Floor in the room could have used a vacuming

The location was convenient and the room was very clean.

The location is convenient just off the highway The breakfast was good a pleasant surprise The front counter staff were accommodating

The TV was not functional. The response from the night staff was not acceptable as there was no follow up as to if it would be fixed

These answers are based off my son's stay. I booked for him from Calgary. He had no issues checking in. No, issues rebooking or extending his stay. He likes the food. The staff is friendly overall good experience.

Place smelt of smoke especially the room even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Wifi did not work, bath was blocked

Proximity to the highway. Close to the restaurants. Good wifi. The room was clean.

The breakfast was made of leftovers from previous day. At 5:05 AM, I went to get some food and all I could get was some cold 'boiled' eggs and one greasy sausage. The only one in the tray.

Room did not feel clean. Booked and paid for pet friendly room, had to pay extra for pet on arrival

The breakfast was Good. We like the fact that it had a TV so we could watch the news and weather forecast. Very accommodating and enjoyable to stay at.

We had a problem with the electric toaster that kept triggering the breaker.

This property had drug deals happening in the parking lot

We didn't have the breakfast. The location was convenient.

We were disappointed because the facility is old and run down. Our first room the AC didn't work so was moved. Second room only one bedside table and lamp.

The staff was very accommodating.

We stayed several nights. It was hard to navigate the TV in one of the rooms.

Great location on entry to the town. We required emergency medical care during our stay and the hotel graciously accommodated our extended stay. I also appreciated the lights and TV in the foyer when I had to run out at 3:00am for medications.

For a place for working guys to stay cheaply - they work hard and deserve a little better People shouting and yelling and slamming doors - made me feel unsafe Horrible breakfast area and availability Front desk didn’t even have a number to call me a cab - had to ask a cleaning lady to assist them

Courteous staff members and great communication over text. Readily available when needed basically. Any interaction at front desk during check in is lengthy but polite staff experience start to finish. I have booked here now more then once for a reason. It draws me back.

At first I didn't like waiting to have a cleaned pet friendly room 1.5hrs after initial check in time but even with waits the staff are so polite. They are on top of cleanliness 24/7 throughout the hallways. On top of everything. Seems to be better experiences each passing time now. No complaints 👌

The room was comfortable and in a convenient location. The staff was helpful.

The room was way down at the end of the hotel far from the front desk. Luckily, there was a luggage cart to help with moving our items in. However, it was a VERY long walk to get to and from the room. Breakfast was very minimal. Some hard boiled eggs and some sausage that was pretty anemic looking.

We liked the location, a little removed from downtown, we liked the parking, I was pulling a trailer. We liked the breakfast, we liked the people who worked there.

The lotion in the bathroom may need to be changed. Like I feel It no longer smelt right for use as though maybe it’s stale.

It was easy to find.

The management this time takes extra effort to make this hotel like a place to stay by supplying the bathroom supplies like hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and also their kuerig coffee and cups.

Hmmmm a little bit breath taking for my little knees to go up the stairs and they should clean their carpet a little bit better, looks dusty (dirty)

It is a great hotel, easy to find and accessible; friendly/helpful staff; clean , quiet, and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, hot and cold, nice variety! Lovely place , to stay, when away from Home!

Breakfast is poor but we had an early flight so it didn’t matter.

The breakfast sucked right out loud! My urine is darker than the coffe three out of four mornings, as an added bonus it was cold two out of four.T he bed was only made up one day out of three. When I wanted a reciept, was informed to go to Booking.com and request one. totally unprofessional.

Location was good. Staff was very nice.

Parking lot was very rough and covered with sheet ice. Not very safe for customers carrying luggage. The AC in the room did not work. They moved us to another room but that AC was broke as well. The staff was able to relocate us to another room with an operable AC.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well looked after. The bathroom had lots of space for toiletries and the shower had excellent hot water pressure.

I didn’t like that our room was such a long walk down the hall but I understand that we had checked in earlier than 3:00 and there were no other rooms ready at the time.

It’s was very quiet and good location for our needs .

The location is good

Smells in hallway like rotten milk and curry. Like baby puke smell. Room was dirty..old stained carpets mold growing in grout in shower. Couldn't take shoes off. Pop machine has nothing in it. Front desk kept disappearing. Also we had to keep the main light of as it shorted out on its own. A fire hazard.

Was easy. I like that front entrance is locked at night. Clean. Good stay. Was nice to come here after a long day of flights. Would stay again for sure, @100$ tax in

The floor was not washed once in 30 days I took my own garbage out to bin 4 times as the room is not serviced for 2700 dollars you would hope to have the room cleaned There seems to be a different room rate for other workers staying there Rug was vacuumed once in 30 days Washing machines just do not work and if they do they lock your clothes inside My self adhesive window black out curtains were thrown away and I was told that they are not allowed. I went over house rules and nothing about window black out patches are mentioned I work out of FSJ and would avoid this hotel at all costs if I ever work there again The manager has no regard for the guests personal property

Do not stay here. Its like they put lipstick on a pig. Run down, loud, smelt like cologne in my room, AC was very loud.

Everything was fine except breakfast not enough food have to tell staff missing food then they fill up. They don’t check themselves what’s getting low on food.
