Everything was perfect ! Near the sea!! The staff were wonderful and always helpful—especially two young women at reception. And here was a pleasant surprise: Happy Hours from 6 to 7 PM., when they offer Soup (every day different) with bread and white and red wine with cookies. Always you have coffee, tea , apples and oranges in the lobby. Everything is clean; good housekeeping. A wonderful roof with sea view and sunsets! I decided to stay at the hotel for another week.

Very good location, very good breakfast, very nice and calm atmosphere, very clean. Tea and coffee are available all the time. Comfortable mattresses.

Initially I was given a room that didn't correspond to the room booked and paid for. However, Svetlana at reception was able to change it for me, she is really wonderful. However, I wondered what would have happened if the hotel was full. So it wasn't very well done. The AC is a very old model built into the wall, and so while the temperature was okay in the room, there was no way to make it colder, and it wasn't cold at all. However, it was still okay. All in all, these were details in the large scheme of things of a wonderful hotel.

la lumière de mon entrée est tombé en panne le 1er jour, mais n'en a pas parlé. La télé coupe très souvent (l'image se fige et la télé indique "loading" problement à cause de la lenteur du WIFI?

Гостиница расположена в непосредственной близости от моря, можно взять полотенце на пляжа. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Вечером готовят суп и вино для гостей гостиницы.

La taille de la chambre Nous étions dans une chambre de 3, mais le 3e « lit » est juste une banquette petite et étroite pour un adulte (plutôt adaptée pour un enfant) Les meubles étaient trop volumineux et empêchaient de circuler à 3 dans la chambre et posé 3 valises sur le sol. J’ai retiré deux meubles et on a gagné de la place !

I can’t say enough good about this gem of a hotel! I so enjoyed my stay and would book again in a heartbeat. First, let’s begin with the location - I literally cannot think of a better, more central location than this hotel. It is immediately across the street from the best part of the tel Aviv beach, it is smack in the middle of all the most gorgeous luxury hotels, and it is steps away from many great restaurants. The best location ever! Now the room - I loved mine. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had many small conveniences I appreciated - from a bar fridge and safe, to nice amenities in the bathroom. I have to say that I found everything extremely clean and the housekeeping was done daily and to a very high standard. Next, let’s talk about the food - wonderful! The breakfast had great variety for a smaller hotel. So many salads and cheeses, breads, fruits, cereals, yogurts, pastries, smoked and pickled fish, hard boiled eggs, Shakshuka, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes. And, of course, there’s a great coffee machine to make yourself lattes and coffees. I was also so grateful for their daily happy hour, where they served soup, wine, breads, pastries and other snacks. So many hotel guests participate, and many go empty their treats on the gorgeous rooftop terrace that overlooks the ocean. The staff and manager were wonderful and hospitable. I’m not sure what else the here to say, but go! You’ll be so pleased with your stay!

A nice small hotel by Tel Aviv standards. Excellent location and the breakfast is outstanding.

If you are claustrophobic then the elevators might be a problem.

The staff and the location cannot be beaten. Fabulous! They also support volunteers coming to provide support to the communities here.

If you like your hotel to be on the smaller side, with friendly staff, a great breakfast and a wonderful location, then this hotel is definitely for you. The roof terrace offers amazing views of the sunset!

I've stayed here twice this year (so far) and definitely try to get a room on the higher floors if possible. The lifts are TINY, so beware if you're claustrophobic.

המיקום מדהים. ממש קרוב לים ונותנים מגבות לים. הצוות היה משפחתי ואדיב. מלון נעים ויחס חם. חנייה אם פנוי במיקום מנצח. פינת קפה פתוחה כל היום.

Прекрасное месторасположене, чистый и комфортный номер с видом на море, удобная кровать, вкусный завтрак. Чай, кофе, печеньки и фрукты в лоби 24 часа. Приятно удивили вином и супом по-вечерам. Доброжелательный и любезный персонал, девушки на ресепшен очень милые. Стоянка от гостиницы была заполнена, поэтому нас нарпраили на ближайшую общественную платную стоянку, там мы тоже с трудом нашли место. А так понравилось всё, обязательно ещё вернёмся.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel is very well run. There is free coffee and biscuits in the lobby all day and a happy hour between 6 and 7 pm when you get free wine, soup and snacks.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Персонал отличный, придержали нам место стоянки ( бесплатное ) что для Тель Авива большая редкость. Завтрак вкусный, всё свежее .На ресепшн можно взять полотенца для моря и сумочку ( очень удобно) . Местоположение отеля очень удобное , отличный пляж прямо через дорогу. Получили номер с отличным видом на море ! На крыше отличный балкон с навесом , столиками и лежаками.

