Hotel is smucked in the middle of the town. Room size for 4 people is big and has space for 4 to 5 big luggage and carry-ons.

Walls need to be improved so noise can be minimized. Breakfast needs improvement. Price is way too pricey.

A localização é ótima. Fica na avenida principal e próximo ao início das trilhas. O café da manhã é bem completo, ótimo pra quem vai precisar de energia ao longo do dia.

O atendimento é um tanto quanto indiferente, sequer me explicaram como conseguir um traslado quando perguntei sobre.

El alojamiento es cómodo, tal como aparece en las fotos. Las vistas al lago son preciosas. Las casas están equipadas con todo lo necesario. El personal es súper amable, nos prestaron una cafetera, secador de pelo y una sartén grande. Nos pusieron un desayuno sin gluten para una amiga celíaca. La ubicación es muy buena, en Uber llegas en 5 minutos al centro del pueblo. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Lovely hotel with a spacious lobby & communal area with tables/chairs to sit. Was raining during our stay otherwise the garden area with mountain views looked very inviting. Staff very helpful to give their advice & suggestions for different trails (according to the weather forecast & visibility conditions) Would like to give a big thankyou to Paula & also to Brian on the front reception for their excellent service !

Nous avions le petit bungalow qui est séparé du bâtiment principal dans le jardin et c’est très agréable.

We stayed for four nights at the Fitz Roy, which was decent and clean but pretty basic. Our room was more or less bare with no chairs or drawers, but one doorless wardrobe with a couple of shelves and a little hanging space. Nothing else in the room apart from the bed. It felt a bit dingy. The need had a plastic covered mattress and the sheets didn’t really fit. The staff was excellent. Always helpful and friendly and happy to loan crockery and fill our water bottles. The hotel is well located.

Clean facilities in a very desirable location about a 10 min walk from an entrance to Los Glaciares national park. Included breakfast was nice.

The beds and pillows were not super comfortable, and it would be a nice addition if televisions were added to the rooms.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. We had wifi in our room but were close to reception. Front desk had a hair dryer. Could open the window to cool room down.

Expensive for basic room. Noisy in hallways at times. Cold breakfast only. Slow to get hot water at times but eventually it came through and water pressure was good.

We liked the ability to walk everywhere with easy access to hiking trails and restaurants, etc The packed lunches were plentiful, nutritious and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Given that most people staying here are active and hiking many km's per day they need healthy breakfasts not sugary desserts. Cooked oatmeal would be preferred to raw steelcut oats. Toiletries were rudimentary. No tissues, only two slivers of soap which were not replenished until the 3rd day. It wasn't advertised as a hostel so I guess we expected a little bit more for the money.

We had the private room out the back with beautiful views of the mountain and its own heating.

Unfortunately the private room doesn’t have access to the WiFi. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but not out of alignment with the others in the area.

Lo mejor del lugar la ubicación y la habitación super amplia, ideal para ir con la familia, super cómodo y limpio.

Lo que no me gustó, fue que había un precio acordado por la app, y cuando llegamos la chica de la recepción no nos cobro el iva, después nos llama diciendo qué pensó q éramos extranjeros, pero como somos argentinos nos tiene q cobrar el iva. Todo muy raro, le di los documentos argentinos.

Gute lage für wanderungen, am abend viele gute lokale in der nähe. Sitzmöglichkeiten im garten.

Zimmer sehr klein mit abgenutztem mobiliar, extrem hellhörig. Preis leistung hat für mich nicht gepasst, deutlich teurer als vergleichbare angebote.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Los chicos también preparan viandas para que te puedas llevar a tus excursiones. Una buena idea. Lo recomiendo.

Podría decir el tamaño y comodidad del baño por mencionar algo, pero supongo que está bien al ser una hostería . Solo me queda la duda cómo será con mucha gente. En nuestro caso no hubo ruidos durante la noche, se pudo dormir perfectamente.

Des randonneurs qui se lèvent à 1h30 en faisant pas mal de bruit et discutant dans le lobby sans penser aux autres et à fermer la porte vers le couloir des chambres pourtant existante.

El precio es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, no había wifi en habitaciones, tampoco tv. No ofrecen servicio de restaurante y la atención del mostrador bastante antipática.

It has the look and feel of a retirement home. The water in the shower didn’t get hot. After a day of hiking it would be nice to have a hot shower. The breakfast is cold. Just deli meat slices and cereals and some bread. For the price this was a terrible experience.

