Sono cliente da circa dieci anni. Ci torno, nonostante ci siano nuovi hotel molto belli, per affezione e cura dello staff. Grazie a Menduh, al mio fraterno amico che fa servizio la notte, a Aidan e Sozer. Il mio matrimonio lì il dieci agosto è stato meraviglioso.

Solo attenzione maggiore ad un buffet colazione che sia all' altezza di un 4 stelle, anche alla luce dell' apertura di nuovi hotel e alla risalita di fogna in alcuni bagni, come nella 214

Continuo a venire da dieci anni. Solo questa volta nella camera 214 c'era cattivo odore di fogna in risalita

Camere in stile Ottomano con stucchi e decori fin-de-siecle. Dal nostro balcone (stanza 511) pareva di poter letteralmente toccare con un dito la meravigliosa Moschea Blu e, a 700metri, Santa Sofia con sullo sfondo lo scintillante Bosforo. La posizione e’ strategica, in pieno centro storico: potrete raggiungere in pochi passi la Mosche Blu. santa Sofia con i suoi magnifici mosaici bizantini e la stupefacente Basilica della Cisterna. A pochi passi dall’hotel troverete la fermata del metro us che permette di attraversare la citta’ senza conoscere traffico e fermandosi strategicamente nei luoghi di maggior interesse.

Местоположението е топ,но подвеждат с наличието на паркинг ктм хотела,такъв няма и те изнудват за обществения като турист 2000лири за ден мисля, че е прекалено!

Понравилось месторасположение, небольшой парк перед отелем и тишина в номере.

Платный паркинг - хотя есть надписи что для гостей отеля бесплатно, за двое суток заплатили 50 евро за парковку.

A deep cleaning of Rooms, stairs, lobby, everywhere Is needed. The restaurant Is not good at all and dirty. Breakfast Is accettabile but Waiters at breakfast do not care of guests and crows enter the terrace without any intervention of waiters, eating from guests dishes. Waiters do not care.

Great location with a view facing the blue mosque, breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful

Персонал который постоянно вас хочет обмануть .Мы попросили вызвать нам такси и в итоге заплатили в 3 раза больше чем стандартная цена.Просили сделать нам Турецкий чай и кофе и нам ответили что за это нужно доплатить а турецким гостям они приносили бесплатно

El nombre Deluxe Golden Horn lo tiene muy bien puesto: es auténticamente Deluxe en todos los sentidos. Nos alojamos en una Habitación Deluxe preciosa, amplia y con un balcón privado desde el que se divisaba gran parte de la ciudad. La cama era enorme y cómoda, el baño impecable y el aire acondicionado perfecto. Tener ese balcón para tomar un café al atardecer fue todo un lujo. El personal fue excepcionalmente atento y cercano. El desayuno buffet turco es variado, con quesos, aceitunas, verduras y frutas, todo muy fresco. Eso sí, lo mejor viene después... Aquí está la joya del hotel. La terraza del restaurante ofrece una panorámica de postal del Bósforo y la Mezquita de Sultanahmet. Desayunar o cenar allí con esas vistas es una experiencia que merece por sí sola el viaje. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

Muy desmejorado, se fue el agua uno de los días y no le dieron la mayor importancia, deben estar acostumbrados, hotel de 4 estrellas…, el desayuno siempre igual, si vas muchos días es cansino, se estropeó el ascensor, sólo tienen uno… no me pareció un hotel de 4 estrellas

Receptions were not friendly at all. Despite calling and asking physically on Reception for room lights, toilet broken- unfortunately after 5 days no one came to fix entrance light in room. No Good for Money.

It was my third stay at this hotel. This time i got a corner room which had stunning views on the 2 sides of the building where the windows were. Room was very good size, bathroom the same. It was clean and had the usual amenities like slippers, toiletries, tea, free bottles of water daily. Good breakfast, especially the various mezes or salads. Stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Very close to tram station and the park. Just lovely. Staff is also very friendly. Tessekurler ederiz.

Please install a coffee machine for breakfast instead of the filter coffee.

