Bless Hotel Ibiza is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; truly some of the most accommodating service I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous design and top-shelf pools that make it hard to leave. Beach access is effortless, and the views from nearly every angle are simply breathtaking. Breakfast at the restaurant is superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that set the perfect tone for the day. And the small details make a big impact, like the home-crafted hotel chocolates, which were not only a thoughtful touch but also absolutely delicious. Bless Hotel Ibiza is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on the island.

Beautiful hotel, with great views. The staff are very welcoming. Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a tranquil vacation. That said, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The landscaping around the property could be better maintained to match the overall beauty of the setting. Additionally, the pool staff could benefit from more training to enhance the guest experience. The beachfront restaurants were fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, the main restaurant within the hotel itself could use some improvement in both service and menu variety. Overall, it was a very good stay. For the price, I expected a little more, but the calm environment and helpful staff made it a memorable trip.

I feel that this hotel doesn't warrant 5 stars. It didn't feel luxurious at all. Things I did not like: - not being given any information upon check in such as info on breakfast timings, telephone number for the main desk, info on the pool and sun loungers etc - having to run down to reception after a shower as I was not given a hairdryer in my room and was not told the telephone number for reception - the scramble to get a sun lounger by the pool, it was insanely busy all day every day. And you are not told that the nicer beds have a minimum spend attached - I didn't like the attitudes of the other guests, I overheard them speaking very poorly to the staff/waiters/waitresses.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren im gleichen Hotel, damals hatte uns das Frühstück sehr überzeugt. 3 Jahre später waren wir total enttäuscht. Morgenessen noch halb so gross, Qualität schlecht (warme Speisen um 8.00 Uhr bereits kalt). Teller und Gläser schmutzig. Im Zimmer hat der TV nicht funktioniert, Abfluss in der Dusche ebenfalls nicht. Zimmer um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde Besserung gelobt, diese ist teilweise erfolgt. Wir werden das Hotel meiden und definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider ist dies zum Hinterhof. Der erste Tag begann damit, dass wir im Zimmer kein Wasser hatten. Es ging keine Toilettenspülung geschweige denn konnte man Zähneputzen. Als das Wasser bereits bis mittags nicht ging, hieß es von der Rezeption, dass man im Wellness Bereich duschen könnte. In anderen Zimmer ging das Wasser. Jedoch ließen sie ein Zimmerwechsel nicht zu. Dies entspricht nicht der Kategorie welche das Hotel bietet. Jedoch weit aus schlimmer war die ständige Lärmbelästigung. Zwei Tage lang wurde von früh behalt 7 bis abends um 0:00 Uhr die Wassertanks befüllt. Rückwärtsfahrense LKWs, die piepen, laufende LKWs - so laut, dass man nicht mal sprechen konnte auf dem Balkon. Dazu kamen noch die Anlieferungen und der zu abholende Müll. Man hätte bereits in den Bewertungen diese Probleme lesen können. Noch weitaus ärgerlicher war, dass wir bereits bei anderen Gästen mitbekommen haben, dass die Rechnung falsch war. Entsprechend haben wir sehr darauf geachtet, dass es stimmt. Im Hotel hat die Rechnung gestimmt. Als wir bereits zuhause waren, kamen jedoch Abbuchungen auf unserer Kreditkarte, die auf keiner Rechnung waren, die durch uns nicht veranlasst wurden. Eine Reaktion oder Antwort vom Hotel erfolgt hier nicht. Wer also neben Lärm noch Ärger mit Rückbuchungen haben will, ist hier herzlich willkommen. Zum Thema Service: ist antworten auf emails zu viel verlangt?

The hotel is excellent. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The dinner is very good. Breakfast with view on the ocean. Large swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Very good massage to. We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Es war super schön, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und einfach toll gelegen! Cala Nova ist traumhaft. Einziges Manko war dass das Personal manchmal nicht so aufmerksam war (Service am Pool) Nichts desto trotz würden wir nochmal wieder kommen!!

