ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallée

Breakfast so so but it was included in the price so did the trick

Staff is nice and helpful. Room is all area is clean. There is no shops nereby, but it is very convenient to take the bus to the Disneyland Pairs, just about 20-25mins.

Short stay 3 nights visiting Disney & Villages Nature :- hotel five mins from both venues

It’s good in terms of very close to Disney. Breakfast was decent too. But the rooms specially washrooms were very dirty. The shower was clogged, the hand washing sink was clogged. The floor was so dirty with so many hair everywhere. I had to clean the toilet before using it was that dirty

Spacious, clean and air-conditioned room with a good sized bathroom and shower. Plenty of standard breakfast choices, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit. Less than 15 minutes to/from Disney and Cite de Europe for shopping and dining. Friendly English speaking staff on the desk for check-in. Plenty of free safe private parking. We stayed for one night before our stay at Disney so that we could get an early start with our Extra Magic Hour and it was ideal, we were the only ones at breakfast at 7:30.

Quick one night before Disney. Great location, room was large with everything we needed. Slight lack of communication when arrived and had to wait to be served while the reception had a chat. Breakfast was good and restocked. For price and location I’d stay again.

For the price one of the better hotels in area. Looks new. Very good breakfast. I’d stay again.

Room was fine,but the wholw

Breakfast no good option

Helpful staff clean room and ac, free breakfast

Propre et confortable

The staffs were nice and the room was clean. Late check in was east and fast.

Nice to have 4 proper beds and not sofa beds in a family room. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Awesome place and perfect for Disney

Basic accommodation and the bathroom had seen better days, but the family room had plenty of space (2 adults 2 children) and the air con worked which was welcome in 32c heat. Plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice with a decent continental choice. The town is lovely and worth the 10 minute stroll to find restaurants and shops. We booked this as going to Disney and it’s a 10 minute drive away. Ticked all the boxes for us. Budget friendly. Would recommend

Wonderful hotel

My family and I were pleased with the room, appearance of the hotel lobby, breakfast area and outside. It was very near a bus stop and Disneyland Paris.

Clean, good value for money, very accessible for the Disney parks and paris. Breakfast was good lots of variety and also replenished often.

Comfortable room for four staying all in one room, spacious and quiet. The staff were very welcoming throughout our one night stay and extremely helpful when we acquired about foods suitable for a milk allergy for breakfast the following morning. The only downside would be that there were no options for gluten free/vegan/milk allergy to eat at the breakfast buffet although there was dairy free milk available for tea and coffee and fresh juices. I would advise if this was a requirement to take your own breakfast option. This is not localised to this hotel asI have found that this to be an issue at other hotels in France outside of The Disney park hotels. A really good budget option.

My family are frequent visitors to Disneyland Paris. This is a convenient hotel for the park. Parking is free at the hotel unlike many of the closer hotels. There is no shuttle bus to the park however we do not mind as we get free parking with Disney annual passes.

Absolutely brilliant, wasn’t expecting much but it was great for the money. Bed super comfy and the breakfast was brilliant. Free parking too and 10 mins to Disney

Molt and insect in the room and bathroom. Walls are very dirty. It was horrible.

Very nice the staff, very good the breakfast and it is very quiet

Lovely and clean spacious room. Yummy free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast (Croissants were delectable). Family-friendly environment. The hotel was clean and the area was quiet.

Definitely worth considering as an option if you’re off to Disney. With the bus stop only a short walk away, number 2234 can get you to the parks in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel was of a good standard for the level they position the property at; check-in and out was quick and straight forward. The room had plenty of space for us as a family of 3 and breakfast was a continental buffet, not masses of choice, but enough to keep everyone going till lunch and non-dairy milk options too.

Property is good, cleaned, well mannered staffs. Not enough choice of breakfast. Toiletries should be in the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel, modern and comfortable, we stayed as a family of 4 and had a nice spacious room between us. Breakfast was varied and filling and plenty of tables. Staff were friendly and helpful and added bonus of plenty of parking with security gate. Minutes from Disney and a wonderful american styled restaurant just outside with excellant food

My wife and I stayed on this hotel from Oct 16-23 of 2024.

