The fact there was no one to hand we asked for toilet rolls we never got them bins not emptied blood stains on the bedding lumpy pillows mouldy bathroom restaurant closed early not able to get breakfast on site pub closed at 6 or 9 so no offers of were to go was not worth the price
Very comfortable and great price
Staff said whole place is closing down soon, limited time for meal service closed at 6pm and no breakfast service 😑
The food. The bed was comfortable.
It is a very tired hotel, stuck in the 1980s. There's ingrained dirt from years of neglect. Breakfast is not an option because the restaurant doesn't open in the morning. Just a bizarre experience!
the food was ok staff were pleasant
cobwebs above the bed light in shower can take between 1-5 minutes to come on it was warm so i left the window slightly open to go to work came back to to the room smelling of fried food the vents outside the window on roof my room was at the back .
Comodo per una notte. Buono e pratico il ristorante sotto

Location to Glasgow airport, approximately 17 minute drive
It was all locked up when we arrived
Buona posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Glasgow. Camere pulite.
Location
The Titan is attached to a pub, I thought there would be food still available but they had stopped serving. Car=park so plenty of space to park, which was great. Rooms are small, clean and tidy - so served their purpose. I was there as I was visiting a patient at the Royal Jubilee Hospital and the location was an easy 5-10 mins drive away.
A two night stay and it was as expected. I've stayed here on numerous occasions while travelling for work. The room was reasonably sized, clean and basic and the bed comfortable. Plenty of parking and having the pub/restaurant on site is also very convenient. For basic accommodation, it's good value for money.
En-suite bathroom is showing signs of its age and is perhaps long overdue a refurb. On this and my last visit, they were experiencing staffing problems in the pub/restaurant and so only serving meals until 18:00 hours. Due to work, I wasn't able to eat in on one of those days. I don't like having to drive round for food after a long day working so if I had know this in advance, I would have probably booked somewhere else. I don't think this is going to be an issue going forward as they have cancelled my booking for later in the year as they will cease trading from mid September 2026
The general hospitality
Nothing
It was a great location for us to go to the Commonwealth Games. Super value for money. The staff were very helpful and let us get the keys early as we wouldn’t be back in time for check in. Don’t expect bells and whistles, but this was a comfortable stay when a lot of other places close to Glasgow were charging hundreds of pounds for one night.
It could have done with a lick of paint but otherwise a comfortable stay.
I have stayed in the titan many times and so has husband this time husband stayed he took the pillow case off and the pillow was all stained disgusting then went to get a shower water was called I got a phone call at 9.30 asking where he was as he hadn't turned up just as well I trust him he was in room 8 the person that phoned said he was booked into room 3 that was the room he was allocated but hadn't turned up the bar was closed at 9pm it's supposed to be a hotel I went couple weeks ago and it wasn't even open we are both disappointed with them
Everything
Location
The property is about to close down for good according to the landlord . It has seen better days unfortunately with a lack of maintenance. The bar wasn’t open on the Monday and Tuesday and the good to be honest was awful. The chicken I had was like a rubber boot which had not been cooked.
Cheap and cheerful
Bar closed too early
The lady who let me in was pleasant but no other staff as I believe it is shutting down in September
Neglected believe you are closing it down
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a short trip to explore Glasgow and the surrounding area. We especially fell in love with the large, fluffy towels! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Could not get one was not open
Give me my money back overall it was terrible
The hotel did not serve breakfast. But recommended the kilbowie cafe a little further up the road. Which served us well Our rooms were singles, small but had everything we needed for our stay. A lick of paint and some updating would be encouraging. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were polite, friendly and obliging.
It would've been nice to have breakfast on sight.
Staff could do enough to make me welcome. Nothing was a problem for them. Rooms spotless
The rooms Restaurant Location STAFF
Very tired, grubby room broken blinds. Room unbearably hot - no ventilation, only one small fan. Would not recommend.
* Good value for money. * Friendly restaurant staff, who also handle the check-in process. * Convenient location as a starting point for trips to the Highlands. * Spacious rooms. * Clean rooms.
* Since there is no dedicated reception staff, check-in can be inconvenient. It took us a while to find someone who could check us in. * Very small bathroom sink. * No breakfast available at the property.
The hotel is a bit remote; however, the area is quiet, and it was okay to stay for 2 nights.
Nothing specific
Good sized room. Met all our needs and was comfortable.
The bit of mold in bathroom chattels may indicate that new sealant and deep cleaning might be needed.
Clean, decent sized rooms, easy to find and lots of free parking.
The bar and restaurant were closed the night we stayed which was half the reason we selected it so that was disappointing
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with any concerns I had.
-Mould in the bathroom all over the ceiling everywhere. -Tv would often cut out due to poor signal -Short staffed so couldn’t order breakfast or have assistance of any kind in the mornings or late evenings -The free internet did not work at all had to use my 5G and no internet on the tv so I couldn’t really use it at all. -Bar staff were running reception from the bar (not their fault) -Vending machine only takes coins so couldn’t get any type of snack/food/drink early or later after staff have left.