Infinity Pool

Very overpriced for what they offer. We have stayed for 6 days at the Bless hotel. Staff is friendly and nice but the service they offer it is not attentive and not near a 5 star hotel.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Bless Ibiza. Das Hotel war in einem allgemein schlechten Zustand und sehr dreckig. Bereits beim Empfang war der Service unzureichend. Uns wurde weder das Hotel erklärt, noch wurden Informationen gegeben, wo sich was befindet oder von wann bis wann das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Personal war offensichtlich überfordert und schlecht geschult. Ein bestelltes Getränk wurde nach nur 5 Minuten, obwohl es noch halb voll war, von einem anderen Kellner abgeräumt. Beim Check-out wurde nicht einmal nach unserem Aufenthalt oder unserer Zufriedenheit gefragt. Insgesamt war dies ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis und ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Terribly managed property. Prices not worthy of value received. I didn’t like my original room so I upgraded and had to pay upfront and nonetheless it was not ready by check in time, yet they wanted me to wait several hours more had I not argued. Worse than that was the temperature of the rooms which was kept warm out of some voluntary targets (I could never sleep as a result). They claimed it was sustainability related law, but I called other hotels in Ibiza to verify and those other hotel said I can set the temperature of my room to whatever I want at their properties. Pool was beautiful, but adorned with dated and dirty furniture. Cleanliness was an issue throughout the hotel actually. Also in relation to the pool, it was crowded by non-hotel guests which had to only pay a small fee to enter and take up all the space and beds away from the guests that were paying a fortune to this over priced hotel. Wait staff in restaurants and pool side were friendly but bad at actually serving, as orders were ALWAYS either very late or wrong.

AMAZING!

Beautiful clean modern property with lovely restaurants, bars (including rooftop), amazing views and right next to Cala Nova with great restaurants including Aiyanna. Well located close to Sta Eulalia and away from busy areas, but not too far that it feels too remote.

Breakfast hot food was freezing every morning. Air conditioning in room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees complained to the hotel and was told it was the new Spanish law problem was when you went a sleep the air con would go off because the room was on sensors so woke up most nights because the room was far to hot

Quiet place suitable for families but not for people looking to party. Overall very good experience, great food and staff.

I adored this hotel. Flawless. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The location is heavenly and love the neighbouring beach and restaurants. Ill be back for certain with my whole family!

The hotel was fantastically located with great views. The facilities, pool and restaurant were very good, the room was very comfortable and the amenities available in the room were very good. Service was on the slow side, always friendly - felt like they were warming up to the season

I think the property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff pays great attention to details for a joyous experience. From the customer service representative, Concierge, violnist, dj, pool staff and housekeeping, everyone was superb. The only set back was the rooftop staffers. I waited almost 3 hours to be served dinner and never received my dessert. The hotel appeared to be short staffed but no one communicated with the guests. Such a disappointment as it was my anniversary. Everyone seemed to ignore me until it was time to leave. Now, the waitress approach me to sign the bill. Shameful. I wish she had that energy and not spoiled our evening. I requested to speak to a manager and never received a call. Otherwise, great hotel.

Overall good experience but be prepared to pay at least 40€ for a proper meal not including any drinks which are at least 15/20€

Stunning views from the suite of the sea and surrounding area Room was beautifully decorated, cleaned and had wonderful bathroom facilities. We didn't like the smell of drains every now & then or the noise we could hear from neighbouring rooms

Was terrible. I made a reservation direct with the hotel and they accept it but next day they send me an email with cancelation so I did it through Expedia but at the time of registration they told me that I have to reservation. I showed them the email of theirs cancelation bit they did not accept, so they charged me twice.

Beautiful location close to Cala Nova, amazing rooms, great food options including the breakfast, and lovely swimming pools overlooking the sea. The staff were also brilliant, always happy to help and always with a smile on their faces. We will come again soon!

I went for my birthday last week and it was the best experience! My favorite part of the property was the infinity pool and the sushi was really good. They also have excellent customer service! I highly recommend

Lovely hotel & location,great room,but pretty poor service overall for a five star hotel. Room:Superb overall and very clean,but little things let it down to make it not feel 5 star.For >€500/night,everything should be perfect.It was a bit too design over substance.For example: -The Nespresso machine had generic non-Nespresso capsules that are cheap & poor quality. -The mini-bar's "Premium" drinks included Don Papa rum - the antithesis of premium & was €22. -Only one side of the bed had a bedside table. -The shower,whilst very nice,had a huge open window that anyone could see into from down below,so you have to pull a blind down,which destroys the image/look of the nice shower. -Several lights had auto-sensors to switch them on.But if you are getting up in the middle of the night,these lights wake up your partner & stay on for 5minutes or so. - A lack of draws in the room-4 small ones in total. Service:Very mixed. The reception/concierge were amazing. The breakfast staff varied from friendly & helpful to completely disinterested & surly.At all times were slow & often we asked for things & they did not arrive. Epic restaurant never had enough staff & was always very slow & tedious. Food:Not bad,but seriously overpriced & poor value.€206 for 2 burgers,2 bottles of house wine & 3 Baileys!Big issues with flies on uncovered food at breakfast buffet(€50 each)&bars ran out of several drinks. Overall, we won't go back.Too pretentious&the service is not good enough.Poor value!