Great family room with a double and two twins. Perfect for our overnight stay, secure parking, good breakfast. Good value for money

We had a great night, excellent room and firm beds. Very friendly and helpful at check-in. Thank you,

Very nice staff, clean room, easy parking, near Disneyland Paris

Many thanks to the staff: very friendly and highly professional.

I do not recommend this location to any families. The location should be marked as a one-star motel not a two star hotel. The only benefit of this hotel stay is the distance to Disney. There were a number of things wrong with our stay. After 12 minutes of arriva, the staff was outside smoking on a break and did not welcome my family. After calling and asking for a day room use, The staff was unwelcoming and would not accommodate our request. We were asked to use the lobby toilet, to freshen up and change our luggage/travel clothes in lobby with no privacy. The list did not stop there of complaints. My family reserved a three-bed room however two of the beds had stained sheets, the carpet was soiled and several places and the toilet was broken and wiggly at any point that you use the toilet. We also found a silverfish bug in our bag when packing to leave the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend this hotel and would like Expedia to rewrite the description for future guests. I will be filing a complaint and have attached pictures of our stay.

Good

Brilliant stay, was able to check in early at no extra cost. Spacious room with good size shower room. Toilet flush wasn’t great though as you had to hold the flush for a bit otherwise water would keep running. Comfortable beds. Staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Would defo come again!

Very professional good staff

Nice clean room, nice relaxing after being at disney

Good reception

We stayed one night before going to Disney. The room was excellent, large enough for the 5 of us, enough towels and plug sockets for us all to charge our phones! Bathroom was great, very clean and the shower was brilliant, large and fab water pressure. Breakfast was a very relaxing experience. Lots of choice, continental as you would expect , with fresh fruit juices and lovely coffee. Pastries and bread accompanied by good quality preserves .

Very nice and comfortable

Great stay for families

Friendly staff, clean room, very quiet. Shame there were no tea making facilities in the room and that it was only a continental breakfast, fruit selection was poor. But didnt spoil our stay and would recommend. Very handy for Disney

Great clean and comfortable hotel. Big family rooms. Friendly and helpful man on reception. Close to Disney

While the room assigned to us was not clean, the hotel management worked hard to help us out. We had 5 guests for one large room, which was not cleaned. However, the staff worked well to give us 2 rooms, which were clean and well-suited for us. The breakfast and coffee were great.

Very comfortable stay

Excellent

Only con- tea and coffee making facilities in the evenings as no kettle in room

Nice hotel..not much around if you do not have a car.. coffee machine broken so no hot drinks available after breakfast...rooms are big but bathroom need major renovations..rooms are cleaned daily but does not include vaccum. Breakfast was good..has all the basics. Overall its great for a few nights stay for disneyland with children.

All good

Property works for families visiting disney. The shower did not drain, we waded in ankle deep water our entire shower and it wasn’t plesaworking at 1am, staff doesn’t know why or how to fix it. Weird gate in front of the parking lot which is inconvenient when coming home after the fireworks at disney

Stayed here to visit Disneyland Paris. We took the number 34 bus which stops just round the corner. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. A great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Basic but up-together. The continental breakfast was fine. All as described. Staff were friendly.

We arrived very late ,so we went to the bed straight away. Next morning when we wake up i was shocked when my daughter come to me with someone eaten apple which she found under the bed, when i check there was also fries, and some other rubbish. I went to reception and kindly ask twice someone to service our room. After spending all day outside we went back to the hotel where the rubbish was still under the bed,i contact reception and i was told that at the moment there is no one from housekeeping, i assume that maybe they expects me to clean it.Poor amenities, only breakfast was ok.We ask to pay for late chack out as our flight was very late, reception denied straight away. If you are looking for a clean and nice room or you stay with you child this is definitely not the place to stay.Realy disappointed ,i can't rate the hotel even as a 2 star.Next time we will definitely look for different place to stay.

