Perfect location, just 100 meters walking distance to Jonker Street. You will be spoilt for food & beverage choices. The hotel is very modern, toilets and hot showers are first class. I even manage to catch EPL live matches inside my room with free Astro. What a bargain !

The location is prefect for exploring Malacca, right on Jonker Walk. The lovely woman who worked long hours on the front desk was *always* super friendly, helpful Ave efficient. Room was very clean, comfortable, adequately spacious. Best shower ever. Great air conditioning.

The room has big windows so gets natural light BUT the "view" is a concrete wall covered with plastic plants. (But all the positives outweigh this aesthetic horror).

The toilet floor becomes wet after showering, which can cause it to become slippery. Something should be done to prevent this.

Nitpicky, but the floor in the bathroom was pretty even. This made it hard for the shower water to flow to the drain.

まずは、スタッフさんが最高です！笑顔が素晴らしい👍美味しいレストランを教えてくれたり、何か困っている事がないか様子を伺ってくださったりと最高でした！ そして、ロケーション！方向音痴な私が全然迷わず、辿り着けました！オランダ広場はもちろん、ここを拠点に海峡沿いのモスクまでgrabを使って行くことも出来ました！クアルンプールからバスで、マラッカバスターミナルへ、16番乗り場から、オランダ広場へ公共バスを使って行きました。隣がセブンイレブンなので分かりやすいですし、お土産とかも簡単に購入できて、このホテルで本当に良かったと思っています！そして、とても清潔で、コストパフォーマンスも最高です！また、マラッカを訪れることがあったら、必ずこのホテルにお邪魔します！

Struttura centralissima a 20 metri da Dutch Square. Ben isolata, al punto da non sentire i rumori della piazza vicina. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura relativamente nuova, non presentava importanti segni di usura. Presenti: cassaforte, bollitore, tv satellitare, cambio biancheria, set di cortesia bagno,etc. Letto comodo e spazioso per due persone.

Ahimè la struttura è impregnata da una forte umidità, la quale si propaga all’interno della stanza; lasciando un odore sgradevole di “chiuso”. Si risolve solo con un perpetuo andare del condizionatore, che però è posto esattamente sopra al letto. Così facendo si rischia di congelare. Alcuni piccoli accorgimenti di manutenzione che farei nel bagno: sistemare il sotto lavabo, togliendo la ruggine dalla struttura e dando un’importante rinfrescata ai muri/soffitti del bagno (che purtroppo con l’umidità si deteriorano). In generale consiglio di andare al vicino 7/11 e comprare un profumo con cui migliorare l’odore dell’ambiente. Non c’è alcun servizio colazione, solo un microonde e un piccolo cucinotto a disposizione degli ospiti.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Malacca. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au Jonkered et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour les restaurants. Je recommande vivement cet Hôtel.

Pas de petit déjeuner dans cet Hôtel, ce qui manque un peu mais il y a une petite cuisine à disposition.

The location couldn't be better, it's right located next to a 7-eleven. A few minutes away from the main attractions such as the Dutch Square, Jonker Street night market and several museums. The room was big enough and well equipped with everything you need for a few days (fridge, tv, closet and desk). The bathroom was much bigger than I expected. The staff were very polite and attentive, greeting you daily with a big smile. The hotel also has a hot/cold water dispenser in the public area.

Nothing, everything was great just a few tiny downsides. It can be a little noisy at night due to the noises from outside but I am used to it so it wasn't really a big deal. Cause the bathroom door is mostly made of glass, it gets pretty light in the room in the early morning by the windows in the bathroom. Also there were a few tiny ants in the bathroom on the day we were checking out the hotel. But the location and staff overcome everything and definitely will stay here again in the future.

Tout était au top pour qu'on passe un bon.séjour. Les informations du personnel, leurs sourires, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la chambre ( sans vue mais très confortable). On a loué des vélos chez OKAY LA sur les conseils de notre hôte et découverte de la ville, des canaux en 2 roues. Génial! On aurait pu rester encore. Allez-y!

Charming hotel in a perfect location, close to the Red Square, the river and the main historical street. The room is quiet, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very responsive and helpful. They book a taxi for Mersing upon our request. I highly recommend this place.

Posizione centrale, struttura ristrutturata di recente in stile urban molto carino. Avendo 3 figli abbiamo prenotato due camere e sono stati attenti nel darci due camere comunicanti davvero comode. Pulizia fatta molto bene sia camere che bagni. Nelle stanze c'è un piccolo frigorifero, acqua e bollitore per bustine di tea e caffè. In dotazione un piccolo phon. Altro punto a favore lo staff. Molto gentili perchè siamo arrivati alle 8.30 del mattino e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in attesa delle 15 per il check in, così abbiamo potuto muoverci liberamente per la città.

Se devo trovare una cosa che non mi è piaciuta direi i lavandini fuori dalla stanza bagno.

If the aircon in the room is not directly facing the beds, for me, it’d have been more comfortable.

The only good thing about this hotel the staff there are very helpful and friendly. And also near to the Jonker Street.

Every room have interconnecting door in between, if for family stay it is convenient, but with strangers I feel insecure especially the door have no lock and it can be opened very easily. We were terrified when the connecting door was opened from other room! Suggest to add a lock at door for safety reason.

Extreem gehorig! Er was een groots festiviteit op het naastgelegen plein. De ramen trilde tot 2 uur ‘s nachts, totaal niet geïsoleerd. Ook ontbraken er gordijnen. Om 08:30u beginnen de fietstaxies met hun harde muziek onder de ramen, dus gegarandeerd een korte nacht.