Look, it's an OK Hotel and a lovely location but the services is awful and I don't expect to pay this nightly price and get terrible service. We waiting 20 mins at the pool for service then decided to leave, came back an hour later and tried again, only to have to walk to the bar for service. Food is awful and lacks any flavour. Cocktails are actually OK though. Our room had a rip in the sheets, and there was a noise that started every 5 mins for 20 seconds (we unplugged everything and it didn't go away)... we asked to move rooms and they said it would be 'difficult'... the next sleepless night, I had to march down to reception at an ungodly hour to demand another room so we could actually sleep... they eventually moved us two doors down (so why not move us before if the room was empty???)... The manager and I were then using whatsapp to communicate where I was told that she had done all she could but the reception staff who are responsible for the room allocations needed to sort it... not what I expect as a guest as what is supposed to be a real nice hotel. Other guests were also complaining over breakfast.... I would suggest booking OKU instead if you want a lovely time on vacation.

We had a great stay! The hotel is large and very shiny and the staff were very friendly, and pleased to see people given the current crisis. It all felt very safe: rooms well cleaned, lots of sanitiser, masks to be worn inside and while moving around etc. The room was lovely and the pool area is fantastic. We used the gym a couple of times too, and that was good also. The resort it's in was pretty dead but you didn't really need to go into town: the beach nearby was lovely and there are a couple of excellent beach restaurants there (Aiyanna was especially good - book ahead). We ate one night at the flagship hotel restaurant too (Etxeco) and it was extremely good.

The hotel is fantastic, clean, designed well, that staff are great & friendly, the only fault i could maybe say is that it seems there are teeting problems with small things when it comes tk service This is something that i think can be easily rectified so it would put us off visiting again

WOW WOW WOW! An amazing stay at this hotel. We had a sea view suite which was perfect which comfy beds, nespresso machine and luxury toiletries. The breakfast was the best we've ever had with an array of cereals, breads, hot food, sweets, cakes, pastries, cold meats, fish, cheese and champagne. It is worth paying for this. The rooftop has an infinity pool with views to die for (So much so it was pretty hard to leave the hotel) and overlooking an unspoilt ocean. No other complexes to ruin the vista. . This hotel is in a quieter part of the Island but it is a walk (5-10 mins max) away from Atzaro Beach and Aiyanna restaurants. The staff cannot do enough for you and are really helpful in recommending sights/ restaurants etc. Gustavo in the hotel bar makes a mean espresso martini. The gym is equipped with modern machines and the spa area is peaceful. Like I said, hard to leave the hotel itself. It may not have the Sunsets but if you can wake up early enough; the sunrises are not to be missed. We loved it here and will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. Rooms are great and both pools are fantastic. The hotel has only recently opened however and check in still has some teething problems. A booking with multiple rooms proved tricky and tedious to deal with, however management quickly rectified once they were involved.

This hotel is the type of property you never want to leave! The service, rooms, restaurants, everything is magical.

Absolutely beautiful! Me and my wife had an amazing experience and if we ever go back to Ibiza we definitely will stay at Bless. The food, clean rooms and hotel, spa, beautiful and gentle staff, the chef, breakfast, perfection. Kids are welcomed however if you want to feel the perfect experience at Bless just go with your partner. Location is awesome too, away from Ibiza busy streets, located at Santa Eularia with local food and cozy restaurants. Don’t pay attention to these bad reviews, these people are problem seekers, unhappy people that nothing would satisfy. If you are a normal person that like to be very satisfied Bless is a great option for you. Be Blessed.

Just returned home from a fabulous 4 day break there. The hotel is magnificent. The views are breathtaking from the pool area and from our balcony. The rooms are small but ultra modern. The bed was so comfy. Make sure you add breakfast to your stay it is sensational and really excellent value for money. I can’t think of 1 thing not available on the breakfast menu. One morning they had a young guy singing and playing guitar while we ate our breakfast he was super talented. The poolside dancers/gymnasts were amazing and really entertaining. The pool loungers are like double beds and we had no problem getting one each morning . We enjoyed yummy cocktails and lunch poolside every day. We also ate in Etxeko on 2 occasions which is fabulous with a special shout out to the sommelier who was so knowledgeable but also very friendly and so helpful. He helped us find the perfect wine to compliment our fabulous food. Definitely don’t miss out on an amazing dining experience. There is also a sea food restaurant but we didn’t get to try it. While I can’t praise the hotel highly enough the nearest town isn’t great. Tacky bars, shops and restaurants. We took a taxi one night to Santa Eulalia which is 10 minute drive away €15 approx. It is a much prettier marina with nicer shops and restaurants. Myself and my husband can’t wait to return to Bless next year.

Hotel opened just 8 weeks ago as is stunning, beautiful and tasteful. The staff are very lovely and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean.

This was an excellent property with amazing people. They are still working out small kinks in a very new hotel, but all in all, it was an amazing experience. The pool view was breathtaking. This property is located on the North side-quiet side. If you are looking for a quiet refuge-this is the place!