Cleanliness was poor, lady bugs all around the room. Spent the first half an hour cleaning the room ourselves. Beds are rock hard, room is hot with no air circulation. Breakfast was non existent, most of the machines were broken and the two that worked were difficult to get hot water from. Ended up leaving the breakfast and went elsewhere.

Property overall clean and easy to access. Disappointing that no basic facilities such as water, kettle and drink in room.

Large room, modern and clean, with friendly staff. Very convenient for Disney.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff - rooms are basic - wish it had a coffee machine.

Hotel is clean and handy for visit to Disneyland. Rooms are basic and nothing special but breakfast is very good. You can catch a bus to Disneyland which takes around 20 mins and costs 2 euro per person.

Sink was clogged, hair near sink, hairs in shower tray, small stain on towel, no flannel/mini towel.

Clean, friendly property that is conveniently located close to Disneyland Paris

Very comfortable stay with a decent breakfast. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Only criticism is the pillows aren’t the best.

The water didn't drain well in the bathroom. There is only one half of toilet paper left for a family of five and it was not enough. However, staff was very friendly and helpful at the reception and breakfast room. We will come back again when we visit Disneyland Paris.

The hotel staff very kind, easy to go to disney paris good breakfast included for the price

Basic hotel due to COVID restrictions. Nothing in room, staff happy to help supply boiled water when required. 5 mins or so to Disney very convenient. Good car park. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not great. Bed was not as good as advertised but the staffs were very good.

We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.

It was a very terrible hotel with very bad service, the customer service was poor and they were aggressive. Just because we asked if the other night can be cancelled or if they can give us a better room. The shower was blocked and the water was coming out and smelly. We had to check out and lost 1 day payment,of about £150 which they did not refund.

Vincent, the Asst Mgr and his staff were on point in making us comfortable. Will stay there again!!

There was a blocked sink in the bathroom.Only one towel for the two of us.It was a bit disappointing as the first Ace hotel we stayed in at Le Mans was marvellous.Despite this stay we will use Ace hotels again as they are conveniently situated near the motorway and the price is good.

A good, not expensive option near Disneyland and 40 km from Paris.

The location was perfect. The staffed was super friendly, they accommodated us as much as they could. A few things I would change is maybe adding a little fridge in the room.

It's a nice hotel, clean & large rooms. Breakfast is good & plenty of choice

check in was supposed to be at 14h30, they gave us the room at 15h30. no amenities in the room

Could improve breakfast and needs bar and snacks this is not a negative stay was good would recommend

Really close to Disneyland resort Paris, literally minutes away. Really friendly and helpful staff. I was impressed by the included breakfast which whilst not up to the standards of the Vienna House Magic Circus was very similar to B and B hotel on the Disney site. Most impressed by the size of the room and the comfort of the very large bed. Only negative Water pressure is noticeably low in shower.

very nice the room, very spacious. however the shower came out of little water and the air conditioning didn't work. the heating worked well. Very good breakfast. Good location.

Still very good. Retuned after 2 years. Very close to Disney and easy ti shopping mall.

Breakfast was good, 10 minutes drive to Disney. Rooms are reasonable. Good price for money

Good location, staff, clean. Breakfast not good as expected. No white bread, not massive issue, but only option for eggs is you have to boil eggs yourselves.. On Saturday only 8 spots to place egg for boiling, so may have to wait 10-15mins to boil an egg yourself after other people's eggs are done.

Excellent place to stay for visiting Disney or the surrounding area.

I've liked: the hotel is clean, the size of room. I didn't like: the breakfast is poor, you don't have a choise ( only one type of ham and one type of cheese and then you have croissant, jam, nuttella, cereals..)

Cups and cutlery were dirty - lipstick on cups and overall not rinsed properly. No kettle or iron in bedroom. Good location to Disney by bus.

Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel

The only convenience of this hotel are next to a restaurant with reasonable price and bus stop approx 20-25mins to Disneyland. However the family room that we stayed, TV was not working on arrival till we left (4nights) it seems that the staff had reported a day before our arrival but we were not informed and didn’t even offer a change of room although I reported it everyday. All they said they will let the manager knows . The shower has low pressure and the water drain very slowly .

