الموقع ممتاز بالقرب من ديزني لاند و لاڤالي أوتلت ، المنتجع آمن للأطفال ( سباحة ، استئجار دراجات ، ملاعب ) وكذلك يوجد سوبرماركت ومطعم يفيان بالغرض .

لاشي سوا أن الأثاث قديم وقد يحتاج للتجديد .

Oteli çok sevdik aslında. Çalısanlar güler yüzlü, odalar konforlu ve tüm ihyiyaçlar düşünülerek dizayn edilmiş.

Otel de 1 gece kaldık. 6 eylül giriş 7 eylül çıkış. Girişde şehir vergisi ödemesini yaptığımız kredi kartımızdan 7 eylülde temassız ve bilgimiz dışinda booking e konaklama ücretini ödemiş olmamıza ramen tekrar 1 gecelik ödeme alindığını farkettik. Otel ile iletişime geçtik. Zor da olsa hatalarinı kabul ettiler ve düzelteceklerini söylediler. Ancak 7 eylül de otelden ayrılmış olamıza ramen tekrar bilgimiz dışında aynı kredi kartımızdan 6 gecelik daha ödeme çekildi. Kredi kartımızı iptal ettirmek zorunda kaldık. Tüm tatil boyunca bankamız ve otel ile görüşmek zorunda kaldık ve tatilimiz mafoldu. Marriot gibi bir otele hiç yakıştıramayacağım bi durum yaşandı. Otele tekrar gelmeyi asla düşümuyorum. Bize yaşattiklari bu kotü deneyimi telafi etmelerini bekliyorum. Asla kimseye de burada kalmalarinı önermiyorum. O kadar güzel tesise, ortama hiç yakışmayacak bi durum. Dolandiricik resmen demek iatiyorum ama inanin ben yazarken utandım. Bakalim onlar yaptiklarindan utanacaklar mi?

They questioned why I booked through Booking.com instead of directly with them, which felt unprofessional since I look for the best price and convenience. If they prefer direct bookings, they shouldn't list their property on Booking.com. They were more expensive, which is why I chose Booking.com in the first place.

The front desk didn't inform us earlier that the check out most be at 10 am ! As most of hotels/resort 12 pm in the worldwide.

En revanche j ai trouvé le petit Market très cher et le personnel surtout une personne en particulier pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Quand on est arrivé le soir à 23h après une grosse journée à Disneyland, on a été honnête en disant qu’on souhaitait prolonger notre séjour à faire un Checkout à plus de 10 heures en rajoutant ce qui n’était absolument pas possible le monsieur de l’accueil qui était soit disant le manager a été très catégorique et il n’est pas possible non plus de profiter de la piscine après le check Out, soi-disant que l’hôtel était plein, alors que le lendemain, nous avons été très surpris de voir que il était pas du tout plein, mais plutôt vide donc spécial pour Pro, déception d’aller rencontrer durant notre

La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, tutti ii giardini intorno sono molto belli e curati

I servizi sono tutti a pagamento: navette per il parco Disney, biciclette, perfino gli ombrelli. Per il prezzo della struttura mi sarei aspettata qualche servizio incluso. I prezzi nel market sono esageratamente alti, per non parlare dei 19€ a testa di colazione

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and truly enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere. The facilities were beautiful, the environment was relaxing, and there was plenty for the whole family to enjoy. One thing I would especially recommend for a family resort is giving more consideration to elderly guests who often travel with their families. As some areas of the resort can require quite a bit of walking, having golf carts readily available to transport guests around the property, as well as wheelchairs available when needed, would make the experience much more comfortable and accessible for elderly family members. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily return. With a few improvements to accessibility and transportation within the resort, it would be an even more comfortable and welcoming destination for families of all ages.

As this is a family-oriented resort, I believe it is important to take into consideration that elderly family members often accompany their families during their stay. Many elderly guests may have difficulty walking long distances, especially within a large resort. Therefore, the resort should provide accessible transportation options, such as golf carts, to assist guests in moving comfortably between different areas of the property. It would also be highly appreciated if wheelchairs were readily available for guests who require them, either complimentary or for the duration of their stay. These facilities would make the resort much more comfortable, accessible, and accommodating for families travelling with elderly members.

We had a perfect stay!! The villas are big and have the best air condition! The food in the restaurant is great, and the staff is super nice! The pools are clean, and the scenery is beautiful!

Lovely villa. Well equipped and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Child friendly. Pretty environment.

Breakfast was poorly managed. Pastries were allowed to run out and third morning (a busy Saturday) food was cold on the hot plates. Restaurant staff seemed disinterested in contrast to all other areas where staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were very good. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and it had a super location.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour passer une nuit en chambre climatisée pendant la vague de chaleur de fin juin 2026, or la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il nous a été offert deux options: des ventilateurs (que nous avions chez nous gratuitement) ou une autre chambre sachant que nos enfants étaient déjà couchés et qu'il nous fallait donc les réveiller pour les reloger (nous avions pourtant essayé d'anticiper mais le technicien a mis quasiment 1h à intervenir). Au-delà de cela, propreté très relative dans l'établissement: cheveux dans les lits, cheveux dans la nourriture, vaisselle sale au petit-déjeuner...

