Spacious, clean and comfortable room fitted like a modern lodge. Bathroom facilities were modern and had great hot showers with good water pressure. Bed was large and comfortable and the room had space for suitcases and a separate closet area with plenty of hangers. Also enjoyed the small seating space by the door to leave dirty hiking boots! Breakfast offering was good but leaned sweet with the main savoury options being scrambled eggs, ham and cheese. Good location and walkable both from the bus terminal and to the main parts of town, though is about ~20mins to the main trailhead. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and laundry service was appreciated (next day turnaround for us). Overall very comfortable stay!

No nondairy milk options at breakfast and the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear our next door neighbour coughing and snoring. No aircon in the rooms or vents in the bathrooms so windows need to be opened for ventilation.

la chambre est très bien organisée avec une petite entrée pour se déshabiller après une journée de randonnée.Le reste est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Les repas servis sont de qualité. le personnel était très prévenant.

Il y avait un petit soucis dans notre chambre, elle sentait l'humidité. Mais il faut préciser que nous avons eu une énorme tempête au cours de notre séjour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas deux fauteuil dans la chambre, qui est pourtant très spacieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de vue depuis les chambres.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch nah zu den Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, insbesondere die Kuchen. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden!

Très propre, très confortable et agréable, très bien chauffée, un plaisir de se retrouver à l’hôtel après une grosse journée de randonnée. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel exceptionnel, alors que j’avais oublié mes lunettes de vue dan la chambre après mon Check out, ils m’ont contacté et ont fait déposer les lunettes à El Calafate, soit à plus de 3h de route je jour même. Un geste que je n’oublierai pas! Idéal pour un séjour de qualité à El Chaten, je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup

Overall great but do not stay in 12. It’s under the breakfast and kitchen break down areas. So from 6-11am it’s noisy. Then again from 11-1-2am. We used earplugs. Kinda sucked when ur there to hike hard sleep hard. Yes we complained but nothing changed

This is a small and very cozy hotel with fabulous staff. It has all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. It is centrally located and offers some healthy breakfast.

We got a flat for 4 people, it was clean and functional. Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular, with a bias towards sweet stuff. The fully staffed reception desk and car parking in front of the property are an asset.

Very friendly staff and a welcome drink in the restaurant when we arrived. New looking building, well kept and clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bus terminal and hiking start points.

It was missing some facilities you might normally expect in modern accommodation such as a TV or hangers to hang our clothes.

Breakfast was really good and the location too was good. It was clean and rest everything was good except the number of toilets in each apartment

We as a group of 12 people stayed in 2 appartments and for 6 people in each apartment has only one toilet attached which was really difficult and inconvenient to manage.

Breakfast was standard for South America, meat, cheese, breads, pastries. We had 3 people and the room was spacious with one bedroom plus a living room area. Unit had a kitchen but we didn't use it, but we could have.

the breakfast Didn’t have even one hot food item.Very basic for the price.Just adding scrambled eggs would have been great. The room was designed in such a way that the only window looks out into the corridor so it’s quite depressing and you can’t even open the curtains without everyone looking in. The door to the room has a glass panel so a lot of light streams in from the corridor lighting at night so the room remains quite bright at night

The property appears new or close to it. The apartments are very stylish and comfortable. Lovely reception staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout 4 day stay. I tried my broken Spanish, but they were happy to speak in good English. Breakfast was simple but adequate. There is a restaurant but I only had a dessert one night, which was lovely. There is nothing to fault.

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was really good and the staff know a lot about the wine and food served. It was overall a great value. When we come back to El Chalten we’ll definitely stay here again!

To thread carefully. One room will offer you approx. only 4:30 of sleep as it’s right beside the entrance, underneath the bar and breakfast rooms and has, for protection, a wall thinner than paper. As such, you’ll hear everything, even the ringback tone of someone calling a dear friend of his, obviously without speakers. Consequently, I would recommend for hardcore trekkers that are happy going on multi days hike (our case), with a mere 4h30 of sleep in. Plot twist: we slept better in a tent underneath flitz Roy that in our room.

For USD 400 per night: - the room has NEVER been cleaned in the 3 nights of our stay although specifically asked at certain point - the staff at the reception was rude - water from the roof in the room which made the room very humid and unpleasent - not even one extra towel provided knowing We were traveling with an 8 months baby (it would have been a nice gesture at almost zero costs for the hotel)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Perfect set up for a family of four. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff are extremely helpful and kind.

What can I say? I enjoyed everything and everyone at this stay! Perfect location right next the the river and main street. Room was functional, clean and super comfy. Staff was impeccable. They have breakfast, bar, laundry service, currency exchange and little tiny maps for any questions you have about town. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! Chow!

Everything was spectacular. Stayed in 5 different places over two weeks in Argentina. This was by far the best. The staff were so helpful. The rooms are spectacular. The location is great.

The room was very small. Really difficult to fit all of the luggage and clothes in, particularly as it was a wet day. Also the soundproofing wasn’t very good. The room was next to the kitchen area and so was woken up very early in the morning when they started work. Bathroom very small and window didn’t have adequate frosting so people could see in.

Location was ideal. Block away from main street. Breakfast was good. Receptionist was very helpful. Rooms were clean and modern.

Had one loud neighbor so hard to sleep. Glass on door allowed light to come thru room so that was a distraction. Hard to use keys to get/out of room. No elevators so had to carry heavy suitcases up/down stairs.

Managed to book after discovering we had reserved the wrong dates at another hotel. Pleasant modern building. Unit had separate bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. Quiet location about 5 or 10 minute walk from coach station and 15 minute walk to other end of town for start of Mt Fitz Roy trail. Complimentary drink coupon on arrival and on site restaurant. Breakfast OK but not great. Freshly cooked eggs on request.

10am checkout. Also only hotel we stayed at in Argentina that did not use official rate to convert dollar booking cost to peso. This increased cost by about 20% although still much cheaper than original hotel we booked.

The location was great and just off the Main Street. All the staff were extremely helpful at breakfast, the bar and reception. We were given lots of advice on activities and hikes. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good

We booked a suite for 4 but it only had one bedroom. The bedroom was very quiet but it was noisy and light to sleep in the living area.
