wse stayed a night with our daughter and grandchildren as they were moving. The hotel prepared the room for the children as our daughter specified (mattresses on the floor). They were responsive throughout.

The door of the suite didn’t close nor locked. The sink was blocked, un blocked upon request and blocked again. Staff inefficient to book a taxi - maybe not enough local people

המיקום מדהים, הצוות היה שירותי ונעים, החדר היה בול מה שהיינו צריכים, שמרו לנו על המזוודות עד שהחדר היה מוכן גם קיבלנו מגבות לים. מאוד מרוצים!

Location, helpful staff

Some things didnt work, eg ceiling shower and one if the shutters. Couldn’t ask for help when I realised m, eg while showering

L’emplacement est vraiment top . Rapport qualité prix pour 4 vraiment très bien . On a aimé pouvoir avoir du bon café quand on voulait en libre service .

Avoir une chambre dans balcon c’est un peu étouffant. Mais comme on est super bien placé on descend et on est tout de suite proche de la mer .

כל החוויה היתה מצוינת. שירות נהדר מכולם, סבלניים, חדרים נוחים. היינו 3 מבוגרים והיה מספיק מרחב לכולם. מיקום נהדר מוח השגרירות האמריקאית , קרוב לים בוגרשוב לשוק הכרמל ועוד. היה שקט בחדר למרות ההמולה מבחוץ.

The shower doors doesn't close up well to prevent water dripping to the floor.

המלון היה ממש סבבה, החדר מרווח, נקי ומאובזר. עובדי הקבלה היו מאד ידידותיים ומועלים.

הדבר היחידי שבאמת מאכזב הוא הנוף מהחדר. קודם כל, למרות הקירבה לים המלון מוסתר ע״י מלון אחר ולמעשה לא רואים את הים. במקרה שלנו גם היינו בקומה נמוכה כך שהנוף שלנו היה חניון.

המיקום מצויין החדר מרווח מאוד והאפשרות לאכול א. בוקר טובה אמנם במלון ליד באוירה נעימה ומשפחתית.

מיקום מדהים, חניה, נקי, מרווח. והכי חשוב הצוות שמסייע בכל דבר. ממליץ מאוד

הכל היה מעולה

לקחנו סוויטה עם מרפסת ונוף לים. הסוויטה היתה מרווחת והמיקום מצויין 5 דקות מהחוף. יש אפשרות לקבל מגבות, סבונים ושמפו גם אחרי הצ'ק אאוט וניתן להתקלח בחדר רחצה נחמד ונקי. צוות ממש נחמד

ריהוט ממש ישן. טלויזיות קטנות ללא כבלים למרות שהזמנו את הסוויטה הכי יקרה מאד איכזב את נכדה שלי בת ה10. לא ניתן היה לכוון את המזגן אבל לא מאד הפריע כי לא היה כל כך חם אני מניחה שביולי אוגוסט יותר קשוח.

מזרונים לא נוחים, למרות שביקשנו יציאה מאוחרת היינו צריכים להחליף חדר. אין חדר אוכל ובלובי יש רק שתיה

המלון נקי ומסודר וסופר נוח! הצוות אדיב ונחמד מאוד לאורחים. התארחנו זוג+2, קיבלנו יחידה גדולה עם מטבחון ושולחן אוכל, וחדר נפרד להורים. במלון יש חנייה במחיר סביר מאוד, על בסיס מקום פנוי. בעזיבה יכולנו לאחסן את החפצים, לקבל מגבות לים, להתקלח בסוף היום בקומת הלובי ולהתארגן לפני הנסיעה הביתה. מיקום המלון מושלם - 4 דקות הליכה מחוף בוגרשוב, במיקום מרכזי וקרוב מאוד לסופרים ובתי קפה. בלובי יש מחשב לילדים, ספרים, משחקים, שתייה, מכונת קפה, עמדת תה ואווירה ממש נחמדה. הילרי מהקבלה פשוט מקסימה!!! קיבלה אותנו בחיוך מהרגע הראשון, דאגה לכל הצרכים שלנו ופינקה את הילדים שלנו. תמורה שווה ביותר למחיר! בטוח שנחזור!

Central location and close to the beach.

Had to leave early. Nothing else.

Essentially having two bedrooms, rooms with one being the bedroom and one the living room with the sofa bed and the door that isolates one from the other. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Good free cappucino from a machine in the lobby.

The Best Western on Hayarkon in Tel Aviv is my go to hotel in Tel Aviv. I come back year after year. Boutique hotel where everyone knows your name. The friendliest most helpful staff. Impeccably clean. Perfect location, across the street from the beach and surrounded by shopping for just about anything. Leah, Hilary , Uri the friendliest front desk!!

The location is just 3 minutes from the very sandy beach in Tel Aviv. The Queen suite room we booked had 2 toilets and a bath and a shower. A large refrigerator sink and microwave made breakfast and lunch easy for us and for our evening meal you can walk just 5 minutes to many restaurants and fast food locations. Supermarkets are everywhere and open early to late. The airport is less then 30 minutes by Taxi or take a 15 minute train ride into town and continue by bus number 4 to the hotel. Free hot drinks in the hotel reception.

Only 1 lift in the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We stayed many times in nearby hotels in Tel Aviv and found this hotel a great choice. we took a junior suite which was clean and very comfortable for our family (4), it has a kitchenette, 2 rooms with separate bathrooms, TVs, ACs, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The shower pressure was a bit weak but not a real issue. The reception and the house keeping staff were very welcoming and treated us with a smile. We celebrated birthday and they offered us drinks and let us stay longer. The location of the hotel can't be better. close to the beach and to restaurants. It has a private parking for an affordable fare which is a big bonus. The hotel has a small and decorative lobby with free hot drinks and soft drinks that you can buy. it has a nice gym that we didn't use this time, runners can find a great jogging track along the beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in our next vacation in Tel Aviv.

The room was spacious and just the right size for three adults. There was a small, clean refrigerator. We celebrated a birthday, and they kindly treated us with wine and chocolate. The room had two bathrooms and a very comfortable shower, which made getting ready much easier. There was hotel parking available for a fair fee, which made things very convenient upon arrival.