Great location, only a few minute walk to Jonker Street. Hotel was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Lovely shower. The staff were lovely, and very helpful. We unfortunately came back one night at around 9pm to our room smelling strongly of cigarettes (which hadn't happened before). We went to reception, explained the situation to Louise who was working at the desk. She immediately came to investigate, finding the people in the room next to ours were smoking. This was a single event, not the fault of the hotel (they say clearly no smoking allowed) and was solved so quickly without any issues thanks to Louise's help. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is brilliantly located in the centre of Melaka which makes it very easy to see the sights. The staff were great and very helpful. The room had a small fridge which was welcomed as it is becoming less frequent as we travel.

The room has no access to fresh air. A little more furniture would be helpful. Even a small table with a couple of chairs would improved the room amenity. We think the room rate per night is a little high and wasn't our best value for money stay. However, the location is so fantastic that the value for money accomodation was offset by the convenience of the hotel to get around Melaka.

Perfect location and the staff is really helpful always a big smile and willing to help.

Have microwave n coway at lobby floor. I stayed at room 217. Have elevator. Stroller friendly. My room very quiet not like google review said . Maybe if you get room that facing the street will be noisy. I will give 10 points if got free breakfast 😊

No parking beside hotel. Need to park at the church or tabung haji area. Got few steps at entrance. But still can lift stroller easily. No big issue. No breakfast provided

Perfect location right next to night markets and stadthuys. 7eleven conveniently located downstairs. They have water refill available. Rooms were really clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Power sockets next to bed, kettle in room and space for luggage.

Our mini fridge in the room wasn't working. Would be great to be able to connect our phone to the tv to watch youtube/netflix easily. It was also a bit noisy but this is to be expected in an old building.

Great location Justin in a couple of minutes walk from Chinatown and the Jonker Trail. Room was clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff.

トイレットペーパーが少ししかないのに換えがひとつも置いていなかったので困りました。清掃の時に残量チェックして換えを置いておくべき。シャワールームは勾配がおかしいので水捌けが悪くて、足で水を排水口の方へ蹴らないと排水できません。水たまりになってしまうのでそのままシャワールームから出ようとするとシャワールーム横のバスマットがびしょ濡れになります。ちなみに隣の部屋の家族も同じ状態だったと言っていたのでひとつの部屋がおかしかっただけでは無いようです。夜中になぜか停電し、朝も復旧しておらず、予備電源などもないのか、全く電気を使用できませんでした。トイレ&バスルームには窓もないので真っ暗な状態でした。朝シャワー派の人はドライヤー使えないのでもっと困ったでしょうね。そのままチェックアウトするお昼ごろまで復旧していませんでしたので暗い中でスマホのライトで対応しました。スマホライトと小さな窓からの光でメイクしました。ホテル側からの案内や対応は全くなし。チェックアウト時にこちらから停電の分の値引きやサービスは無いのかと言うまで話にものぼらず。結局、何も値引きもサービスもありませんでした。せめてホテル側から先に謝罪の言葉を言ってきてほしいものです。

Heerlijk hotel op een super locatie, alles op loopafstand. We hadden kamer 325, prima grote kamer met uitzicht op een nep groene muur. Airco goed te regelen, WIFI prima. Super vriendelijke dame achter de balie met goede tips om te eten. 7-eleven naast het hotel.

Tijdens het douchen werd de hele vloer van de badkamer nat.

オランダ広場のすぐそばという、これ以上ないほどの最高のロケーションにあるホテルでした。初めてのマラッカでも迷う心配がまったくなく、安心して滞在を楽しめました。3泊の滞在中、出会ったスタッフの皆さんは本当にフレンドリーで優しく、毎日が心地よい時間でした。特に印象に残っているのは、バスターミナルへ向かうためにGrabを呼んだときのこと。フロントの女性スタッフが私の拙い英語にも一生懸命耳を傾け、理解しようとしてくれて、タクシーが到着するまでずっと一緒に待ってくれました。その温かさに胸がいっぱいになりました。言葉が完璧でなくても、心でつながれる。そんな安心と優しさに包まれた、忘れられない滞在になりました。

Depends on which room you stay. I got one facing to the street very noisy cuz they a lot three wheel car downstair. Those room facing inside without a window view more quieter than outside one .

JonkaRed is so close to everything. It’s right near the river and the sounds are lovely for strolling around and taking in the atmosphere. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff at reception were very helpful and super friendly.

Nothing to not like but something to be aware of is the street the hotel is on closes for most of the weekend so if you are arriving or leaving during this time you need to walk about 100 metres to get a grab but it’s a very easy flat walk.

The power went out after a big storm but that is beyond there control. They could have went room to room and offered cold waters or to come hang out in the lobby but no worries. They had the power up after a few hours.

The location was spot on. Right across the river where there are good eateries and places to sit, have a beer and watch the river life. The room was clean, shower was great, bed comfortable and pillows soft. There was a fridge, hairdryer, kettle and toiletries. Lovely little place. There is a lift.

The room was in the back and facing a wall which in fairness they have prettied up with moss etc. But it’s only a foot away from the window which made the room very dark.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Melaka. Pleins de restaurants aux alentours. L'hôtel se trouve à 30 mètres de la place centrale. Personnels sont très accueillants et serviables. La chambre 211 est assez grande mais un peu bruyante, ça nous dérange pas.