The hotel is good the thing is only change the toilet sink because it was block try to change it please, and put kettle in every room and add more breakfast variety.

Good free breakfast , close to Disney wotbout the crowds

Great hotel, lovely check in staff and such great family rooms. You don’t get the kettle in the room perks but what you get is so much better, large beds for teenagers, black out blinds that really work, a large and clean shower room and an excellent breakfast. The only other food is from vending machines so just be prepared with your own drinks etc and you’ll be fine. Parking was easy, there’s a themed restaurant next door (we didn’t use) the area is quiet and our fully loaded car felt very safe to park there. It was a ten minute drive to Disneyland and also to the Val D’Europe massive shopping centre. We went to Disneyland one day and then next parked the car at the free parking at Val D’Europe and got a train (40 min) into Paris. We loved our stay and will definitely use this hotel again.

Great location if you're going to Disneyland. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel and a return ticket is only 4€. Cheap alternative to the hotel in Disney. The place is so quiet. Will recommend and will definitely use it again.

In a great location Easy access to public transport

Great hotel as its reasonably priced, clean with secure car park. Breakfast is simple but spot on for what you need. The surroundings of the hotel are nice also with local shops. Improvements: Shower water pressure Kettle in room Drinks cooler in room

Over all good stay and not far from Disneyland, Bus (no 34) 2 euro per adult and Taxi about 15 euro which is 12 min drive. Basic hotel but clean and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast is continental and not that many choice but sufficient to start the day. Staff speak English and they polite and helpful. Only option for dinner is a steak house next door and priced reasonably, no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel itself except breakfast room. The are choices to get take away (Indian/Chinese and kebab) using just eat if needed and can be delivered to the hotel

This was a terrible experience. Checking was at 2.30 and we arrived at 3pm and it was pouring rain, the girl at the front desk did not know how to open the front door. She took almost 5 minutes to figure out how to open the door while grabbing her assistant. When they figured out how to open the door and we walked up to the desk she took a phone call and waited 30 seconds for her to get off and all she said was hello. No apology for taking so long for opening the front door, nothing. She then informed us that the room is ready and that they needed pillow cases to be put on in the bed. Keep in mind we only booked the room for a couple hours of downtime while at Disneyland. We waited approx 15 minutes to have someone come up to put the pillow cases on and no one showed. I called the front desk and informed the same girl that no one has come and she said someone will be right up knowing at this point we are only sleeping for a couple hours and will be out. We waiting another 15 minutes and still no one showed when we went downstairs to figure out what the delay was. When we got there no one was even at the front desk and waited ten minutes for an attendant to show. Miraculously the same girl showed up, when she approached and we explained she said that she would need to go to another room and get some cases. She managed to find two pillow cases when we needed three for the queen and single bed. Totally unacceptable for failing everywhere.

staff are nice and very approachable. It was a great stay!

Great room sizes for families with English television with kids tv

The stay was very pleasant with helpful staff, any items we needed were given immediately I.e toilet roll and iron, ironing board etc.

Liked the decor and the building.great location for train

Great location - near to Disneyland. Affordable and friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for families.

We went two families of nine people on a trip to Disneyland Paris and stayed in Acehotel for two nights and can say with full pleasure that it was an amazing experience, the hotel is very close to Disneyland only 10 minutes drive, parking was very safe and free with electronic gate ,very very clean even by my wife's standards, the staff are very helpful and polite, very nice breakfast with different choices of food and drinks. The kids did really enjoyed the breakfast and were full of energy for Disney rides. There is a Buffalo restaurant next to the hotel and we went there for dinner loved the food. We didn't see everything in Disneyland and would like to go there again and definitely will book the hotel again . If I'm being honest I didn't expect to be so nice because we've been to different hotels were they make it look like paradise on the their website and it has been rubbish, I even made 1 comment in 1 of them and told them that you must have hired a professional photographer because the hotel is nothing like you present it on the website. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you to all staff at Acehotel

Great hotel for the price staff were amazing
