Mut centrico. Personal amable.

Mucha diferencia entre las habitaciones. Nos dieron una en la 3era planta donde no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Pedimos el.cambio y nos dieron una en la segunda. No tenia nada que ver.

Hotel magnifique avec style petit palace et des chambres très spacieuses. Le personnel agréable et très serviables. Un très bon petit déjeuner . Il y'a également un petite piscine , SPA..etc. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The rooms were very hot, the facilities did not match the photos and we were charged for extra water when, given the size of our booking and the duration of our stay that should harm complementary

Mr Onur on the front lobby checked us in. Through out the 2 week stay of my wife and two teenage sons he was there to book our tours and advise us on sites to visit. Superb advice. Made the holiday wonderful.The two cleaning ladies Tooba and Belgin kept our King Suite clean. Thank you. The breakfast and swimming were appreciated by my family. Thank you again Mr Onur, for all your help. See you soon.

Die Lage war gut zentral gelegen. Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl und immer alles frisch. Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit .

Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen also vorallem die Möbel waren in unserem Zimmer nicht mehr gut sodass teilweise das Furniere nicht mehr festgehalten hat und kurz davor war komplett sich zu lösen an den Schränken .

El personal es súper amable, el desayuno está bien y la ubicación es muy buena. Si viajas con niños tienes justo un parque en frente.

El hotel es muy viejo, las habitaciones son muy viejas y necesitas renovación. No se parece a las fotos.

La situation à 5 min de la Mosquée Bleue. La chambre avec balcon.

Décoration un peu vieillotte. Le petit dej dans une salle sans fenêtre alors qu'il y a une superbe terrasse. La piscine est a restaurer, les caillebotis sont cassés, on peut donc s'y blesser. La piscine en photo paraît beaucoup plus grande qu'en réalité, elle est toute petite, de même pour les chambres. On est loin d'un palace...

It’s literally 9 minutes walk from blue mosque & Hagia Sofia, clean ambience, cheap amazing restaurants just behind the hotel. Amazing Turkish breakfast. Highly recommended… especially if you have kids, it has a children’s park in front & a swimming pool ❤️

PERSONALE GENTILE, MOLTO DISPONIBILE AD ASSECONDARE LE RICHIESTE, MOLTO PROFESSIONALE. TUTTO LO STAFF OTTIMO IN OGNI RUOLO TUTTI ECCELLENTI. Camere di dimensioni adeguate con letti comodi e materassi confortevoli. Il mio giudizio sull' Hotel è più che buono ed eccellente sul tutto il personale di ogni mansione.

Colazione con varietà di prodotti non in linea con i miei gusti. Solo pochi prodotti mi erano graditi, comunque riconosco che erano in quantità più che generosa. Il bagno della camera era un po' piccolo per me (c'è da dire che io sono alto 190 cm e peso 140 kg.) io sono di dimensioni extra large. La piscina è un po' piccola. L'ascensore è un po' piccolo. Gli arredi sono signorili ma datati, comunque più che buoni. Nel complesso il mio giudizio sull' Hotel è più che buono.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Vor allem für Backpacker! Wenn man jung und fit ist kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und benötigt weder Bus noch Taxi.

Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Zu Eröffnung war es sicher toll, doch es dürfte einige Jahrzehnte zurückliegen. Duschen renovierungsbedürftig, Betten ungemütlich, Räume zu klein…

Piscina mult mai mica decat pare in fotografii. Parcarea privata era de fapt parcare pe strada, dar se ocupau angajatii sa mute mașinile si sa parcheze, daca era necesar. Ciudat ca pentru parcare au cerut o suma cash, in orice moneda, dar nu card:).

Mancare buna la micul dejul, personal foarte amabil. Terasa cu o priveliste frumoasa.

Localização excelente, pra quem gosta de fazer passeios a pé esse hotel fica muito próximo as principais atrações turísticas de Istambul e ótimos opções de restaurantes e comércios em geral a menos de 5 minutos de caminhada. A equipe muito educada e prestativa.