The property is located right in the middle of the Main Street making it easy to get anywhere. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfasts were the perfect thing to fill our bellies before a day of hiking.

Great base to explore the hiking trails around El Chalten. Property was clean, warm and comfy. Reliable wifi in reception/diner area. Comfy clean bed with strong hot shower guarantees good sleep to recover. 24h reception helps with early/late hikes. The staff however must be the best thing about this place. Super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Shout out to Julian who was full of great tips and suggestions.

Breakfast was very good, loved the fruit salad. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Common area was a nice space to gather, especially as the weather was really challenging. Good wifi in the common areas but none in the rooms. Would have liked wifi in the room for video calls to family at home, but, otherwise it was fine. They offer box lunches for hikers. Lots of good restaurants close by. Close to hiking trails.

Outside looked so so ,inside was suitable The room had no wi fi ,television,with a toilet that ran most of the time and a hard bed. The main problem is the hallway to the rooms was acoustical horrible,all sounds traveled to the inside of room ,extremely noisy.It reminded me of a dormitory. I considered it a bad stay.

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive! The views from the lounge are breathtaking. The back patio area is quiet and peaceful with views of the mountains. It’s also close to the trails, shopping and restaurants!

We loved the studio. Very private and cozy. Was perfect for our stay in El Chalten. Good breakfast and a big bed.

Um bom lugar, ótima localização na rua principal, ótima vista, o quarto é bom e tem ar condicionado. Os atendentes são solicitos. Apenas tivemos um problema com o chuveiro após 10h de trilha, e levaram horas pra resolver, sem nenhuma solução alternativa. Fora isso, o papel higiênico é péssimo. E achei caro, mas está de acordo com o preço da região.

My staying here was very relaxing. Of course, I was in El Chalten for hiking and at the hotel, after a hard day , it was like an. oasis of relaxation. The staff is so kind and helpful, doing their best for the guests. Thank you for everything! Cristina

The sheets were stained a weird yellow.. (but we got fresh ones when we asked) and the heater didn’t work (but again, after enquiring it was promptly fixed). So really no issues that couldn’t be solved :)

We stayed here for six nights to make the most of all the hiking in the area. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Location was good

For the money, it’s a very small room. The pillows were disgustingly dirty, and they did not even have a proper pillowcase because it was open at both ends so it’s a good thing. I travel with my own pillow because I would not want to touch those.

The hotel is in the center of town, close to Everything. The staff is super helpful, including being able to give excellent advice for hiking options. The breakfast is amazing, buffet style, including meats, cheeses, vegetables, a fresh fruit salad, deserts, coffee teas, everything! The rooms are fairly simple but convenient.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, tiene unas vistas hermosas! La estancia incluye desayuno buffet bien surtido. El personal de recepción fue amable y agrable. El único inconveniente fué que nos tocó la habitación del final y nos dijeron que ahí tenía otra red de Wi-fi donde la conexión era mejor. Sin embargo los últimos 2 días se desconectó y al reportarlo solo nos dijeron que si queríamos usáramos la red de la recepción misma que no llegaba a la habitación.

Service was top notch. Breakfast was appropriate and plentiful. Very close to center of town restaurants/bars/shops and walking distance to all hiking. Didn’t stay in the room much but water was hot, pressure good, bed comfortable. Not super fancy but a definite step up from basic.

We arrived really late (23.30) and left after breakfast 6.30 am. The room was warm. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The included breakfast was good (included fruit, breads, meat and cheese, and pastries, along with coffee, juice and yogurt)

Bathtub not draining when first used (when brought up this was fixed next day - just frustrating to have to mention to properties that they need to do maintenance on their rooms when it would be obvious when cleaning the tub that it’s not draining). Overall expensive property at $130 USD a night but I think that speaks to this area overall that is increasing in price and decreasing in value.

Alright place close to hikes but nothing special in terms of rooms nor breakfast.

the breakfast was decent, nothing more. the hotel is decent nothing more. the distance to the various trekking trail was comfortable.

the first night we got a room with no internet!! 2025 and we get a room with no internet. they did change our room the next day as I just not willing to stay one more night in this place with no internet. the room did not feel clean, this is subjective, but this is what we felt and smelled.

The staff was very friendly, check in process easy, and comfortable space!

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is much nicer than the photos on booking.com. There is a nice sofa area, dining room and tables and chairs in the garden to relax with an amazing view over the mountains. Rooms are basic but this is the same everywhere in the region.

This place is very well situated next to the Main Street of the town and very close to the Fitz Roy hiking trail.
