The hotel was lovely staff friendly.

There was a wedding in so couldn’t use the restaurant had to go out for a meal

Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from one of the rooms was out over the river and although the second room overlooked the carpark there was little noise considering the hotel was very busy. We ate in the restaurant and the prices were very good.

Although priced very reasonably our food wasn't particularly nice. Two of our party had macaroni cheese and it was very runny and not very appetising. Another member of our party had the falafel dish and commented that it also was quite runny.

Unfortunately on our first night the room next door was occupied by a a bunch of rowdy teenagers, the hotel apologised .

Receptionist, she is the jewel in this hotel.

Telephone in room did not work. Ventilation fan in romm did not work. Shower had mold on caulking

Breakfast was better than last stay, hot, plenty in dishes, special requests actioned promptly

Last orders were called at 10.25 then had to sit in reception and order drinks from reception after then not comfortable seating

Voice in lift should have a Scottish accent! Prefer to get breakfast everyday up to 10.30, and pick whatever table we want. Signage locating hotel poor coming from Glasgow.

The staff has been very cooperative and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfy. the breakfast is very rich and beyond expectations.

Due to the size of the hotel , also the parking lot in front is gigantic, and there is strong possibility to have quite a walk from parking to reception. there are a few spots for disabled , but we are not officially disabled, only slow pace and far away parking spot when it rains !!!. When we checked out we parked right in fornt of reception for the time needed to load the car.

Was asked not to eat breakfast in the breakfast room but out in another room. Meaning you are in and out all the time. We complained and the lovely lady on that day found us a table

The hotel was very convienant for us as I was going into the hospital.The facilites had everthing you needed for an overnight stay and very clean would stay again .

There's nothing we don't like about this hotel

Room was large and overlooking the river Clyde. Six windows could be opened a few inches, which mitigated the lack of aircon. Rooms with walk-in showers available but need to be booked in advance. Directly attached to Golden Jubilee Hospital, so extremely convenient for hospital appointments or visits.

Warm room, noisy aircon, no termostat. Weird breakfast: directed by grim-faced matron to sit at large communal tables, like Soviet era East European hotel. Poor food quality: no fresh fruit or yogurt - only natural produce were hazelnuts & pumpkin seeds. Two types of pre-wrapped cheeses, only bread was highly processed sliced white or brown, scrambled eggs fluffy & tasteless, though mushrooms were well prepared. (Not a meat eater, so can't comment on bacon, sausage and black pudding.)

Close to hospital which I was attending next day also lovely relaxing location on river bank

The room was great more than what I expected 10 outa 10 for the room, only thing if you had a mini bar in room that be even better, Breakfast was tasty enjoyed it very much

Down side to the Hotel your staff i have to say let you down from the receptionist to bar staff, not even a good afternoon how are you ? Nor small chat from reception to make you feel welcome not good enough im.afraid, next went down to bar for a drink in evening there was a couple in front of me being served by the barman fine so I was happy to wait, then this woman appeared behind the bar asked me what I wanted in a disgruntled manner not even a good evening she poured my pint I gave her my money then HAD MY CHANGE THROWN BACK AT ME what a way to treat a customer I wouldve stayed and had another drink but under that circumstances wasn't prepared to give my money TO SUCH AN UNHAPPY PERSON AT HER JOB, HENCE the reason ive scored your hotel down, Then in morning came down and asked the guy WHO YET AGAIN WAS SO BLUNT AND UNHELPFUL when I asked where breakfast was being served

The Golden Jubilee is such a gem. We stayed in a corner room overlooking the river and loved the sunset views plus the large tub was the perfect indulgence for a soak after a long day. We took an evening stroll around the grounds which was very worthwhile. Quick and easy checkin plus check out.

My only grip was that we were in a room over the service entrance/ air conditioning units which were noisy.. even with the windows shut... but then if you like white noise maybe this is the room for you... 306.

Rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. Free parking was provided. Evening meal was very nice.

None of us slept very well unfortunately as there was an ongoing noise which sounded abit like a generator.

The room given was poor. The ac not working the sink was blocked the fridge did not work the handle was broken. So the first night was poor. Plus breakfast was did not have the variety needed as a 4 star. They changed the room the next day bit they did nit have the same room type.

Più che consigliata, parcheggio disponibile se si arriva nel tardo pomeriggio/sera perché in condivisione con l'ospedale vicino, quindi durante la giornata si potrebbe fare un po' più di fatica a trovarlo. La camera enorme, tenuta pulitissima e ben curata, stessa cosa il bagno. C'è a disposizione degli ospiti la piscina riscaldata interna, bagno turco e sauna. Il giorno dopo in mezz'ora siamo arrivati in pieno centro a Glasgow con l'auto, e vicinissimo c'è anche l'aeroporto.

We got to the room early hours of the morning. First thing I noticed was the size. Huge! We had the top floor wrap around room facing the river. When I opened the curtains it was a wow moment. Beautiful. The room was immaculate,bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast and the choice was great. Just wish I could've stayed longer

Had dinner.. Fish and chips horrible, very dry, looked like they had been kept warm under a light.. On leaving and paying bill following morning we mentioned it and got no response.. Very disappointed..

As a first timer here, the entrance to the hotel was bit confusing.

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially as it is part of the hospital which is so convenient.

Petit déjeuner et restaurant incroyables , tout était délicieux , le personnel de restauration est aux petits soins. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était complet et très bien dispose. Les lits étaient confortable et la chambre disposait d'une magnifique vue sur la rivière Clyde et ses vaches.

La piscine et les locaux n'étaient pas très propre. Le sauna etait rempli nous n'avons pas pu y acceder.

we booked a deluxe twin room would say it was standard ,breakfast said 7 to 9.30 ,I had my cereal at 9.15 and went up at 9.30 for a hot breakfast and it was all away ?

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

I had an ultra scan early in the morning, and the fact I didn't need to leave the building to go for my scan as it has a corridor leading to the hospital, after had a very good breakfast plenty of choices from fry ups to cereal to fruit tea coffee and fruit juices. Also an 11am check out gave us plenty of time to have our breakfast and go back to the room to collect our belongings.

On the downside being reasonably close to the airport we could here the planes coming and going all night, also faced into the river could also hear the ships going past,but to compensate for that we had a great viw

Location to visit family and not far from airport

The shower was quite mouldy in areas so this needs addressing