Insonorisation= zéro on entendait nos voisins de chambres, les gens qui parlaient dans la rue etc comme si on était à côté d'eux. Confort = zéro le lit petit ( pourtant nous ne sommes pas grand), une seule "couverture" d'à peine 1m40 pour deux, la climatisation fonctionnait a moitié et faisait un bruit monstre Petit déjeuner= même compris il faut payer un supplément pour avoir un vrai petit déjeuner Propreté= moisissures dans la salle de bain et derrière la tapisserie, poussière sur les murs

A reggelinél nagy választék,sok finomság. Kényelmesen,nyugodtan lehet reggelizni. Nem kell sietni .

El mobiliario estaba un poquito anticuado

Отличный, вежливый персонал. Красивые холл и зона завтрака. Номер достаточно большой для троих, адекватный размер ванной комнаты. Отлично работал кондиционер. Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак, правда кофе невкусный. Отличная терраса на 4-м этаже. Вода в бассейне чистая и теплая (хотя сам бассейн крошечный). Добираться до отеля или с горки\в горку, или на автобусе вдоль набережной и немного пройтись. Магазин продуктовый рядом есть и много кафе. До главных достопримечательностей 25-30 минут пешком.

Звукоизоляция номера так себе, особенно с детьми по соседству. Вид из номера - стена какого-то склада. СПА не соответствовал описанию. В сауне и парной невозможно было находиться, поскольку она была холодной. За 3 дня так и не воспользовались. Никакого персонала, когда не придешь. Но в наличии всегда шампунь, тапки и полотенца. Халат в номер нужно просить отдельно (это бесплатно). Минус балл за "СПА", а так - все отлично.

Μόνο η τοποθεσία

Δεν ήταν καθαρό το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν είχε παντού σημάδια στον τοίχο υγρασίες και μυρωδιά. Επίσης από λάθος τους και της εφαρμογής μαζί με την τράπεζα μου μας είχανε χρεώσει 4 δωμάτια δίκλινα και ο υπάλληλος της υποδοχής ενώ του είπαμε ότι έχουμε κλείσει 2 δίκλινα ήθελε να μας βάλει να πάρουμε κάθε άτομο από ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο. Του είπαμε να κάνουμε δωρεάν ακύρωση τα 2 δίκλινα και να κρατήσουμε τα άλλα δύο αλλά αρνήθηκε.

Hotel, força ben situat per veure les principals mezquites d'Istanbul. Una mica apartat del transport public, però en general es un Hotel que recomano per visitar istanbul. el personal es molt atent, servicial i l'esmorzar està força bé.

L'hotel necessita una remodelació perquè està una mica antiquat però en general està força bé. El fet que per anar a buscar el tranvia hagis de fer una pujada caminant de 10 minuts, es una mica cansat.

A special thank you to Onur and Samet for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made me feel very welcome and were always ready to help with anything I needed. locatia este foarte ok, in stanga marea si in dreapta moscheea albastra, ajungi rapid in centru pe jos, multe restaurante magazine si liniste in acelasi timp, personalul f amabil si mic dejun cat de cat ok.

Au sus terasa la etajul 4 de unde se vad marea si orasul si e in plin soare, au mese dar nicio umbrela nimic, nu se poate sta vara, clocoteste efectiv, la un hotel de 4stele ar fi putut sa puna si ei 6 umbrele la mese si sa amenajeze ceva sus, mai ales ca asa se intelegea ca au rooftop terrace dar este ceva pustiu:( hotelul are 4 stele insa este cam invechit si camerele chicioase, dar curat. noi am platit 950lei pt 2 nopti si arata ca este redus de la 4800lei, in niciun caz nu merita pretul initial si chiar cred ca si cum 100euro/ noapte gasesti mult mai ok la Istanbul.

Liftul s-a stricat prea des.Noi stand la ultimul etaj,cu un copil a fost mai incorfortabil.