Attached bar for food. Fan in the room. Comfortable bed. Easy free parking. Friendly staff.
Rooms clean but a little bit tired.
I liked that I was listened to, as my Mum and myself are disabled, our room was on the first floor and access was via a disabled lift, our room was very spacious and we had a wet room which was great, plus we had a dressing room which was an added bonus, staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for you. All in all a win win.
One of the blinds needed fixed and the shower rail was tied up, so it couldn't be lowered
Staff were brilliant, food plentiful hot and tasty. Comfy bed.
Room tired, bathroom poorly lit, tiny sink not fit for purpose, shower freezing even after running for several minutes. Blind cord broken. No check in or check out.
Bar open longer.
Good location, easy to access. On site food and bar.
Areas of damage could be fixed, both in the room and bathroom. Overall property feels tired and in need of investment. All staff are for the pub rather than hotel
De gastvrijheid
Ver van de stad af
The room was a lovely big room, it does need a bit of an update - the lady who cleaned our room was lovely, really helpful.
Although we were informed beforehand there would be no food available on the Sunday, the restaurant was closed all week which was really a big downside
Not much. A Polish member (temporary) made it less awful.
Everything was tired, in need of a total refit. The meals stopped at 8pm, the bar closed at 9pm. Not as advertised. The location was near nothing special, 1hour bus ride into Glasgow. The draught beers were only available on one of the two nights we stayed. I consider this to have been the worst location and hotel choice on our road trip.
Geräumiges Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel
Niemand am Abend vor Ort
Great Hungry horse pub below, food selection was pretty good. It has parking,(roughly 20-30min drive to the airport, don't quote me on this). Single bed room with kettle, shower, WC, towels, fairly big TV.
A few creeky floorboards but nothing to put me off staying.
Clean and VFM
Staff where friendly and helpful - we were checking in early for a wedding and our room was available prior to 2pm
Hotel rooms area very dated, hotel and restaurant smells like stale smoke Restaurant opening times show 10am but didn't actually open until 12pm. Many restaurant visitors turned up prior to 12pm and left
The hotel was beautifully set out.
I was travelling for work so location wise this was ideal for me. Plenty of free parking on site. Single room was fine and adequate for my needs. It was clean although a bit tired looking and could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up. Bed was comfortable enough. I've stayed here many times before and had always been lucky enough to have a room at the back of the hotel. This time I was at the front and being a hot room and facing the main road, you face the dilemma of whether to sleep with the window open or not! That said, the rooms are above the Greene King/Hungry Horse restaurant so a half decent meal is not far away. Good budget short stay accommodation.
Room a bit tired looking with peeling paint on the walls and windows. Frayed carpet and a few cracked tiles and surface mould in the bathroom. Very small shower cubicle although good shower.
Convenient
Location was perfect. Room is small but very practical for the one night whilst working away and so quiet, clean and staff very polite
N/a
Room, Bed, Facilities in room, Room at back away from road noise, Friendly Staff.
Restaurant not open for breakfast.
Everything
All good
Food in evening not bad but due to staff shortage not many options available
Water pressure is good
A little dated
Comfy bed, quiet (other than road noise) and good location for travelling into Glasgow. Food available if needed and plenty of options in Clydebank not far away as well.
It's a little tired (minor issue but not too bad)
Location, that is all.
No restaurant, no bar, no reception, no staff. Arrived to an unmanned reception, had to call a number for a staff member to eventually give keys to rooms. The restaurant and bar were also closed due to no staff!
It was cheap, clean and close to where we were going to a wedding
It was confusing as to where to book in as no staff at desk at hotel and a sign telling you to go to the bar. Then when we were leaving there was no staff to take our key and the bar was not open. Had to call them n was speaking to a robot who took ages to put us through to a person for help
The shower Nice chap issued key.
Box room dimensions. Restaurant closed. Basic accommodation, reflected in price.
The single bed was comfy
Unfortunately I was told after booking that the pub was closed so no dinner or breakfast available. That was the least of my problems. I couldn't get in as there were no staff around. A phone number on the door to call which put you through to an AI, you then have to guess what the magic word is to progress anywhere. Unfortunately the magic word wasn't any of these- check in, reception, front desk, get in my room, speak to someone, I have a room booked, I need to get in, I have a booking. So you're basically stuck unless you know exactly what to say. Ended up banging on windows to get someone's attention as at this point you are locked out. I was met with someone who was unfortunately to say, a bit cocky and not particularly helpful or apologetic. Room is tiny too, TV didn't have many channels. Just not good enough regardless of the price.
Good clean tidy
Nothing

Great location for me, exactly what I needed, quiet room Friday and Saturday night. Didn't hear the pub, staff very helpful when needed
Nothing really.
Staff clean easy access and parking
Peace and quiet
Fantastic- fulfilled all expectations. Staff were all outstanding - helpful, pleasant, felt like staying with family.
That it might not be available in the future.
Good location for us Spacious room Quiet Parking Food available on site Friendly staff
Could do with a refresh, two chairs needed rather than one, mirror and plug needed at desk/dressing table for hair/make up