Мы попросили вызвать нам такси до Galaport на ресепшен нам ответили что нужно заплатить им 30€ за поездку мы заплатили…и зря…Обратная дорога с того же места до отеля нам обошлась в 14€.Не заказывайте такси с отеля !!!!Они позвонят своим друзьям и зарабатывают деньги на вас!Также на завтраках туристам и с Турции накрываю столы и приносят Турецкий чай и кофе бесплатно с других туристов с других стран говорят что Турецкий кофе extra money

Posizione strategica, comoda per visitare a piedi la parte storica di Istanbul. L’albergo e’ molto bello, la suite Sultan stupenda con vista sulla Moschea Blu e Ayasofya. La terrazza e’ molto accogliente sia per la colazione che per una cena romantica con le luci delle moschee. Tutto molto bello!

Кондиционер не справлялся с охлаждением помещения, розетки все находятся за тумбочками и доступ к ним затруднен, у чайника коротки поводок и подключить его к розетке на штатном месте невозможно.

The roof top terrace has an amazing view to the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. Great restaurant staff. The hotel is very near to Aya Sophia and the Blue mosque.

We were put in a lower class room that we booked. After making this known, we were put in the reserved room, but the AC was not working. It was August in Stambul and the room was too hot. We were too tired to go back down and get resettled. We just came from Dubai and the quality for the price was totally out of proportion.

Не понравился скудный завтрак. Кофе за доп.плату. Омлет тоже. Считаю, что не надо было оплачивать за зпвтрак. А завтракать рядом в кафе

All was OK. The view of the Sultanahmet mosque, Bosforus and Marmara see from suite room 408 window was fantastic! The foto from window view is attached. The hotel is located in quiet place, in 2 steps to main sreeet near Sultanahmet and tram T1, to Hagia Sophia, Topcapi palace, Sultanahmet mosque etc.

The Hotel has the best location and the best views of Istambul from the room and from the restaurant

The shower doesn't close properly, the room isn't properly deodorized and the TV isn't modern.

The Deluxe Golden Horn Sultanahmet Hotel provided a comfortable, clean and very good experience. The room was spacious and offered wonderful views across the city, the staff were friendly and professional and the hotel is a perfect location with easy access to the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia, the Basilica Cistern as well as to a range of restaurants. All in all a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul.

There is nothing I did not like about our stay.

This is a comfortable hotel in a fantastic position, just a few minutes walk from the Sultanahmet tram stop on Divan Yolu. What makes it special is the view from the front upper rooms and the 6th floor restaurant - Blue Mosque, Aghia Sophia, Aghia Irene, Bosphorus etc, simply exceptional. The hotel serves a wide range of Turkish and International dishes for breakfast and also offers evening meals. Staff are helpful and friendly. We’ve made many trips to Istanbul and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The staff all were amazing and helpful and supportative but the room was fair and the breakfast was less than expected. Even though I stayed in the hotel several times before but this time was not the same as I expected. I liked the fact that there is no alcohol served in all hotel which I liked most and this is one of the reason I came back, also it's location

Breakfast was less options than before but the staff all were great and provided good services. The room was just fair and bathroom shower was very bad when taking shower all water goes out.

It is recommended to use darker-colored curtains for windows, as lighter shades curtain in the room were less effective at blocking light, especially in the early mornings and in summer the sunrise is quite early.

Hotel velho, bastante sujo (carpetes sujos). A roupa de cama do meu quarto estava cheirando cigarro. Recepção rude.

Freundliche, eingehende Begrüßung in Deutsch und Englisch durch ADNAN und gute Betreuung und Beratung durch ihn in allen Fragen während des Aufenthaltes. Hinreißend schöne Dachterrasse im 6.Stock mit Blick auf Blaue Moschee und Bosporus.

Потрясающий вид из ресторана отеля! Очень вкусные завтраки. Выбор не очень большой, но все очень вкусно. Кофе заказывали за деньги (200 лир). Без хорошего кофе я не просыпаюсь))) Персонал очень вежливый, как всегда в Турции.

Подушки были ужасные. Или огромный камень или малюсенькая и плоская. Это единственный минус.

La ubicación es perfecta para poder conocer los lugares más famosos. Es un hotel clásico y tranquilo. Las camas muy cómodas. El hotel en general estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Las personas fueron excelentes en su atención. Pero lo mejor de todo es el restaurante, tiene una vista espectacular y la comida es deliciosa.

La terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur la mosquée bleue et le panorama alentours. Particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeûner, varié, frais et typique de la cuisine turque....vaste choix pour ceux celkes qui préfèrent les fruits, céréales ou autres.

Un détail les jus de fruits frais sont à votre charge si vous ne souhaitez pas boire les jus proposés à base de concentré.