The townhouses are spacious and very cute. They overlook a playground and a pond with ducks which my kids loved. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of space and amenities like washing machine and kitchen makes it perfect for traveling with kids. The shuttle to Disney stops at a certain time (i think 2pm) so we had to take taxis. Short 10 minute ride. Hotel is also close to the mall and the outlets which was great. On site grocery shop was perfect and had all the necessities. It was a great stay overall!

The furniture is outdated especially the couch. No carpet in the living space so it looked incomplete. We had an issue with ants all over the kitchen and couldnt leave anything out. The breakfast is very very basic and not appetizing. It ran out of food during the weekend because it was busy.

Nunca he tenido que hacer un check out a esa hora en ningun hotel -Horarios de piscina restrictivos -Horarios de bicicletas. En plena ola de calor y no estaba permitido alquilar una bicicleta mas tarde de las 20:00

The location and the facility are both great.

1. The hotel offers nothing truly distinctive or very special thats why it lose one score. 2. When I requested an early check-in at 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM, I received a message from the hotel stating it would be difficult to accommodate the request and suggesting I book an extra night in advance just to guarantee early chick in! It is the first time I have ever seen a suggestion to book an extra night simply to check in an hour or two early; it is ridiculous. I wonder how management views us; perhaps they are in the habit of making this suggestion to previous guests? I am paying for a full 24-hour period, so give me what I paid for without cutting a quarter of the day from my booking. 3. The housekeeping staff left the garden door open for two consecutive days, forcing me to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and forgo housekeeping services entirely. You really need to teach your staff the importance of attention to detail. That’s why I didn’t give the 3 points and it become 7/10

Staff at front desk was wonderful! Dining room staff was less so.

Beautiful resort spread out over considerable amount of acres beautiful to see, BUT almost impossible for elderly to even reach the rooms with luggage because no aid is available. The staff went out of their way to help by having my lunch delivered to our chalet even though lunch has no delivery, but I was confined to out rooms because of my age, disability and distance.

It was just what I needed. It felt like a home not a hotel.

The pink house we stayed in. My daughters absolutely loved it and so did I. The ducks came to say hello at our door every morning. The Kids Club is amazing. The pools, gym, little arcade games. The outdoor area is fabulous. Everything was brilliant and the staff are lovely. We will definitely be back

Generally the Staff did not give a feeling that they liked being at work and serving customers, constantly quoting rules and regulations and not very flexible to help us.

The villas are perfect for a family and very well equipped and clean. I loved the outside spaces and manicured gardens.

The food choice at the shop was not the best not enough fresh foods. Food choices could have been better at the restaurant

we had an exceptional stay, the property exceed all expecations on all points. the rooms were very spacious, clean and with beautiful bedlinen and towels plus a small welcome pack. the complex was stunning and the pool fantastic, my grandson loved it. we had a lovely breakfast which was served in a small boutique room with a great selection of frsh food both hot and gold. the staff were amazing, the manager Cecilia was brilliant and was very visible and helpful

Five Star Luxury in a Four Star package. Pool, arcade, restaurant, reception… all great! House, with outstanding air con was a holiday winner. All facilities including a washing machine and dryer… we left with clean luggage !!

What a find! Our townhouse was beautiful, the staff and facilities all incredible, and the shuttle service to Disneyland was fab! We'll definitely be back!

Vi hade en helt otrolig vistelse, super trevlig personal och boendet var beläget bara 10 min från Disneyland. Vi bodde i ett superfint hus och vi önskar att vi stannat fler nätter, det fanns mycket för barnen att göra på området också vilket var väldigt uppskattat.

10min drive to Disneyland. Very comfortable and large villas. Calm.

Breakfast could be better.

They haven't communicate. Ignored calls and messages. I haven't stay there!

Perfectly situated for a visit to Eurodisney, with great outdoor facilities as a contrast to the chaos of the theme park. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, and having a convenience store on the premises for basics was an asset. Bus transfer to the park was convenient and cheap.

Transport to the airport was very expensive at 115€, I was able to book it through Booking.com for 70.

Beautiful villas! It looks like a quaint French town. Very secure as well. They had a great buffet breakfast and a happy hour at the bar. The shuttle to Disneyland was an excellent timesaver! Getting a Bolt out of the parks in the evening was a disaster. The shuttle was reliable and reasonably priced.

Had an issue in the payment and they blamed on my card, then turned out to be from their system. Didn't get enough direction to our villa. But aside from these two issues, I loved every other thing

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. We used the indoor pool and it was perfect. The breakfast was excellent; It is a fantastic hotel, and its gardens, combined with the beautiful cottages, offer a truly unique experience. Congratulations to everyone who contributes to making guests feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you!

The only downside was that some items were missing half an hour before the end of the breakfast service.

Endroit magnifique. Lez petites villas sont ultra propre, bien équipées. L'endroit et calme et reposant et le personnel aux petits soins.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait etre amélioré mais c'est correct.

Localização incrivel, a 10mn de bus até à Disney, casas maravilhosas, com muito conforto, vistas incriveis sobre o lago, hotel cuidado, jardins, piscina interior, ginásio. Foi a nossa segunda vez neste hotel e venho sempre encantada.