В номере относительно чисто , но если заглянуть под кровать или в углы то там давно не убирали . Окна можно и помыть , всё таки вид хороший. На крыше не всегда чисто . Нет кофемашины , чай , коже в пакетиках и те не особо пополняют , приходилось брать внизу в лобби и нести наверх .

Small hotel which is amazingly good value for money by Tel Aviv standards.. Excellent breakfasts and the roof top area is great for watching the sunsets . Spotless clean.

Would have been nice if there had been a small bar on the roof. Can be noisy at weekends..

the beds were so small and short, the room was small, the window was small, the breakfast was average. I had a really big problem with the reservation on booking, they reserved me a double room for one person in stead that doble room with 2 persons as i selected. i had to pay for the second person at the hotel. the price overall was so big for what this hotel had to offer. Pay attention of the reservation with booking!

המלון ממוקם נפלא מע ל חוף הים .מלון נקי, חדרים לא גדולים אך מפנקים. צוות מסביר פנים הנענה לכל בקשה. בלובי כל היום שתייה חמה ומים קרים. בערב מרק ויין חופשי. ארוחת הב.וקר עשירה ומגוונת. אין ספק שנמליץ ונחזור אלי ו גג מפנק עם מיטות,פינות ישיבה ושתייה

המקום נקי מאוד והיה קרוב מאוד לחוף הים. יש בשעה שש בערב מרק על חשבון המלון.

במטבח האישה המבוגרת הייתה קצת אגרסיבית כלפיי ובנוסף כל פעם שאלו אותי אם אני אורח במלון. כאילו אדם שחור לא יכול להיות אורח במלון בסיסי שלוש כוכבים.!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito. La atención es esmerada. Las habitaciones son cómodas bien equipadas. El desayuno completo, perfecto. Además brindan cafetería libre las 24hs.

Es difícil estacionar. Cuenta con un espacio pero es reducido y casi nunca está disponible. Hay un estacionamiento subterráneo a muy pocos metros pero es complejo en los accesos y costoso.

The hotel is a bit old and run down, no parking (we paid 70 shekel per day for parking), the room and bathroom were very small, the bed not comfortable enough (I got back pain), linen & towels should be of better quality. They only replaced towels on the second day, but thr room was not cleaned and beds were not set. The lobby was noisy and the dinning area was in the lobby which was very unpleasant

התאכזבנו לגלות שביום חג נדרשנו לפנות ב 12:00, התשובה של הקבלה הייתה "במילא אתם לא שומרים שבת והתכוונתם לפנות היום אז אין חובה להאריך לכם את השהות.." משהו כזה , לא מוצלח במיוחד..

פינוי מוקדם, רעש והמולה של האורחים, לא היה מקום לשבת בחדר אוכל בשעות שנקבעו לארוחה.

Emplacement idéal, face à la plage Bograshov, petit hôtel quasiment familial, au personnel aimable et efficace. Un plus ENORME, le rooftop, bien aménagé et décoré, offrant une vue incroyable sur la mer.

המלון מקסים. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, בריאה: חביתה, מקושקשת, ביצה קשה, ירקות, גבינות,מגוון לחמים ולחמניות. הכל טרי. פירות וקפה/תה - חופשי כל היום. בחדר מקרר, וגם פינת קפה. למלון גג עם נוף נפלא לים מצויד בפינות ישיבה ופינת קפה (חינם!). נמצא על הטיילת, רק לחצות את הכביש. יש אפילו מספר מקומות חניה מתחת למלון

החדר קטן, המקלחת קצת צפופה.

מלון שממוקם באיזור מעולה, המלון מתוחזק, צוות נחמד ועוזר, ארוחת בוקר טובה, יש מרקים בחינם בערב,מסביב הרבה מסעדות וקיוסקים, תחנות אוטובוס קרובות . זאת הפעם השנייה שלי במלון ואחזור אליו שוב.

מלון מקסים, כשמו כן הוא. מיקום מצוין על הים, חדרים נוחים ונקיים, זרם טוב במקלחת. יש כל מה שצריך. אהבנו את המרק והכיבוד בערב, את המכונת קפה והפירות שמוגשים כל היום. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. הגג של המלון צופה על הים בתצפית יפה, עם ספות נוחות ופינת שתיה מפנקת. היחס של הצוות מעולה. נשמח לחזור שוב! מומלץ מאוד

Понравилось все! Отель практически на побережье. Персонал прекрасный. Вечером в холе звучит живая музыка и подают вкуснейший легкий супчик и вино. Утром молочный завтрак ( сыры, омлет, хлопья, молоко, йогурт, овощи, выпечка и т.д). Кофе, чай, фрукты и вкусняшки в холе. Прекрасная площадка для отдыха на крыше. В номере оказалось два сан.узла, что очень удобно. Номер небольшой, но чистый и удобный. С удовольствием будем бронировать в этом отеле и в дальнейшем.