Ce que j'ai apprécié, le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et toujours souriant. La chambre est grande et le ventilateur fonctionnait très bien. La vue sur la mer est incroyable, et le balcon avec vue sur la mer et la mosquée est tout simplement magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel nous a beaucoup aidés pour organiser nos visites à Istanbul, à des prix tout à fait corrects. Juste en face de l'hôtel se trouve un joli parc avec une très belle fontaine. La Mosquée Bleue et Sainte-Sophie sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied, ce qui est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Dommage que l'ascenseur soit tombé en panne chaque jour durant notre séjour. C'est également regrettable que le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. En été, avec la chaleur, pouvoir garder des boissons fraîches dans la chambre est vraiment important. La piscine est beaucoup trop profonde pour les enfants et pratiquement inutilisable pour eux. De plus, plusieurs dalles autour de la piscine étaient cassées. J'ai failli trébucher gravement, ce qui représente un véritable risque pour la sécurité.

L'accueil est exceptionnel. On nous donne tous les renseignements nécessaires dès notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon.

Nagyon nagy szeretettel fogadják a vendégeket. Reggel 5 órakor kellett indulnunk a reptérre és szendvicset is készítettek nekünk az útra.

Wellness egy kicsit kicsi. Felettünk volt egy nyitott terasz és időnként zavaró volt hogy éjszaka is húzgàltàk a bútorokat, székeket ami elég nagy zajjal járt.

Fueron muy amables siempre. El dia de salida nos guardaron las maletas y pudimos utilizar la piscina hasta la hora de la recogida.

We came late and the first thing the receptionist (Berkoy, Furkan) did was to offer refreshments, that was so nice. Also we felt special we were always greeted friendly, they opened the doors for us prepared a bottle of water in the room and many really nice things besides keeping everything clean. Bilgen was keeping our room exceptionally clean and tidy and she was also giving us a little surprise, we were really feeling like visiting family. If ever we come back to Istanbul this will be the first hotel to look for a room. And all in all my kids just loved the cats, one was every morning coming up to the 3rd floor to greet us.

L'emplacement (à 10 min à pied de Sultanahmet), très central, mais calme (il y a un parc juste en face pour les enfants). La literie, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel et tous les services associés sont tops : piscine, spa, sauna/hammam, transferts aéroport, croisières, petits services divers. Un super hôtel!

Il manquait peut-être des couvertures pour les nuits fraiches (nous n'avons pas demandé)

Breakfast was great. I loved the location and the rooftop terrrace was top-notch. The parking space was a plus and we liked Bilce, our cleaning lady. She was always smiling and happy to help.

the wi fi in the room was poor. You had to sit in certain spots so as to get apropriate data connection.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and most aspects of my experience were positive. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service in Room 101. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned to the standard I expected. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and there were several occasions when the room was not properly attended to. This affected the overall comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the quality of housekeeping in the future, as this is an important part of the guest experience. Apart from this issue, the hotel has good potential, and I hope to see improvements on my next visit.🤨🤨

El hotel en general está muy bien, los baños algo viejos. La ubicación excelente, así como el servicio. El desayuno muy completo.

A pesar de haber solicitado habitación silenciosa, la habitación estaba cerca de aparatos de aire acondicionado o similares que hacían bastante ruido. El spa no está vigilado. Había en la piscina una familia con niños pequeños gritando y jugando, con lo que no conseguimos ni bañarnos ni relajarnos.

Nice location and friendly staff. Distance to Sultanahmet is around 10 mins through nice old, narrow streets filled with shops, restaurants and cafés.

Rooms are much smaller than what appears on the photos, the hotel is worn out. Bathroom is small and the shower area is very small. It is really an overstatement to say they have spa. Pool is 5x3m. Sauna, hamam and steam bath were turned off.

Sobre todo la atención del personal, nos orientó y nos ayudo a hacer nuestra visita un regalo para los sentidos. Yusuf siempre atento y muy cordial al igual que Kaya. Si volvemos a Stanbul no dudaremos en alojarnos en este hotel. Un 10!

Algunas habitaciones eran algo pequeñas pero es comprensible, el espacio se distribuyó hace tiempo. En zonas con historia suele ser así.

Este un hotel vechi, cu mobilier vechi, cearșaf găurit, foarte uzat, tapet stricat, umflat, cădița de duș cu mucegai, prosoape uzate, televizorul montat în lateralul camerei și cu numai cu posturi de TV turcești, mochetă tocită. Mic dejun mediocru.
