El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y nos asfixiamos de calor durante la noche. El colchón no era del todo cómodo.

Los pequeños detalles son los que marcan: El dejarte una botella de agua cuando llegas a la habitación. Una paquete de pañuelos en el baño. Disponer de una cafetera para poder haberte un café o un té. La amabilidad del personal y su atención increible, ya sea para peguntar acerca del hotel como para aconsejarte donde y cómo poder ir a cualquier punto de Valladolid. El colchón comodísimo, así como las almohadas 2 de diferentes tipos para todos los gustos. Las vistas increíbles. Y el Claustro donde se ubica el comedor, precioso. El desayuno y el restaurante muy bueno.

Las habitaciones no están totalmente adaptadas si vas con una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida. Por ejemplo todos los baños tienen bañera, no ducha. Nos han dicho que van a reformarlo en breve así que aconsejo consultar con ellos antes de reservar.

El personal tanto de recepción como del bar/restaurant sumamente atento y servicial. El desayuno es muy bueno y con muchas opciones.
Lo que se agradecería sería una piscina exterior, pero ya sabíamos que no tenía, solamente por decir algo.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Magnifique parties communes d'hôtel, luxueux, très beau jardin, grandes chambres et salles de bains (nous en avions réservé deux pour nous et nos enfants), petit déjeuner excellent (varié, bons produits, commandes supplémentaires comprises dans le prix), parking aisé (soit en surface soit en sous-sol).
L'emplacement est un peu loin de la ville (on le savait, donc c'est un choix, pas de problème) mais surtout c'est dans une zone périphérique très moche, rien n'est possible à pied. Piscine en sous-sol, pas d'espace extérieur et eau trop froide pour s'y baigner - d'ailleurs, on était pourtant au mois d'août avec une grande chaleur dehors et personne n'allait à la piscine.

Access to the garden is not straightforward. Essentially the property has this amazing garden next to the river that appears in all the pictures but to get to it you need to get through a series of rooms because they don´t let you use the main access door through the restaurant. So it is a bit of a labirynth to get there, as if they didn't want you to be outside

The wall paper in the room is worn out, the room lacks plugs to charge your phones, the swimming pool is small and too narrow for a 5*, the subterranean parking slots are way too narrow for 2 cars, the restaurant is quite expensive and there are no alternatives nearby, the location is much farther from the city centre than I expected and here in the outskirts of the city there’s nothing to do and the hotel has absolutely no entertainment apart from the expensive restaurant and a gym with a tiny swimming pool.

The room was quite hot, the air conditioning was not very good. The swimming pool had some tiles missing.

Carece de caja de seguridad en la habitación. La decoración en pasillos y habitaciones es muy escasa. Las habitaciones de la planta baja, están por debajo del nivel de la calle, como un semisotano. El baño no tiene zona separada entre el wc y la zona de baño. Esta muy alejado del centro, entre polígonos industriales. El desayuno es de autoservicio, excepto algún plato caliente.

Habitación orientada a un patio interior. Voy habitualmente a este hotel y siempre me han dado habitaciones hacia los jardines y el río. Esta vez no pudo ser, pero esto no varía mi opinión sobre el hotel. Había una boda ese fin de semana y supongo que sería difícil distribuir las ocupaciones.

Además el servicio del desayuno era muy diligente y estaba atento a todas las personas que nos encontrábamos en el restaurante. La reposición de los productos era inmediata todo el tiempo.
Me esperaba una piscina exterior con esos jardines tan grandes y bonitos que tiene el hotel. Los baños están algo anticuados, faltando una ducha en lugar de tener bañera.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026L'emplacement, le bâtiment et le cadre . Le personnel également très agréable.
La piscine. Après une longue route , nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine pour se détendre. Impossible car à l'intérieur, espace très petit et des enfants qui hurlent et monopolisent les lieux . Nous avons essayé plusieurs fois de nous y rendre mais impossible..... Il devrait y avoir une réglementation. Surtout pour un 5*.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Les attentions pour le client, nous sommes partis à 03h00 du matin et la personne de l accueil nous a donner des bouteilles d eau fraîche, un grand merci à lui. Une tranquillité au top, pas un bruit, tout était fonctionnel , parking extérieur et en sous sol sans oublier les bornes de recharges, j en parle car je roule en électrique. Nous reviendrons mais la prochaine fois en moto car parking sécurisé. Bravo et merci

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026El lugar y lo bonito del palacio. Aunque estaba lejos del centro, está muy bien comunicado y muy agradable.
Un pequeño detalle en el desayuno, que solicitamos dos veces un desayuno caliente y nos fuimos sin tomarlo, nadie llegó a la mesa aunque nos dijeron que nos mandaban a alguien, un fallo de comunicación y no insistimos más.
