Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Reception by the employee, all full of real smiles, chatty and eager to meet your needs.
Nothing really about the staff, they are excellent in many ways however, my observation which could be wrong is that they would benefit with another extra pair of hands, seems to be working long hours /days. A big establishment to be managed by 2 or 3 people on any given day/night. Despite that they are delivering excellent but have observed what appeared to be exhaustion to one particular worker who worked Monday to Monday. They sang praises about their employer.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026I loved the hospitality and the cleanliness of the place Very convenient to have a family room and the location is superb - close to the beach to the shops so it made our stay enjoyable
The main bed in the family room is very old - it needs to be changed/maintained as it is quite uncomfortable The 2 single beds for the kids are still fine though

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025The room had everything one would typically need - including an iron and ironing board.
Unfortunately, the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working as a result there is mold there. Also, the iron provided was not working (could not report to the staff as I was in a hurry).

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025The lodge is clean, safe, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. We had the half-board option, and the food was amazing—my mom couldn’t get enough of the lamb chops! We both really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The area feels secure, with cameras in place for added safety. The ladies at the lodge were so helpful and kind. We’re definitely coming back!
