dinner food and service was lovely. But please please get pillows that match the size of the king size bed, the pillow size is ridiculous and not comfortable.

The hotel was within walking distance to the airport which was ideal for arrival and departure date from Glasgow. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

On my departure date I had twin bed accommodations and was disappointed there were no robes. On my arrival date, the breakfast buffet was a shock. I patiently waited for the 8am service having a cup of coffee. Immediately at 8am an entire tour group converged on the buffet and practically cleaned it out. As I waited in line to serve myself I was pushed and cut in front of as individuals in the tour group rushed to serve themselves. Other patrons that arrived to the buffet only had leftovers to serve themselves. As a policy it would be considerate for such large tour groups to have a separate serving area so other patrons can be respectfully served without the chaos created by these large tour groups. On my departure date my flight was at 6am so I did not witness if a reoccurrence happened. A large tour bus was parked in front of the hotel as we left for the airport.

The hotel was beautiful on entering, staff very welcoming. We are a family of 4 room a very good size with 2 queen beds! The bathroom was perfect. Location for the airport was less than 5 minutes. Would certainly use again and recommend to others

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were very attentive, chatty and pleasant.

Coffee from thermos was very weak. Coffee machine was broken but got fixed for final day.

Nicky gave me a warm, friendly professional check in with good recognition of my Titanium status. He selected a spacious room and was excellent. Dinner ticked all the boxes , with friendly service. Kevin was first class at early morning checkout with a friendly smiling demeanour. . Both Nicky and Kevin are excellent ambassadors for Marriott and Courtyard. Only downside was noisy revellers waking me up at 1 Am , talking in the corridor , but that’s outwith the hotel’s control. It’s our go to when staying at the airport . Highly recommend.
